Nice location, area was very quiet and calm compared to other areas of Dallas. Everything was in easy reach of a car. Room was clean and breakfast good with plenty of choice whether you wanted warm or cold.

Dewey couldn't happen nicer. Also we really appreciate the afternoon van driver. He not only picked us up from the airport but took us to Gloria's for dinner and picked us up. The breakfast was good and included in the price. The rooms are a nice size with a sitting area. It's getting old and needs some renovations. There was a charging station hung up the nightstand that kept falling down.

We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the overall experience. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was fresh with a nice variety of options, and the bar was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The property was clean, inviting, and conveniently located. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would happily stay here again!

When we travel to the Dallas area we usually stay at this hotel. Used to we would get services and everything was fine atleast clean towels this time we didn't get any services so we had to get clean towels and ask for certain things. Other than that it was fine.

Service was great. Hostess was able to switch my room when I reported the bug issue and cleanliness. The cleanliness could have been much better. Also the fire alarm at 2 AM was very unpleasant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place Dallas/Las Colinas. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel was very clean, and our room was cozy, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a great experience from check-in to check-out and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Mr Dewey I believe that was his name was very welcoming. He checked me in, asked if we needed anything let him know. The breakfast was great. The kitchen staff was awesome. All around a great stay. Could get to everywhere I wanted to go in a short an amount of time. Over all very nice place and location

Room was pretty clean but there were a couple of dirty towels in the room. One with brown stuff look like poop idk, another with red stuff and only one trash can with trash in it still no blanket for the sofa bed. And the elevator stinks super bad ewww.

There were small roaches in the room. The location of the sink is not the best. The moment you turn on the light, everyone will get woken up. The light is bright and blinding. Other than that, great location and near all the places we wanted to visit.

The breakfast was very good quality and had lots of variety, from eggs, potatoes and bacon (crispy and delicious!) to cereal, yogurt, or fruit and oatmeal. It’s not a large property, so parking was very easy and convenient. It is near the highway, but very quiet inside the hotel, and there are good stores and restaurants nearby. We visit this area several times a year, and will definitely stay here again!

Everything in this hotel was spotless. Room was clean and comfortable. Common areas were kept meticulously clean by staff. Breakfast was ok - food was well stocked at all times. Staff was super friendly. Dewey greeted us upon arrival and checked us in and never missed an opportunity to ask us in passing if all was well. The free shuttle was awesome and saved us a ton of cash.

The rooms were very clean and the a/c worked very well. Beds were very comfortable and hotel was very quiet.

Customer service was great

Upon check-in, I noticed a lot of bits of food around the tables and chairs in the area that clearly were missed when the area was cleaned, but then maybe it hadn't been cleaned yet, however, I would have expected this to be cleaned up shortly after those occupying the table had left by the attendant(s) on duty. Other than that, the breakfast was excellent, the room request was met and it was a very pleasant stay. My thanks to the two gentlemen on the front desk when leaving the luggage (Ravin and Dewey) before check-in and then checking in later. They were very polite and helpful.

Convenient

Elevator stopped working so I had to walk 2 or 3 flights of stairs to get up and down. The front desk or the whole crew needs help because they seems very short staffed.

Staff was amazing

The stay was okay, walking in looked very nice but as you check in it’s a total different story. Once you go past lobby extremely hot in elevator area and inside elevator. The entire hotel was hot and had a smell to it. Only 1 elevator working the entire stay, until the last day when it broke down. Seems like most of this hotel are franchised and will cut corners to save. Besides that it was okay, but not a pleasant stay.

Mr. Dewey is always kind and very helpful. I come to Fort Worth three or four times a year and I always make this my stop before I fly out. Location is great, beds are comfy. Best of all I feel safe when I stay at this hotel.

Had another excellent stay! The staff is so pleasant and helpful and the entire property is well-maintained. This is my go-to place when needing to stop on a long trip home. It refreshes me for the last leg!

I wish breakfast ran to 10am. Its a wonderful breakfast just not long enough. I have to be at work early so I really don't get enjoy breakfast time. I am out before 6am. Everyone and everything is great when you do get to get a hot meal.

From the moment I stepped foot in the lobby, the staff was energetic and welcoming. In our 3-day stay, we enjoyed breakfast which was well stocked and had great hours of operation. We requested additional towels and we were promptly assisted within 15 minutes. We had a clean, working room, and utilized the clean, stocked lobby bathroom as well. Check out was also a breeze, as they gave us our last warm goodbye. Getting in and out of the property, as well as ease & proximity of parking, were all extremely easy. I would highly recommend this hotel to any basic traveler. 10/10!

From the time stepping inside the staff was great, room was clean and spacious, and the ot was the best breakfast I've had inside a hotel. The only complaint was that the water pressure was a little low. Other than that, one of the best hotel stays I have had.

Room was nice and the staff were friendly. The light above the shower was flickering. I reported it and someone came a fixed it. The breakfast was ok except for the eggs. There was a smell to them so I couldn’t eat them. And the hot water for hot tea was warm.

Amazing staff and hotel. The location was great - right near the DART line for easy access to airport and Dallas city. The breakfast was fantastic and rooms clean. We discovered they also have a free airport shuttle. The staff at the front desk were so lovely and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation.

Bottom Security lock was not working in my room. The rooms were in need of updating, there was peeling wall paper in the room and worn carpet. Desk /Work area lacked outlets, has old, worn out desk. There was a flashing/strobing light in drive area that came through the window and gave me a migraine and causing me to switch rooms. However, the Staff was polite, accommodating and very helpful.

Not only was this hotel conveniently located near the airport, it was also easy to uber from there to East Dallas and to Fort Worth. As I was traveling for work and wanted to stay within budget as much as I could, I kept expectations low. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-managed and maintained this property was - it was very clean, the room was incredibly spacious and had all the essentials you'd expect from any hotel. The extra bonus was the free shuttle that took me to restaurants within a 5-mile radius at night, which was so very convenient and helpful. The best part was the front desk staff. I had the pleasure of meeting both Dewey and Irina, and especially the lovely Monica. All 3 took care of me both at the front desk as well as at the bar during my stay. Monica was also able to assist me with early check-in and gave me some helpful tips when I asked her about navigating to Fort Worth too, since it was my first time visiting. Not only were all 3 efficient and great at what they do, they clearly also enjoy their work and it truly makes a difference. Their warmth and inviting presence truly enhanced my trip. Thank you!

The staff was amazing! The cleanliness was spot on!! We were slightly disappointed in the lack of simple things (like a full length mirror in the room, or charging ports). We loved its location in proximity to where we were visiting.
