Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott

Was in town for the weekend and found this location at a good price. It was next to the airport. The staff was so polite and helpful. Offered us water and i loved that they had a 24 hr open shop next to the front desk. The rooms were perfectly cold and clean. The 2 double bed room was the perfect size. Id definitely recommend this location and I'd definitely stay here again!

This is not a handicap friendly hotel. The handicap accessible showers or tubs do not have shower chairs.

Clean and spacious rooms, good gym. fast wifi. Rude reception staff with very little knowledge. VERY expensive supplies In mini mart. The only water in room was $12! Outdoor pool water was cloudy and green, did not look safe for swimming. Long wait for shuttle at arrivals.

If you want an easy place that is close to airport, check in-fast and elevators that are quick, it’s easy. Couldn’t get free shuttle. Got in at around 1:00 am and left at 6:30 am so a quick sleep. Seems a bit outdated but the showers are nice.

Clean room, great balcony view of airport perfect for planespotting. Guest services was great and accommodating.

I had a short stay during an overnight layover at the airport and it was a lifesaver being able to smoothly check in, as well as having the quick and free airport shuttle. The room was very clean and was an incredibly nice stay overall. Would definitely stay here again!

Restaurant food was excellent. I ate dinner there both nights and meet service was just perfect.

Helpful staff, clean room, but room itself was aged and needs updating. Closet doors were crooked and hard to close. Shower sliding doors were also crooked and water leaked on the floor. Pool area was great, so was a very large fitness center. Bar and food was good, everything a bit pricey but I'd rather be in a nice hotel and pay a little more than stay in another location without any of the amenities. I'm still a Marriott person!

Selected due to airport location with 24 hr airport shuttle. Hotel staff extremely helpful. Very clean and enjoyed modern decor of room. Ate dinner in restaurant which was tasty and service was excellent. Thought closeness to airport might be a source of noise however room was very quiet

I can't find the baucher, where they reimburse me for this property, since due to personal problems I wouldn't be able to be on those dates, so I can't give my ratings where I wasn't staying.

Stayed here after a canceled flight. Shampoo bottle did not dispense, hot tub was not heated or resolved after overnight hours. Beds are only doubles (for 3 adults). No property ammenities cities such as coffee. Would never go back or recommend

Waited 35-40 minutes @ 3 am for a shuttle. The air conditioner never cooled our room even at 65 degrees. The pocket/barn door to bathroom would barely slide open or shut -- so you had to squeeze thru to go to the bathroom and the closet light would not turn off. The electrical was hanging from the ceiling in the closet. No light switch anywhere. The night staff was horrible. The day time staff were great! I didn't have a toothbrush due to our flight delays and luggage being lost - I asked if they had a toothbrush but they could not find one. They had toothpaste but NO toothbrush. I will NEVER stay here again. Marriott needs to know about these conditions. Maybe the other rooms were magnificent but not room 343.

Could not find an ice machine that was functional

This was my first time at this hotel and I found it very comfortable with a great staff. I was warmly welcomed at the registration and found the bar and restaurant personnel to be friendly and helpful. I definitely would stay there again.

I liked the convenience of the market place in the hotel and the shuttle bus to the airport.

The comforter/duvet was a bit thin and discolored…

Water pressure in shower was weak. Don’t have complimentary water bottle at front desk and the staff don’t go get some for me.

I did not like that I had to pay for parking everyday when I already paid for the room. I did not like that there were no microwaves in the room .

Dinner was great, especially for a dine-in and the waiter was fantastic

I called the hotel to verify the shuttle pick up location and they were very helpful.

Staff was very lovely. Hotel is close to quite a few stores if you need supplies before a flight .

Staff was great. Good dinning options at the hotel but super expensive. Room was good but maintenance had to come twice to fix the Air Conditioning and heater neither were working, but they got it taken care of in a two day span. It was still ok.

Shuttle took over an hour to come pick up. Drivers great. Room dirty. Bottom sheet had holes. No Kleenex. Loved the location of the room( king balcony)

The room was cold, and I slept in my coat. Thermostat doesn't seem to work. Used them for airport parking. After coming off a 7 hour flight I sat on a bench in the cold waiting 50 minutes for the marriott pickup van. He was unapologetic...saying he other drop offs. Never again will I use them!

Staff given holiday from December 13th to January 3rd. Remaining staff very curious but overworked. A few at the front desk had "attitude" problems.

I reserved a king bed corner and I was initally put in a room with a double bed on a low floor. I went back down to request the room I reserved and the front desk staff gave me a hard time. I had to argue and pull up on reservation before I could get a king bed and it was not a corner room.

Clean room and it is quiet despite being near the airport! If anything might disturb your sleep however, it is if you are unfortunate to have guests on your floor who slam the door loudly at 3 in the morning. However, that's not within the hotel's control so...

We always stay at this hotel when we are traveling. The airport shuttle is a great benefit.

In 2024, I stayed there & ate a cheeseburger from hotel restaurant around 11 am & got food poison b4 my evening 9 pm onstage performance. And of course, the hotel's phase was, food poison wouldn't happen in only few hours time frame. Even one of my teammates was a nurse explained yes on food poison could happen in a short few hours. But the hotel insisted not possible. In 2025, I went back for my last performance there. It took about an hour to check in my room by switching room after room due to not cleaned, or a massy bed, or key pad was low of battery, even sending me to a room labeled as hearing & wheelchair needed. I finally asked a front desk customer service to go with me to make sure they assigned me a function & cleaned room after running 4 round trips upstairs & downstairs just to get a room. Within my 2 nights 3 days staying at the hotel, I had to ask them at least set up my bed once & replaced the towels. Overall, it was a very disappointed services for the last 2 years since 2022.

I wish Marriott would provide bottled water in the rooms either for free or an addional cost. The tap water in the room was terrible.

Great location with plenty of restaurants around. They are always consistent with cleanliness and overall great experience. I stay here a lot with work travels. Seven minutes from DTF!

We liked that the hotel had a shuttle bus to the airport. However, the staff were rude whenever we asked a question.

Sadly, our stay was limited due to a brief overnight layover. The airport shuttle was quick and convenient. The property was very nice. Friendly staff and clean room.

The hotel looks super nice from the outside and the lobby smells good but when you get into your room you just want to run away from the hotel.. the rooms are old, they smell like mold, the bed sheets were weat and had some blood on the bed sheets.Do your self a favor and look for a another hotel (i stay with 2 kids) worst night ever.

Super convenient with 24- hour airport shuttle showing its age a bit. Bout service ad way it’s done is pure Marriott. Fire alarm went off at 2:00 am in the morning ruining my our max 4 hour slope window between flights.

We arrived to the hotel first thing we noticed was a strong smell in the lobby. Then after checking in we went to our room to find a bed that wasn’t made and a dirty bathroom. I never had such a filthy experience in my life from a hotel!!

Our sheets were dirty, had brown smear on top sheet we did not see until we were checking out. Horrible!!!!

I was worried when I checked in that my stay would not comfortable due to some bad reviews I saw online. To the contrary, my stay was perfect. Very quiet hotel, clean, and staff were very nice. Breakfast buffet was great too. No complaints!

Missed a flight out of Dallas late at night. Shuttle picked us up, staff helpful and quick. Very nice, clean, upgraded room. Large selection of freshly prepared items for breakfast with pleasant, attentive staff. High praise for morning shuttle driver who was upbeat, right on time and efficient.

Clean and comfortable - I don't remember ever having a more comfortable bed to sleep in at a hotel. The staff greeted me immediately as they saw me come in the front door in the most welcoming way.

My flight home was delayed at the last minute so I needed a hotel for the night. I was able to easily book a room on Expedia. Check in was very easy. My room was very clean and comfortable. I spent a wonderful couple of hours by the pool and had a great dinner in the restaurant. I slept well in a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was super easy to get transportation set up for our flight that left at 5:00am. Staff were exceptionally nice.

Front desk are very u frendily and looks like they dont care and competely not welcoming. Unnecessarily charging $25 per day parking on the property and it is not a downtown or any upscale place. They are juat 4 star airport hotel. There was nothing mentioned as well. Just beware of booking this mariott.

My stay at the Marriott was very short as my flight was canceled. However, the property was clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. From what I could see, the pool seems nice (as it was late upon my arrival). I would stay here again for a longer time in the near future.

Everything was good but internet wasn’t working in my room and they couldn’t fix it.

The amenities were subpar, and the bedding was dusty.

Waited over an hour for the courtesy shuttle. Some staff went out of the way to help out. Others were just okay. Not much near the property. A Subway across the road.

smelled bad, noisy toilet, took 2 hours to get to hotel with their airport shuttle service. Lobby is very nice, rooms smell funky and just needs to be better cleaned/maintained.
