My room was nice. Parking wasn’t bad even tho that’s wild that they charge for parking and wifi as if the room wasn’t enough. But i definitely felt comfortable and safe and the views were great. I’d do it again

- 5/5
Loved the property The view of the lake
- 4/5
We went there, particularly to be able to swim in their indoor pool because it’s been so incredibly hot and when we came down from our room to go swim, they had closed the pool
- 5/5
Exceptional stay and staff. Very helpful. Would stay again.
- 5/5
The Marriott Dallas Las Colinas is a decent overall option. There is a nice, expansive lobby, and the staff was great in making check in & out extremely quick & easy. The only downside was a few tiny bugs in the room.
- 4/5
En los cuartos todo se escucha,el ruido que hace la otra persona que está en un lado puedes escuchar todo!!

It was a very beautiful hotel very clean I got charged an extra $50 dollars on my card without them telling me about it and I don’t know why for if the parking was only $18

It was a very nice hotel! My only complaint was there was leftover food on the balcony, I guess from someone else’s stay. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Gabby at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, she welcomed us with a friendly smile and provided us with excellent customer service. Gabby went over and beyond to make sure we felt happy and would enjoy our stay. We will be staying again soon. Looking to our next visit. Thank you Gabby.

Overall our stay was wonderful! staff was nice and helpful always had a smile and were patient! couldn’t have asked for better hotel only down side was in our room the bathroom door kept getting stuck and it took two people sometimes to open it up one pushing towards and the other pulling inside
- 4.5/5
None I can think of
- 5/5
I did not like the fact that the hotel now charges for parking. The fact that they didn’t really made them stand out from the others.
- 5/5
Great location!! Loved it

Dont check in staff slowest I have experienced in years of travel . One person , working while another one watched , did nothing to help reduce the growing line. Booked a concierge level room with a balcony and lake view … paid a significant upcharge for that room .. read the small print , no concierge lounge on Friday after 930 am , well before check in … take the more than double the base rate for a service that is not available . They have the exact room “with a lake view “ we were in on website “with the balcony “ opposite side of building view of a parking garage and the “balcony “ is an 18 inch wide window ledge . Guest services “we don’t have anything else available “ ,,, love the brand , 95 percent of the time Marriott is perfect no issues… simple solution dont accept payment for concierge club access rooms on days it’s closed … if you have 15 balcony rooms … dont sell 16 , or like the airlines who oversell seats (not sure they do in business class …) provide a refund… one final note if the law dictated you needed to have x number of parking spaces in relation to number of rooms it would explain why every parking space is only wide enough to park a subcompact car . Anything larger you will need to exit the vehicle out the sunroof , trunk or what I experienced and witnessed others doing the same .. unload first , leave bags in lot and shoe horn car in to park using the slimmest person in group to park and be able to get out …

- 2/5
Had to pay for parking and breakfast. Should have been in the price of the room.
- 5/5
The room was so clean and up to date. Everything was easy including parking and location. Great for solo travelers!
- 5/5
Wendy at the bar was great. The gentleman that checked me in was too. I can’t remember his name. The room was clean and spacious, but could use a little more updating in the bathroom and a better refrigerator. The toilet was old and sat very low, the walls needed some repair, and the shower door did not close all the way. The water it was near was great, there was plenty of parking, and it was a nice quiet property.
- 3/5
Did not change sheets overnight and did not clean the bathroom no condiments left on the second day in the coffee condiments
- 5/5
It has beautiful setting by the lake.
- 5/5
Nice lake view. We will be back. Thank you.
- 2/5
After checking into our 11th-floor room and waiting for the show, we couldn't see the fireworks at all. We paid for a room based on information the hotel provided, and that information was completely inaccurate. This wasn't a misunderstanding on my part—it was misinformation from the hotel. If you don't know whether a room has a fireworks view, say so. Don't make promises that cause guests to spend hundreds of dollars expecting an experience they never receive. The room itself was fine, but that isn't why we chose this hotel. We chose it because we were told we would have a view of the fireworks, and that promise was not kept. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management takes this seriously and trains staff to give accurate information instead of making assurances they can't guarantee. I won't be trusting information from this hotel when making future reservations.
- 5/5
Nice patio and view! Staff was very friendly!
- 1/5
The room was advertised for 5 people. When we got there, there were only 2 beds. I asked the supervisor at the front desk, Gaby, if there were any options. She told me to "just deal with it" and either sleep 3 people on 1 bed or have the kids sleep on the floor. Completely unprofessional and utterly disappointing.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable accommodations. Nice convenient amenities.
- 5/5
Creek view was great, so was food. Parking was expensive.
- 3/5
Our room and the hotel itself smelt like sewage through a lot of our stay. We were in town for a concert for one night and it was conveniently located to the concert venue and easily walkable.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing room was very clean and lobby and surrounding are beautiful. The only thing we had a problem was breakfast, we order ham and cheese omelette and we got plenty of eggs but hardly any cheese or ham which we ended up paying $54 for. Eggs were very overcooked with burnt spots here and there so I would say get a better cook for restaurant or loose customers at the restaurant. We didn’t try lunch or dinner because we didn’t want to be disappointed with very expensive meals with no protein in them. Rather go to McDonald and get what you paid for.
- 5/5
The view was amazing and relaxing. The shower was amazing as well. We definitely released and was able to reset this trip.
- 5/5
8th floor room. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a getaway.
- 1/5
Charged over $1300 when booking was already pre-paid. Rooms and bathrooms need updating. Older property
- 5/5
One suggestion would be to have an oven in the room. Both open and closed parking are available at additional charge of $18. Overall a very good property
- 5/5
The room was pristine and the staff was amazing. We were offered complimentary breakfast at their buffet by a lakeview. We will definitely be back.
- 5/5
The location is nice - just steps from the area with tons of great restaurants and entertainment. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to checkout. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a super comfortable bed with lovely lake views. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Nice neighborhood clean rooms but was hot in room even with air conditioner turned down
- 3/5
Beds are not comfortable at all. Hard. Pillows completely flat. My back was killing me and my neck.
- 3/5
The gym area needs complete makeover basically the waiter old and we asked him twice. We called the fun desk to modify the air-conditioning. It was really hot and humid and they did not respond in a timely manner so me and my son had to leave. Pretty much if you’re looking for a nice accommodation close to the airport and to the AT&T stadium it’s a nice note to be at but if you’re looking for amenities, such a swimming pool or gym area you should look elsewhere
- 5/5
The room was clean and beds were comfy. The pool was rather small but it was perfect for kids. My only complaint was that I got billed 3 times for my room and the staff were not able to help.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 3/5
Our room had a hole in the wall, and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. Room wouldn’t cool down.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Amazing staff and the room was great.
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 4/5
The staff was exceptionally helpful and professional

Loved sitting on the patio looking at the lake. I had diner and breakfast on the patio and also spent some spare time reading there. Such a beautiful place to relax and enjoy being outside.

- 5/5
Loved the Lake view
- 5/5
10/10
- 4/5
Property and staff were very pleasant. Very clean. Food and drinks were a little too pricey and expect to pay for parking when it comes time to checkout. One night for parking was almost 19.00. Small glass cocktails ran average of 20.00 each.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Quiet rooms.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Quick and easy check in, nice quiet room, very comfortable beds and only a 5-6 minute walk to the Toyota Music Factory, so no traffic jam to deal with after the concert we went to. Perfect.
- 4/5
Shower leaks onto bathroom floor otherwise it was great.
- 5/5
Nice clean room, with a great view of the lake.
- 5/5
Lovely place to stay in a quiet urban area. Enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby:)
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful! Front desk staff were very nice and helpful!
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the lake view was so beautiful and worth it!
- 1/5
Don't stay here. Staff isn't helpful. Lady a front desk didn't believe me when I said there is cockroaches crawling from my doors. Tried to charged me $25.00 for a mediocre breakfast.. Horrible experience. See Pictures attached.
- 1/5
I still haven’t got my safety deposit back and it’s been almost 7 days
- 4/5
We stayed here for one night while attending a concert at Toyota Music Factory. It was an easy, short walk to the venue and restaurants. It’s right across the main street from the venue parking garage. It was great to be able to just walk to the hotel after the show instead of fighting traffic to get out and then driving home late at night. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was really good (though a little pricey). Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a nice lake view.
- 4/5
Was not given the lake view that was booked. Could barely see the lake.
- 4/5
Some of the staff were not as accommodating as I expected. I requested a late checkout and was told no, but later met another guest at the pool who had been granted one because she was a Marriott Rewards member. The issue is that I am also a Platinum Elite member. Since I booked through a third party while rushing to plan this trip, my rewards information wasn’t attached to the reservation. Regardless, I feel I should have been treated with the same level of consideration.
- 5/5
So clean and such nice employees
