The place wasn’t very clean and seemed unprepared when we arrived. There was no soap or shampoo provided, and everything looked dusty. Overall, it didn’t feel properly cleaned or ready for guests.

We went for the bts concert and when we arrived i walked in the room to find one bed had stains on the sheets. No housekeeping so we went ask and they told us we have to request it. never heard of that nor did it say it anywheres !

Room was very spacious & had two TVS. Found bugs in the room.

There was literal roaches in our room. And the staff was not nice when we were checking in. A roach crawled on my sisters face when she was asleep and it woke her up and she was totally freaked out. If I could give it a zero I would.

I like that there was a shuttle option, but the shuttle driver drove past me and I ended up waiting 40 minutes while it was already midnight. The receptionist charged me an extra $25 for the room and said it was for security of damage, but it would be returned the next day. It was never refunded to me.

Definitely needs updating. The bathroom had mold and tub was not sealed along wall. We were nervous had our toilet was going to overflow because it wouldn't flush... Water would just jus fill the bowl but nothing went down. Not to mention when we were settling into our room, we had to fight off mosquitoes ALL night!! And of course, like other reviews mentioned, the pool was not in service.

Room was nice enough and clean. Bathroom area was modern as was the reception area. Close to the airport and Denny's which was just across the street. The Swimming Pool looked outdated and not very clean. Beds were a little uncomfortable.

We stayed for 4 days and only 1 day the cleaning staff cleaned our room, we had to ask for our clean towels, take out our own trash. ridiculous. will never stay here again

The Airport shuttle was a waste of time from the airport to the hotel… pick up was over 1 hour at the airport… I believe you guys can do better. Every other things was good.

Shuttle was terrible. My 1,6,8 year old, husband and myself waited an hour for pick up. Called and checked about every 20mins because they would tell us wait another 10 to 20 mins. Got an Uber hour 10 mins later and saw a van full of people and only one person got out to check into this hotel. As soon as we got there they didn't even greet with hospitality the looked down at what they were doing a directed us to a kiosk which this person was also rude (different story for another time) and then we had to locate our room on our own which typically they tell you at least what direction to go. To top off the stay we scheduled a shuttle for the next morning and were 2mins late and asked where the shuttle was an they informed us they already left and that they wait five minutes before they leave, we brought the attention that we were only 2mins late, so he then said 3 to 5 mins. It was absolutely horrible.

They didn’t change bedding very often or put clean towels in the rooms and didn’t take out your trash

I didn't like that the air conditioner unit was making noises all throughout the night.also there was a big cockroach in the bathtub..Asked to be moved to another room the next day and was moved and room .

i was there 3days ,my Room was decent for a low rated hotel, clean and beds were nice. . There is a blow dryer, an iron and ironing board in the vanity area. The TV is a nice size and the AC gives a nice "sound machine" level of noise to help drown out the sounds from outside. They provide coffee in room and also breakfast at 7:00AM in breakfast area only issue with shower The water was hot but the pressure in the shower was very low and there was 3 towel and in 3days they never give another towel ,service bad but i was going in room couple hour for sleep not realy bother me

Towels in the room were stained orange. Was originally staying 1 night but later booked for a 2nd night. The front desk staff couldn’t get their heads around this and wouldn’t check me in for the 2nd night. Made me check out after 1 night and check back in. Property is incredibly dated and unclean, so not stay here.

Overpriced, poor coffee machine quality, the room card got deactivated at 10am although check out at 11am.

Nothing. My flight to Dallas was cancelled, so Expedia tried to contact the property several times to reverse the charge on the credit card, and the property never responded to any of their requests, so I was never reimbursed.

I did not get the room I reserved. The first room they sent me to had not been cleaned. The second room they sent me two had been cleaned, but it was still not the type of room I reserved. Staff was polite, but could not give me the room I reserved. Airport Shuttle arrived promptly and service was good.

Airport shuttle was so slow to come, and it was so hard to contact stuff for information about shuttle, in the results, I had to get a taxi to this hotel. Room was clean but the beds were too soft for me, breakfast didn’t have enough choices.

The hotel would’ve been fine for one night but there were people in the pool until 2am screaming as loud as they could. We called front desk twice and they finally told us to call the police. Skip this one, you could pay the same price and have a better experience elsewhere.

Toilet water tank’ s chain was broken. Internet WiFi speed was terrible. Could not use internet for laptop’s pc.

The hotel bed was like sleeping on springs, the bathroom had what looked like splatter paint on the floor. People in the pool all night yelling. Looks like they are trying to up grade but still needs work

Very affordable option for an overnight stay before an early flight. We were able to leave our car here and use the shuttle service to get to the airport. It was much more affordable than parking at the airport, and we felt confident knowing our car was safe while we were away. Overall, a convenient and cost-effective experience.

Elevator almost squeezed my daughter as I guess there was no sensor on the elevator, the room was about the size of a closter. There was grainy things on the sheets. The toilet barley flushed and the breakfast consisted of muffins and toast not even a orange in sight

killed two cockroaches in the room, I know in some places of the country this cant be prevented, but when you can see daylight under the door doesnt seem like they try and prevent wouldnt stay there again.

Overstay was fine. Got in late and took over 45 minutes to check in 3 people. Mostly one. person took 35 minutes and then 5 minutes for me and another person. Not sure what was going on but at 2 am, with a line like that, I'd perfr the computer to check in. in 5 min do I could go to bed.

Old not maintained well horrible water pressure the room next door flushes the toilet and you get scolded with hot water. Not a good breakfast sad coffee powered creamer and just cereal, oatmeal and some sad looking muffins.

The staff was very very helpful. Some rooms can use help but they are actively upgrading. Also the virtual login was interesting. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was basic and small but provided what was needed for a one night stay. Breakfast was very limited continental as advertised. Sound proofing in hotel next to airport and freeway was excellent. Very quiet in room. Gym provided decent work out.

The front desk was clerk was nice my entire visit! There was an real life human on a virtual TV screen assisting people too when needed. My room was so pretty, clean, and modernized. My bed, sheets, and pillows were clean and very comfortable too! The room has an iron/ironing board and hangers too. The AC unit worked just fine and got cold. The tub and sink water got hot and the microwave oven and refrigerator worked just fine too. The TV only showed MTV because the remote needs new batteries, I guess. I loved the touch mirror with different light settings! I didn't eat breakfast at this hotel. I walked over to Dennys to eat Breakfast instead. The hotel shuttle driver was on time picking me up from the airport to take me to the hotel and also dropping me off at the airport to catch my flight too. I was sure to tip the drivers. I would gladly stay here again because I enjoyed my stay.

We visited from Houston during Spring break for one night. The room was clean, no bed bugs 😁, the stuff at check was very friendly. Unfortunately, i don't remember her name. We checked in at March

The staff were nice, they have breakfast but it’s not that great. They only served oatmeal, muffins and coffee. Some hotels offer eggs/sausages or even pancakes. The queen bed was also small, it looked like a double. There was also hair on top of the bedsheet when we first got there and a brown stain on the side of the bed. Most likely won’t stay here again. If you’re on a budget then this place is good enough.

The only thing really nice about this place was the guy that worked at the front desk. He was very nice, polite and helpful. Robin started with the shuttle from the airport. I called seven times while I waited over two hours for Forum to show up. I was ready and waiting a little after 11 PM and didn’t end up getting picked up until after 1 AM. On the ride to the hotel he stopped at another hotel got out of the vehicle and handed my bag to a gentleman. As he was walking away with my bag, I had to yell at the driver, but that was my bag and to stop and go back and get it. The hotel itself was OK. Although the elevator did not work. So climbing three flights of stairs with luggage was not fun. The room was as clean as it could possibly be although the carpet is very old and nasty. It did look like that housekeeping had done a good job.

The room looked recently updated, but the clothing rack fell off the wall and both the TV and coffee maker didn’t work. I have photos documenting these issues. I hope management will address these problems and consider a refund given the condition of the room and the missing advertised amenity.

For a low priced motel by the airport, this place was a delightful surprise. Very high tech. Maybe I'm getting old or am just from the sticks, but it felt like I was in the future.

Clean room

The airport shuttle was cancelled because of weather …there was no written statement saying that the shuttle will only be available, weather permitting…we booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle and could not cancel because we booked through orbitz…as a result we had to pay $80 for an uber ride to and from the airport and hotel…I believe that the amenities of the hotel should state that the shuttle is available only when weather permitting. Besides this problem, the hotel room was cold…the heater could not warm up the room and the bed only had one very thin cotton waffle weave blanket on it… had to sleep with wool socks leggings and a sweatshirt to stay warm. There was nothing to place your luggage on to get it off the floor so I was very concerned about bedbugs. The breakfast was very meager also and in a cold room which the front desk said they didn’t have a heater for even though I saw a thermostat on the wall. Do not recommend.

January 20 at 5 AM we lost hot water and didn’t have water the remaining of the night went to the front office receptionist. Got switched rooms and still no hot water apparently we were the only ones complaining. The front counter lady was very rude. We called several times. She didn’t answer as well as hanging up in our face without answering the phone, she didn’t wanna let us speak to a manager. She didn’t wanna comp a free night of a room. She didn’t wanna give me a refund That was the worst day possible to not have hot water all day and not able to take a bath other than that, it’s quiet not a whole lot of movement or action going on over there they could use better beds. They could use better faucets they can use better sealant For the doors and windows for the heat to stay in. 1.3

The room was clean and the front desk clerk was ok. My stay per se wasn’t unpleasant but leaving to hotel to get to my plane was a nightmare. I was on the shuttle first and the driver went to three other hotels after and picked up some other passengers to take them to the airport as well needless to say those passengers were able to make their flights I’m sure because he dropped them off at their thermals first. While I had to ask him to just let me off at a random terminal because by that time my flight was boarding and I need to just distance myself so I could calm down and book another flight

Airport shuttle was convenient and ran often so not hard to get. Woman running check in was a saint, she was inundated because of airline cancellations and she was a pro!

The room was lackluster. Had more of a motel feel than hotel. Walls were thin, could hear the TV from the adjoining room all day and night along with the myriad children they had in there awake at all hours. Bathroom did not dry quickly, could do with a fan. Room felt cramped for two people but you get what you pay for I suppose. Air conditioner had bugs in it. Smells from adjoining room also permeated the walls and door. The staff were courteous at the very least.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible. Roaches everywhere and dirty bed sheets. When brought up about any issues there was no accommodation or accountability. Finally when we let them know about the roaches they changed our room but they were not apologetic and took forever for check in and out. Also when asked to speak to the manager they are “never” there till 3am-6am. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

The check-in process relied on a virtual kiosk, which ended up taking longer than waiting for a staff member. I was also asked to sign a document agreeing to a $25 damage fee and was informed of a pending authorization on my card, but the front desk could not provide any record of that charge when I asked. After finishing the kiosk check-in, my room key did not work and I had to return to the desk to have it reprogrammed. The same issue happened again the next day, which was frustrating after a long day of work. Cleanliness did not meet expectations. The business center area felt cluttered and not well maintained. Upon arrival, there were numerous mattresses stacked outside the building, which did not leave a great first impression. The overall condition of the property could benefit from much better upkeep. The complimentary breakfast was very limited: basic toast, packets of oatmeal and cereal, Yoplait yogurt, oranges, and coffee/tea. It was enough to technically qualify as breakfast, but lacked quality and variety. I was hoping for something more substantial, especially for guests traveling for work. Although the shuttle was punctual, the vehicle was not clean and the ride felt rough. I tried to avoid touching surfaces inside the shuttle because of how unclean it appeared. The location was convenient for my travel needs, but the cleanliness was horrid and staff was lazy.

The room itself isn't as big as the pics suggest, however it was sufficient for what we needed (cancelled DFW flight and a cheap enough room). The front desk was very cordial and helpful. Overall it's an older property with some updates to make you not look as close to the dated things around (random DirectTV box hanging on top of the tv, random missing tiles, etc). The biggest issue was the airport shuttle, while it was on time, the smell of gasoline on our clothes was so bad the front desk guy noticed it right away - I'm shocked that van passed inspections being that bad, and the guy driving (the evening/10p shuttle) was talking with an accent that no one in the whole van understood, then he got a little moody when we all had to keep asking him what he was saying.
