This was our first time to stay at a hotel like this. Very interesting. The spartan nature and concrete premise made it feel very clean. I think it probably helped keep odors down as well. Everything was top notch. If I were to have a suggestion, it would be to have more sun loungers at the pool. With only 6, your only option is to sit on an upright bench. This is ok, but it’s hardly kicking back at the pool. It’s kind of waiting for a bus by the pool. You kinda feel like a jerk laying back in the sun while others are waiting for some chill time. Please consider more loungers and less high bar tables and chairs. We would definitely return.

The room was good and the view was good. The bed was amazing and the shower was excellent. I would like if the bathroom had rugs and if house keeping knew if the room was occupied so they didn't wake people up

Loved the decor- industrial chic! Enjoyed the pool at night, and the restaurant had very good food as well.

The clean The door in between mine and the next room. I could hear the next door people. Very unpleasant. Asked the front desk for TP and they said they would send some but never did.

Staff was very helpful. Bathroom design was very poor; and, super narrow. Shower: the only option was a low pressure rain head. Bathroom vanity: the counter and sink were so narrow that you hit your forehead on the mirror when brushing your teeth…

The bed was good, pillows were good, shower was great, the AC was great. The sink in the bathroom is too short, it’s hard to wash your face or brush your teeth without splashing or spitting on the floor.

Amazing place, friendly staff

We loved the industrial chic vibe of the hotel. The lobby smelled amazing! Staff was all very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and sparkling clean. We enjoyed the stylish pool and courtyard area a lot. Very refreshing! Breakfast was delicious and upscale from a typical hotel breakfast buffet - cheese grits were the best I’ve had in a long time!

I did find it ridiculous that in the Dallas heat, the pools are only 3ft. Our rooms shower also leaked onto the floor ( a lot), looked like it’s been an issue, because there was a part of the wall that was patched up. It is close to food, the airport, and downtown Dallas. Reception always smelt good. They didn’t have fridges in the room, so they held our food for us. You can only get in through the front door, which was a bummer, being that the parking filled up FAST. Did not try the bar nor restaurant, but assuming that would’ve been good

The location was great, clean, rooms were quiet, super friendly staff and geared for adult clientele; which we were looking for that.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as pictured online. Only thing is that the bathrooms are quite small, the sink space was very narrow. Very little room to place things and you hit your head on the mirror when trying to brush teeth/wash your face. Showers didn’t have any shelves to put your own things on.

Very nice hotel! Staff were awesome and rooms were very clean. The only bad things were the tiny sink and the shower. Sadly the shower is poorly designed and the floor gets wet with every use.

Property was very well kept and clean. Only things - no fridge in the room, the bathroom sink is modern but awkward and inconvenient due to high placement in addition to the Mina counter space. Corner toilet was nice. The body wash was placed outside of the shower curtain making it harder to use. The shower floor without putting a towel down inside was very slippery. The rainfall shower-head was place extremely high which made it hard for me and my guest to adjust. There was also no temperature indicator on any of the faucets :-|.

There was no refrigerator in the room, which is super inconvenient. Also, some of the pool chairs were broken and should be replaced and/or repaired.

The room was spacious, clean and the decor was unique. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Unique layout of the bathroom. The lobby smells amazing. Maeva in the Bar & Kitchen was very nice and hospitable. She brought my cocktails to me as I soaked up the sun by the pool, which had very cool vibes as well. The breakfast buffet has several different options and varied over the weekend. I would def return.

The room was clean, however the elevators had a foul smell. It was off putting. The pool area was pretty run down-some of the chairs were in bad shape and the pool needed to be cleaned. There is no fridge in the room, which was fine for only one night, but would’ve liked one for a longer stay. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and location great.

Loved everything about the open concept industrial space. One of the nicest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at thus far. Would definitely come back again.

It has a strong unpleasant smell in this hotel from the lobby to the room. Not to mention while laying in the bed someone opened our room door with a key card. It was stains in the toilet as well. Definitely won’t be returning

This location is compact, clean, and convenient to the airport. The bathroom sink is small and you can cause a mess trying to wash your face at the sink but overall we liked and enjoyed the space.

Checking in was a fast and smooth process. The front desk gentleman was polite, he greeted us as soon as we walked in. He informed us of their amenities with times. My favorite part was the pool! The Outside patio felt cozy. We went twice, we enjoyed watching the fifa games during our swim, and played games the hotel had provided. It's definitely a place to bring your family or just you and your spouse. I absolutely recommend! 🌟

The front desk manager over night the guy with mexician accent was super mean and cocky selfish! I did not want pay that amount of money for a room and walk in to a hotel and be treated with selfish cocky who doens't know how to talk to their customers. Had long time and this MOD made it even worse!

4/5 stars, only missing a star because there was no fridge in the room which was a bit odd. Other than that, the room was clean and well designed. The staff was great and I like the free parking and good location close to the city and airports.

The aesthetic of the Nylo was fantastic, with its rustic and minimalist design. However, I did encounter a few issues. Firstly, there weren’t enforced quiet hours, which led to disturbances in the halls all night and late morning. Secondly, I noticed a slight issue with the water pipes. On our last night, we believe someone was in the room above us, and whenever they used the bathroom, it caused a dripping or knocking sound in our bathroom. Lastly, we didn’t appreciate the limited shower options, with only a waterfall setting available. Despite these drawbacks, I would likely stay again due to the reasonable pricing and convenient location. However, I may consider other options due to the noise disturbances.

Was not good for families, for couples it is fine. It felt like prison inside the room. The toilet did not have a proper door, the toilet sink was too small. During shower, the water ran all around the toilet floor. It was bad with kids.

A good restaurant and you get $15 food and beverage credit to use if you have Gold status with Hilton honor. Many good restaurants in the area, especially Indian restaurants. Overall, it was good but this place is not recommended for a long stay. This is for overnight for the flight or two nights at most.

Staffs were very polite. The place was very clean except that there were water bugs in my shower due to the shower kind of leaks. I also found the sinks to be very small you kind of have to be careful or the water gets every where. Overall the place was nice and neat!

This property is very clean and has great staff!!! However, I think it is lacking in amenities. I wish this place had refrigerators in rooms and the bathroom sink is so small and awkwardly shaped that water gets everywhere. Also there are not water fountains on any upper floors and the beds have a top sheet but not a fitted sheet which was odd to me. However, I do appreciate the parking and the look of the building itself. It always feels safe and clean.

So disappointed in the hotel. The beds are twins not queens. It does not fit two adults comfortably. People above us wore heels and stomped around all night and could be heard.. cars, motorcycles, EMS could be hear all night. You would think with cement walls it would have been quieter. This was a very disappointing experience and we will never go back.

There is one thing I would like the property to consider. How about one more chair in the room. There is only one chair in the room. No sofa. No bench. Just one desk chair. This was somewhat challenging for two eighty year olds. Other than that, it was a great experience. Thank you for asking.

They had a pool but it was too cool outside to enjoy it. But we enjoyed playing games near the pool. We ate breakfast at the restaurant on-site. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, from check-in to any questions I had during my visit.

The staff were wonderful. The hotel was very cute and I loved the room. The only negative thing is the sink in the bathroom is really small and awkward but nothing to make your stay bad. I just know someone didn’t think that design through very well.

Room was cleaned every day, breakfast was delicious (it is $17 for buffet not included) , aesthetics were great and dinner was great too! I stayed with my toddler.
