Great location and access to free shuttle to the airport. Shower did not work and we did not have to see if they can fix it since we had an early flight

At this price point, I got where cent of value.

The a/c made alot of noise

Only downside was the cleaning people knocking on the door super early in the morning.

We needed to get to the airport in such short time when we noticed the lack of water, so we were not able to ask for a change to another room.

staff was super friendly, got what you paid for! said there closing our room for the next 10 days and getting pest control. we got in the sheets had black dirt on it, found roaches (staff said since it was on my blanket (that was laying on the bed) that it probably came from us and our animals…) it didn’t. it came from the floor and found some under the mattress. the lady at the desk was super helpful, i get it from a business stand point but at the same time.. come on. they wouldn’t let us move rooms it being our last day…

You are getting what you pay for. It is old and very worn out but clean and comfortable. If you want luxury this is not the place. But if you need to shower and nap. This is perfect.

Bath knobs were difficult to use

Staff was decent. The shuttle was supposed to take 30 minutes, but took over an hour. The bed was so uncomfortable I literally spent half the night lying on the floor. Everything else was as expected, but the bed! It's really the only comfort you expect at a Motel6. It was not even as comfortable as a half inflated air mattress.

For 1 night stay at $62 it did the trick. I was there for less than 24hrs with an early flight. Front desk man was very helpful and friendly. Gave me a wake up call and he calls you to advise the shuttle is coming.

This hotel is great

When I arrived, I was expecting them to be swamped, but there were only two people at the front desk, so I’m not sure why the phones weren’t being answered. The two girls also came across as unprofessional. While dealing with another customer, they started speaking to each other in their native Indian language. The hotel itself is a little run down, but the one positive was that our room appeared to be clean and the bed was comfortable. I’d be happy to spend a little extra next time and stay somewhere else. Overall, I just don’t see how this property has an 8-star rating.

Obviously it's a Motel 6 so expectations were low. The property was clean and well kept. The rooms were decent and clean. No weird smells. The room didn't have an iron or microwave but it did have a mini-fridge. Considering my rate was $62/night, I can't complain.

It is what it is a cheap room, but also comfortable and clean.

The shower was hot was the decent thing, property had homeless at the entrance laying on the benches, trash and old pizza laying on the ground. Room smelted moldy and housekeeping was knocking on the door at 8:45 to wake us up… never again and would like a refund

This motel was good for a quick night of sleep and it offered a shuttle to and from the airport. The room had an odd maybe stale smell and the tv didn’t look like it was hooked up in alignment with the tv backboard (small things). One of the cards kept giving us issues and there was no body soap or shampoo provided but otherwise it was fine. Oh it has a mini fridge but no microwave, lobby has a microwave .

They overbooked the shuttle from the hotel to the airport in the morning as well. Hotel itself was ok - nothing special but clean and functional.

It was a clean and quiet property to stay for a layover. Convenient to airport and quick fast food.

I got stuck in Austin and never made it to Dallas. When I asked for a refund they refused to pay me back even thought I never made it that night to the city. Made claims and have proof of getting stuck and have yet to be reached out my refund. Do not recommend their services if they don’t provide good customer service for circumstances you can’t control.

They provide a free shuttle to hotel from airport. That saved me cash on a Lyft. If you try to use Lyft or uber minimum $30 to go anywhere. That saving covers half the cost of my room.

I stayed for a night. It was very nice.

I was looking for a place to stay as were all the other American Airlines passengers whose flights were cancelled at DFW airport last Sunday. I was basically out of options, bc everything was booked up near the airport. I wouldn’t have chosen a Motel 6 normally, but I was so pleasantly surprised by the great staff, clean rooms, super comfy beds and just the overall comfort of this stay plus room seemed to be all updated. Would easily stay here again. So affordable too!

The pictures of the hotel are deceiving. Not nearly as nice. The towels are very small and rough and no shampoo is provided. Ice machine available but no water fountain. You have to buy water from vending machine. Plan extra time to get picked up and dropped off with shuttles because they go to several hotels and all gates at the airport.

Cons: only 2 flat pillows available and firm beds. Not a comfortable nights sleep.

No problems, slept well

The plug next to the bed was too loose to hold my phone charger so I had to use the one in the bathroom. The fan from the AC was so loud I didn't hear my alarm. I did appreciate that they didn't make the bed with those thick comforters which are also your sheet so you have to run the AC cold to get any sleep. I felt sorry for the woman working the desk having to tell customers at 10PM they would have to wait another hour to get to their room.

Parking was easy. Easy to set up for leaving the car here instead of the airport.

Great price and room

The check in was quick and easy and the room was clean, but those are the only good points. The hotel is very basic and expensive for what you get which is essentially just a bed and a toilet. There is no breakfast and the walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms. On top of that, housekeeping started their rounds about 07:30 on a Sunday morning. They were so loud in crashing about and shout talking to each other, I’m sure they were trying to wake the dead. Not to mention the loud bad singing! I felt like they were trying to encourage us to leave. Staff did the bare minimum to check you in and out. Other than that, it’s not their problem. Spend another $10 and get a better hotel.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Very basic, bare-bones place, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel shuttle showed up on time and I made my flight with plenty of time to spare.

Waited 1.5 hours to be picked up by courtesy van. Driver said construction caused pickup area to be moved. Yet other vans able to pick up. Hotel blamed other planes cancelled.

The rooms are a bit dated but clean.Pick up from the airport was terrible. Waited 1.5 hours and finally gave up and got a taxi for $37. They did a great job getting us back to the airport

My arrival was delayed and I was afraid that the shuttle would not be able to pick me up past 11pm. I called the hotel and was walked through how to to get to another terminal (because of construction at Terminal C) and it was difficult and faraway to get to the Shuttle Pick-up area but the nice shuttle driver did come and pick me--and a bus load of others--up past the 11:00 end time. I was so grateful to be the first hotel drop-off. The hotel was basic, no shampoo, etc, but clean. A good night's rest and close by. A good, basic place to stay for a quick overnighter.

Parking was easy and safe, but I did not use their airport shuttle. They seem to have the shuttle request list at the front desk and the staff asked me if I wanted shuttle to airport at checkout. So, that means shuttle service is available and functioning.

The transport van was so nasty. It is shared with other cheap hotels in the area. It took an hour to get to the airport because of other pickups.
