Clean rooms No coffee machine in room, breakfast

Nothing This hotel is extremely unsafe. Not only did the manager loudly announce my room number upon check-in rather than writing it down but twice upon my keys being demagnetized did the front desk person provide a new set of keys without verifying I was actually staying in the room number provided. Combine this with the room door not actually closing and it created a very unsafe environment where we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our room.

Immediate smells when you walk through the lobby, mold on the curtains, gum stuck to the top of the closet, stains on the couch & carpet, skid marks inside toilet from previous guest. Worst of all the shower never gets hot but don’t worry the sink faucet is only boiling hot. Breakfast was gross. The guy at the front desk hit on me (I’m a woman traveling alone) and it’s unprofessional. Walls are paper thin. Only plus : sheets white & seemed clean (did have slight odor) Conclusion: DON’T stay here if want somewhat of a comfortable stay.

Well, I’m not much of anything other than it was a clean bed The pullout sofa, we could not use because it has your stains all over the mattress and when pulling out the cushions, we found a bloody Band-Aid that stuck to my finger pretty gross. When I told the lady at the front desk, she did not seem to pair at all.

Just one issue couldn’t get the jet tub to work

I can’t say that I have ever been treated like family from a hotel that I was staying in but this one did just that. My room was clean upon arrival (and I was even early - I got there before check in and they said it was ready!). The front desk gal got me everything I had forgotten (when packing so quickly at home). And the supervisor/manager (I’m not sure of her title) picked me up and dropped me off at the airport on time. I had the most wonderful conversation with her and I will always remember this hotel because of this great customer service given with so much heart.

Would have given 5 stars but our son used the gym and said several of the machines were broke. Also, the carpet needs replaced in 119, there are several holes in it and there was a slight urine? odor.

Clean and roomy Nothing

We booked at the last minute due to flight delays, I thought it was going to be much closer to DFW than it was and also assumed the free shuttle advertised on the Expedia page ran 24/7. It was non refundable and as soon as we booked it we called to ask for the shuttle to pick us up and that’s when they said it’s only 8am-8pm. Uber was $65 at night to the hotel. The room was non smoking but smelled so much like smoke in the entrance and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable large and clean. Breakfast was fine: make your own waffles, there was yogurt, some kind of pastry, English muffin, coffee , scrambled eggs, potatoes. We were just thankful not to sleep at the airport. The lady who drove us to the airport the next morning in her minivan, which is the shuttle, was very nice and friendly

The staff were all very kind from the man who checked us in at 130am after our flight got cancelled, to the woman who handled the breakfast buffet which was legit, and the manager? who checked us out and drove us to the rental car place at DFW - Carol. We really appreciated the service we got in such a crazy situation. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS we had a pleasant stay at your hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My room was terrible. There was what looked like pet hair in the sheets. There was a paper wristband on the floor from a previous guest. I did not stay. I felt like something was biting me when I laid on the bed.

Not a clean room, mattress is in a bad condition, parking is fine, breakfast doesn't have serial option,

The whole place smells like mold and ammonia. The elevator is shaky and scary and we had a two day reservation but once we saw the rooms the hand towels had a booger and hair on it. The sink had shaving clippings. We left immediately. We did not even attempt to get our money back…. Just left. It was a bummer because the guy at the desk was very nice but we couldn’t do it.

The Continental breakfast is powdered eggs and pre-made nasty sausage that has no flavor nor taste. When my husband won't eat it and complains, it must be bad. Hotel staff that checked him when was not very friendly nor helpful. The bed was comfortable but the couch was very uncomfortable. I thought maybe we had found a great hotel to use while we're in the DFW area for various things throughout the years, but Not after this visit.

Hot water wasn't working in my room day 1. Complained to older gentleman who said sorry someone could look at it next day. Next day Hollie helped me and she was very polite and fixed it in 2 seconds. She was the person who also took me to airport. Very nice. Room had do not disturb on it, but someone went into room took towels but did not replace them... was a bit weird. Went down to get some. Older guy says he doesnt think they have any... but did go look and found me some. No lights in parking lot makes it feel unsafe. Had to ask for milk for breakfast as there was none at 830am...Will not be back.

There was no room service, the restrooms were not clean, the water was cold and I couldn’t even take a shower!

Dimly lit hotel exterior at night, so dark that it is easy to trip and fall on a step coming in into the hotel. The hotel sign itself is half unlit, so had a sketchy feel from the outset. Room had no hot water ( Room 200), seems like a known issue because when I informed the front desk they mentioned previous guests had issues as well, and asked me to wait 5 minutes for running water to turn hot, but it didn't. The front desk folks were friendly enough to swap to a different room, but still was a headache to move rooms at the middle of night. Room itself was very average, seems like an old building, and not as nice as the photos on Hotels.com

Very friendly staff team, clean rooms. Building is older so the furnitures and rooms are a bit worn. The complimentary breakfast is limited, but quite nice. Good for the price we paid.

This place is very basic. Ok cleanliness. It was a little run down and tired. Breakfast was what you expect from this kind of place... Powdered scrambled eggs, sausage patties and soggy home fries. Coffee was just ok. Saggy beds and lumpy pillows. But it was cheap which was why we booked before an early morning flight

The room was great, But we had 14 hour flight Australia and was really looking forward to that jacuzzi bath when we got there. The best we could get was Luke warm water at best, and the jets just barely worked on the tub. We were really disappointed. Needless to say we will no be sty here again.

Staff was amazing. Cleanliness was decent. Housekeeper was also amazing. The bed had the frame off on the rails between the wall and bed ( small space) and it got my ankle. Beds are not the greastest for comfort.The temperature is finiky. Hot water for the shower does take awhile(we were 3rd floor). Overall we would stay here again. The staff was awesome and that makes hiving it a second chance possible.

The room was clean and had lots of space

Not entirely what I expected. Had to clean up the sofa bed before we were able to use it. No bedsheets and pillows and I had to go get them. I've seen better standards. For a non smoking hotel, the elevator always smelled like weed with some guest not adhering to the hotel instructions.

- All cameras have been removed in this hotel. - The elevator shakes and stops mid floor. - The stair way is dim and again, no cameras. We can see where the camera should go because the casing and wire is still there. - Small roaches in random areas. - Hotel room has not been vaccumed. - Parking lot is dim. - AC in the room didn't work well and our room was warm through the night.

Window was open when we first checked in. Pillows were in bad shape but desk service help us out. The front desk is what made this a great stay. We needed a little more time because of one of us not feeling well from a cold and they were extremely accommodating with out check out. There was always someone around at the desk as well.

Again, if you are in a pinch and need a place to sleep, it will work.

Hotel waa clean and comfortable, however we were very disappointed to find out the airport shuttle service starts 8am and ends early too. The whole purpose of choosing this hotel was for the airport shuttle. Was very disappointed to find out we could not use it for the departure or arrival of our trip.

More importantly, you simply do not get the room you are paying for. The amenities described online are what you get in regards to the space, layout, and things like a sofa-bed. I planned on doing some work during my stay and the desk chair in my room was literally broken--locked all the way down to the ground almost. Needless to say, working is not a possibility in this hotel. Coffee was good and the staff was friendly. The listing itself, however, should not include images of a sofa bed, as this is not included. Likewise, I think they could do the bare minimum and check to see if their desk chairs are not broken, Otherwise the listing is downright fraudulent in its representation of the rooms.

Amazing helpful staff

The service we received from Carol, the manager, and her staff far exceeded our highest hopes. Not only was the shuttle service from DFW spot on and timely, but ;throughout our stay the kindness and warmth exuded was so greatly appreciated. The hotel building and grounds are kept up beautifully and the charming guest room is spacious, clean, comfortable and well laid out. Every amenity we might need has been thought of and provided. I felt safe, welcomed and appreciated. The breakfast provided was served hot and fresh. The variety of yummy food choices and the incredibly delicious coffee helped make the start of our day ideal. How I wish that every hotel was like this one…filled with caring staff and a manager who delight in providing outstanding service and who are committed to excellence.i highly recommend Quality Suites here in Irving, TX as your next destination hotel. I hope we return soon!!

Overall, good hotel

Free breakfast from 6:30am-9:30am. Room was clean and had all the standard amenities. Blackout Curtains are present just hidden behind false curtains so you still get privacy. Closet is behind the large mirror. Tv has standard cable. No stream apps. We had a slight issue with our first room’s door not locking and the hotel was able to switch rooms very quickly, which we appreciated. Location felt safe, plenty of parking and each one of the staff members was very friendly, helpful and attentive. A Quality stay indeed.

The staff were excellent, really nice young lady and her mom. Thats the only good thing about the place. The place needs updating, it's in bad condition. I checked out early because the room sink was broken, they were kind enough to refund the nights i didn't stay. If it's 1 night stay and you are on a budget and dont care about the extras or anything fancy then go right ahead.

We were placed into a different room which smelled like cigarettes. The mattress was like being a bounce-house, and not in a good way. Neither of us got any sleep.

Bathroom faucet sprayed water everywhere. Very low hot water pressure in morning for shower. Reported both at checkout. Breakfast was kinda laughable. Hot options were some sausage links and tater tots and make your own waffle. No eggs. Small pastry selection and some yogurt. No cereal or even milk. I was there for one night because of an issue at another hotel so it was fine for what I needed but not somewhere I'd pick for a longer stay.

Good price and nice staff.

Was not what I was expecting. Room was moldy because of the ac unit. The window had water in it the whole time, we all had a cough before we checked out. Something in the moist air for sure. I honestly won’t be back here. Breakfast was below average to say the least with very little options and the eggs were too watery.

Exercise equipment broken. Remote in room broken. Hair dryer broken. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre.

The air conditioning unit was very loud it kept waking us up when it would come on and the bathroom tub had a leak.

Very nice staff. We didnt have hot water and had to change rooms. Things like that happen. They apologized. We used the airport shuttle which was nice. A nice hot breakfast. We would stay again.

We also reserved a room with two beds, but we were told that this was not passed along from Expedia to the property, so the only room available was with one king bed. So one person had to sleep on the couch. Overall, things were fine. The room was clean and the location was convenient, the breakfast was good. So it met our basic needs, but the condition of things like the bathroom door, the toilet seat, and other cosmetic issues left a bit to be desired. So our overall impression was satisfactory, but not enthusiastic.

We also reserved a room with multiple beds and they gave us one King and a sofa bed, something I wanted to avoid. We came back and requested one with two beds, but they were all taken. Apparently, they give priority to those reserved for 4 people.

The manager went out of her way during a very frustrating trip (weather cancellations) and made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed including food and transportation. She was short staffed due to the storm and she stepped up and drove the shuttle to make sure everybody made it to and from the airport.

Breakfast was not at all good. They didnt have bread ,yogurt or oats packets.

No hot water, lit was just warm tops and the shower faucet was crap to turn on and find warm water.

The only reason why i didn't leave a great review is because i didn't get a good nights sleep any of the nights because the pillows they have are very small and very bad. If i stay again I'll remember to take my own pillows

Property was Great!! No wake up call as requested though

Requested a refund at check in due to incorrect booking. Lady at the desk complained of system issues that I couldn't check in at all I asked for refund and was told it would be coming but have not received it.

We had an issue with the 1st room not really clean hair dryer was broken. I advised the desk they were super nice gave us a new room with no issues. Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but would stay there again.

During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered a frustrating experience right from check-in. Despite being the only guests waiting, the process took an unexpectedly long time. When we finally received our room key, we were shocked to find an employee inside our assigned room, which made us feel quite unsafe. It was clear that the room wasn’t ready for us, leaving us unsettled and disappointed with the overall service

When we arrived to the room, the toilet seat had gouges in it and we had to have it replaced immediately. The couch and couch pillows had rips. The sheets and comforter were dirty and we had to have them replaced immediately. The air conditioner didn't work properly. The jetted tub did not hold water and the shower was broken. The TV was going out. The floor was dirty as well. We had to switch rooms, which was a downgrade to what we booked, due to the issues of the room we were booked in. Management offer nothing when we brought them the issues with the room, except for a downgraded room. We were not happy with the stay and we will never be back nor will we recommend this hotel to anyone. It was poor quality and no one should be allowed to stay there. The breakfast was not good as well.

Nice hotel in every aspect

Greggory was very polite at the front desk. The fire alarm battery was bad so kept beeping he changed the room quickly and was very polite.

Nice place for a quick stay. The pillows were a joke though. They were throw pillows, not regular size pillows. It was annoying to sleep on.

Very pleasant. They provided a much needed toothbrush and toothpaste.

The staff was friendly. There was trash in the floor of my room and the bathroom floor was dirty. The tub had a small stream of water coming out so I couldn’t use the shower. It took 50 minutes just to get enough water in the tub to use the jacuzzi part of it.

It fit my needs perfectly so far as location went. The light in the entry way to my room didn't work and the air conditioner was super loud, but aside from that a perfectly decent place for the price

The rooms are great and the staff is super friendly. They are being lax in servicing their room air conditioners. I had to find a room with a functioning one. 2/3 were duds. They need to put some effort into this before summer hits or I am not coming back.

They need to test their air conditioners to make sure they are operating properly. It took three rooms to find a functional AC unit. The first room they gave me, the AC was set to 61 degrees, obviously been running all day and it was humid in the room. The maintenance people are phoning it in I guess, need to do their job.
