Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/ Irving

My room TV didn’t work resulting in the room change on admission. Breakfast bar not refreshed with food timely. Waffle mix empty, meat pan had one sausage link. Same scenario the next morning no one frequently checking and refilling food ended up at Waffle House. Housekeeping came by once. Finally, $3 for a standard snicker bar!

Nice hotel for the price.

I made a reservation because it said there was a free airport shuttle, but on the way there I was told there was no driver, and on the way back I was told it was full, so I couldn't use the shuttle bus for either trip and ended up using Uber instead because I was told that I have no choice but to take Uber. If I had known from the beginning, I wouldn't have made a reservation.

Stay was very quiet and the hotel was within the area I was working at

Location The hallway had a smell of wet carpet which I could smell in my room.

Comfortable, quiet room. Friendly staff at reception. The free pick up from the airport took 45 mins from when we called which was too long after a long flight. The breakfast was 'diy' which was fine but I didn't think the bagels etc were very fresh. Transfer back to the airport the next morning was fine.

+1h shuttle wait, manager was rude to staff and guests, complimentary breakfast didn’t open till after 7am and coffee was still from day before. Not an airport-friendly hotel at all.

What was missing was a local restaurant in the building. The Thia trailer in lit was great food.... We left to early to enjoy breakfast, it would have been nice to have a snack bar or something like that But all was good No food in hotel, just machines.

Excellent location I scheduled a shuttle for 5am to the airport but it was a no show by the shuttle driver. Uber ride was 12min to airport and cost $45.

This is my second time staying here. This time, we had a quick stay for an overnight connection. They provided waters at check-in, the amenities in-room were great, and the bed was comfy! The room was also very clean. It was a 5-star stay, but the front side of the building is quite loud from the freeway. Just a heads up for those that may be sensitive to noise while sleeping! Breakfast options were decent, and the shuttle driver in the morning was great. After a long travel day and missing airline connections — the unexpected stay here was worthwhile!

The breakfast was ok That I got double charged for my room. I paid the reservations online and when I got there I got charged 160$ for the room again. I'm very unhappy about that. It's been three days now and I still haven't heard from anyone or received my money back yet.

The only thing is the front desk is a little bit dismissive during the check-in process. Room were clean.

The location is perfect when you need to be near the airport for early morning flights. It's about 15 minutes from the rental car return. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a pleasant stay.

David was awesome and was able to find a room so I could check in early.

In this area were door dash or food trucks. Indian Express food truck was excellent, but I had to hunt down some wine as this hotel did not sell any beer or wine.

It was just a short overnight as we missed a connection at DFW airport. Room was comfortable, shuttle pickup was timely, front desk was helpful but busy.

Everything was great for the most part. Breakfast options were plenty and changed everyday. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Room was clean and had plenty of linens. One downfall was pull out sofa bed had some kind dirt or gravel on it. It was easy to clean up. Other than that I would recommend anyone to stay there. I will definitely be staying there again.

They gave an handicap room without notice, the staff was sneezing in my face and the room smells

We appreciated that there was a shuttle from the Dallas Fort Worth airport. Our only complaint was that there was only 1 walkable restaurant in the complex, which was strange considering there were multiple hotels in the area. Otherwise, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and told us about the hotel amenities. We really enjoyed the breakfast also. It had a lot of choices and was very good.

The stay was good all in all aspects

My check-in was welcoming and fast. My room was clean but the bathroom had a slight sewer smell. As long as I kept the bathroom door closed, it didn’t bother my stay.

Liked that we could park our vehicle and be taken to the airport.

Comfortable clean room. Bed was on the firm side which was wonderful. Airport shuttle was convenient. I will stay here again.

We needed dinner and asked the shuttle driver if there was any restaurants within walking distance. He recommended the Sheraton and provided free transportation to and from our dinner..it was a great recommendation!

We had a layover at DFW and this place made it so easy! We called after getting our luggage and they picked us up, the staff at check in was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and they had a lovely breakfast. They then took us back to the airport and we continued on our way. It was a wonderful experience!

The first night all you hear is traffic. I asked to be moved to the other side of the hotel and was told that all the rooms were taken although the parking lot was half empty. I asked for maid service. the first day, they made the bed but did not clean the bathroom. The second day they cleaned the bathroom, but did not make the bed. I guess you only get one of the other.

Had to take 2 Ubers because at airport only on Fairfield loaded and was south location. This hotel is the north location. Should have a better description with 2 hotels with exact same name

This hotel is clean and family-friendly. Its location is close to everything. However, a convenience store or Walmart within walking distance would be nice, but it is not a deal breaker. The breakfast was great, and the staff was kind and courteous. We usually stay at boutique hotels, but we really enjoyed this hotel and would stay here again.

Incredibly friendly check in clerk, he was checking two couples in at the same time and still made us feel welcome. Breakfast was above average.

The pool was pretty cold and there were ants that bit my kiddos. The bathroom in the room was beautiful but I had expected a bathtub and it only had a shower. The pull out couch had a very worn-uncomfortable mattress. We enjoyed the pool and whirlpool daily. The gym was nice and clean with good equipment.

Close to airport, quiet

The staff here are amazing! From when we checked in to when we checked out the staff went above and beyond. I wish I had the name of the young man that helped us when we arrived. He was so helpful when our door wouldn’t open. Demarcus helped us on checkout when my daughter left an item in the room. Thank you so much! Everything is clean, close to airport, and has free shuttle service.

Stayed room 215.Had problem with handicapshower flooding entire bathroom floor. Was never able to determine what caused problem. Reported issue with associate at front desk Otherwise, BEST hostel stay ever

basic upkeeping. The front entrance and lobby were nice, but the (literal) cracks began to show the moment you looked closer at the room. Hopefully they will do some remodeling. This woken massively improve the residents experience.

The courtesy van never came after waiting 40 minutes at 10pm. Then spent $40 on a taxi. What’s the point of selecting a hotel with a van near the airport if you waste significant time and money to get there

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/ Irving is exceptionally clean. The employee's are very nice. We called ahead, spoke to Candace to let her know we were driving to DFW area from Louisiana and was running behind. Candace inform us to be careful, it was raining in Dallas. We appreciated the heads up.
