The suites were very clean and smelled very nice.

I stayed here for the BTS concerts at AT&T stadium and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff, the facilities and the grounds were all amazing. My room was right off the elevator and I couldn’t hear a thing. It was a perfect stay for a perfect trip! Will definitely be staying again.

This property, which is a few minutes from DFW terminal, offers an affordable stay in a large "suite" (open concept kitchen, living room and sleeping area). The shuttle, which runs 24 hours only comes if you call the hotel. Although they didn't have a shuttle driver available when we arrived, the front desk clerk quickly arranged for an Uber driver to collect us. Upon check-in, we were greeted by a friendly and efficient clerk. The room was clean and spacious, with large windows and an enormous bathroom. The kitchen included a full-size fridge, two-burner stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and all of the cooking tools you'd need for a basic meal. The property does not include an evening restaurant or bar but there are a few available at nearby hotels, some of which feature food trucks in their parking lots! Bed was large and comfortable and the towels were of good quality. In the morning, a well-stocked and spotless breakfast lounge was waiting for us at 6:30am. A wide variety of hot and cold food options was available. It was nice to see that most of the dishes were reusable, unlike some of the properties we've seen that use a mountain of disposable dishes. Upon departure, we took the shuttle to DFW and enjoyed a wonderful chat with the friendly driver. Overall, a good property for a reasonable price.

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel was clean, and the amenities were nice. The only downside was that the pool was extremely cold. The elevators were temporarily out of service one morning due to a passing storm, and there was no airport shuttle, but the hotel arranged a Lyft. Despite those minor issues, I would stay here again.

The advertised shuttle did not begin until 7:30 am on the day of our flight. Our flight was scheduled for 7 am and we needed to leave at 5 am.

This hotel is actually really clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the smoke detectors and fire alarms were going off ALL night. We drove to DFW to catch an early flight and it was a waste of money because we would have slept more at home and driving the 3 hours to the airport. Front desk kept saying “maintenance was working on it” yet it went off from 11 pm until we left at 6 am. Super disappointing experience.

standard, average Homewood, nothing exceptional, was hoping for a better stay. pretty close to the airport.good secure parking, clean sheets and towels, comfy beds, clean pool and gym. we stayed 12 nights are were left a bit dissapointed. carpets need a deep clean, the property seems to be ageing, shower power was dismal, breakfast was so so - nothing great, just average. I wonder why American hotels have stopped giving a hot water kettle - this is a basic neccecity in most parts of the world. CAUTION - housekeeping only every alternate day - this wasn't informed to us in advance, also the windows are bolted down and no option for them to open.

Rooms were spacious but outdated. Bathrooms had hair, bit not so much we couldn’t handle it. Breakfast wasn’t appetizing. Beds were comfortable and it was a safe place to sleep.

The staff were great, the room was perfect for our large family. The only issue we had was that we were next to a generator that was going off and on all day and night.

We booked 3 rooms for the last night of vacation. 2 of 3 rooms were ready by 11 am when we arrived early and the remaining room was ready by 1. Property was clean and easily accessible. Very quiet. Only compliant from the kids was the pool was too chlorined. Kids complained of burning eyes and a strong smell for the indoor pool. Otherwise hotel rooms were big and stay was perfect.

Great stay. This is one of the two or three best short stay hotels I have ever stayed in. Clean, safe, quiet, KITCHEN!! great bed, great bedding, airport shuttle was “fine” staff are s great! Breakfast was the usual, pretty good. Full coffee pot, everything neat and tidy. Price was really, really great. About $70 plus tax etc… what a bargain!

It was very nice and clean. The location was convenient and close to shopping and dining. I loved the hotel itself it was very comfortable and pleasant.

We took the grandkids to Dallas for spring break and chose this particular hotel because they had an indoor swimming pool and the kids were super excited about swimming. The first day we took them swimming and the water was freezing, I notified the front desk that the pool was cold and I was told that the pool is not heated. Who has an indoor pool that is not heated and why is nothing mentioned on the website. We were very disappointed.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Very close to the airport. Great for business travel. The airport shuttle never arrived and could not wait longer than 22 minutes, so ended up taking an uber.

Airport shuttle was super convenient. Hotel staff was great. The room itself was clean and quite nice. And for only $90 for the night, it was quite a nice stay.

Room was amazing. I reserved two rooms 3 months ago and when we went to get our rooms, he only had us down for one. And the person that came in behind us was told that they couldn’t find his reservation, even though he had proof. He was very rude when I called to get our shuttle from the airport.

Stellar! Place just feels a step above and at a ver6 reasonable price. Room was a mini suite with kitchen, no stove top but micro wave, a separate seating area you will actually use and a great bath sink area with separate to8let/shower. Shower was great! Room carpet felt-looked-smelled fresh, which is a rarity. Shuttle to and from he airport was fine…. Breakfast was late getting started, which was less perfect so I can’t comment on that… loved this place! Very highly recommend!

The suite was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The young lady at the front desk was awesome!

Hotel smoke detector alarm went off more than once after going to bed, refrigerator made obnoxious noise and front desk said to just unplug it, and shuttle does not start early enough in the morning to catch an 8 AM flight. Won’t be staying there again.

The location was great. The rooms are so spacious. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and k have a severe mold allergy.

This trip- my family of 6 waited an hour for a shuttle pick up, only to get to the hotel late at night, no options for food and told to walk across town. Upon getting to the room, furthest away with working elevators, 3rd floor, to an unstocked room. We called for pillows, conditioner, and towels as very little to none were provided. Despite saying they would come up, already 10:30 pm, we had to call two more times before items actually arrived, minus towels. I guess that was over the top to ask for. I spoke with the manager, Maria, and she was unwilling to compensate or rectify the situation. In short, after a long trip from outside the country, my family with 5 kids in tow, landed tired, hungry, hoping to just eat and go to bed, instead went to bed upset. The shuttle for the morning, which we were advised to “schedule” , was late after all and they don’t tell you that they go around to other hotels to pick up additional guests. I am disappointed as this company is usually my go to hotel to stay at and I will be rethinking this decision in the future. There was no mention of recognition of issues despite my personal attempt to bring it to their attention.

The room was fine, but the shuttle service was frustrating both coming and going due to staff incompetence.

Clean, large suite for 2 adults and 6 kids under 10. After a long day at legoland they loved the heated indoor pool for play. While one adult watched them in the pool, the other adult cooked dinner in the kitchen in our suite. Then, after dessert with a chocolate cream pie and a little tv, they were out for the night. Breakfast was great in the morning with a good selection. Tell me what kid doesn't love a belgian waffle?

They have a nice outdoor area with bbqs and tables. Full kitchen including dishwasher in my suite. The shuttle took FOREVER to get to the airport, and it was freezing out. That is my only complaint. Standing outside in 50F temps in flip flops and a t-shirt for an hour was not appreciated.

Room had no blackout windows, facing pool, so big bright lights flooded my room all night. Bathroom area smelled sour, not sanitized. Bed was comfy, though. Noisy gate below my window also kept me from sleeping.

When we got to the room there was an overpowering mildew smell. The air conditioner was super loud. Later that evening we realized the air conditioner was leaking and the floor was wet. After the difficulty we had checking in we did not want any further contact with the front desk, so we threw a towel down. The pool heater was also broken so the water was freezing.

We had a double room/bathroom suit, was nice and clean nothing fancy but was perfect for what we needed to sleep get cleaned up and go out. Family friendly and clean.
