The hotel is consistently praised for its beautiful grounds, excellent food, and exceptional service. Guests particularly appreciate the attentive and friendly staff, led by the manager Aziz. The hotel's location, while a short drive from the city center, is seen as a peaceful retreat from the bustling Medina.

the staff was great, the free shuttle was also good, but there had been a storm & there was NO phone nor wifi service (& probably no tv either) The night guy was wonderful , he used his cell to create wifi so I could contact what was to pick me up in Colorado (they were closed, but I sent an email & got my pick-up changed since I sent sent to a different airport than my proper arrival airport no wifi & no phone, a great problem for someone with no cell phone

There were stains everywhere, the tv turned on but no channels, could not connect to WiFi. I brought the issues with the tv and internet with multiple people working there and they never came back with a solution. The comforter had holes. The bathroom had bugs when we came back from our event. We could not sleep there. Our room smelled like smoke.

The price of the hotel The hotel is outdated and needs an uplift. The surface of the bath was peeling off. There was a cigarette burn on the bedding. I wouldn't say the room was dirty but definitely was in need of TLC. The door to the room which was motel style ( where anyone can just walk up to and access) was an old style wood door that didn't feel particularly secure.

Some restaurants nearby Where do I start? Arriving at the motel, the first thing I see is one White prostitute standing by the side of the building and a Black one on the backside of the building when going to my room. Two black dudes in white tank tops that I'm pretty sure were their "pimps" the way they were eyeing me when checking in. At the check in counter the young Indian woman was unfriendly, and if she didn't understand what I said, she would furrow her eyebrows and say "what"? I get to my room and notice daylight coming from around my door, thank goodness it wasn't winter time. So, I try to turn on the TV and it wasn't coming on, so I assumed the batteries were dead. I go to the office with the remote and asked the young lady, now typing on her phone, if she has any batteries? She looks up at me and says "what"?, as if I'm annoying her. I repeated the question and she said no. I told her well you're gonna have to find some because I paid for a room with a working TV. She gets up and goes to a drawer and fumbles around until she sees two loose batteries rolling around in the drawer. Long story short i assumed they were dead, but after returning to the office it was discovered that the remote was broken. So I called and told her it wasn't working and then she calls I assume her dad because he was an older Indian dude who comes in and attempts to turn on the TV. Eventually, he realizes it doesn't work and just leaves a new remote. Cool. I looked around the room and notice paint peeling off the tub, a big nasty stain on the couch cushion, the rug looks ratty, and the iron is broken and won't hold water, and the TV only gets 5 local channels even though they suppose to have Dish TV. It cost me $76 for this rathole. I should have spent the extra $30 and went to a more reputable hotel.

It did have the name though, so I thought it would be ok. The night clerk was cordial. There is no elevator although there is a second floor. There is old gum on all sidewalks . My room was “furnished “ with Goodwill furniture. The bed was a thin mattress on box springs with thin sheets and a very thin quilt. The room had a deodorizer aroma. I turned on the old/ ancient AC which needed it s filter cleaned . Cooled a bit and helped a bit with the smell. I did not walk on the floors. The few threadbare towels were adequate. I was too appalled to take a shower on with a bathtub where the coating was peeling. Attempts were made with caulk. I slept fitfully . You could see daylight through the one inch at the bottom of a creaky old door. It did have a card lock and I door lock. I’ve stayed in many places throughout the world. This was top two worse. Tear this place down .

After two days of delays and cancellations, I was very dissatisfied when front desk told me they would not be honoring the Free Airport Shuttle as advertised. Dirty blood-stained sheets and fridge with old leftovers in it when we arrived and no sheets or blanket for the pull-out bed. Then a crazy woman was yelling incoherently just outside our door in the middle of the night. The staff told me the next day that they can do nothing to prevent this but warned us not to approach these people. I tried to call the office for help while the crazy lady was yelling but, of course, the phone didn't work.

This hotel is by far thé worst experience I have ever had, and I stay in hotels often. I stayed the first night, checked in about 1am, the next morning extended the reservation and paid, no problem. The third day I did this and was told no I couldn't extend, that o had to check out, even though I had paid $86 already. I was told I had to leave for three hours. On the end, oi had to pay $20 more just to stay, making the total $106, for a room they charge $69.99 for, just to sleep. I've paid over $300 now for 3 nights and I couldve bought a week somewhere better. I feel like they are robbing and disrespecting me. and I need that $20 for gas. I work hard EVERY DAY, and these people are greedy jerks.

This hotel is by far thé worst experience I have ever had, and I frequent hotels. It's the second time I've been at this one. I stayed the first night, checked in about 1am, the next morning extended the reservation and paid, went to the desk to update my key, and no problem. The third day I did this and when I went to the desk, I was told "no I couldn't extend, that i had to check out, even though I had paid $86 already. I was told I had to leave for three hours. In the end, I had to pay twenty dollars more just to stay, making the total over a hundred for a room they charge less for, just to sleep. I've hundreds now for 3 nights and I couldve bought almost a week somewhere, or gotten a hotel in a better location, with better amenities, and more stars. better place, all around . I feel like they are robbing and disrespecting me. and I need that for gas. I work hard EVERY DAY, and these people are greedy jerks. This wasn't the policy the previous day, nor last time I stayed. It's just one miserable woman's way of being as unaccommodating as possible. If this is a policy, you should tell people before they ever get a room here. Because it is a ridiculous policy. If you want to rent rooms by the hour in between my 3 hour window of potentially checking out and back in, so bad, you should just go to a by the hour policy. Because that is about as much taste and class as you have anyway. I will be amazed if they returndeposit, and the "fee" for extending a day is outrageous!

Worst motel ever ! I asked for a smoke free room , room smelled like straight up CIGARETTES! There were cigarette burns on the bed, sheets, blankets anything you could imagine. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! My clothes, bags and everything with me smelled like cigarettes.

Rooms itself newly renovated and clean the bathroom needs renovation to match the newly renovated room and can be a bit more cleaner but other than that it was good for the price. Also there is a 7/11 right outside the door so was very convenient for me when I got hungry at midnight.

Was told upon check in that there was a $10 fee for the airport shuttle when asked about it. That is false advertising and I specifically selected the hotel for the free airport shuttle. Buyer beware!
