I come here for relaxation every birthday and I love it!

Great except for slightly inconsistent housekeeping.

Clean room. Staff was amazing.

This property was beautiful, the staff was an absolute dream, the room was nice, the pool was beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and plan to return!

The view was good. The pool atmosphere. People were ok, waitress were awesome. If i had paid for a pool day, I would have really been upset. There was no music, no games...just boring.

Once I arrive for my check in, the front desk lady was more like in a hurry to get rid on me than actually explaining to me the amenities. Did not receive the voucher for the complementary drink and didn't receive water either. Just the room key and that is it. Then I also told her we have 2 cars that if we were be able to get in and out of the parking garage, she said yes but wasn't like that when I exit it was fine but my husband couldn't exit using the room key, so we have to go inside today again. Not the greatest service

Overall fantastic place, one unknown until you experience is that the pool is shaded by the building in the evenings which could be a positive or negative depending on the experience you desire.

Pool was great!

The room was not ready for us upon arrival and then when I asked another staff member at the front desk after waiting for an hour, they were able to get me into a room immediately. Felt like the first staff member was being lazy and didn’t want to help me

The property was okay.

Everything was great. The pillows were not very comfortable, but outside of that, great place.

Had to change rooms 3 times. Didn’t get any sleep in two days because of no AC and loud knocking noise coming from another room. Staff telling me not to eat there to go elsewhere. Stayed at a lot of hotels but really just terrible from start to finish. At one point I had two ladders in the middle of my hot room while my family watched them work and still not fixed.

The entire staff from walking by and being greeted, asked if we needed anything or simply wishing the birthday girl a happy birthday was amazing and always are! I believe half of the elevators were down during this stay ( we’ve stayed before many time!). So the wait for an elevator being on the 24th floor was a real wait but we got to mingle with other guest while we all waited which was fun!

Celebrated 10 years of marriage and it was a wonderful experience. Hotel was excellent, pool was excellent and so many things to do and eat around the hotel.

I love how accurate the property was to the advertisement. The people were also as pleasant of the property. The store downstairs has the best latte btw!

Underwhelmed

Literally have no notes. Nothing bad. At all. Staff is REALLY nice. The pool area is always clean and lively feeling. The gym, even though I didn’t use it, I walked through it and it’s one of the best of the many hotels I’ve been to. This is my second time here and I brought kids this time. I will try to stay here every time I come to the Dallas area. It was 30 minutes or less from everything I wanted to do. The neighborhood is also very nice looking. 10 out of 10.

Check in went smoothly,.our flight was earlier than check in time and the staff checked us in early without hassle. We were given drunk vouchers for round 1, we used on iced honey cinnamon lattes that were AMAZING. The coconut drink at was too cute and very worth the $$. The view was breathtaking. We will def visit again!!!!

Great hotel with plenty to do. Very clean and close to a lot of things. This is my second time staying here and I will stay here anytime I come to this area.

Stayed over 4th of July weekend and all the planned activities were well organized and enjoyable. Service and food were excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and overall property were great. Two minor grievances: 1 - we called front desk and asked for extra bath towels but never received and 2 - we stayed on July 4 which was a busy day at the pool and the quality of the pool water was poor (cloudy with a small collection of crud in one corner of the pool). That aside, I would recommend a stay here.

Won’t stay again. Poor service. Kitchen was delayed hours. Oversold property.

Waited 50 minutes for our room after check in time. Once we get in the refrigerator does not work, the pillows were terrible. Just a really bad experience.

Clean room, nice & helpful staff

We ran into a few hiccups during our stay and had to move to a couple of rooms due to the a/c not working. Overall, the place (while well-maintained) is a little older so the infrastructure needs a little update. The staff and the pool, however, more than made up for it. Thanks again to Jacob!

Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, but they don't make the breakfast drinks on the menu very early, even at 9am we could not get mimosas yet and their espresso machine was broken, so they comped some OJ for us. Pool was nice and clean, hot tub was very dirty. Front desk is difficult to get ahold of. We accidentally got charged for parking twice and we've been trying to get it refunded for a few days but are on hold with the front desk for hours at a time :/ Overall, a very nice place though.

Very clean and organized. The entire staff was considerate, helpful and very kind! During our stay, there was simultaneously a group of 300 people staying for a reunion. Other than the elevators being very slow to get all the people to and from their rooms to the ballroom, we never felt crowded out or unattended. The OMNI staff was on top of it all.

Everyone at this hotel was SUPER friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the Mark, the bartender at the bar, to the staff in the cafe / shop and even the valet! There was a complimentary glass of wine given out to guests at Happy Hour, as well as, a card for a free coffee or drink at the bar upon check in! Will definitely stay again when the weather cooperates to be able to enjoy the pool. It looked beautiful!

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We travel a lot. This was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Everyone and everything deserves 10+. But their breakfast buffet deserves a few extra points on top of that. It is THE best breakfast we have enjoyed in the U.S. so far, comparable to the greatest breakfast experiences in Italy or France.

My sheets on the bed were stained and there was a noise in the room that maintenance couldn’t find. I wasn’t offered any concessions.

Enjoyed my stay

The staff were amazing, especially at LRH where we ate dinner. Excellent reviews for Anthony who was our server and Karuna the manager. Those two should be the standard for how you operate a restaurant and exceed customer expectations. My only complaint was that the wifi wasn't that great on the 22nd floor, and some mysterious charge showed up on my credit card. They agreed to remove it. I highly recommend the Omni at Las Colinas if you're needing a wonderful place to stay, to relax and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We will be back.

Me and another lady literally saw 2 roaches crawling all around by the front door steps on my arrival. The staff and hotel was VERY unorganized and tbh very unprofessional. I simply would never refer this hotel. Then the robes in my room were very worn & looked dirty. I got multiple false charged on my card during my stay. Just an all around a very unpleasant stay. So much i checked out a day early and checked in a different hotel.

Everything throughout the hotel was well kept, and you could tell they cared about making guests have a good experience. The atmosphere was quiet and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Overall, I had a really great experience and would definitely stay here again. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, stress-free place to stay.

This is a worth every penny spent. Staff was so patient and attentive regardless of it being super busy on Memorial Day weekend. They kept my room very clean and breakfast was phenomenal.

We will definitely stay there again.

The check-in experience was somewhat disappointing, as the front desk staff paid little attention to us and seemed to rush through the process. It wasn’t a major issue, but I felt it was worth mentioning. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. Our only real complaint was the breakfast experience. After being seated by the hostess, we waited quite a while before anyone came to take our drink order, even though the tables around us were being served promptly. In addition, the buffet selection and food quality were underwhelming. I would recommend having breakfast outside the hotel instead. Other than that, everything else about our stay was excellent.

My stay at the Omni was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The hotel was beautiful, clean, elegant, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. My view was incredible and honestly made the entire experience even more memorable. A special thank you to Lina, who was beyond amazing. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. Customer service like that is rare these days, and she deserves her flowers 💐 Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely always come back. Highly recommend!
