Really good

We arrive and the front desk lady has an attitude and was not really a warm welcome, the rooms were clean but not the halls on the building, it looks like a 1 start hotel, the ice machine area was spilled with ice al around and it looks dirty, the breakfast is really poor, the cleaning lady clean the bedroom however leave us without a towels and i request to to the front desk for towels and the front lady said i have to go to the front desk I replied why do I have to pick up at the front desk (the building were in a different area front the front desk area) if its suppose after cleaning bedrooms they have to leave towels and she told me that was not her job and hang up! Next morning i call front desk for request towels and again they didnt bring it!

It was like a studio apartment equipped with a fridge, stove, pots and pans, dishes, and a dishwasher. Would definitely stay here again

They are doing an excellent job remodeling this property! We had a couple issues pop up due to the remodel, but the staff was attentive, caring, and super nice and easy to work with. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and I would stay again.

In a 2 room suite, I found it disappointing that there was only 1 mirror for more than 3 adults to get ready at.

I had a 2 night stay and it was an amazing experience. It was just what I needed. The room and hotel were very clean, the breakfast was nice, staff was so helpful and the property itself was very incredible. I will be staying here again.

It was a convenient drive to the Irving convention center. Quiet atmosphere It was under construction on the lower floor so it made the elevator unusable. In the shower it was nearly impossible to pull the plug to change it to shower it caused water to wet the floor. Wish the 2nd bedroom had a mirror. The air conditioner was loud.

We had a truly fantastic experience. Special thanks to the staff for their hospitality they were very welcoming. The breakfast was great! Lady in charged stayed on top of her game.

Room was old, hallway stunk

There were rust stains in bathtub that looked like blood spatter. Room did not look like pictures. Some of breakfast was burned, other items were overcooked enough to be difficult to eat. Only 4 towels provided for 5 people. Hotel had ran out of lotion.

Super comfy bed. Provided everything I needed to a basic level. Very dated & noisy. Breakfast range ok, but basic, plastic wrapped, processed.

Couldn't be happier with this property. Stayed for 4 nights and the place was very clean and all 3 desk staff that we spoke with during our stay were all very friendly and helpful and that is very refreshing!

I didn’t face any issues at this stay.

I had a dog with me and when I told the from desk person, he just grunted at me. Then asked for my card. I had to ask him how much he was running it for (deposit and pet deposit) he charged me. Gave me my key and then told me it would be 25$. I said for both? He said no. 25$ for the room and 100$ for the dog. I knew I would have to pay, but at least tell someone. It’s not like you got a board on the back wall with pricing. Then when I asked where the room was located, he just grunted and pointed at this map. Like I had been here before. It was just not a cash money time. The room was amazing and the morning workers were awesome. It was just that one guys customer service skills. I get it’s late, but you still need to at least be able to respond and not grunt at me.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and will probably stay there again. With that said this stay had its problems. I stayed in a 2 bedroom room. I loved the space and the room actually got cold and the beds were comfortable. They cleaned the room everyday which was nice. However the kitchen sink had no hot water and one of the burners on the stove didn’t work. We ran into housekeeping a few times and they seemed frustrated with us because we couldn’t speak Spanish to them. Also when we checked in, the man working the front desk was having an argument with another guest that was very unprofessional.

The front desk guy who checked us in was rude to our kids. All they wanted was to go to the front office and purchase drinks and he acted as if they were thieves trying to take something when they had cash in hand. We had ants crawling everywhere kitchen and living room area. The pool wasn't working the entire time and it's still being advertised as available. Never staying again paid almost $500 for 3 days definitely wasn't worth it!

Pictures online show the room to be spacious but are rather smaller in reality.

This was better than I expected. I had to stay here for the weekend for some classes. I had everything I needed. There is a small kitchen which was perfect because I packed my own food for a diet. There is a pool and breakfast. Free parking which was great. This was about the same price as somewhere that wasn’t so well kept or in such a good neighborhood, so it was a steal for me.

Staff is wonderful, daily breakfast buffet was hot,fresh,and well-stacked. The location was very convenient to the freeways and DFW and was the only hotel I found in the area with two bedroom/ sleep sofa/kitchen. I would have loved to give this hotel 5 stars but my room had a broken window and holes in the curtain that had been there for a while as moss was growing between the panes of glass. The towels and linens are threadbare,and the carpet needed a deep cleaning as did the sofa sleeper. The bathtub drain was so slow that it was impossible to take a shower without the tub filling up with water...and I found two 3" roaches on the bathroom floor- one escaped into the outer hallway and the other into a hole under the sink. The sleeper sofa mattress had springs that could be felt through the fabric,making it impossible to sleep on,so this should not be advertised as an extra sleeping option! The kitchen was missing some plates and utensils and the flooring between the refrigerator and stove was torn up. Definitely was more like a Days Inn or Travelodge than a Marriott, and unfortunately I cannot recommend staying here.

Unfortunately the linens were not as we would have hoped, but the manager was happy to get us more so we could layer. Most concerning was the smoky smell on the ground floor of our building. It did get better as the days passed but first impressions are lasting impressions.

Check in/out was quick and easy.

The front desk staff were amazing and super kind, but there were a dozen roaches on my floor and by the elevator on the first floor.

i enjoy my stayed but pool was out of service even though i was really looking forward to it , and had to change room twice because there was mold under the bed.

It had good breakfast and the staff was helpful.

We had a two bedroom and one bathroom. We had 4 adults and it was not easy for us all to get ready. The hotel seemed a little rundown.

Wonderful stay! I really like this property.

While the property was in a prime location and close to many food options I didn’t feel safe on the property. The send night our door was ajar when we returned to the property. The 3rd night the lock broke and I couldn’t secure it. They loved me to a new room, but they didn’t attempt to verify my ID to ensure I was the patron requesting a room change. While in the new room someone attempted to open or touched the knob of the door several times during the remainder of my stay. I would NOT stay there again.

The breakfast is very limited in terms of meat or protein options but most hotels do I did overhear something about roaches but the staff was attentive and assistive. I get it, it happens but still. I thought the coffee was fine but it seems they fill it only during breakfast so it gets cold after that, but it’s nice that it’s available in the lobby. The sports and pool area were closed for construction of sorts The road to it is very beaten up but not their fault

Room was in such terrible conditions, hairs all over the bed linens and roaches in the restroom. I will not recommend this hotel at all. I have pictures to prove it.

went to check in and the employee at the desk didnt know how to work the computer system so she took my drivers license and kept it in the front desk while a housekeeper met me at the room she wanted me in. we were in a bit of a time crunch so we had to leave our stuff which included some valuables in a room that wasnt blocked off for us in the system and didnt even get room keys till about 8 hours after the original time i tried to check in

One bed too short and no sheets, pillows, covers on other bed. Staff unresponsive. Manager never returned any calls.

As per the title, the room was very clean and very presentable. The ac worked well, but it made a noticeable clicking sound. Apparently, this will be fixed.

Also, pretty disappointing that I don’t earn Marriott credit because I booked through Hotels.com. I won’t make that mistake again

Great cheap place to stay for long periods but keep in mind . Value does not mean up to date room. For a slightly dated room and price it’s worth it solid 4/5. Side note free breakfast on weekend.

I had a lovely, wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly even though I felt like me and my kids was bugging them and I am so happy.My children were able to enjoy the swimming pool as much as they want

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel

This was my second time staying at this location but this experience was not as great. The door to one of the rooms was stiff and hard to open/close in addition to having an uneven floor. Also, the day we walked into our room, the thermostat read 86 degrees and it was not cooling AT ALL. We tried contacting the front desk via phone but no one answered.

It was a very nice stay. The only issue we had was we did see one roach, but I’m hoping it was just because of the thunderstorm since we were on the first floor. Everything else was great!
