It was just for an overnight stay waiting for our connection, place is clean, 10 minutes from the airport, with free shuttle.

The staff were amazing, especially Ricardo and Miracle. They were so kind and helpful when we had any questions. Beds were pretty comfortable.

The staff was nice. The price was good. My first room was very dated and didn’t seem that clean. Our air broke but they switched us to another room which was a little better.

I called to get a room booked and to have the shuttle pick me up. I missed the shuttle the first time and staff called me to make sure I was picked up. I was pleasantly surprised that a business wanted to help a stranded passenger. This alone made my night better.

The hotel say was great up until the middle of the night when I noticed termites crawling on the nightstand and headboard. Otherwise, for the price and the convenience and cleanliness of the hotel, I would definitely stay there again.

The property is older but seems to have been recently refreshed. Good price, lots of parking, decent breakfast, and only a couple of miles from DFW international Airport. Staff was friendly. No issues. Will definitely stay again if needing a room for the night when traveling through DFW.

Shower dirty, shower hot/cold handles were opposite, on/off shower handle malfunction, dirty floor - bath rug turned brown from floor when wiping water off the floor. The bed sheets smelled like toe jams. Front desk girls didn't crack a smile when walking through the front doors, that was not a first response positive experience.

This property was disappointing and did not match the brand in appearance or upkeep. Although it was very busy due to a concert and breakfast seemed unprepared for the volume of guests, my main concern was the lack of cleanliness and maintenance, including dirty vents, baseboards, windows, and uneven paint that suggested a cosmetic rather than thorough renovation. The suite was spacious and comfortable, but with five guests in a room for six we had to improvise for the sofa bed. The ice machine was also nearly empty. While I understand high demand, basic cleanliness and maintenance should remain priorities, and this location does not reflect the standard I expect from the brand.

Wonderful buffet breakfast! Near DFW Intl. Airport. Right next to the Parking Spot which is a place you can park and a shuttle takes you right to airport. No hassle with driving to it.

Solo estuve una noche por la escala de mi vuelo por lo que no pude explorar alrededor, si se que hay una gasolinera con una tienda de conveniencia y un Whatabuger a 3 mnts en carro. El hotel tiene buen estacionamiento y vi que ofrece shuttle aunque no lo utilicé, pero es un bus pequeño. El equipo fue muy amable y el check in y check out bastante fácil y rápido. La habitación era un studio con dos camas queen y sofá cama, era amplia y estaba muy limpia, las camas y almohadas cómodas. Tenía una nevera más grande de lo común, microondas y cafetera y TV grande, solo dos puertos USB. El baño estaba limpio, cómodo y con agua caliente aunque la presión no era tan fuerte. Buenas toallas y shampoo y acondicionador. La habitación pese a estar cerca del aeropuerto fue muy tranquila, pudimos descansar muy bien. Ofrecen wifi pero no lo utilicé. El desayuno lo sirven a las 6am y es muy variado. Hay varias mesas disponibles. Tenían máquina para hacer pancakes, salchichas, bacon, omelette, unos biscuit recién hechos al igual que cinnamon rolls. Una buena variedad de panes, yogurt, cereales, café y jugo de naranja. Vi la piscina y es grande. En general me volvería a quedar en este hotel.

A nice hotel to stay at before a flight. Hotel does need some updating as it is looking a bit old. Bed was comfortable and staff especially Vee(sp?) were very nice. My only complaint would be the bowl of rotting bananas on the buffet. How they could have put this out is a mystery - better to have left an empty bowl.

I’d really like this place I don’t think I have any complaint. I’ve been staying in this hotel for years always good.

It seems clean but old building with good attempts to touch up and clean. Smell bad with overwhelming scent.

Staff was helpful- the entire reason I stayed here was for the shuttle to the airport- and the time we needed was already booked. Had had already paid to park my vehicle there for 3 days. Upon hearing the shuttle was full, they did refund my parking.

It was a nice place to stay. We missed our connection flight in dallas, so we had to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It worked out just fine for us.

My shower was cold the room was nasty and there was a loud noise like pipes running ALL night. Thank God I was booked for only one night to catch an early morning flight. I was told we would get a discount for the horrible experience. Nothing as of yet! Don't stay here unless you have no other choice.

To start off with this is the worst Holiday inn Express that I have ever stayed at. It is like walking through a warehouse or some industrial building. The Halls are long and just blank no pictures anywhere no character at all. It felt like a very lonely place in a very unwelcome place. I will say that the beds were very comfortable except for the couch pull out which my granddaughter could fill all the springs. The rooms could be made to feel more welcoming. I was just very disappointed.

Good only for emergency stays due to flight cancellations etc. No public transport availability. Once inside, just stay put. Shuttle goes out for airport once every 40 mins. But if you are at airport and for some reason do not have voice call facility ( say only have data calls like whatsapp call). Then you can not connect with them and can not ask for a shuttle.

The receptionist at the check in was no interested to explain me all the perks that I have as a IGH diamond Elite and the shuttle driver took me to the airport after checking out was so rude , unprofessional and then demanded a tip for each person justifying him because he work hard . I said no because the service was terrible

This hotel was perfect for me and my husband we were in Dallas for a weekend and we were concerned about being closed to the airport but it was perfect. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and super spacious, parking was readily available. 10/10 would recommend

Very basic amenities had to move rooms in the middle of the night because there was water dripping from the ceiling.

The rooms are big and spacious. Staff was ok. But our reservation was not what we got and was only offered a 25% discount for not having room and wanting my children to sleep on the floor on a blanket. To top it off the electricity went out and we could not get into our rooms but only safety feature was the staff walking around with glow sticks in white paper bags. There was a glow stick placed every 3rd step on the stairway.

Just needed somewhere close to DFW at short notice. The room was surprisingly big, very clean linen comfortable bed excellent breakfast and a free shuttle back to DFW. Ideal place to stay for a night or two.

Pool was dirty and rooms are old for 125$ a night they can do better.

It was okay. The pictures were a little deceiving. Hotel seems pretty run down but decently maintained and breakfast was good and shuttle was very convenient for a ride to the airport.

Older hotel. Not all of the USB outlets worked in our room. The channeling system on the TV is horrendous (world cup). The staff is very helpful and friendly. This is our second time staying there. One thing to note: if you come in late and there are a lot of people leaving early on a specific shuttle to the airport, you may get told you will be placed on a waiting list or have to take an earlier one. That can be inconvenient. Hotel is quiet. Good location. Door Dash has lots of options. Would probably stay again.

Room smelled very strongly of an evergreen dip pouch. The bathroom had hairs from others in the sink and tub. Staff were very nice. Airport shuttle was a bit overcrowded, wish they had more vans so we weren't crammed in.

From the time we arrived through check out, the staff was so helpful. The best part was that they offer the extended parking at a very reasonable price compared to parking at the airport and a shuttle to/from the airport. Even though we only stayed one night, since we did extended parking, the shuttle picked us up from the airport when we arrived back and took us back to our car. The breakfast was delish and offered options for all of us. Our room was plenty big and accommodating for all 6 of us! It was so nice not feeling like we were all crammed in a room. Definitely will be staying here again in the future.

Both night and early morning staff were friendly and helpful, it was a quick stay for an early morning flight.

You really get what you pay for in this situation. The hotel building is run down, and and it just didn't feel very clean.

No hot water for one shower, no water at all on 2nd shower. Coffee pot and microwave wouldn’t work, the breaker was tripped. When tried to reset, tripped again.

The staff is always very friendly and the shuttle service to the airport is excellent. We leave our vehicle here when we go on vacation and it’s always been safe.

Stayed here last minute when flight canceled due to weather. Staff was great, a shuttle made it convenient back and forth to airport. Rooms are spacious, but there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Otheryit was fine and definitely beat sleeping on an airport bench!

It's a very busy hotel because it's near the airport but the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Air conditioner was kinda noisy but I can't sleep in total silence and it did drown out the airport sound which I was expecting because of other reviews talked about the noise but I didn't hear any planes in my room and it was on the airport side of the building.
