breakfast is good

Roms are dated and small. Breakfast was very limited. Eggs, bread, and juice packs. We ended up going to Dennys across the street. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

The staff were extremely nice. The shuttle was very helpful. Building alil dated and could have been cleaner, but good value for price. Comfy bed

The room service was very polite and thorough. Breakfast was a small selection, mostly carbs. No proteins.

The staff was really nice, the air conditioner in my room was good, the only concern will probably be that there was no charging stations in either sides of the bed.

our room didn't have a Smart TV(like ROKU) so we didn't use it, because the remote's buttons didn't work. did find some ants, but worst part if anything was the tub. had a rowdy creak to it, like it would break.

The hotel let us have an early check-in, which was very helpful. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Unfortunately, our room kept a bad odor throughout our stay, even with changing the AC and using febreeze. The breakfast was very limited, and staff began taking away food while people were actively serving themselves. Also, the elevator is very sketchy, but worked nonetheless. On the bright side, the bed was comfortable and we had a good shower pressure.

Toilet is not working, the staff even asked me to get the plunger at the front office and fix it by myself!

Shuttle every hour, not nice.

The planes taking off was loud but it didn’t keep me from sleeping! I slept like a baby!!

Overnight stay to the airport is okay. Otherwise just an Old out of the style hotel with few amenities.

Great property! Nice comfy bed. Air conditioning was good and cold in the 103 degree heat. Only complaint was the pillows were terrible. Lumpy and too small for the king size bed. Otherwise the room was great. We will.plan to stay again the next time we are in Dallas!

The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and convenient, especially after my flight was canceled. The room was spacious and spotless, with reliable internet that allowed me to work remotely without any problems. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety of choices. I also appreciated the airport shuttle, which dropped me directly at the terminal for my flight the next day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall, the hotel made an unexpected overnight stay much easier and more comfortable.

Staff and shuttle pick up was highlight. Rooms are pretty worn down. Water pressure in shower 3rd floor room was low. Overall not bad experience.

Clean. Staff was helpful even when I was tired and cranky. Would be helpful to know hours of air port shuttle service on website. We got in late and found out shuttle stops at 4 pm

The facility was a little old inside but overall clean and smelled fine. The beds were pretty comfortable. My only complaint was that it was incredibly difficult to get a hold of somebody at the desk to talk about getting a shuttle from the airport. Every time I called they would act like they couldn't hear me but everybody else I talked to on the phone had no problem hearing me. So not quite sure what was going on but it was your frustrating

Check-in staff was not very nice. She was not courteous and lacked customer service skills. Other than that the property was accommodating especially after our American Airlines flight was delayed. This was a last minute booking. I was glad they offered a shuttle back to the DFW airport.

Cool air-conditioned. They refused to pick up us at the airport 9:30 p m. But the shuttle from courtyard delivered us. Thanks

I mainly booked for the shuttle service, and it was easy to use with a seamless pickup and drop off. The room was a little worn, but it was clean and comfortable. The price paid was worth it.

Close to the airport. Bed was hard and the pillows were half size of a regular pillow and hard.

Ended up paying double the price for the two nights I stayed.

My previous room smelled like mildew and their was mold around the a/c unit.

The room was clean and check in was easy.

Room needs attention, mouldy kitchen. Bathroom door swallow. Kids screaming and running around at 11pm st night in public hallways. Felt unsafe

Everything was good, thermostat on AC was wrong. Just had to turn it down more. Wouldn't recommend if I needed to sleep during the day, hotel is directly under a landing path for DFW.

Nice quite room and comfortable bed

I really liked that the hotel was close to the airport. The location was the main reason we picked this place. The staff were nice and friendly. They also offer a shuttle to the airport. The room we had smelled like mildew and felt wet. The smell bothered us and it was hard to mask. I couldn't walk around without my shoes in the room.

It was an average stay

Beds were stiff as brick. Pool was filthy. We skimmed it ourselves but was still full of ants and other debris & people smoke at the pool not in the smoking area so it reeks of cigarettes. Loud due to location so keep that in mind. Breakfast was very mid. Disappointed in that because the same chain in Madisonville had excellent breakfast & was a great experience. Would not stay here again.

This is my go2 spot when I want a clean & comfortable stay, it is not luxurious by any means but the place is well up kept, & the hallways, common areas, Bed, sheets & towels are always Clean, it also has its own dedicated shuttle which is a huge plus, I am a working Flight attendant & this is the only hotel I stay at when I need it in a pinch. The beds come with a fridge thst has a freezer compartment, & a microwave & even has a mini kitchen in every room!

This place is not bad for the price. It’s pretty clean but it is an old rundown hotel so we just need a quick night to rest. This is a good spot. We’re trying to find a fancy hotel. This is not the one.

The staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast choices could use more variety. There was construction going on so it was noisy.

There was a strange smell when we first walked in thought it was cause no air flow tried to turn on the ac and the lid was broken had to get front desk to come then they didn’t even fix it my wife popped it off we also had to pay a deposit for a room that was not deposit worthy holes and scratches all over the walls the stove didn’t even have a knob to turn it on and the tub switches were back wards in the tub that could of hurt someone turning it on to hot very loud in the hallway all night people yelling and tapping on doors

Close to the airport, fast check in There were bugs on the wall of the room, in the bath tub and in the sink. Also did not get complimentary breakfast due to the fact that we had to take shuttle to the airport one hour earlier than needed because the shuttle sign up was full. They could only take 9 people at a time to the airport due to size of the transport and only ran every 45 to 60 minutes despite being 2.5 miles from the airport.

There is an odd smell in the hallways. It is there anytime but only the hallways.

I didn't get a chance to like or dislike the property. Since management was ridget in refusing to work with us after flight cancelation.

Definitely an older hotel, but it was clean, the staff friendly, and felt safe. My biggest concern was that the floor under the tub felt soft and that maybe it would give way.

It was a HORRIBLE experience. The rooms weren't well maintained. the covers on the desk chairs were literally peeling off. My daughter and granddaughter spotted a live cockroach in their room. It was SO bad, that we didn't even stay. We booked rooms in another hotel nearby and moved out immediately. If I were running Hotels.com? I wouldn't even accept the listing for this property.

I think a couple things to consider. a) airport shuttle doesn’t go to Dallas- Love, just DFW. b) the side entrance to the building close to the main thoroughfare is broken - can just walk in, and have access to the entire hotel. This was my least favorite aspect of my stay. There was a ring of mold in the shower insert clinging to the silicone caulking. Maybe that’s just to be expected in Texas - I don’t know. I’m not a germ guy but probably shouldn’t be there. Overall feel of the hotel once you get out of lobby is kind of dingy but perhaps not bad at this price point. The free breakfast was good with usual items - waffles, cereal, eggs. Dining area clean and well kept. Room itself, beyond bathroom/shower area, described above, was clean and well organized. Bed and pillows were nice I felt: comfortable. Plenty of outlets and charger stations. Has WiFi (didn’t use to comment). A gas station and 24 hour Dennys/7-11 but not much else around. Anyway, beyond the mold (again humid as hell here so…) and security issues: nice room, clean and comfortable. Good place to just crash, grab breakfast in the morning and get to it.

Breakfast was lacking for what we expect from the chain. Laundry facilities were a single overpriced and out of commission washer and drier. The entire facility had the feel of a recently-converted lower-quality independent hotel.

Good quick stay on cancelled flight

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. We called for a shuttle from the airport, the whole reason we booked here and the phone rang with no answering machine for 20 minutes. Then we were put on hold. Eventually I hung up and got a cab. Totally unacceptable.

I needed somewhere to sleep after my flight was cancelled. Staff was rude.

Okay, long wait for waffle maker, did not get to try. Pillows were small and hard. Mattress was to firm.

Not my issue, but another guest couldn't find anything to eat at breakfast because she can't eat wheat or milk. Even an apple or a banana would have been good for her.

But It Wasn't . I liked the price for the both rooms. I liked that a shuddle was offered to take us to the airport. I liked that a restaurant was right across the street. The breakfast could have been better. My key stopped working and I couldn't get in my room. Went to the desk 2x new keys didnt work. Maintenance had to come and work on it before I could get in.

The staff were awesome, clean rooms Bring your own pillows and shower stuff, also be comfortable using the restroom with the door shut or ok standing in the tub to shut the door.

Found a bug in the bathroom and the curtain in the room were rip. The bathroom was extremely small. The breakfast was all carbs.
