SpringHill Suites by Marriott DFW Airport East/Las Colinas

Room was really clean and spacious, however ac units not functioning properly asked to be switched and they did not want to change me, only gave me a fan because I asked for one. 1st one wasn't working either had to come down and return it as well for 2nd one. Did not get a discount or any offer of other accommodations other than "sorry for inconvenience".. wasn't able to rest due to malfunction ac and room not being cold.

The property was very clean and well kept. The complementary breakfast was great, their staff did amazing in keeping everything well stocked and keeping a variety of food on hand. Having an indoor pool a plus.

The rooms were very clean. It was over 100 degrees outside and the ac kept up very well!! My husband and I stayed for 3 nights while he completed a course that was held in the hotel. The breakfast was very good for complimentary breakfast- when the bar opened they would put out small finger foods and water with oranges in it. They accommodated us very well 10/10 I will book here again if I’m ever in town

Everyone was super helpful. I added an additional night for our rooms. They asked me to use the third party through where i originally booked and said they would keep us in the same rooms. During breakfast staff was very friendly.

Good location Staff wasn’t very welcoming upon arrival. The woman was really kind, but the man obviously didn’t care to be there. There were silverfish in the SOAP. Super gross. Lights went out the last day we were there. Obviously not the staffs fault but there was no communication about what was going on, even when we went down to the front office. They also didn’t seem concerned that there were people stuck in the elevator. Overall not a horrible experience but wouldn’t stay there again

The power went out twice. They cleaned up breakfast before the time and didn’t give people more time since the power was out. Someone got stuck in the elevator. We had no working elevators to bring down all of our luggage. It was insane

The room was a lot smaller than I thought and on my last day the electricity went out and we didn’t have it for the remaining of our trip. They supposedly said it was the whole city of Irving. I’m not quite sure.

Unless you enjoy solving a maze to find your hotel and sleeping in a room without a single straight wall, I’d skip this one. This Marriott property feels very dated, from the old towels to the strange 'artistic' room design that leaves the TV in a complete no-man's-land between the bed and sofa. To top it off, you practically need a step-stool to reach the shower gel if you’re under 5'5". Definitely not the quality I expected

the hotel is great, the only thing is that you have to call to be picked up from the airport and they only have rides to the airport every hour

The stay was nice!!! My only complaint is the pillows were too used and no hand soap on our room. Other than that the atay was top notch.

Everything was perfect

This hotel is one of my favorites to stay in when I come to the Dallas area. The indoor pool is enjoyable and just deep enough for both kids and adults to have fun. The supplied amenities are sufficient. And the rooms are clean and comfortable. And they provide an excellent breakfast. And there is a Starbucks AND brunch place nearby in case you don’t wake up early enough for breakfast. Have stayed here 3 times so far and there will be many more to come!

Just a heads up, there are not a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel is in a quiet business district away from a lot of the big city.

My stay was very good. The rooms were a tad bit dated but everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast was amazing! It’s says continental breakfast but they had a full spread of everything and it was hot and fresh! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Quick night stay after arriving at DFW late. Shuttle wasnt available readily, so we took an Uber ride. It was Saturday night, staffing might be tough to get, understandable. Very clean room and friendly front counter staff.

Staff professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was included and tasty with several options. Rooms were well designed with the added feature of a sofa/ trundle bed off to the side, creating a separate sitting area. Price reasonable.

I only stayed one night for an unplanned extended layover at the airport. I felt that I really lucked out with the hotel though. my room was very nice and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly. All together, the hotel experience was a welcome relief from the frustrations of dealing with delayed flights! I would definitely stay again and stay longer!

Room and hotel very clean!! I just got different information about parking from the staff. Called and they said the first 5 days free and after that it was $10 a day. When i got there they asked if we had a car that was all. The next morning I asked about parking and he had me fill out a form. I asked to confirm the cost because they told me it was free and he said he didn't know about that. I still don't know how much I am going to pay when I get back.

Our overall stay was pretty good until on the day of check out we were awaken by the fire alarm sounding. Scared me to death. Thank God it was a false alarm, but that ended our weekend getaway.

Free shuttle to and from DFW airport. Actually had contact solution and case for lost luggage replacement. Very kind and helpful staff. Clean comfy room. Decent complimentary breakfast. Will stay here again if stranded at the airport.

The front staff was extremely kind, location not too far from anything and the highway is easily accessible. The room itself was definitely good! Nice, clean, and the gift they give you at the beginning is inviting.

Our stay here was ok. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The pool was cold, but not unbearable. The staff was very pleasant when we arrived. The air didn't seem to work quite right. We would set it, but it would change on its own to higher temperatures, so it would get a little too warm while we slept. The power went off and on a few times the morning we checked out. When we got to the front desk there was a woman and a man (he appeared to be maintenance) working on the card machine. She looked up at us but didn't acknowledge us. No greeting. No, "just a minute." After a moment, she called another lady from the back. That lady was pleasant, but no mention of the power going out. I felt someone could've apologized for the inconvenience of the power going off and on. Overall, the hotel was 8/10. Comfort was 8.5/10. Staff was 9/10. Amenities were 8.5/10. Breakfast was 6.5/10.

I loved this hotel! Employees were so nice. They even allow us to check out at 3pm with no extra cost. I will stay there again this month.

One night stay with grandkids. The room was perfect for the 5 of us - there was plenty of space for everyone. The grands enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and service was exceptional.

There was no kitchenette which was an ok trade for a better hotel overall.

Really enjoyed our stay for the game. Surprisingly it was very quiet being on the 1st floor and everyone there for the game also. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Asia was excellent at front desk. Will definitely be our staying spot when in DFW.
