Wonderful property. The rooms truly felt like a small residence versus a hotel room. Rooms were clean, well situated, and had everything we would need. Location was not in the center of things but it was definitely safe and quiet. Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

This was the best hotel stay I have ever had! The employees were AMAZING and very helpful and kind. I highly recommend!! Also best hotel bed I have ever slept in!

The hot breakfast every morning was good, and the ladies who prepared the food were friendly and welcoming.

Staff was rude during breakfast time both times, the breakfast was great which was a let down dealing with the rude attendant. The rooms smelled bad upon arrival but did look clean. The power went out the following morning and staff was very unorganized and unprofessional in handling the matter. They did not give us any credit for the early checkout nor had any information to how long or why we had to be in a hot dark hotel room. When we left at 8 am and we received two separate emails for different check out times as well. We loved this place and this year it just wasn’t it.

I also discovered one of the outlets (a horizontal one on top of a desk) wasn’t anchored and when I tried to unplug the iron the whole outlet box came off. I had to dress again and walk to the lobby to get a spare from the night manager. My boss had checked into his room in the next building and I saw him with his luggage grumbling that he had to change rooms because his want still not ready. When he walked in the mattress was leaned up against the wall and used towels were still in th bathroom. He mentioned he last stayed he over a decade ago and it didn’t look like a dime had been put into the property since. He actually told me he’d suggest I never stay there again. Our experiences made me feel this was worth sharing. I enjoy Residence Inn, I’d hate to have more experiences like this there.

Room was unclean upon arrival but decided to stick with it. Later when laying in bed i found a LARGE cockroach crawling on the floor. about 3 inches in length. Immediately took a video and went to the front desk staff who was unhelpful. Decided to leave the hotel after that. Expedia was extremely useful to get a refund and video evidence helped.

Nice apartment style living

Hotel isn’t what the pictures trick you into. Hotel room floors and bottom of shower were very dirty. 4 other families we know that stayed this weekend also said their rooms weren’t cleaned well. Surrounding guest were also awful, smoking weed and partying all night with loud music 2 nights in a row we had to call the cops.

I won't stay anywhere else when I come to Dallas.

No hot water, no internet connection, the room was smaller than what i was looking for. Just a horrible experience

The staff was incredibly nice! Our toilet was clogged, our room smelled like weed, and it just didn’t look or feel clean. Unfortunately we were too uncomfortable to stay so we checked out as fast as we checked in. But Itzel at the front desk was so incredibly sweet and made it easy.

Room squirrel was coming thru the ceiling. Move to another room and the air conditioner didn't work

Great location feels like home away from home. I made reservations for 2 beds and a sofa bed for my family. When it was time to sleep pulled out the sofa bed and it was not clean at all. They need to upgrade their sofa beds if they are going to include them with the accommodation of the room. It was a bomber and disappointed because I purchased that room to intentionally use the sofa bed .

The room and staff were great, there was still ice so the faucets had to be kept open but thats not something in their control

Staff was extremely courteous, room was spacious. Breakfasty was ok, and can use a little more variety. Overall would stay here again.

The room had a terrible musty/mildewy smell, we found multiple roaches in the kitchen and bathroom, and the toilet was broken.

No chocolate, no microwave to heat up milk. Eggs were industrial and terrible in taste we left to have breakfast somewhere else

This is an old OLD apartment like building which Mariott purchased, nevrr renovated and decided to make ir into a hotel.

My favorite hotel to stay at when I am on the road. I love how the rooms are set up. I absolutely love the bed. Breakfast is great. Area has lots going on. Wouldn't even dream of staying anywhere else when I come to Dallas

Did not have my roll in shower and did not fix their mistake. Lousy hotel.

The hotel is located in a nice and safe area, which we appreciated. There are several restaurants and pharmacies nearby, and the free parking is definitely a plus. However, the green areas were quite neglected, and the laundry area was very dirty. We even found beer cans around the property and broken beer bottles outside our room. The breakfast was disappointing — there weren’t many options, and one day there was no fruit at all. The room itself felt a bit dirty and poorly maintained, and the kitchen appliances and utensils were not properly cleaned.

The staff was friendly from day one and the hotel was in close proximity to the convention center but was an affordable, comfortable option. Better than the other more expensive hotels in the area.

The full size and stocked kitchen was a plus, the rooms were spacious. The main check in area had some issues w the ceiling, looks like it had a leak at one point and it was not fixed yet. The breakfast could also use some improvement.

It may be someone else’s okay for the stay, but not for me. I love the other residence inn we’ve stayed in. However this one had too many people walking late taking loud. The beds had hair in them. The mattresses were worn as well as the bedding was stained. Needed to be replaced not just washed. It was like the whole room was refurbished bedding. The appliances was nice and new. We were down stairs. The noise was horrible. Even from the neighbors above they walked hard all night.

Highly recommend you stay here if in the area.

Really good food clean and excellent service

This hotel is old, the mattresses were so soft in a warm down kind of feeling, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and what looked live animal feces on the floor behind the bathroom door. Additionally, while the shower and toilet are in an enclosed small space, there is nowhere to have privacy when getting read to go. The only saving grace was the speed and friendliness of the front desk staff. I do not recommend this place.

We enjoyed the 2 bedroom Presidential Suite, however noted that the upstairs room was an open loft, not an enclosed bedroom, which was not apparent per the pictures posted online. Itcel provided exceptional customer service, and I was pleased to noted that the pool is cleaned each morning. The couch wasn't the most comfortable, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I asked for room to be cleaned daily and it wasnt done. Door kept staying open bc the lock wasnt functioning correctly. General surfaces not wiped down. The room was very comfortable and the property is quiet.

Older property with scratches & dents. But nothing to truly complain about. Environment was quiet. Location is great. Didn’t smell bad. and most importantly it was clean.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not what i anticipated. I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom upon arrival, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The iron provided was dirty and ended up ruining my white shirt-incredibly frustrating. Breakfast was underwhelming and lacked quality. Overall experience was below expectations, and I would not recommend.

The property was well kept and everything was clean to my very high standards. The Manager and the entire staff was amazing and very accommodating. The breakfast lady even brought out a treasure box for the children during breakfast encouraging them to eat a good healthy breakfast to start their day. She was the sweetest. She reminded me of my Grandmother and I wanted to take her with me. I will definitely bring my family to stay here again when visiting Texas.

Clean, family friendly. Also loved that we were nearby gas stations, stores and restaurants.

Excellent service. Easy check-in and check-out. Good break fast. Not giving 5 stars only because the room and the furniture looks old and the corners of the stairs had spider webs.

Hotel was clean all around, staff & service were expedient, room was spacious for 5, full kitchenette was a plus.

Very dirty carpet

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was ample room for our family of 5.

Even though the room was aired by us their was a pungent smell that wont go away. I am thinking it was from the carpet or maybe some mold that was behind the walls. Air conditioner Unit was very noisy.

Good Choice

Overall the stay was good. I loved the 2 bedroom suite layout. It had an Airbnb feel. My only complaints are the mattress are way too soft. When you sit down on the bed you are almost to the ground. The tvs cut off on us and took a long time to come back on and when they did we could only watch local channels. Other than that the room was good

It was very good the front desk was great and the lady working the breakfast was very pleasant I will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here three nights and had no problems. The kitchen was nice to have.

The stay overall was not of high quality. Our TV was broken (would not turn on / start) for 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed here, and no service technician was sent to take a look at this. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. Additionally, the body wash in our bathroom was nearly empty, and it was not replaced by room service. Our stay was lacking in certain areas that we were looking for comfort in. However, service during breakfast and overall front desk courtesy were appreciated.

Ms. Breanna C. was very nice and sweet. The property was very outdated to my liking, but her customer service was excellent.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking was accessible and abundant. Towels and sheets were clean. Room was nice and tidy. They were cobwebs behind the bathroom door and we did catch and kill one cockroach, but this is the south so I don’t know they can be avoided.

I had a great at this hotel. I love how it has its own private entrance as it you’re at an apt. Love the set up in the room as well. My only complaint is housekeeping needs to vacuum under the couch. There were some fake nails under there.

We chose this location to be near my daughter's place. It turned out to be the perfect place for us as we had 2 toddlers with us. The room size was perfect! Breakfast was great and delicious everyday. The staff were great people. Everything was just wonderful and to my liking. We plan to use this place as our "go to spot" whenever visiting the area again.

We traveled for a girls trip so it felt save to be out late and not feel like we were in a bad area. The property furniture could be a little more updated for the price.
