Staff were very rude and offered no help or solution for the AC during this crazy summer heat. Checked out one day early because it was hot

Terrible property. Looks like 100 years old. The flooring of first floor seems to have pot holes covered wooden flooring. The concrete cracked and feels like it may collapse. The AC showing error after few hours. You need to unplug and plug it again to make compressor work. Overall horrible experience.

I found 2 roaches in the bathroom and the pool was locked during my stay.

The property is in desperate need of uplift. The room had vinyl tiles that were broken, bent and had big dents where you could trip over. The towels were more like oversized napkins. No amenities, just a cheap soap. Ample parking and easy access to airport and nearby areas was the only plus. Skip if you can.

Our flight was

The room was absolutely disgusting. The smell was incredibly strong, like febreez over cigarettes - just leave the cigarette smell, it would’ve been better. There were two tiny towels for the shower, the bed sheets were stained and there were cigarette burns in the comforter. The bed was like a pull out bed, minus the couch. Got itchy just standing in the room, immediately went to check out and cancel the stay. 100% do not recommend.

It was dirty. The room could have used a real good cleaning. Towel in bathroom was slightly damp.

It was tolerable. I had 2 different rooms and the bed in each one had dips(sink holes) on each side. The pillows are extremly flat and small. I asked for more and never recived them. The ftont desk staff was kind. I reported an issue with my first room and they immediately offered to switch my room. The linen and towrls could be cleaned 100 % better!!!

After booking with them for almost a month we came to realize my kids were getting bit up by bed bugs. We at first thought it was fleas due to all the stray cats outside. But did catch 2 bed bugs asked for a refund but property denied and asked for us to check out so they can quarantine which I understand. As well as through out the stay the bathroom has no ventilation at all and had mold growing in bathroom as well.

The kitchenette was not equipped with any dishes, pots, pans, or utensils. I had to buy everything there, and I wish I had known beforehand. The mattress was horrible, and we could feel the springs in the center of the bed. Did not sleep well at all and experienced back pain. Will not stay there again.

It was quiet for being a busy area. Good if you are on a budget. Would suggest newer pillows and mattresses, but it was good for the value.

Room stank, electric wires and plugs sticking out - could not change the television from Spanish to English. Front desk did not seem to care. Switched rooms but it was just as bad:

Customer service at check-in and check-out was great — everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room itself really needs some attention. There was a half-drunk beer still left in the fridge, the bathroom sink was leaking so badly it left a puddle all over the floor, and the front door didn’t close all the way — there was a visible gap in the frame where bugs could easily get in. The AC barely worked, and the sink in the kitchenette was completely clogged with standing water. Definitely appreciate the staff’s kindness, but the room condition could use a lot of improvement.

Perfect for a short getaway — clean, quiet, and excellent service.

The towels were dingy and didn't smell clean. There was a cockroach in the room.

Kitchenette with no cups,glasses,plates. No shampoo offered. I have never stayed somewhere that did not have complementary shampoo , body wash. A toilet plunger was laying on the ground by the pool. Some rooms were being occupied by people living there. Holes in curtain that light was coming through

Great Location!! The women in housekeeping were so nice and helpful. Ali was very helpful and he makes everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. Our room was Big and we loved the Kitchenette it was really nice. Great place to stay if you want privacy, on a budget, or transitioning from home to home. There were no insects, and the rooms are super clean! After a month of getting good rates with Booking.com this guy at the front desk decided to start adding $75 to our weekly rate so it was time to go. That made us want to leave in hurry!! We enjoyed our stay but when he decided to randomly add money to our Booking rate that was a sign to go somewhere else.

Staff didn't kno English. Hard to explain what I needed.
