I was afraid they were going to cancel my reservation because of BTS concert, since other hotels had been doing that in order to alter the price for the rooms. But I was happy to see they didn't, and the hospitality with Army was amazing. I purple you!

Beds were a bit uncomfortable, but overall it is a nice hotel.

We had an amazing stay! Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we had some of the best sleep we’ve had in a hotel. I would definitely stay at Home2 Suites again, especially at this location (Irving/DFW). Highly recommend!

It was clean and nice and the beds were comfy. That I had to keep calling the hotel and yelling down the back hallway for someone to come up front to check us in.

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Helpful receptionist. The blanket was too thin, and no extra blankets available. It was very cold in the room, I couldn’t turn AC down.

The room was clean, but it smelled musty, like there had been a leak or water damage somewhere. Maybe it was the AC unit - I don't know. We stayed on the 4th floor. The building also smelled like bug spray.

My room was set up for someone else. Upon waking the next morning, found human feces on the wall in the bathroom. Smudges all over the doors and dirty cups for coffee. I was given 5000 Hilton reward points as an apology. Not happy. We had a long travel day and showed up to a dirty room. Hilton has gone so far downhill. Won’t be staying at another.

We had a fantastic stay this past weekend. The rooms were clean, the A/C was cold, and the front desk was very helpful and attentive. Specifically, Kayla was very personable and provided great customer service. The breakfast left a little to be desired compared to other hotels I have visited, but it's complimentary so it is what it is. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Room was huge. Fried/freezer, microwave, small kitchenette. Coffee machine. Comfy bed. Coffee, tea and filtered water freely available in the foyer. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport, great service. Complimentary breakfast. Great location for visiting the sites in the DFW area. There is no bar or restaurant here, however there are plenty nearby to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

Over all good stay but we had one issue with seeing random hair on towels and pillows before unpacking and touching anything.

We were there for only a few hours, an overnight related to air travel. It was an exceptional stay for that purpose. Everything we needed and attention to detail, like blackout curtain around bed to block out any annoying electronic lights. I loved this since I have trouble sleeping if there is any light in the room. I highly recommend this place.

Had a 15 hour layover at DFW so we got a room at this nearby hotel. The airport shuttle, hotel itself, and breakfast included made for a great stay for my family.

The room was great and can I say that is the most comfortable hot bed I have ever slept on ! Holy Hannah, I wish I could have slept in. The only set back being I. Room 300 was the train noise that woke me.

The shuttle drivers and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, pool and shuttle service made the hotel a great deal. We had to leave at 4 am to catch our flight, so a bad breakfast to go would have been nice. Otherwise, nothing would have made it better!

I arrived late due to delays and cancellations flying on American Airlines, the front desk lady was a sweetheart. Very fast check in, and she reminded me to sign up for the shuttle back to airport following morning. Room was clean and comfortable. I will stay again.

Trisha the evening receptionist was a fantastic host, we love her attitude. The early morning receptionist was not smiling, did not say good morning, and the breakfast lady was late and rushing and dropped all the tongs, etc. The breakfast curtain was drawn back at 6:05. Also there was no decaf coffee. (But Trisha had decaf coffee available when we arrived.) Trisha is the best and should be commended.

Could have fresher and healthier choices. Eggs and suasage looked like preformed from the freezer to the microwave.

Hotel was fabulous but the neighbors across the hall had kids rubbing through the halls they were so loud and disturbing that I couldn’t go to sleep for 2 1/2 hours. I called front desk twice but didn’t seem to help. Then they were up early at 5:00 same thing. The parents as well were just as noisy. Asked for a refund but said couldn’t since I booked through hotels.com.

Then, I go to wash my hands in the bathroom, open the soap box and it’s a pair of used contact lenses that fell into my hands!! Gross! Went to front desk and was promptly given new soap. Housekeeping should have caught this.

Great place to stay in the DFW area. It was about 10 minutes from Grapevine Mills Mall. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the staff were all very friendly and personable. Breakfast choices were good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Door battery was not operational and we were delayed in getting to our room. We took the stairs as the elevator seemed to be malfunctioning.

This hotel is very clean which is a huge plus. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The beds were not the most comfortable, but everything else was good.
