There was blood on my pillows and bed. And a dirty towel behind the door. Not to mention the cockroaches I found in the refrigerator and around the room

Nothing ??? Roaches was in my room. They were crawling on my pillow. Crawling on the wall by my bed. Crawling on the second bed that my husband was going to sleep in. The hotel staff came and saw the roaches and put me in another room. Soon as I opened the door, there was a big roach on the bed and some on the floor and they ran underneath the bed. Went and got the hotel staff again. He saw the roach. He put me in another room. My husband saw 1 roach and killed it but we stayed in that room because it was really late and we had to get up early in the morning. We didn’t see anymore. I couldn’t sleep for thinking that a roach was going to crawl on me.

The pictures presented on Expedia when I booked the hotel were not what we arrived to. When we got to the room n opened the door, roaches scattered at the front door. Didn’t look like the room had been swept or mopped. The room smelled like weed, a lot of traffic at the room next to us, which I’m assuming is where the weed smell was coming from. Glad we didn’t really need to spend much time there other than to sleep. Staff at check in n check out were friendly. Get what you pay for I suppose.. we survived. Got to spend more money on other things . Only got one set of towels, no replacement soap. Only received one small bar of soap a shampoo n lotion for one.

Room was super clean, staff remarkably friendly, didn't get to use the jacuzzi tub due to limited time but room was super nice.

The staff were very nice The bed was extremely uncomfortable very stiff and had stains in it. The couches and chairs also had stains all over. When I woke up my back was covered in bed bug bites!

Nothing Bugs in the room, dirty towel, tasty microwave, water running in shower, couldn't shut off, the list goes on !!!
