AC in one suite was not working properly but maintenance was able to try to get it working. Was a little cooler than the first day there but still not as good as we expected

Staff were always attentive and polite Pool was closed the whole time we were there, we booked it especially for the pools for the kids to play in. Rooms and overall hotel was a bit old and dusty.

Nothing Lots of stairs, if someone is above you, all you could hear are creaks and steps, no quietness. Also, ant infestation and spider sightings. Front office has no air, swimming pool wasn’t available. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

Some of the staff were very polite and helpful while there was a particular girl that I think she's just there for a paycheck unfortunately not helpful at all. The breakfast was very nice. I like the things that they offered for free during the day especially what they do on Wednesday they should do something like that on the weekend. The room setup was very unique you felt like you were in a studio apartment it isn't a good location where a lot of things are walkable. I had cockroaches in my room and I made known of it and nothing was done about it they talked of even switching my rooms and a manager was supposed to get with me about it and nothing ever happened it was like it didn't even ever happen also it would be nice if they would have told everybody that their pool was down especially online people booked that hotel feeling like there was going to be a pool. Also take down the fact that you have shuttle services if you don't have a shuttle driver then maybe don't have shuttle services available when you don't have them available.

The first room we had was clean and very cold air-conditioning which I loved! However the TV didn't work so the sweet lady at the front desk didn't hesitate to get us another room. That one was also very clean but the air-conditioning wasn't as cold. The thermostat didn't go as far down as the other room, but it was ok. The breakfast was really good. They had a nice selection. We did check out the 24hr convenience store they had in the lobby. We were hungry and didn't want to go out for food so we got a frozen pizza and a Mac n cheese bowl. However we didn't realize there wasn't an oven so the lady allowed us to return it. I don't see why they would sell a frozen pizza if there's no way to cook it. We ended up door dashing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was great very friendly and helpful . Room was nice and clean. My complaint was the pool being close because I was needing to recover from surgery while out of town. I want my family to have the pool to use while I was resting

Got the 2 room suite for the family. The set up was perfect. The property is set up like nice apartments. Loved our stay.

Beds were pretty comfortable, but the rooms are pretty dated and in need of repairs. Housekeeping didn't empty our trash or change our sheets until about our 5th day of our stay. Asked the front desk to have more towels and toilet paper delivered to our room and the housekeeper dropped a stack of towels on our coffee table and dropped two toilet paper rolls on the floor next to it. Didn't even bother to place them in the bathroom and take out the dirty towels. Breakfast is not great. Almost the same everyday. But overall, the grounds were clean, pretty quiet and secure, and good location.

I likes the privacy of the room, they have breakfast but we didn’t used it, the only thing I didn’t like is that they never pass to our room to pick up trash or taking the dirty towels.

We traveled as a group of 10 — including three young children and one elderly adult — for a 10-night stay. The location is genuinely excellent: well-situated, safe neighborhood, convenient access to everything we needed. That is, unfortunately, where the positives end. The elevator was out of service for the entirety of our stay. Not occasionally. Not intermittently. Completely non-functional — for 10 consecutive days. Our group was forced to climb and descend stairs multiple times daily with a senior adult and three young children in tow. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a failure of basic accessibility and guest safety, and one the hotel was fully aware of and chose not to address or even acknowledge. On night three, the air conditioning unit in one of our rooms failed entirely. Rather than resolving the issue, we were asked to consolidate — 10 people crammed into reduced sleeping arrangements for two nights in the middle of summer. No urgency. No apology. No solution. The pool, listed as an amenity and a primary reason we booked this property for a family group, was out of service. Again, no advance notice, no alternative offered. Perhaps most alarming: we encountered cockroaches. In a property hosting families with young children, this is simply unacceptable — full stop. The facilities throughout the hotel are visibly aged and poorly maintained. Paint, fixtures, furniture — all speak to a prop

Pictures didn’t accurately portray rooms, overall condition was poor, stains on pillows and sofa, room not super clean, pool wasn’t working, overall didn’t like the property and had higher expectations.

Elevator wasn't working. Breakfast was terrible. The pool was permanately closed. The tub would flood as soon as you turned on the shower. Overall the experience was awful.

In that room I killed no less than seven roaches. I thought that it was no use trying to get another room because they were all probably just as infested (even though hopefully I am wrong on that) I complained twice to see if they cared and would try to make amends. The best I got was " That is the first time we are getting that complain...". I told her I was not lying and they could check as the dead ones were there. My only solution now is to never go back to that hotel....See pics with four of the exhibits (now dead)

I didn’t realize beforehand that the property was set up more like apartment-style units than a traditional hotel, so finding our rooms was a little confusing at first. Thankfully we were on the first floor, because hauling luggage and kids up stairs would have been difficult. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent and the TVs occasionally had issues. While the rooms appeared clean overall, some of the renovation work seemed unfinished or rushed in places — including messy paint lines, missing caulking, and one toilet seat that was missing hardware and had to be handled carefully to keep it in place. Breakfast is not included.

Found this hotel very last minute and glad we did! It was perfect for the 4 of us especially with the kitchen! Breakfast was really good as well. Can’t wait to stay again for our yearly Dallas trip!

get ready to WALK a lot to and from your room... parking is far from most rooms and NO elevators??? sooo its stairs to the 3rd floor?? If you have a lot of luggage or just heavy , get ready to lift it by yourself up many steps EVERYWHERE... I was on the 1st floor and still had 2 huge steps. shady parking area too, not safe.

While the facade is lovely, the photos at the time of booking convey a very different impression from the reality inside. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and lacked smiles, and the buffet was quite limited. The room itself felt neglected: there was a bad odor, the carpet felt dirty, and the air conditioning unit was dusty. The pillows were old and very uncomfortable. I also noticed some insects in the room, which may have been due to the window screens being lifted and in poor condition. Furthermore, I went two days without bath soap, despite having requested it from the staff. It is a pity, as the property has a lot of potential based on its beautiful exterior

I've stayed at this location before (one year ago) and had no issues. During this recent visit the decline was very surprising. I checked in and made my way to the building - the elevator was not working and the lights were dim in the hallway. Another guest told me the staff was coming to fix it. After waiting several minutes - no one came so I went back to the lobby. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was also the person that was supposed to fix the elevator. I can only guess the place us under different management leading to the decline. I would not recommend

Good location but won’t stay again. To get into the first floor in the back the door was open. Someone stuffed a tissue so it wouldn’t close. I the card reader didn’t work so door is always open. Not safe. Also I was on the 3rd floor and elevator didn’t work. Go up the stairs was horrible. A few steps loose. Breakfast wasn’t that good. Shredded pork was nasty and only 1 waffle maker so had to wait for that. I also tried calling the front desk about the elevator in the evening and got no answer. The property looks like it’s falling apart. Won’t stay here again. Happy it was only one night.

The breakfast menu was quite limited and the food quality could have been better. Overall, the hotel wasn’t the best, but if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, it does the job. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The elevators aren’t working and that was annoying. But, it is what it is. We got a suite because we had 3 adults staying together. So, naturally we needed 2 beds. When we made the stretch to make it to our room we saw that there were no sheets for the fold out bed. Please make sure that the suites with fills out couches have sheets for them so your guests don’t have to make the journey back to the front desk.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. However, the first room we checked in, the toilet wouldn’t flush. The front desk attendant moved us to another room, but that room wasn’t clean. She finally moved us to another room, after midnight and the bathtub wouldn’t drain. I won’t be staying again.

Homewood suites was perfect for our needs. It was quiet and fully equipped. We were there for a job interview. I appreciated the breakfast and coffee each morning. The one negative was having to carry our luggage down and up again multiple flights of stairs.

The room needs repair. The exterior door was broken which caused us to walk around. The sink would not drain, the tub stopper would not stay shut, the lotion dispenser is falling off the wall, no body wash in the shower, the bathroom door is splitting in half, very few kitchen utensils, no can opener, very few paper towels, etc. The room was clean. Michael texted to see how we were doing but he did not call to discuss the problems that we were experiencing.

I did not realize the facility had no elevator. The place is not equipped for elderly with walking issues. Could not enter building E and thought the key was not working only to learn the door is not working should have put a note. The room itself was nice overall.

We went to a Dallas Cowboy game! The hotel was about 20 minutes away from the stadium. Very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast included feature was a plus. The room was perfect and met all of our needs!

I loved the lake nearby that was enjoyable to walk around. The king suite with kitchen was great. Would definitely stay again.

This place has alot of potential the moment i walked in to the hallways it smells like mold. Also when i walked in to the room the chair was torn and the legs were chewed from a dog im guessing. And the carpet was also torn. The shower and tub were flaking from them being painted.

Felt like a home away from home.

Not like that the toilet in the room was not flushing in the room smells like poop. The service was terrible. I ended up having to find another hotel to stay after being really really tired. This was the most terrible experience I ever had with hotels.

It was okay. The concept is really cool. I liked that it felt like our own apartment with the added plus of house keeping, pool, and complimentary breakfast. However, I allowed my kids to run around the room witjout shoes and their feet were black after playing in the closet area. It just didnt *feel* clean. The staff was very friendly, however we couldnt get the front desk on the phone two nights in a row because the receptionist was outside on their personal device. Breakfast couldnt keep up with the demand but what we could get was good. It wasnt terrible. It was just "okay"

The room itself was great! I was actually a little nervous about that, as the check-in lobby had that dank hotel scent..... I was pleasantly surprised with the room...given the datedness of the lobby and entry way to elevators. One of the accent chair was visibly worn and tattered. It was in the direct line of sight upon entering. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Several long an short hairs on the wall and tub. Wall next to the commode should be cleaner as well.... my mind did wander to what the "tan streak" on the wall next to the commode was. Other than that....the bed was clean and comfy, as was the lounge and kitchen area.

Terrible. Fire hazards, lady at front was rude, cleaning lady tried grabbing my baby out of my hands during breakfast, ashes in the window sills of “non smoking” rooms, hardly any cleaning done even when we were gone all day.

The suites were very filthy. It also needed alot of maintance and upgrades. The toilets had very little water pressure and it seemed it would never flush. I do have to say thay the area were it is located is very nice, unfortunately the rooms were very dusty and lacked housekeeping. The beds were very tiny. We were there for a soccer event and made the best of it, however I would not recommend this hotel to any family or frend.

Its right next to a beautiful riverwalk type area. Great for evening strolls.

Loved everything

Great location in Las Colinas a surprisingly pleasant little area near Dallas. The lakes and canals are nice. I liked the property. The rooms are definitely aging, but clean, comfortable and functional.

We had a hugeeee issue with an ant infestation in our suite. The staff was very nice with helping to get a refund but overall the stay was very stressful with the ants crawling on everything in the room from the walls to the beds, counters, night stands.

Could use a refresh. A lot of steps with our luggage. Men in courtyard hanging out at night made me feel uncomfortable.

The front desk attendant was very professional and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very good. Restaurants and shopping were within walking. We will stay here again.

Absolutely great value for price. It felt like we had our own apartment. Wish the sofa, which was also a bed, was more comfortable when trying to relax. This by far had an amazing buffet breakfast which was included. I will definitely come back

Hotel was clean and cozy, smelled clean. Restroom ceiling seemed to have some water damage and possibly some spots of mold but nothing crazy. Carpet was clean as I walk around barefoot. The pool was dirty but the kids still wanted to use it. :/ Breakfast was hearty and had a good variety to choose from. I enjoyed the option of the little store they had to buy snacks for the kids and wine for me. :)
