Reviews
The hotel has a convenient location, particularly for those traveling to or from the airport. However, the reviews are mixed with guests frequently mentioning issues with cleanliness, pests, and poor customer service.

The stay was just okay, nothing overly terrible and nothing overly great. Just okay!
- 3/5
Room smelled like food
- 3/5
Not the best hotel but if you’re looking for somewhere cheap to stay in somewhere that’s somewhat decent. I would stay here and if you need to be close to the airport and I want to spend that much I would stay here.
- 4/5
Getting the van to the property was tough. One stop only
- 4/5
Clean room

The privacy was important for me 5 stars

I wish I had booked a reservation at a different location. This hotel is not bad however, a few things to know before you book they will accommodate early check-in’s if a room is available. For breakfast you will only have waffles, yogurt, milk, coffee, and orange juice don’t expect a full course or decent meal. There is NO room service at this property, we needed additional towels for our stay and were told we had to bring the old used towels downstairs to the front desk before they would give us new ones. If you book here bring your own or buy them before you check in. This is a good location as it is close to the airport however, there are 10 hotels on the same street moving forward I’d prefer to go to another location for better service and to be comfortable having a clean room that is serviced on a daily when I book a reservation for four nights is definitely a priority in my book.

The room looks like it was never mopped. My socks were dirty just being in there for 2 mins. Shower was dirty, staff was rude, breaks fast are had ants around the food which was only cereal and waffles. This place was horrible.
- 4/5
The breakfast service was not well attended. Rooms were spacious and well designed.
- 4/5
Clean room. Close to airport. Shuttle staff was good and fast. Staff mostly seemed to be doing the minimum to get by. I would stay again despite this because of convenience.
- 1/5
The airport shuttle took over an hour and a half to pick us up…. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport- how does that make sense. The staff when we called multiple times were extremely unhelpful nor caring. Then when we FINALLY arrived, the front desk person was rude. The room was simply gross- we were greeted with a used Q-tip on the floor as we walked in with then crumbs on the counter, crumbs and hair on the bed, and TOILET PAPER shoved into and sticking out of the peep hole of the door. The microwave was dirty and still had “32 seconds” left from the prior use. It literally looks like they remade the bed of the previous guest and checked us in. We didn’t even stay the night, we left after 15 minutes of checking in. 0/10 recommended. Spend the couple extra dollars and stay elsewhere.
- 4/5
Room was clean Bed was comfortable Ac worked well Staff was helpful
- 2/5
We got to the hotel and immediately noticed an unpleasant smell across the entire property. Riding the elevator was unpleasant with the smell. The hallway was interesting and had construction following the same smell. The room itself was OK but we didn’t get a change of towels or any room service the entire four nights we stayed there. Trash built-up there and we noticed ants. We asked one of the room cleaners who was nice, but she seemed overwhelmed with the amount of work and unable to provide service on her own. Overall the room itself was OK but the stay was not the most comfortable.

Nice
- 5/5
The breakfast is a joke
- 4/5
Hotel was good .I was annoyed after emailing and calling the hotel never responded, regarding the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and how to get it. So unless you are going from the hotel to the airport. I would say the shuttle is not available.

Awesome experience

Very quick. Great stay if you have a layover at DFW. The 24/7 shuttle was a nice option.
- 3/5
They need to take a little more time on cleaning the shower walls, Bath towel had yellow stands, the outside was full of trash and lawn, they do not have an ice machine, and front desk staff a man was very short when responding after asking a question……
- 3/5
Okay for a quick night's sleep for a early morning flight. The airport van ran right on time.
- 5/5
Great clean and comfortable hotel.
- 1/5
The staff was rude, uninformative and not professional. Lacked customer service skills. The lobby restroom was a disaster. No tissue, handsoap or paper towels the entire day. The room had an odor even with laminate flooring. I canceled my 2nd day. Will not book there again. Very disappointed for a Wyndam Hotel.
- 1/5
So I went to the car got all my things came back in and that’s when he told me that because we didn’t check in before 11:30 PM. He canceled our reservation. Nowhere in the fine print did it say that. So basically two different stories. The same was happening to another set of people that evening And they just did not seem to care Avoid them at all costs
- 4/5
The only thing that I did not like is there was not cook ware.
- 2/5
From the moment we arrived, my husband, our newborn baby, and I were respectful, quiet, and courteous. We did not create any disturbances or give staff any reason to treat us differently. We simply expected the same level of professionalism and hospitality that every guest should receive. Unfortunately, our interactions with the front desk staff were consistently unpleasant. On multiple occasions, I called the front desk requesting towels for our room. My calls repeatedly went unanswered. After calling several times, someone finally answered, but the tone and attitude I received made me feel as though I was inconveniencing the staff by asking for a basic hotel service. Throughout our stay, every request seemed to be treated as though it was a burden rather than part of the customer service guests are entitled to receive. The treatment we experienced left me feeling unwelcome. As a Black woman traveling with my husband and our newborn—less than two weeks after giving birth—I found the experience especially hurtful. During one of our interactions, I observed one of the front desk employees providing noticeably friendlier and more attentive service to White guests immediately before or after interacting with us.
- 0.5/5
nothing good to say service and reception are highly unprofessional. we had booked a room for a couple hours as we had a connected flight in the early morning. once we arrived at the hotel , it was already very late and we were tired from a long travel. the reception then tells us without any prior notice despite being on the phone with me several times for directions and tips on the shuttle bus service, that all rooms are unavailable due to water damage. this is understandable but despite our ongoing communication on the phone within the same hour , nothing about a cancellation was said over the phone or sent by email. we arrived to the hotel and were told that our booking cannot be made & they suggested we go elsewhere.
- 1/5
Room was full of flying ants and small ants
- 3/5
It was ok. Not the best place I have stayed. Very noisy all night long from other patrons. But I was in a tight situation and needed a quick place on short notice.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly front desk attendant.
- 3/5
The room was good except for there was cook top but no cookware, there NO cups, plates or silverware. There was an ironing board BUT no iron. And NO ice machine on the premises!
- 3/5
Staff was not welcoming. Kitchen had nothing. Not even a glass for water. Cheap looking
- 2/5
We did receive the room we booked, but there were no bath towels, no linens for the sofa bed, and it’s an overall dumpy facility. Photos are not reflective of actual quality. Apparently it used to be an Extended Stay America and they used new paint and flooring to capture a rebrand. Safe? Ish. Convenient? Well, I’d use the word close. The shuttle did work in the morning for us so that was the one plus. Room was clean but feels more like a dorm room than a hotel room.
- 1/5
Airport shuttle service was terrible when we get there
- 2/5
The helpdesk associate does not speak clear English. I had a very hard time ordering airport chattel.
- 5/5
I recommend
- 5/5
It was a good hotel. I recommend
- 4/5
It’s a convenient location from the airport. It seems clean for the most part except for the giant cockroach in our bathtub. The rooms have almost full kitchens which is nice. The breakfast they have in the morning is quite sad it’s yogurt cereal toast and waffles you can make that don’t really work very well. The syrup obtained was all messed up went everywhere. Coffee is meh. Check in was super easy barely spoke to me just asked my name and gave me a room key. It’s not too noisy though considering its proximity to the airport. Parking is free they don’t give you conditioner though just shampoo. Just things I noticed but it was good for one night
- 5/5
Nice
- 1/5
Room was clean. Staff were very unhelpful. Room had a kitchen but not one item for it. No silverware, no plates, no glasses and no bits or pans. What do you do with a stove top if you don't have a pan? We missed our flight and could not get our luggage so no toothbrushes or even a comb. The front desk did not have any. No click, no phone in the room. Breakfast was pitiful. Waffles but no syrup. The milk was empty for cereal. We waited over an hour for the shuttle that never came. We called 2 times. We had to take an uber. I choose this hotel due to the shuttle and breakfast. I would NOT choose them again.
- 5/5
Newly renovated!
- 4/5
Clean room. Great air conditioning
- 1/5
WAITED 2 HOURS FOF THE SHUTTLE AND CALLED THEM ABOUT 5 TIMES AND THEY KEPT SAYING 5 MORE MINUTES. RIDICULOUS. TO TOP IT OFF, WOKE UP FOR “COMPLIMENTARY” BREAKFAST AND THE ONLY OPTIONS WERE WAFFLES AND COFFEE. THE MILK WAS OBVIOUSLY LEFT OUT BECAUSE IT CAME OUT IN CHUNKS. 0 STARS.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice property!
- 3/5
Unfortunately, we were woken up at 11 AM by a hotel manager banging on our door, saying we had to check out. When we verified our approved late checkout, he told us the hotel doesn’t do late checkouts. I’m not sure where the miscommunication was, but there was no rectifying it. We had to scramble and get out as quickly as we could. Not a positive experience.
- 2/5
Room waste was not emptied there was an apple core in the trash can. There were no cups available, the refrigerator had no ice maker or trays and the property had no ice machine.
- 3/5
Don't count on a shuttle, the desk clerk is very hard to understand ( took uber to the hotel) not the greatest breakfast. But a good deal for the money, room was clean and comfy
- 1/5
First room was broken and the staff are all idiots. Finally got moved and then they upcharge us for the room move. The breakfast was awful and the kitchen stove didn't even work in both rooms. In 2 weeks, no one came to clean the room or bring fresh towels. Was roaches.
- 3/5
We called to get the shuttle from the airport to hotel and the hotel staff did not answer Had to get an uber The breakfast was a 0 out of 5
- 1/5
Kitchen Sink had sludge in the trap. Continental breakfast was covered in ants. Property had trash everywhere. Doors to property kept jamming forcing you walk around the property to get in the front entrance. The breakfast had only cereal two waffle makers (one of which had a broken timer), cold coffee, and watered down orange drink. This place is horrible.
- 5/5
Excellent

Beds were kinda hard for my liking
- 5/5
New renovations and friendly staff

Don’t charge for parking. Get better signage. Stop room deposit at check in.
- 3/5
The Floor I Stayed On Smelled Very Off And No One Restocked Towels While We Were There. It Was Nice And Quiet Though .
- 5/5
Had a kitchen n it was clean
- 5/5
It was a good hotel
- 3/5
Very basic, no extras but very quiet considering the proximity to the airport. Would’ve stay again now that I know what to expect. It’s a bed and a hot shower, stay somewhere else if you want nice breakfasts and amenities.
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
There was no clothes hangers, no coffee maker and the complimentary breakfast was a waffle.
- 5/5
We got there early from our flight fell asleep on the couch and he made it to where we could do an early check in. He was very kind. Will stay again
- 3/5
Very clean and affordable. Need more staff at the front desk. Tried several times to call to have the shuttle pick me up at the airport and there was no answer, had to take an Uber instead. There were no towels in the bathroom and only shampoo. No body soap or conditioner.
- 1/5
This hotel is being renovated. The breakfast is awful, watery waffle batter had to ask daily for butter, syrup, orange juice, no eggs or bacon. The 2nd level smelled awful. The back door had to have something stuck between the locking mechanism so that people could come and go. They overcharged me on my stay from what I was quoted. The front desk employees were unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend staying here I will never be back to this hotel. I’d give it zero stars honestly, don’t waste your money or time.
- 5/5
Everything was fine
- 3/5
It was good
- 5/5
Clean room and Nicholas e set up
- 4/5
Overall, we had a really nice stay at this hotel. The property was pretty clean for the most part, staff was friendly, and being pet friendly was definitely a huge plus for us. The only downsides were that we couldn’t connect to any of our TV apps during the stay, and the showers could’ve been cleaned a little better. We also would’ve liked a few more towels and pillows in the room, although we never asked the front desk so they may have been able to provide more. Aside from those small issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.
- 4/5
I always look at the price so i don't expect a whole lot for $90. The room was clean, comfortable, and the a/c was very cold. It was quiet so there was no noise during quiet hours. The continental breakfast was scarce but had a few things..cereal, coffee, and a few pieces of fruit. If you're on a budget, this is a good place to stay.
- 5/5
Great, clean, staff was great , air conditioning was great
- 5/5
They had no water to drink in the room that’s the only issue
- 2/5
My first room was infest with gnat and the room had no hangers to hang up your cloths. I had to relocate to a new room. The second room had no insects. And the second room had hangers.
- 2/5
The shuttle to the place never showed up had taken different means. Place was not clean. Hair in sheets when first pulled over. Got bit be something bed bugs. Terrible place.
- 1/5
It was so bad that we had to leave the hotel at 1 am looking for somewhere else. The guy at the front desk was also extremely rude. We came back the next morning and we told him about the trouble we went through and showed him some pictures of the unit with bugs and he basically said it’s not his problem!
- 5/5
All was good holiday
- 1/5
This hotel would not give me a refund for a room I did not stay in because there was a water leak coming from the roof. The staff initially told me I would be receiving a refund but when I called to follow up they accused me of lying and not even showing up to the hotel. It’s best to just avoid this hotel because the staff is not trustworthy.
- 4/5
The bed and accommodations were very comfortable . The location was convenient. It was quiet and we felt safe. Breakfast was practically non existent, so don't plan on it. Not sure how we were to obtain clean towels.i asked and we never received them. Housekeeping somewhat sharp, rude.
- 5/5
Clean room and fast check in.
- 5/5
Good place
- 4.5/5
Staff was accommodating Nothing everything was good
- 3/5
Close to airport and available for the day Bedding too soft and squeaky and no drink water available in the room.
- 1/5
It was close to the event I had to attend The customer service was poor. I was treated very rudely and I would never again stay here altho the space was nicely designed and decorated. Updated items but the staff was not nice at all. I felt it was racially motivated. They also put me in an area where the over doing renovations so all I heard all night was noise and people talking
- 3/5
The location was perfect for me I wanted to cook me some dinner and the stove was not working the way. I was hoping it does and then I want to ask the guy at the front desk and he explained it to me and then I added exactly what he told me, but the stove was still not working and not very friendly stuff I also forgot to pack my own pillow and and when I called, he said he's calling me back. He has to ask her maintenance, but he never called me back so I never even asked me for my phone number so I still don't know if if my pillow was found or if anything else that happened. It was a very expensive pillow, so I would love to have it back, but not very helpful and it sounded like an on the phone that he got really bothered by me calling him and asking her to check on if my pillow was turned
- 0.5/5
It only takes 3 days to get clean towels The rude housekeeper
- 0.5/5
Do not stay here!!!!! Got stuck in Dallas due to weather and booked a room when flight was canceled. I called for the shuttle service and they never showed up. Had to call an Uber after 30 minutes of standinin the cold. I was told that there was a 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport when I checked in. There was some type of work going on and had to walk through debris going down the hallway. I turned a corner and literally had to walk over a mattress lying flat in the hallway. The room was full of refurbished furniture and the closet door was a curtain. The bathroom was dirty, no water pressure, no hot water in the sink. I actually looked under the bed to make sure there were no fraf bodies, people, rodents, or otherwise. If I wasn't so damned tired I would have said hell no and demanded my money back. There must be at.least one competent person working there because the towels and bedding were actually clean. I guess nobody sleeps here because my neighbors were up all night. How do I know? I'm pretty sure the walls are made of paper with no insulation in between. I heard every word spoken from 9 pm until 4:30 am. At least they had a good time hooting and hollering. I asked for the shuttlewhen I checked out and was told that there wasn't one due to the weather. I guess temps below 40 degrees is enough to cancel shuttle service. I anticipated this and got up a half hour early. I had to call a Lyft to get back to the airport on time to catch my flight. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this hotel or whatever the hell that was and Booking.com would be wise to remove them from their website. I don't even like filling.out surveys and here we are. Never again.
- 3.5/5
No breakfast. Lots of excuses
- 5/5
Everything! Can’t think of anything I didn’t like
- 2/5
The staff was not too helpful. Also, the elevator spelled like marijuana. Overall the hotels seem a bit shady. I just did my room. Also, when booking, the promotion said free breakfast, but there was no free breakfast.Just coffee. Was a bit disappointed at that as well.
- 0.5/5
Staff was not friendly.. there was no breakfast as advertised.. no ice machine... no small cups in room nothing .. something went wrong with the cable and all we could get was basic local channels went down told the staff and I was told they dont have cable when I was clearly watching a cable channel.. they said they would come look at it and never did.. they had an area were breakfast could be served but no breakfast was served.. I basically paid $155 to stay at a place i could ve paid under a $100 for elsewhere considering the amenities they had.
- 5/5
I absolutely love the new remodel rooms , also the location is amazing . It smells so good in the building , I had my 3 kids with me and it was a nice experience. The staff are great , place is clean and great , also prices are amazing . Nothing it was great .
