Disappointing

The hotel was okay in terms of cleanliness. The room itself was clean but the common areas left much to be desired. Breakfast was OK, mostly unhealthy, high carb foods. Staff was friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was great. It was overall good for the price.

Ok value for the money. Hard to tell if the rooms are clean when all the lights in the place are a cold, dim LEDs. Also the toilets are so low-flow to save money that they clog for no reason, which is embarrassing. They clearly know this is a problem bc they put stickers on the tanks letting you know this.

It was sufficient for the price.

The room was very cold. I saw a few roaches in the bathroom sink. The room was pretty nice aside from that.

First, we were only in town for one night and needed a room to crash out for the night. Upon checking in and approaching our room, they gave us a handicapped room which we did not request. The carpet in front of our room was drenched with water and completely soaked. They had a fan running which did nothing but make noise. The breakfast. I have never ever seen people get excited over a hotel waffle. The thing that was very disturbing was people were using their personal water bottles and touching the spigot on the water tank as well as the apple and orange juice machine. This should be a lesson to all that “ FREE” is not always a good thing….

The staff was nice. That the pool was closed the whole time and that the location makes it hard to get to exiting off the freeway. Also there were some guests that made me question my safety. The cleanliness could be a bit better.

The location and coffee We seen the property was under renovation and we made a call before booking to make sure it didn’t interfere with pool and breakfast area. The answer was no. Getting there the pool was down and the breakfast only served waffles and cereal. Waffles were good but there wasn’t any other hot breakfast options. The tv remote didn’t work so there was only one channel to watch, besides turning the volume up and down.

The room visibly looks clean and all put together, but it's not. Someone turns the air off every night. When you mention it to the front desk clerk he smiled and said I don't know how that's happening. The toilet had mold under it. It wasn't fully cleaned. The TV was missing a box so we couldn't watch TV. I gave it a 2 because we were close to the airport. Never staying here again

Check in was good. The front desk staff he was awesome! Swimming pool was broken which was one of my main reasons for staying. I called ahead of time to make sure pool area was open and good to go, it was not! Breakfast was not impressive and the cleaning breakfast staff lady was rude.

The breakfast was very disappointing. I wouldn’t really consider it a full breakfast. The only options were waffles, cereal, and yogurt, and it was basically the exact same thing every day. There were no eggs, sausage, bacon, or other hot breakfast options besides the waffles. If you’re choosing this hotel because breakfast is included, just keep in mind that the selection is very limited.

Y renovated and mod cons in the rooms like several charging ports . Comfortable seating. Breakfast was good - there wasn’t bacon and eggs like the other la Quinta’s but the waffle and everything else was really great .

Our room was super clean, had great AC, and the Front Desk guy (his name was AL), was fabulous… sooooo friendly and super helpful!!! They also provide easy & excellent shuttle service (our Driver Antonio, was awesome!) to & from the airport, which was sooooo nice!!! I would definitely recommend this hotel…. they truly were “The Best!” in sooooo many ways!!!

Great weekend getaway definitely a repeat guest

I enjoyed my stay! The guy at the desk was helpful and welcoming. The newly remodeled room was nice and clean! I liked the option to connect to the TV to access the streaming apps. Had some difficulties with accessing hot water to wash hands at night and then the next morning when it was time to take a shower. My only other grievance was the lack of protein options for breakfast. There were only boiled eggs. Another guest expressed the same disappointment. Other than those issues, I enjoyed my stay.

Good bang for the buck. The beds were clean and comfortable, but bathroom could of used a refresh. Not sure if it got cleaned at all? Shuttle was super helpful and the gentleman that helped us with the request of the shuttle was great. Would stay again, would just request a clean.

The hotel is located adjacent to a freeway, and the rooms facing that freeway have extremely high levels of road noise. It does not appear that any effort was made to install windows or other materials that would reduce this ever present road noise. If you do stay at this hotel, insist on a room that doesn’t face the freeway. The supposed breakfast here is a major disappointment. There was no hot food - unless you wanted to make yourself a waffle. There was no breakfast protein of any kind - no bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. It’s so disappointing when a hotel that markets itself as providing breakfast actually offers little aside from some coffee, stale muffins, and dry cereal. The hot tub and pool were both nice, and the location is convenient. So if you love road noise, and need very little for breakfast besides coffee and a bowl of cereal, this is your place!

They put me in a room next to elevator that kept waking me up through the night. Toilet dirty and toilet seat broken.

Our stay was okay for what we needed. We were in town for a concert and stayed two nights. The reason the stay was just okay was beacuse when we enter the room you could tell that the floors had not been cleaned. There was dust, dirt, hair, and items that the past guest dropped under the sink counter in the restroom. We had a king bed and a pull out bed. The pull out bed had a plastic wrapped, my guess it's to protect the mattress but in the night all you could hear was the rustling from the plastic with every movement which made its really hard to fall asleep. Really enjoy the pool, it was clean. The breakfast only consisted of the waffles machine, fruits (bananas and apples), bagels and toast, cereal and small muffins (chocolate and banana).

The "breakfast buffet" is very limited, wouldn't even call it continental

We came to attend the world cup game in Dallas and our experience was great, the location is great close to the airport and West Irving station, 20 minutes drive to downtown Dallas, great location with many amenities around

Male by pool was taken videos of me and was very upsetting. He was also smoking everywhere twice this happened. Front desk seems afraid to speak to him . Internet not free as advertised. If you don’t let them sell your information & provide email full name and number , must pay for WIFI ..

It’s just so-so; the TV didn't work, the fridge didn't work, the sink kept clogging, and there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Most importantly, breakfast was always the same—very, very basic and not good at all. I don't think I'll stay at this hotel again; sorry.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Shuttle was prompt, comfortable and reliable. We enjoyed the breakfast served. The rooms were decent. The bathroom did not have a fan so we had steam from the shower settle on the floor so it got wet to walk on but overall it was comfortable. The facilities are well designed and functional, although a bit outdated. We very much enjoyed our stay! Thx!

Really clean and spacious rooms with very helpful staff. Close to nearby shopping and restaurants at walking distance.

We got the airport shuttle at 5 am. When we got downstairs, we couldn’t tell who the staff was! He had on a regular t-shirt. The shuttle was on time, however the driver could use some customer service training. No greeting, no offer of help of any kind. He got in the bus, started the engine and that was the indication to guests that the shuttle was about to leave.

The staff was terrific. The place was nice and I had a good rest while staying there.

So it was an last minute booking for me as my flight was cancelled from Dallas to Detroit, they have pick up shuttles from airport and the service is good and it’s 10-15 mins from airport, the receptionist Mr El Gaston was kind and helpful person while helping me to check in plus he was so kind to put me on late check out as I checked in around 8pm, it’s nice and tidy hotel to stay , and they have breakfast including from 7-10am plus they have mini frozen food mart and drinks machine, overall good place to stay!

The wheelchair accessible room is not very large; you cannot make a full turning rotation in a power wheelchair. The restroom mirror is placed too high for wheelchair users.

Great place to stay and get shuttled to DFW while leaving your car at hotel. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond! We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice place close to the Airport

Wonderful! Cleaning and maintenance did an excellent job, and the kitchen and front desk staff truly went above and beyond. It may simply be the culture they’ve created, but everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful. I really appreciated my stay, it was exactly what I needed to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Thank you from this Latina Minnesotan!

We were so tired that we missed breakfast, we wake up to a group of women chatting very loudly in the hallway and kids playing in the neighbors room that they woke us up. the AC was working, I found dog hair on my pants when I woke up, and I don't own animals. I would not recommend the place and wouldn't come back.

Stayed there 3 nights, not once did anyone come to the room for housekeeping and there was a lot of hair on the restroom floor. Brakefast is just waffles, boiled eggs, toast and cereal. Considering the price I paid I would have expected them to at least have better brakefast.

It was fine for the price I paid.. so not top of the line, but good enough to stay for a couple of days!!

This was a last minute decision, my flight was cancelled so I need a room. The hotel was clean , and affordable for being so last minute. My room was clean and the bed was amazing!

I stayed here unexpectedly after having my flight at DFW cancelled due to storms and the closing of the airport. The shuttle picked me up (a lovely, spacious, Mercedes) and brought my to the hotel where I was greeted by the most accommodating night clerk. He asked a few questions, then leaned in close and said very quietly: "Are you staying here alone this evening?" When I indicated that I was indeed, her then asked what time my flight left. I explained not until the following evening. He then gave me one of the updated rooms in a very secure part of the hotel, and offered me a generous late check out time, all at no extra charge. He called me Miss M, was exceedingly polite, offered to have staff take my to a local shopping center since all my baggage was lost somewhere at the airport, and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was lovely and clean, but the halls, and common areas could use a good deep clean. I give this hotel high marks solely based on the attention and concern by Mr Al at the front desk. A total gentleman that made a difficult sitch so much more tolerable. What a stand up guy!

First off Check in area had a lot of Nats flying around, the Parking Lot had A lot of Trash, Hotel was Older building. The Room AC worked which was a plus. Elevator smelled like wires or Burnt Oil. TV kept resetting after 30 minutes of watching TV. Bed was OK. Was good just for the Night.

I did not stay due to a cancelled flight and was still charged.

I needed a last minute room after a cancelled flight. The shuttle was quick and safe with a a competent driver both trips. Al, the front desk manager who checked me in, was calm and collected, despite the chaos of multiple flight cancellations. He was friendly, kind, and direct. The room was comfortable (albeit a bit sparse); I was able to cast my phone to the tv, which was an unexpected win. There was active maintenance going on with the elevator, so it felt a bit unkempt and messy. But everything was great besides that. Exactly what I needed.

Nice breakfast, very clean and quiet

I was placed in a room that was recently remodeled. The faucet at the face bowl didn't have warm water, neither did the drainage work properly in the face bowl nor tub. There was also hair in the towels. I was disappointed.

Every single bath towel had hair on them. There was yellow liquid dripping on the wall, and the bathroom smelled terrible.

The breakfast could be better with some scrambled eggs, biscuits, and sausage not much on the menu but waffles.
