The hallways were clean and the lady at the front desk was cool its the owner.hes rude we checked in the floor was dirty w melted candle wax.my bed sheets were dirty he had to replace the sheets atleast 5 times and each time were stained bad looked like tire marks exc !! Its construction on one side of the hotel look like they were fixing my kids said they seem him pulling the sheets from there.he then got frustrated with us n told us take the dirty sheets because he did wash them regardless of large stains or I can leave,when u make a req to accommodate whats already suppose to be clean idk if she is his mom or wife but she pulls him to the back and yells at him.the room phone did not work.seat and chair was beat up and stained even the mattress they also accept service animals and pets but make u take them with you each time you leave out your room.so if u need time away to eat,work exc without the dog u cant major inconvenience its good for a night or two but a long stay no

This time around everything was impeccable and things went smoothly.

Property was clean and everything else worked fine. Nice continental breakfast from 6 to 9. Elevator worked fine. Reception personnel were very nice and helpful. Cleaning service was excellent: towels and room linens very clean.

Dirty elevator, no complementary water, no skin lotion, dirty carpets, the TV remote control did not match the tv, so there was no guide, no way to use the tv menu.

We were not able to get to the hotel until the next morning and we were allowed to take a nap and shower before taking our plane. Everyone was super nice.

The housekeeping staff were incredibly unprofessional. Front desk staff was yelling at a man checking out. I walked up on a man trying to enter my room, claiming to be staff checking on housekeeping. I couldn’t wait for my stay to be over.

Clean room

The room was nice and had a coffee maker and a refrigerator. I waited for the shuttle for an hour and called the hotel and found out you needed to call to be picked up and eventually got there in another hour. Nowhere was it mentioned that you needed to do that. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I like that the property was clean. The beds were comfortable. The water was super hot. The staff were great. The decor is outdated and the only hot breakfast they had were pancakes and nothing to go with it

The mold in my room gave me allergies

Rooms are small, beds have spring mattress. I stayed for 3 nights and there was no room cleaning dueing my stay which was a disappointment. Room also didnt had any microwave or smal fridge. It was very basic. They also dont provide sufficient toiletries. Hotel serves breakfast, its basic but worth the price of rooms. In breakfast, thry had banana, 2 types of breads which can be tosted, muffins, pancakes and coffee/tea. It had onsite parking and there are plenty of space. Hotel also provides airport shuttle.

The only bad thing I can say is that they need to update the remotes. They have smart tvs but you can’t use any of those functions because the remotes are so old!!

A person wanted to create a bad atmosphere in the dining room in the morning hours, maybe he was drugged.

Breakfast..Quiet rooms..a/c & heat in room..dog friendly..ice machine..coffee & Tea & Hot Chocolate. The front desk never has quarters for the wash & dry machines here.

Yes it was clean.

Room was very clean and very adequate. Fastest hot water in shower I have ever seen. :) Bed was great. AC great. Breakfast great for the price. Three staff people I interacted with were all excellent--professional, helpful, friendly.

You get what you pay for. This isn’t some fancy hotel but it did the job. My flight was delayed until the next day so I stayed here. The room was super warm when I walked in thank god as it was -10 outside. Staff extreme friendly. Overall clean and organized. Free breakfast in the morning felt super communal and everyone was polite and nice. 10 min drive from the airport so it wasn’t a long drive. Thanks so much for having me!

Airport shuttle was not available, and I was one leg disable and it was really hard for me, to get a Taxi ride going to hotel and back to airport

Limited breakfast choices-pancakes, muffin,bread, cereal and juice/coffee. Plenty of parking and close to airport and freeways. Cheap hotel with clean bed is what we wanted and sorta got. So cant complain since it was Thanksgiving weekend with Dallas playing KC and was limited options

Shopping mall not to far away. Noise from road ways is tolerable but can make light sleepers wake up. Street lights make the property safer but can make it difficult to get to sleep, thankfully they have blackouts curtains.

I was really surprised about the quality of the service there .Clean rooms, everything working like charm, breakfast was good and extra plus in the front desk was Arthur he was amazing , total dedicated to customers. Arthur put the name of the Hotel and the company in the top. After years of traveling. Different hotels in different countries we only wish that every one have somebody like him.

Driver arrived at 5am!

Filthy! The sheets had ALOT of stains. There was hair all over the bathroom. The elevator was not safe at all! Please don't stay here! I had to clean before we could use anything.

The hotel was empty and i assume it was because of it is horrible. Old, run down, the breakfast was a joke. I checked out 2 days early and got another hotel.

Over all property was ok but the room had stinky smell.

They cancelled my room while I was still on the plane! I got an email before the flight saying it was confirmed and then, during the flight they cancelled. When I called they offered the room for $20 more!

Love the place people are just amazing and will go out of their way to make me feel at home.

Received text to expedite check in but when I arrived, was informed had not had a chance to review it. Seemed like front desk agent was on a personal call instead of reviewing info beforehand. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the entire floor smelled like cigarettes. No shuttle service after 9pm. I had called to verify and when I arrived to be picked up was informed driver no longer in service. Certainly not booking this hotel in the future.

I have no real complaints, the area just has a strange vibe. Like something illegal is going on there. There was also tissue in my doors peephole which gave me creepy vibes. Overall it was good for the price. However I probably won't stay there again.

Very close to airport. Check-in took at least 15 minutes while the desk person checked and rechecked the computer. We were concerned that we might not get a room (although we did get a room).

Bedbugs in the room

Room was clean however window was open when I arrived. It had a screen. Curtains are useless for they’re so thin and the bright lights of the parking lot lit the room up like it’s daylight. No dark curtains. Bed was hard but the worst part was the noise from the street.

The staff were so amazing and helpful. I stayed here for the connivence of being able to walk to the globe life stadium and it’s only a 12-15 min walk… but the bed was more comfortable then many 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. I was alone and I was safe walking alone, the area is clean and I am so glad I stayed because I saved hundreds of dollars staying here than others hotels that also need transportation to get around in.

When we got to the hotel they had given our rooms away and then told us that we would have to wait until they cleared giving us the rooms of customers that hadn't arrived with the manager. As if you don't take care of the paid for rooms first.

When I left for my room, it turned out the whole property smelled to marijuana. When I got into the room, it also smelled, the furniture was worn and torn. Since I felt so uncomfortable I contacted hotels.com and they relocated me to another hotel. It was the worst hotel experience ever but the best one when it came to hotels.com customer service.

So the rooms are outdated and unless you get a king bed you don’t get a fridge or microwave. The people at the desk were awesome. Let us change rooms and only paid for the difference of the rooms.

The aircondition did not work well. IMy room was warm and occassionally cool. I was so upset I forgot to call the front desk until morning. Their breakfast was okay but I will not recommend this hotel to any one.

Waiting in line to check in and the front desk phones kept ringing. The only check in guy at the front desk kept answering the phone when it rang every 30 seconds and he kept talking to everyone who called, mostly people asking if rooms available and about the shuttle. No rooms were available and it was too late for the shuttle- so he was dealing with everyone complaining. Meanwhile a long line is forming to check in. He should not have to answer the phone- people checking in should come first. But, he was very polite-professional, and considerate. Room was ok after I was able to get in after going back down to the desk 3 times to get the door key to work. And the 3rd floor smelled of bad cat pee. It was a clean bed to crash in for 5 hours.

It’s just old and outdated inside of the rooms. Nothing special. I do like the hotel for its truck parking in the back and it’s also a dog friendly hotel. But I think the price should reflect the quality of the hotel therefore, should’ve been a little cheaper priced.

Terrible service, spanish women in the receptionist with bad attitude, no gym or pool. Breakfast was horrible, they were sitting on the table and eating while customers couldn’t even find space. Hotel smells, for a price of what I paid, I think I could’ve done way better. Overall a disappointment.
