This hotel was great, except we booked because it said bar and restaurant. Well the bar and restaurant close at 7:30 even on Friday and Saturday. That does not qualify. We would have stayed somewhere else and will stay somewhere else in the future because of that. As will many others. There were a total of 16 in our group and when the bar closes early and you can not take your own drinks to the public areas you should offer the solution.

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Las Colinas July 23-26. We had a beautiful room, 2 Queen beds, refrigerator and microwave and Keurig coffee maker all were available. We only used the refrigerator but it was so nice that all those options were available in the room. The room/floor was very quiet. Other guests we met in hallways/elevators were very nice and friendly. All the staff were very nice and friendly. We never had any issues, so that was wonderful. We felt safe, being two women traveling together. The hotel is located in a hopping area of town with several restaurants close by and a 7-11 convenience store as well. It’s close to the highway so it was easy to navigate through the area. If we find ourselves in the Dallas area again, we will definitely rebook the hotel.

The staff were friendly and breakfast here was fantastic. This was a convenient stay and not far from Dallas Love airport (15-20 minutes). I would definitely stay here again. There's a shopping center nearby and plenty of places to dine. There's a shaded patio area and pool at this location which I can see being great for families with kids. I did not take advantage of it because my stay was short, but it looked inviting! Kudos to the friendly staff.

The only issue I had was with the breakfast! Eitheen dollars per person is a little much!

Room was clean but amenities were not working. Coffee maker did not work, and hair dryer worked poorly.

Nice hotel in convenient location. Our room was clean and bed was nice. Water pressure was insane. We did swim in pool which was refreshing but no towels the 2x we went. Corn hole was fun and payio is cute. Exercise room was great for a hotel. Restaurant was closed a couple nights but we had dinner before we left and it was good. Drinks at bar were a bit pricey but decent. Laundry only took quarters which is only complaint I have. Would stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. I rented three rooms, and each one was clean and well-maintained. The hallways and entrance were also clean, and the pool area was very nice. I even put my toes in the water and enjoyed how relaxing it felt. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay for our family.

Clean rooms & beautiful lobby area. Comfortable bed. Centrally located. A lot of amenities close by. Great breakfast available for purchase. A little pricey at $18 per person but it was great quality, fresh choices, pristine, and very awesome staff, Micheal. Who was so friendly & quick to provide great personalized service. Highly recommend the breakfast. We didn’t use the pool this time, but looked very nice. We would definitely recommend. And will stay here again.

Looked as though the property had been remodeled. Nice. However, the mattress was uncomfortable and the wash cloths were the smallest I have ever seen which made it very difficult to wash one’s back. The bathroom sink would not drain, which they unclogged upon request. The shower/tub drain stopper had to be removed to allow the tub to drain. The plunger on the shower/tub faucet was stuck on shower, which was a cold surprise the first time I used it. The room had an odor, which was an old musty smell and reminded me of one of my commercial property tenants who is a cannabis operator. In other words, the room smelled like marijuana. Also, breakfast was not included. I recommend you stay elsewhere.

This was the best stay that I have had in a long time. Very comfortable. Very accommodating, clean, nice amenities, decent area, and great bar... The room was comfortable. Black out curtains helped me sleep until 8am, the water is HOT, and the room was the size of a small apartment. Made the trip enjoyable.

Weeks later than date needed. Co tacted immediately. Talked to two different people who said it was cancelled then they charged me full price.

Overall a nice place to stay. Careful with the breakfast. I had thought it was a free continental breakfast but they charge you. Very expensive for some eggs and sausage. Ice machine on our floor was not working, we checked out before it could be fixed. I had to go to a different floor. Staff and room were nice but the AC made loud clicking noises that woke us up. I will find a free continental breakfast hotel next time.

When I first checked in they tired to tell me I had no reservation,The amenities and some of the staff were not it There’s only 1 washer and dryer for hotel with like 6 floors the shower head in the room had weird green gunk on it there’s no machine to change quarters for laundry and when you asked the staff they gave you attitude had to go across the street for coins they need to update that Laundry room

I would give more stars but the breakfast was way over priced for the cafeteria quality. 99% of the staff were great but I had requested late checkout, I was told that was fine. The mgr in the morning repeatedly called my phone telling me the staff didn’t follow procedure. Not my fault. Then at check out she again treated me like I work there. She was rude and condescending. I told her this is a conversation she should be having with her staff who didn’t document that my late check out was approved. She then said “I won’t charge you this time” other people witnessed this exchange and stopped me to ask on my way out. I will be getting names from now on.
