I like the location and area of the property The room had a strong smell. It wasn’t a horrible smell but it wasn’t pleasant either

Very very clean & the AC works really good even on those 100° days. There was always parking spots available. The location is right off the highway so it was simple to commute to & from. The smell in the elevator & lobby of building 2. Almost like paint, wood, & a used restroom mixed together.

Location was great

We stayed here while my daughter recovered from a surgery we had plenty of room for her to move around d and have her own space, a full kitchen to cook her whatever she wanted, and a washer/dryer to do all the laundry for the whole family. The kids each were able to have a room where they could shut the door and get some down time as did my husband and I. Will definitely stay here again.

The appeal for multiple rooms for travelers is there. However there were several things that went wrong on this trip. First of all, the front door didn’t work for the entire duration of the trip. Staff tried to prop it with a rock or tie bags around it to keep it open. It was super complicated as we had dogs with us and senior citizens. We also had a full kitchen which we wanted to use to make ourselves breakfast. But there was only one tiny pan to use. 2 eggs max fit in the pan. That was just not going to cut it. We asked the front for an additional pan and were told they didn’t have any. The sink basins in both bathrooms were extremely tiny. I’ve never seen a sink that small. When we got to our room everything was wet. Sofas and carpet. It seems like they had just barely cleaned maybe. But it was so wet we couldn’t sit and watch tv. For some reason maintenance came in during our stay for about an hour to shut off and clean the AC units. And worst of all the elevator wasn’t working consistently. We were on the third floor. Again with dogs and senior citizens. It just was not a good stay at all. There was trash piled up outside too. And our hallway smelled terrible.

Perfect for traveling with our daughters. They had their own room. Full kitchen was a great addition. We didn’t use it but is definitely great if you don’t want to eat out every night.

Great location - very safe! Check in was quick. Easy to find parking. Room was nearly the cleanest I’ve ever seen - I actually was shocked how clean my room was (I’m the operations manager of a cleaning company). Large Rooms & Common Areas within the apartment. Elevator was fast. The first night I could hear someone talking next door - walls are thin, glad it wasn’t occupied the rest of my trip. Elevator buttons need updated in Building 2. Also the door was propped open in Building 2 - not sure what was up with that.

Need to be mindful of the elderly. The elevator broke down around 730pm and an elderly couple had to go 4 flights of stairs to get to their room. Be more accommodating to them next time. We felt so bad.

Everything about the stay was okay, the smell throughout the floor and room was tough to adjust to.

Nothing feels better than sleeping at a hotel that feels like hm. Full kitchen, apartment style rooms.

Nice comfy spot Clean, safe and plenty of space

The place is really comfortable and spacious enough. The beds were really comfy! It was also very cleaned and equipped with everything you need. I would've loved to stay more than one night. It was a great stay overall! The place was clean but smelled a little weird, wouldn't be able to say exactly where was the smell coming from. Also the TVs system was kind of weird to figure it out and looked kinda bad. The bathtub was also weird to figure out how to stop it from clogging, you had to twist the thingy in a weird way.

Room wasn't as clean there was some spots and also hair in the shower.

That is was a 3 bedroom and 2 bath suite. My children loved having their own space. Water was leaking under the floor boards in the master bedroom from the shower. The master door did not want to latch shut without lifting the door handle so it was aligned properly.

Wish they had more locations! Loved this hotel, and plan on staying here whenever my travels bring me to Dallas. Beautiful area, safe, plenty of dining options and easy access to to highway. Full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit and separate bathrooms for each bedrooms. Small living room but you get a small apartment for the same cost of a motel/hotel room. Small store in main building lobby and ATM.

The only thing is that there is no pool.

It was an unpleasant day. The place is OK but just OK nothing great about it.

Upon arrival, we found dirty/stained linens on the bed, as shown in the photos. The front entrance door to our building was also not working properly, and the hallways had a horrible smell throughout our entire stay. The living room furniture and kitchen were also dirty and outdated, which made the suite feel poorly maintained. We were unable to change rooms because the property was completely sold out during our stay, so we had no choice but to remain in the room. We booked this trip expecting a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable family vacation. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, odor, maintenance issues, and outdated accommodations really took away from the experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues. Clean linens, clean common areas, and properly maintained accommodations should be the bare minimum.

The room was okay , smelled like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while. The floor extremely sticky I had to mop the whole room and floor , dishes were dirty and had marks of food residue. The couch was dusty, the carpet was sticky and smelly like drinks/sweeten liquid spilled on it and dried up . The couch dusty and we were getting bit by dust mites and had red bumps on my hands and feet anywhere on my body that was exposed. The staff was different, our visits before had respectful and understand staff. The new staff let’s say they were on another level. Checking in they claimed nothing was mentioned about the request and no one reach out from Expedia although transcripts were shown and screen shots. I hope if I do give it another try it would be more like my previous stays before this one. 1-5 with five being the high I say 2.

Nicely appointed rooms with a fully functional appliances and stocked with plenty of silverware, pots, dishes and glasses comfortable couch, bed, and two very well proportioned TVs.. Fantastic price for the things you are getting.

The bed was a little uncomfortable since it was a platform like bed. But still slept well regardless. Overall great experience.

Our room was spotless. It was so nice to have the space for teens to have their own rooms.

We loved having a suite: washer/dryer, sitting room, dining table, toaster, microwave, bedroom and good sized bathroom. The property provided a sense of security with key and access into our building, room, and parking area. It's located close to shopping and dinning but far away enough to be quite and low traffic! We arrived 2.5 hours early and inquired about early check in. The clerk let us know that no rooms were available and there's a $50 early check-in fee. She was not very pleasant and I felt like she was talking down to us. If a room isn't available, why bother telling me about the early checking fee? Other than that, our stay was uneventful and everything we hoped for.

Location to where we were having our events. We we arrived in our room, there was a paint bucket on the kitchen counter. There were also tools on the kitchen table. We had to call someone to pick it up.

Rooms were pretty nice, has everything you might need. Interent was not the greatest, kept kicking me off while working and that was a issue. Some of the other guest were quite loud as well, and at late hours of the night

The rooms are like apartment set up and I love that it’s different atmosphere. The only thing that the property need improvement is the kitchen pots. The suits need more kitchen pots and air conditioning in the elevator.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you needed - cooking/baking/eating dishes. There was also laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent available to use. The dryer did not dry efficiently on one of the settings but did dry clothes on another setting. Overall great place to stay!

My stay wasn’t terrible, but my place was a little dirty…. A cabinet had a long black hair in it, so did my bed…. And then there was a tiny black hair stuck to the wall next to the shower. Made me question how deep they really cleaned the place. The elevator in building too also for whatever reason was blowing hot air. Not sure if it’s like that all the time, or if something was broken, but it was like that my whole stay. Also, I know these are apartment like, but you could literally hear everything, I feel like in hotels you can’t hear the people above you, but I could here their steps which was slightly annoying. The bed was springy but like a comfy springy (like you can’t feel the springs) but it was comfy, so I’ll give them that. My couch had a bunch of stains all on it which felt gross. The area is quiet and near lots of food so location is nice and within 25 mins from everything in the DFW area (without traffic). Check in was super easy, and the staff and other residents were very nice. Sometimes it smells like bleach or really bad throughout halls and public areas which was interesting. Prob wouldn’t stay here again, but also wasn’t the worst. Had a good deal per night, so I took it.

The staff was very nice and helpful, no issues with customer service except the unexpected additional $100 hold for incidentals which wasn’t previously disclosed. The building’s lobby didn’t look how it did in the pictures at all, it felt like I was walking into an apartment leasing office with the set up of the big bulky desks and just the plain furniture spread out everywhere. Once we got our key cards and walked into the elevator there was a dirty mop water smell immediately it was horrible. When he got to our room, our keys didn’t even work after the receptionist was trying to activate them which wasn’t much of an issue because she was able to get it resolved when I went back down. However, when we entered the room the same dirty mop water smell immediately was present, the room was clean though. The AC wouldn’t lower down so it was a little warm even through the night, the WiFi wasn’t functional at all and neither were the tvs, there were cable remotes but they didn’t have cable and the tv in the living room didn’t function it just kept updating. Overall, I personally wouldn’t want to return to this property, I thought it was really great and looked like the pictures but that wasn’t the case at all

Overall this is a great place to stay if you’re looking for something inexpensive. It’s not meant for a luxurious store as it’s more like an extended stay. The only down side is the restroom, it is incredibly small. Other than that I enjoyed my time here

Its a great place to be at, the elevator was hot but the room was amazing.

HSKP is nice, but inconsistenent, and then the one time its requested to come on a specific day, it doesnt come. Staff is super friendly though, thats appreciated

The Air conditioner stopped working properl, I was only given one bath towel, no lotion. I had a half used roll of toilet paper ugh. Definitely not worth the price.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The entire staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with. The room was spotless. The air conditioning was already on for me and the ice maker in the fridge had been activated so I had fresh ice. All around great experience. I would definitely recommend and stay in the future.

Do not recommend for business travelers. Pictures are not what they seem. Not clean, rooms smell like smoke, WiFi is in and out. Walls are very thin can hear everything.

Everything was great

Elevators were not working, internet was slow, no apps working on the TV, constant noise in bathroom, dull lights… it’s a big laundry list.

The suite was spacious, but there were some burn like stains on the Kitchen table and the bedroom nightstand. Also, the TV in the Living Room did not works.

This stay was unsafe, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable. At check‑in, I waited nearly ten minutes for someone at the front desk. I was checked into a room with a malfunctioning air conditioner, and despite reporting the issue early the next morning, nothing was done. When I returned around 5 p.m., I was told the AC was fine but the room was hot. I reported it again, watched staff speak to maintenance as if someone would follow up, and then heard nothing.Two hours later, I had to return to the desk myself, where I was rudely told I needed to move rooms. After packing everything and relocated, only to discover the second room’s AC had the exact same issue. It appears the units are pre‑programmed to shut off overnight, leaving the rooms hot and impossible to sleep in.The most serious incident happened at 3 a.m. on the morning. Someone attempted to enter my room twice. All the lights were on—it was obvious the room was occupied. When I went to the front desk, the attendant was hostile, claimed he didn’t know I had been moved, and refused to contact a manager or the police. Between the unsafe attempted entry, the lack of working air conditioning in Texas heat, the dismissive staff, and the complete lack of follow‑up despite multiple requests—including a message through Expedia—this property has shown they do not care about guest safety or comfort. I cannot recommend staying here. I checked out Sunday and I'm posting this review on Thursday because no one has contacted me.

The room was dirty we had to clean it our self the dry did not work

The reason for my low rating is that the bed was in need of a new mattress. There was no support and every time my husband or I moved during the night the other would be jostled. I would also recommend the choice of a king sized bed.

I’m glad I found this hotel! The AC went out in our apartment and we needed a hotel that would accommodate our family, this place was PERFECT! We had enough space for 5 kids and a puppy! Great property!!

Very private and very clean

The place was very clean and nice. We were only there for one night but my husband travels to Dallas frequently for work and said he would stay there long term. I wish they had a pool but they did not. Other than that it was great.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to book again. The room was very clean and the property was quiet throughout my visit, which made for a genuinely restful experience. Poor quality bed - bad back support. TV would not work. Limited power outlets near bed.

My room was pretty clean besides the middle comforter (not the inner sheet or top cover) having weird brown and red stains on it from previous peoples’ stay. Staff seemed alright but before checkout it seemed like the cleaning ladies weren’t sure which rooms to clean and just tried knocking on everyone’s door down the hall. Pretty sure one lady even unlocked my door and opened it before realizing I was still inside the room.

Updated clean apartment style units with a washer and dryer in each unit is nice. However, the LVP floors need to be replaced desperately. They were bowed and lifted off the floor from apparent water damage. The front staff members are also unfriendly.

The room was great, and the amenities right on. Would highly recommend and I travel often for work and pleasure. Girl at front desk on the morning of June 17th was not very happy to be there, but she definitely was the exception. Everyone else was wonderful pleasant and helpful.
