Alright well the outside of the hotel reminds me of a section 8 housing complex in Los Angeles but the rooms were well taken care of

The hotel gave me a room. They already had a guest staying in it and I opened the door and there was people stuff in there. It was so scary.

The hotel was not safe. Showed up to police hauling people out. We asked the police if the area was safe and they told us they would not bring their family there. We tried to get a refund through property and through hotels.com and could not. Lady at front desk was extremely dismissive and rude.

Location to airport. Aircon was so loud. Started retarmacing at 7.30 outside my room. Very annoying as got in late

This property will honor your reservations, consecutively, without leaving your room. I went down at 9:00a.m. paid on my second reservation with no problems using Expedia.

First of all the mattress has probably been in that hotel since 1976, I could feel the bed springs it was so broke down the pillows were only about 3 in thick at best and they're remodel job was a joke the tub was rusted out on the side crumbling walls I think they picked the very worst room they had to give to me and to make matters worse there was homeless people hanging out outside the place I called about the ones camped out right in front of my room and I was told that those were people who had checked out that morning I felt very unsafe the people finally left after someone came down and talked to them you could see daylight around the doors because there's no weather stripping!

Germansl roaches in are room this is understandable since it is a hotel and many people come, but the fact that they just had it treated and didn't give us a heads up kind of upset me because German roaches. Will infest your house and they are not easy to get rid of like your normal roaches

Was advised today after 30 some odd days here that the way they work their system prevents long-term residents from qualifying for the occupancy tax refund provided by Texas law for long-term hotel guests. I have to give them kudos for finding a way around the system but as a long-term hotel guest, I felt cheated.

I really like this location but beware, they manipulate the paperwork so that even long-term guests are "ineligible" for the hotel occupancy tax refund that normally comes after a 30-day stay.

I am originally from Maryland and had NO IDEA HOW INSANELY HOT a room with NO A/C in TEXAS really can get in the middle of July!!! I have never experienced this intense HEAT INDOORS much less in a hotel. Now to give the hotel and owner, the benefit of the doubt, they did mention their A/C was not properly working. I thought it would be no big deal, I can not tell you what a terrible and mean thing it is to allow people to pay for a room and have them sleep IN THIS INSANE HEAT. This should have seriously been illegal. If there was no A/C they should close the hotel until they have proper A/C for TEXAS. This heat is a different type of heat. Today it was 102 degrees. Definitely not okay and completely immoral.

Be very careful which motel 6 you pick in the metroplex, some are terrible including the one on Forest Lane. Some are fantastic, including this one and the one in Farmers Branch. You can't trust the ratings (except this one) and you can't trust the cost to tell you anything about the motel 6 but you can trust this recommendation

They're very helpful now I know why they leave the lights on that way you can find them enjoy your stay and always come back for more.

The room smelt so bad of cleaner it was making my eye water. I asked the front desk and was told I could open the door and air the room out! I checked in about 11pm I was not going to leave the door open at 11 pm! I ended up leaving around 3 am. I could take it anymore. I went up the street to a different hotel. What a waste of time and money!

Nice check in. But pets are not free. Rooms big and good AC. Broke my wheels on wheelchair. Because so rough. We left room clean. They respected my privacy. But we wanted to stay longer, but was insulted by them wanting to check room because of dog

The air went out and was out for hrs for no reason. After messing with it i finally fixed it myself. The chairs were badly stained and looked as if they came from a dumpster. Smh

The smell of purple fabulouso was so strong on my first night I washed my floors to try to get it out with my towels. I could taste it. I walked to Meijer and bought swifter wipes and Lysol wipes because the towels I used were so brown I was grossed out. I could still smelll it on day three. Use a less pungent cleaner it’s toooo strong.

I like the convenience of shopping, food, and location of Airport, DFW.

Kudos to the gentleman working the front desk the afternoon of 6/22/23. I mistakenly made our 1-night reservation for 6/23 - 1 day later than intended. He got us a room for that night and then canceled our erroneous reservation so we wouldn’t be charged for it. Then, after reporting back that our room reeked of pot, he apologized and immediately put us in another room that worked out just fine. Thanks to his efforts, we ended up having a positive stay.

Staff is great rooms are very dirty and there is major prostitution going on at this location

The check in was good, room looked really cleaned , the only downside was the bed as soon as we sat on the bed it completely went down, we noticed the support rails under the mattress were all broken off and that’s why the bed would fall and it felt unsafe

No shampoo or soap, shower was a bit dirty. At 10:35 the manager walked in after Ingot out of the shower and asked if I was leaving yet. Not unfriendly, but definitely not friendly and a could care less attitude.

The room were not as pictured. I had to kills some pest while I was there. There was a hole in the ceiling from a leak. I was forced to move due to original check in attendant not reading reservation correctly and harassed for their mistake. Not worth the stay. Pets were uncomfortable as well. The furniture had stains on it.

THE REFRIDGERATOR AND THE MICROWAVE WAS BAD

Very quiet area, very solid room. Addressed any issues that I had with my room very quickly. The overall stay was very nice.

I chose a smoking room because I smoke cigarettes. After checking in I parked, got out and saw some sketchy looking guys scattered about outside their rooms. I smelled weed everywhere. Walked into my room and smelled weed. Bed cover had cigarette burns. Bathroom celing was covered in black mold and I mean covered. Most disgusting motel room I have ever seen in my 51 years. I did not feel safe. Asked for a refund and found a hotel down the road.

Had paid for smoking king size bed almost 2 months in advance, get to motel about 7:30pm after driving 12 1/2 hours and they had gave all the king smoking rooms out. They offered to put us into a 2 bed smoking room. Room was nasty stained sheets, hair in the other bed. Transfered rooms into a non smoking for the night. Next day about 11am finally got into a smoking king room. Chair to nasty to sit in, bathroom door would not shut because someone had punched hole in, people hanging around outside, people sleeping by the dumpster. I washed what looked like blood and food off of the walls so I wouldn't touch it.

I was a stranded traveler due to winter storm. The bath tub was rusted, stains on the bed spread. Wouldn't let me have a late check out. This stay was not by choice, it was only available room in DFW be the airport. Never will be coming back to this place.

It was ok refused to give recipet for room charges have not received any recipet from any one by email of total charges. Also no shampoo or conditioner.

Nothing good to say... Hotel was filthy. Trash was thrown everywhere. Trashcans were overflowing. The walkways and grass areas were disgusting. The floor in our room had something black and stcky all over it. Walls were covered with spots. Sheets and blankets were dirty. We never had enough towels or washcloths. Screen on TV was broken. I could go on and on. Definately NOT worth the price. Very disappointed and wont be back.

The property is well lighted. The grounds are immaculate well manicured. The room was freshly cleaned when I arrived.

I always stay at this motel when I go visit my grandparents, but this time it was nasty. The room they put me in had mold on the ceiling above the shower, the sheets was disgusting.

The place looks like it was recently remodeled, so it’s pretty nice the only thing is that the door in my room seemed to not be leveled and there was a cold breeze coming in, and there was a lot of noice from the rooms above us and next to us. Other than that it was nice place to stay very clean and good for a night or two.

The place isn't bad for a low-cost place, but like so many businesses, they don't act on customer feedback.

There was a lot of noise going on (slamming doors in the middle of the night) Found a wad of blonde hair in the bathroom by the trash can, like someone cleaned their hairbrush out. Other than that, the rest of the room was clean and not bad though
