Overall good - I'd stay there again. Location was convenient and reasonably priced. One mirror in the room was bad - add one at desk would solve this issue. A/C was not great for size of room - side closest to A/C was cold and warm on other end. Elevators were a bit off - jerky and noisy at times.

The room was ok. The carpet floors felt dirty and had stains. I don’t like that the bathroom sink area was open concept. The breakfast dining chairs need to be replaced. The tears on all of them does not look good for the hotel. But the food was good except that the pancakes machine was out of order.

The overall experience was very nice. The staff was very professional and friendly! The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety to choose from. Will stay there again. Price was right too!

This was my first time traveling by myself and was worried this hotel would not be as it looks, but it’s definitely worth it. All the amenities are well maintained and are open, pool is clean, gym is clean and good equipment, breakfast has a lot of variety and it just as it looks in the pictures, with coffee machine and creamers; only thing is pancakes are mini sized and take long to make. But regardless, it was easily accommodating, room is perfect in size and looks as the pictures. A/C is cooling perfectly, vanity in bathroom is clean, desk area, closet and drawers, multiple seating chairs, 2-seat couch, tv in bedroom, kitchen sink, microwave and fridge; and non smoking and foul smell. If you were debating whether reserving here or not, don’t hesitate and do it, everything is nearby and 4 minutes away from Las Colinas.

Good place to spend the night

I love the spacious room-two queen beds with sofa and pantry. We stayed for 3 nights everyday our room was clean up.

The stay was going well till thursday July 23, 2026, at around 10:00 pm after doing our laundry heading back to our rooms when someone was smoking in their room and the hallway plus my room had the reik of marijuana. I had to go to front office and complain, female worker followed me to the 5th floor and did observe the smell and advised me that she would be keeping an eye and that she would be walking by the hallway to see if the situation continued. I was not happy with how it was addressed especially paying 1370.00 and being a non-smoking facility, Just very disappointed!!!

The problem was the last day. We were on a road trip visiting presidential Museums. We left in a hurry to make it to the Bush Library. My wife left her Silver and garnet stones bracelet. She realized it an hour later. We called the front desk and she sent someone to “look” and they came back saying that they could not find anything. I told her she needed to talk to the girl that clean the room. She was outside the room when we were leaving. Her response was they would have returned it if they had found it. The bracelet had a very high sentimental value. It is hard to trust a hotel when their staff is not trustworthy. Will never stay on that hotel branch again.

Had to go to sleep with the perimeter wall light on, the wall switch did not work.

Good hotel overall. My room smelt a little funky but other than that it was great.

There were stained towels with the cleaned towels. The overall room cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

They had electric wires running on the floor in our room. The weight room had a terrible water leak from the ceiling. I'm talking gallons a minute. Our handicap room was not as pictured online.

Electrical plugs are not usable by the beds. Also, the first room we were given smelled like a sewer back up. Had to go to second room.

The breakfast was also very good. There was a nice variety of options, and it was a great way to start the day. That said, there were a few disappointments. The shower water pressure was very inconsistent and would frequently drop, which made showering frustrating. I was also disappointed that the gym amenities were unavailable during my stay. Amenities like this are often a factor when choosing a hotel, so I believe closures should be disclosed at check-in. Having that information upfront allows guests to set expectations and plan their day accordingly. Overall, it was an acceptable stay. The spacious room, good breakfast, and accommodating staff helped make the experience enjoyable, but better communication about unavailable amenities and improvements to the shower experience would make it even better.

We had a bad experience with front desk on night shift. She wasn’t helpful at all. She lied to my kids about the pool hours. Not shur if she was having bad days but there was no hospitality for customer service.

Not very clean. Run down and not kept up to Holiday Inn Express standards. Chairs in sitting and breakfast area were peeling. I was very disappointed in this hotel. It was the worst HI Express hotel that I've ever stayed at.

Great hotel near Toyota Pavillion, but a little far to walk.

We had to request a different room because the first room was leaking water from the ac unit leaking all over the carpet, no trash bags in trash cans, the light was not bright enough.. having a child with special needs we need all of the above 100 percent functional

We arrived after midnight for an unexpected stay and we were exhausted. The staff was great and the room was perfect, clean and roomy with very comfortable beds and bedding! Breakfast was full and good.

Everything was satisfactory

The location is wonderful. It is easy to get to and central to the places we need to go. The breakfast was very very good with a lot of options and they were hit and tasty. I liked the fact that hot tea was available in the lobby all night. The staff were wonderful and pleasant to work with. Overall a very positive experience. The bed was a little soft for my liking. The refrigerator had a hard time getting items placed in it cold.

The room was great, breakfast was as expected and started my day. The location was within walking distance of the venue I was going to. There was some construction going on but it was a nice stay.

Comfortable bed and room. Nicely appointed. Staff making way too much noise outside our room way too early in the morning. Then tried to come in our room!

Location Everything else. The food was bad. Water leaked all over us from the ceiling during breakfast. Our toilet was broken. They didn’t give us towels, we had to ask multiple times. One of the elevators broke, making it extremely difficult to get up or down.

When I arrived to check in, they didn't have a room ready for me. Even tho I had let them know I was going to be there at 10. I paid for 2 nights, starting on Friday and checking out on Sunday. I arrived there at 12( noon) on Saturday, and nothing was ready. They had to move people around to give ME MY ROOM. We waited at the lobby. Didn't get my room till 1 hour or so later. The front desk was very rude at the beginning but later changed her tone. Nothing was well coordinated. People were running back and forth to get me a room. They took another family out of a room to give it to me. Sooo embarrassing!!!!! So I paid for two nights for nothing. I got charged for both nights but only stayed there for 1. I wanted to have a room ready when we arrived, that's why I booked it for 2 nights, so it's not worth it. I still waited as if I only had reserved for 1 night.

Everything was reasonably standard relative to the hotel. Room was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was ok. However, the reason I rented this room was to have walking access to the Toyota Music Factory. I’m afraid that’s a non-starter. The only way to get to the Music Factory, Convention Center and area restaurants on foot is to walk part of the way on a heavily trafficked freeway/service road. It may look like an easy walk on the map, but it is not. We paid $25 to park at the convention center garage. Not what we had planned. Just so you know...

I think when I went for breakfast, some one ( staff who has access) entered my room. Because when I accidentally came upstairs- my keys were working fine but door was locked from inside. So I went down to get the front desk- when I came back and tried to open the door- it opened. Nothing got stolen but I have lot of valuable documents just there.

Everything was well except the elevator went out so only one was functioning. And breakfast the pancake machine was broken down other than that everything was great..

The facility is old and while some spaces have been renovated, the lobby and breakfast area specifically, the rooms are not. Every outlet was loose. Trash cans had no bags. Rugs and lamps seemed outdated. Beds were comfy and the staff we interacted with were great.

Room was clean as long as you kept the lights dimmed. Once the lights were on the small coffee table had leftover crumbs and food. Unknown stuff on the shower wall. Room was on the first floor, and was humid. Even with the AC on the room was still so humid and muggy. I've stayed at other Holiday Inn Expresses, and this one isn't the best. It's older, and you can tell by the carpets and dingy hallways.

Wish the pool was open but besides that it was very pleasant stay. The front desk manager was very helpful to me and my family during our stay

My FAVORITE place to stay while I'm in Las Colinas! Everyone is extremely friendly and the hotel is akways clean!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful but we had no housekeeping on a three night stay. We requested towels daily. Breakfast buffet was great and the hotel was pretty quiet.

My family and I stayed in the 1st floor and there was a lot of noise from other guests until midnight (kids running through the halls, banging on our door, jumping in the floor above us). We tried to call desk services to let them know about this, but no one was available at this time. We ended up having to tell the guests ourselves that we were trying to sleep one night. Breakfast was okay, not the best.
