On our morning of check out we found out our flight was delayed significantly. My husband asked at the desk if we could stay in the room longer. They allowed us to stay until 3. Sure beats the airport! The breakfast also was the best out of the 5 hotels we stayed in during our trip.

For some reason, they got charged for six nights when we only stayed for one.

Clean. Bed was comfortable The guy that checked us out was rude. We asked to get early shuttle to airport since our flight had changed and he very rudely said that the shuttle was full and that we should have scheduled the shuttle last night. I made him aware that we had signed up for a later shuttle but our flight was re scheduled for earlier. He was not a pleasant person

The hotel was near the airport with good shuttle service. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean.

Enjoyed our suite, the only issue we had, which we did not mention to the staff, was the TV signal paused every 4 to 5 minutes.

The breakfast was fine.

We always stay here the night before flying out of town. Kinda pricey for what it is but, a nice clean option. We will be back.

The staff was so friendly and the shuttle was helpful! We loved the suite with kitchen! The bed could have been a bit bigger for two but it was very comfortable. The pool wasn’t open but we hope it can be repaired for the next guests. Thank you for the service and clean modern facility.

Everything was great! Had a quick overnight layover and this location was perfect with shuttle service to the airport.

We arrived two mins to 10am in the lobby and the 10am shuttle had already left. Then the lady in front pointed at the sign and said that we had to arrive 10 mins early to catch the 10am shuttle. My thoughts are, then have it be the 9:50am shuttle, instead of the 10am shuttle. Another guest also arrived at the same time as us and we shared an uber

Bit noisy with the trains outside and breakfast a bit lacking. Would stay again though as the staff and rooms are great

Needed soap and lotion in the room by the sink. Otherwise absolutely fantastic accommodations. Five out of five stars. Would use again and would recommend.

He insisted on charging us again for the room, despite us having prepaid on Expedia and me showing him the receipt. Now I have to deal with getting a charge back on our card. Very very annoying.

Breakfast had a large selection. The only downside was only dark roast coffee.

Was very impressed with the size of the room and the huge shower. We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet so we got some much needed rest after a long travel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was ok.

The staff was pretty friendly. The remotes in the room were very hard to work. The TV kept cutting off by itself but most importantly the beds were terrible. They were too hard and they were a Queen instead of the King that we requested so, our two nights stay for our anniversary was pretty horrible terrible because I was in pain the entire

Did not get breakfast

Rooms were very nice and they allow pets. They took my wife to the airport and I got to go home. Didn’t eat because I left before they started to serve. Coffee was ready and it was good. I don’t have any bad things to say.

Room was clean, but shower did not work well and paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom. We took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but the next morning they did not have any room on any of the shuttles. We had to pay for an uber back to the airport the next day.

The room was spotless and the front desk gentleman was so kind and helpful. He was able to provide emergency toothbrush, toothpaste & lotion when I didn’t make my late night flight connection. My room was quiet and I was able to organize my morning shuttle at check-in.

The place was fine I didn’t like pay & being charged from booking & arriving to hotel not finding my reservation in there system & having to purchase my room from them as well being charged from you!

maintenance and upkeep were no up to par; cracks and heavy putty around shower and paint peeling above shower head. also door handle to shower was loose/off

It is NOT TRUE that airport shuttle can accommodate everyone going TO the airport. We had to use Uber as only 6 per hour can be moved in the morning. Hotels.com is lying if you sell a room and someone cannot get a shuttle in the morning.

False advertising as an “airport hotel & shuttle”.. no shuttle hours advertised but…Don’t stay here for late night arrivals because we called for the hotel shuttle to pick us up and was only 10 mins away from airport but it was 11:50p we were told no shuttle after midnight so Lyft cost and no room on shuttle in morning either “full” so another Lyft expense !!!! (I think the desk clerk was the shuttle driver too and was away from the phone!

The rront desk was very helpful in instructing us how to return our rental car and get back to the hotel.

We've stayed here a couple times and its always nice, clean and quiet.

This was my first time traveling alone and I got stuck in Dallas after missing my connecting flight. It was easy to book and the shuttle driver was amazing. Get to the hotel and all the staff was so friendly and helpful and apologetic for my travel issues that they had nothing to do with. The room was spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Flights cancelled in Dallas. We needed two rooms close to the airport. Townplace suites picked us up at the airport and brought us back the next morning. Great place with breakfast!

Property was nice. However, we found out the shuttle was not running after waiting at the airport 45 minutes after we requested to be picked up. Called hotel, front desk said "um we are having technical difficulty, take a cab or uber"

Readily accessible at a reasonable price. We had difficulty making airline connections and at 1 am easily found a room available on Expedia and as soon as we arrived at hotel room was ready.

The staff was really friendly and wonderful. the part that was bothersome, as we were not told, nor was it listed, that the airport train runs right behind the rooms, which made it nearly impossible to sleep! Also being so close to the airport and not having a 24 hour-a-day Shuttle was very, very inconvenient and costly! The whole point of staying next to the airport is so that you can get there without extra cost when you're having to stay somewhere. Also, the fact that they advertise happy hour and tell you about it when you check-in, yet a beer is $8 tells me that's not really happy hour! A well drink should not be $10! It's a nice place but does not truly meet the needs of the traveler. Sadly, we won't be returning here.

The clerk said there was no room available and that Expedia would give us a full refund. The clerk said they were full and that we could not stay at that hotel.

My husband and I stayed there for an event in Tx for Valentines weekend. It was clean and the people were nice. Very close to the airport in which we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

The service was not good, the room was missing pillows and linen even though we asked.

It would really help if there was a restaurant at the property. There is only one small place in the Clarion on Plaza, and its menu fine but limited. It would have been nice to be able to walk to other restaurants, but I guess that isn't really Dallas--it is a car city.

Close to booking at Hilton property and they started and they started to change prices for the same. Simply put, Hilton jerks around. That's fine, Marriott fit. the bill and was great. The woman who checked us in. I wish I got her name, she was awesome. Deserving of a raise $$$ and a pat on the back or an employee of the month award. Whatever you do for recognition, she should get it..

Close to Airport. Shuttle service is quick. They should start breakfast a little earlier as it caters to travelers.

Very clean. Quiet. Good location. Good selection of sundries including wines. On site/convenient bar/restaurant but did not use. Would stay again.

Modern clean room. Bathroom floor was a little dirty but place was great and I’d stay again.

Conveniently close to Airport and with shuttle service

Room not so clean. Rug looked dirty. Went to get a coffee cup out of the cabinet- it was dirty outside and inside. A used coffee mug put inside cabinet, there wasn’t a paper coffee cup to use. Was pretty gross. Tissue box wet and inside tissues all wet, vanity faucet runs out on the top - most likely the cause. But couldn’t use wet tissues.

If you are a plane geek you will love this hotel. Staff accommodated my request to put me in a room where I could watch the planes land at DFW. Room was very quiet considering it is so close to the airport. Rooms were very clean. Very nice hotel.

Room was not properly cleaned. They are to refresh the rooms every other day and was not done correctly.

I loved this hotel. I arrived after a long haul flight. The shuttle collected me, the bed was so comfortable, the room tidy, most of all it was quiet and the breakfast was great. I only stayed the one night, however wish I had actually booked for longer to get over jet lag in a really nice and comfortable hotel. I highly recommend.

Food left in fridge and dirty dishes left in sink. Also noted significant mold around sink underneath counter overhang. So cleaners need better training and oversight. Otherwise, everything else good. Staff friendly and helpful.

The small but super efficient kitchen in our room was great to have! Breakfast was good! It was quiet on our floor and throughout the hotel.

Stay away from this place… waste of money, nothing around it, terrible room setup

I wish the shuttle had been available after our plane got in at midnight because the Uber cost us $50 for a 5 minute ride. Other than that the hotel is located well, the staff are friendly and room was clean

The young lady, Tiffany, was so nice and thoughtful. She was so busy dealing with people on the phone, but handled them and our arrival with such ease. True pro!!

The air conditioning was not working in our room. Have stayed here previously when flying out early and that experience was fine. but will not stay here again.

When I arrived, I saw the hotel had 2 shuttles and one was sitting at the front door of the hotel!! I went in and the clerk told me one shuttle was not operational and the other had a flat tire! I saw no flat tires! One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was the free shuttle. So instead of a free shuttle service I spent $56 dollars for Uber! In addition to this, when we checked in the hotel reeked of marijuana! You could smell it in the lobby and elevators. If I had not prepaid for the room, I would have gone to another hotel. Very unprofessional. I would never stay here again!
