Aa we attending the Conference at the Center next door the location was perfect. It also has multiple restaurants around the hotel within a short walk. Waters in room each day was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Some staff were a little disinterested (looking at their phones). Others were wonderful so it isn't consistent. Everything else was good otherwise.

Excellent hotel except for the room service breakfast which arrived cold and incorrect

My only issue: the "room service" breakfast was terrible, arrived cold, order was wrong, and served in cardboard boxes.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful hotel with great service and great location, restaurant staff was great and so is the breakfast buffet. The best bet I’ve slept in in a long, long time. However, we booked the executive suite because it said it would sleep for. But as it turns out, we had to call for a rollout bed and one of the kids had to sleep on the sofa. Otherwise great room with one and 1/2 bath and a great view.

Room was clean and updated, bed was super comfy with warm blankets. Staff was welcoming, kind, and efficient. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options.

After spending almost $800 for my stay I still had to pay $15 a day for parking. If you want wifi access that is another $15 a day. You can stay at a Holiday Inn for a lot cheaper and have free parking, free wifi and free breakfast.

Very updated The staff was a bit condescending toward me during my check in. I’m not sure if that was because I looked young, or maybe didn’t fit the crowd that was around.

Location Lack of amenities for the price. Not even breakfast is included and they charge daily for parking. Decent place but value is missing and feels more like a $100 stay than $350

It was really wonderful to stay at Westin 2 times in a row. We were suppose to stay one night at this place and the second night at a different hotel. Since the everything was wonderful and satisfying first time we decided to come back and stay second time. This hotel can use extra help at the front desk but other then that it was superb.

Room and location The staff in the Mexican restaurant were completely awful. We sat there 20 min without as much as a hi. Then when we walked out they had the nerve to say “Have a good night”.

Woke up to find an extra $35 in food & beverage incidentals charged to my card. Have to wait for management and loss prevention to review security camera footage and remove the charges that had been so easily added without any verification. Thanks for making me feel like a criminal, Marriot!

Great place to stay for a concert

I was attending an event at the Irving Convention Center. The hotel was right across the street which made it very convenient. The hotel was lovely, easy to get to and quiet.

This was great hotel in a wonderful location. Walkable to restaurants and the convention center. Great customer service. The beds are so comfy! And the white tea scent all over is top tier. I will definitely stay here again.

We’re local, but still chose to stay at the Westin for a concert at Toyota Music Factory. There are plenty of restaurants near by and on site to dine at. We valet parked, which was easy and smooth. Everything is truly walkable and close by. It felt safe, clean, welcoming, and it was myself, another adult, and two kiddos. Great experience.

Location is where we needed to be. Comfortable room and bed WiFi was an extra 15$ - not expected for the caliber of this hotel. That’s a necessity now.

This was our first time staying at a Westin hotel and it won't be our last. This hotel specifically was super clean and quiet, given the busy convention and dining area. The staff were always nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back to this location and the Westin name.

I told Aramina I had 1 car in valet and 1 car in parking garage, gave her the license plates & she asked which one was mine and which one was my husbands.. I simply replied they’re both ours. As the valet CLEARLY had my car already. I get to the room and the body wash in the shower falls off the wall. Apparently it was stuck to the wall with some short of adhesive. The room safe was broken. I won’t trash the entire staff because other than the Manager & Aramina others we encountered were great!

My wife and I stay here with some frequency. We came for an early 15th anniversary celebration. We've never been disappointed here. Also very convenient location to go out for dinner and drinks at the Music Center complex. Las Colinas is a nice area in general.

Was charged twice, on Expedia and at the hotel. Hotel refused to refund me and it was not a pending authorization, it had posted. First time this has ever happened and very disappointing.

My friends and I attended the Labor Day pool party on Sunday, September 1. We intended just to buy the day pool passes, but ended up getting a room and staying the night. We had a blast and the pool party was great. John, the DJ was fun. Music was great. The games and entertainment he provided were both funny and engaging. Ryan the bartender was awesome, His drinks were killer - the good kind. Everyone else on staff from the front desk to the restaurant, were all exceptionally kind, accommodating and courteous. This includes the valet guy, another awesome part of the team.! All in all we had a great night and a fabulous time at the vibe pool. We are definitely coming back next summer!

Great accomodations and comfort.

We really like this hotel due to location. But check in staff was not very friendly. They seemed bothered by having to help. Restaurant very nice, the pool was nice but littered with trash from people and staff not throwing away their empty cups, food containers etc but overall a nice stay

Staff was super friendly and courteous. Was there to visit family and went staff found out it was for my birthday they upgraded our room. Property was very clean, comfortable. Will definitely stay there when visiting the area.

Pool look dirty. They only give you two sheets and pillows to soft overall 7 staff was super friendly give them a 10.

Booked for a fun family weekend with the pool. Pool closed the entire weekend. Just became a disappointing stay after that, especially for the cost. We'll stay elsewhere for our next Dallas visit

Beautiful Pool and lounge area to relax and plenty of local restaurants to enjoy! No need for a rent a car and Ubers are very available. Top choice in Irving!

Great property in a great location. Add the breakfast. Worth it. Only complaint. Ordered extra pillows, but never got them delivered.

Very dog friendly! We even had an oops, and they were very accommodating and forgiving. Very convenient to eateries with patio dining and those that accept dogs. We’ve been to concerts at the Toyota Music Factory and will now book here for those nights.

A highlight was the weeklong infused mango mojito! The bartender made my wife and I the best mojito ever!
