Location, area was nice. Old, being worked on. My phone, and internet didn’t work. I reached out to the staff and never heard back. Also they have a good amount of washers and dryers for free use however only 1 washer and 2 dryers out of a room full of them are operational for the entire hotel. Despite me asking the front desk and not hanging the do not disturb door tag, I did not receive room cleaning once. I asked for new towels, and they asked me to bring my old ones down first. I wasn’t aware we had to do our own maid services as that wasn’t noted in the description. There was a cockroach in the dishwasher when I went to unload which I had personal cups and water bottles in that I decided to leave behind for being grossed out.

All my clothes and luggage now smell like cigarettes. When I told the staff upon check in, the only remedy they offered was to spray the room with air freshener.

Economically priced.

The bathroom rood was leaking water and the light in the bathroom was blinking, the AC was making loud voice, and bathroom was smelling bad because if the leaking water, not sure what kind of water it was.

Room clean. Quick in and out for business monthly. Staff are attentive. Normally good. We have been using this property for last 6 months. Treadmill still broken. This time no hot water in the shower. Hot in the sink but not in the shower.

I do understand I did not book a luxury place but this was not as promised. For the amenities thy announced outdoor grilling and the grills were there but out of gas. Although I was there 10 days they were not able to address this. In the laundry sections 3 out of 5 machines were broken and the dryers had not been cleaned for a good time. There was one nice lady at the front desk but the other staff was useless or rude. I had a problem with the dishwasher and morning shift said they reported it and evening shift had no clue. A manager was not to be mobilized. After 4 days I insisted on a different room. The whole place was run down. In the room different things were fixed but completely inadequately. The towel hanger constantly fell down and the same for the bar in the closet. The shower was complex loose too. I could go on with more details but I think you get the message. Once again I normally am happy with this chain but this place did in no way live up to any standard.

its smells bad. the temperature is always freezing or overly hot. how can i book a room with my credit card and then that same card isn't accepted when i get to the physical location? and then you don't take cash? everyone accepts cash. Garbage

Room smelled like smoking was only banned last month, room furniture was beyond worn out and A/C was completely ineffective.

The staff was amazing but when we arrived our room was not clean, there was dog hair everywhere, no pillows or sheets, kibble in the floor and the ac cover was off and inside our shower. (Ac was gross) they moved us to a second room which was more tidy but still not the best. Shelves in the restroom were super dusty. When you took a shower there was almost no hot water and the tub floor squeaks like if you’re going to fall down. Elevators are super poorly maintained, made us super nervous and they had an awful smell. Pros is they do have a full size fridge, a small stove and the staff is amazing, super helpful and super friendly! Check in and check out were a breeze.

The water pressure in the shower was really good had all the soaps, lotions, etc if you forget any toiletries. It was located in a safe area that was quiet, safe, and friendly.

Everything in the room was available, however there was stagnant water in the dish washer. I ran it to clean it out. The shower would also have issues draining while the water ran to bath. The telephone did not work so not able to use. Towels and bed linens didn't seem clean so I laundered them. Which leads to the laundry/weight room. A great touch to take care of anything that needs attention to be washed and get in a little workout in while you wait.

My stay there was quite okay but the AC stopped working on my first night until I left. The microwave stopped working on my second night there. The customer service was great and I was offered another room.

I have stayed at this property a few times...always liked the layout of the rooms, although the first time I stayed the bathroom was dirty but I was able to get a maid in to clean it the next day. Also, you do have to pay a deposit fee of $100. One thing that stands out to me now is that I'd never been charged a parking fee. I don't recall being told about it. However, the parking fee--with tax--was taken out of my deposit this time, which was not shared with me it would be. I've always gotten just any items I'd purchased from the front desk taken out. I called to ask about it, and the lady told me it was for parking, and it was on my parking pass and the website, and that they hadn't been enforcing it but now they are. I did look and indeed see it on my parking pass after she told me. I have yet to find it on their website. I cannot find it. It will be best to mention along with the deposit so a guest is aware of all charges, especially if they are not aware and have to call about it.

Had it not been lacking in cleanliness, the bed was actually comfortable and the hot water and water pressure in the shower were great. But need to treat for bugs and hire better housekeeping.

The front desk staff was friendly. But there was no hot water (so couldn’t shower). The coffee maker was broken, the refrigerator was dented, and many of the drawers were coming off the hinges. As I was leaving, there was a coach roach hanging out in the hallway… yikes.

I have to be in Dallas for work several nights a week… and I live 4 hours away… so I’m trying out several hotel options near my office. I like the area, which is very close to both DFW airport, and the area where Toyota Music Factory is located. There was plenty of parking, and the room was large. The kitchen is ample… but I won’t be cooking. Checking in was easy, and the room & bathroom were clean. It was quiet, but in the morning there was very little to no hot water.

Staff not friendly and very uncommunicative to one another. As a resident, always get receipts and keep copies. They tell you one thing just to get you out their face and do another over the phone. They’re too busy to work properly and the place is run down with a lot of unidentifiable odors.

There was not always coffee available, and when there was, essential items like creamer and other supplies were missing. The trash cans in the hallways and laundry room were often full, giving the impression that cleanliness and upkeep were not a priority. When I reported issues, the staff would say they would check on them, but nothing ever changed. On one occasion, they were unable to provide a complete set of towels and said they would bring the rest to my room, but they never did. I had to go back the next morning to request them again. Overall, I am very disappointed with this stay and will not stay here again

Awful. Room was gross and not clean, bed was so uncomfortable, pillows paper thin, could hear every sound made from neighbors. Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night multiple times, but to be fair it’s not like I was getting any decent sleep anyways. Couldn’t get in to my room, every single time I returned to enter the room our keys just didn’t work and we needed to get them recalibrated constantly. Total waste of money and a dump, don’t stay here.

I suffer from severe anemia and get cold very easily. When I asked for an extra blanket, I was told I needed to bring the one I was already using down to the front desk to exchange it. What I had on the bed wasn’t even a blanket — it was just a thin sheet. Instead of accommodating a simple request, they made it unnecessarily difficult. When I asked for fresh towels, I was again told I had to bring my soiled towels down to the front desk before receiving clean ones. Being expected to carry dirty towels through the hotel felt humiliating and extremely uncomfortable. It honestly made me feel as though I was being treated differently or looked down upon. As a paying guest who was already dealing with travel issues, I expected basic courtesy and hospitality. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I would not recommend staying here based on how I was treated.

We stayed for 4 nights, and we had a flu due to dust allergies. Ventilation and air quality was not good inside the room. Other than that, customer service and everything else were good.

The hotel is located in a noce area. Feels safe. There is a park that is walkable and a lightrail stop within minutes.

Good stay. The front desk agent who checked us in was really friendly and made the process easy. The room was spacious, the bed and bathroom were comfortable, and having a kitchenette was super convenient. Overall, a solid and comfortable stay.

Kitchen was not fully equipped with kitchen necessary items. It only has spoon fork butter knife 1 saucepan and a toaster.

The room was dirty when we arrived, and they never sent anyone to clean it. However, the staff were wonderful, super nice and polite.

I enjoyed my stay here. It's not the most fancy modern hotel but it's not bad either. It is literally right across the street from the yellow light rail stop. I took it from and to the airport and saved me a lot of money on ride share!

She smells clean as well. The front desk staff was rude, refused to work with me on this pet fee and when departing they never even came out to the front desk. She yelled from behind a wall of snacks, and I quote "Leave the key on the counter". I wont go back and I wont recommend staying there I speak publicly often and will share this experience.

Leaking roof, trash not empty from previous stay, loud noice of people walking on floor above all the time and unfriendly front desk.

My room smelled like smoke, the hotel looked nothing like the online photos and on my last night i got a notice on my door that the water was being shut off for 6 hours for repair so when i woke up there was no water available at all. How does one brush their teeth or take a shower without water? A huge inconvenience and i paid for a working room and didn't get one. I want a refund.

This was just an okay stay. The hotel was not totally clean. In our room there were some used contacts on a lamp stand. The toilet had not been flushed and a table had not been wiped off. I just felt “off”. When we arrived there was an angry guest at the che

Safe location and friendly staff.

No hot water the first night. Room had a “suite” but no chairs, so while we could prepare food there was no where to sit and eat. Only one elevator working. Staff were nice but limited in how they could help.

Nice quiet stay that was affordable

Beware there are bed bugs and the beds are incredibly uncomfortable. One of the most basic hotels, which is fine so long as it is clean. Unfortunately, Sonesta is anything but.

It was a great place that immersed ourselves in nature saw the stars at liberty clearly and a cozy place stay with friends.

It was clean and facilities in good condition. The door to the room was a little warped and would not close easily or quietly, but otherwise, everything was nice. Not a fan of the $100 deposit, but otherwise, no complaints.

It was accessible to places that I wanted to go. Room was very spacious and it was nice and quiet. It also had all the amenities. Staff was very helpful.

I chose this hotel for the proximity and affordability. The room was surprisingly good. Bed was a lot softer than I was used to but a good change. The only issue I had was the food odor smell.
