Mini fridge, microwave, one-cup coffee maker and iron/ironing board, were provided and fully functioning. There was a comfy sofa and desk with chair that accommodated my work nicely. The window blind was broken and affixed in the closed position. I wanted some light, but lamps had to suffice. At least it was dark and private while we were sleeping. False alarm-fire alarm came on early and woke us up. Then housekeeping tried to open our door, even though we had placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on it. (This was hours before check-out time.) Had we not had the extra lock, she would have walked right in on us. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. I would have given a perfect score if we hadn't been disturbed.

The one major downside was the elevator area. There was a strong, unpleasant sewer-like smell that was hard to ignore. Even though the rest of the hotel was clean, that odor stood out. On Saturday night we could still faintly smell it from our room.Aside from that issue, the stay was comfortable. Would consider returning if the elevator smell gets fixed.

Desk staff was excellent, food selection was poor-microwave soups would be a good option- the only semi decent choice were chicken pot pies and they are awful done in a microwave. We had an overnight lay over at DFW- we arrived late and left on the 4am shuttle- we did not see the property really. We were happy with the mini suite room.

Smells Horrible

We arrived to friendly staff and efficient check-in. Walking to our room we noticed a strong odor. It was a mixture of sewage, cleaning/air freshening chemicals, and pest spray. It’s Texas, so I thought maybe the property had just had exterminating spray applied. We walked into our room and there was a different, strange, not unbearable, odor inside. I returned to the front desk to inquire and stated the hallway smell was unbearable, and friends of ours were staying on a different floor that did not smell, so maybe we could move to that floor? I was told that the sewer ran under the elevator and sometimes there was an odor there, but that housekeeping had just left for the day so there was no way I could be smelling anything else, so if I I was still dissatisfied in the morning I could change rooms then. Really?? ! We ended up staying in our original room, avoided the hallway from our room to the elevator, as there was a continuous rotten eggs/sulfur smell there the entire 3 nights. The smell in our room improved and we avoided housekeeping coming in case the cleaning products, or deodorizing products, were the culprit of that smell. The cleanliness of the lobby appeared good, the room was acceptably clean- it’s a hotel so the carpet was so-so. Why don’t hotels just have tile throughout? The staff was otherwise friendly and prompt to requests for clean towels. The smell was the most unpleasant thing, it made me question the actual cleanliness.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the room was! I felt relieved and at ease the moment I walked in

I had a 12 hour layover and they picked me up and dropped me off. Those beds were beyond comfortable. If ever in town I’d return.

Upon arrival the lobby appeared nice and clean. Check in process was simple. As soon as we got near the elevator there was a terrible smell that continued throughout the hallway to our room on the second floor. The AC unit in our room did not work and the room was very dirty and musty. There were holes in the wall near the window. The desk clerk moved us to the first floor. The first floor room appeared cleaner and the AC worked but the entire side of the room containing the fridge, TV, microwave and coffee maker had no power. Would not recommend this hotel.

We had to change our rooms 3 times because of the maintenance issues. The three nights we were there we did not have housekeeping clean our rooms. We had to ask two times to replenish towels. They kept saying housekeeping is busy and will get to us but never did. The rooms were not cleaned. The showers were not cleaned. We found dead insects inside the shower. There was a smell that was so pungent by the elevator as well as inside the elevator.

Definitely would not stay again. Customer service not great, cleanliness of the room was bad.

Great location near airport with airport shuttle and long term parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful at a very reasonable price.

The cleanest hotel I've been to!

Safe area, helpful staff, clean and air-conditioned rooms and gym. Free parking, breakfast, and lemon-infused water. I was in a room on the first floor, near the front desk, but it was still relatively quiet and peaceful. I would definitely choose this hotel for future stays. Highly recommend!

The property is very dated and dirty. There was an awful smell as soon as you hit the hallways to the rooms. Carpet was filthy and you could see accumulated dust in corners. We stayed overnight to be close to the airport and was very disappointed. The beds however were surprisingly comfy but we awoke to every step, scream of children and thumps from overhead our 1 st floor room. The room had a loud air conditioning unit that thumped through out the night but it kept the room nicely cooled.

Stay was Good, didn't use anything but the Bed for sleep. I would stay again, 💯.

I paid for three nights in the hotel but the front desk said I had to check out by the second night. I wasn’t even able to stay for my third that I PAID FOR. Horrible customer service.

Location is convenient to everything in the area & price is good. Staff polite but not particularly friendly. However the room (bathroom specifically) was not even close to clean. Shade cord was broken off. Door was difficult to close & I found it partially open when I knew I had pulled it shut I was in a hurry at checkout and didn't report but just not sure it would have been attended to

Breakfast was just enough to get your day started. I don't eat sausage but probably wouldn't have eaten those because they didn't look to be cooked thoroughly. The potatoes were partially cooked and like warm. The eggs were fully cooked but luke-warm as well. Overall, it was a good stay. Felicia

They need to take some steps in maintaining the property. The room we stayed in the closet both doors were broken. The luggage carts had loose bolts and glue to try to keep them together, the shower looked like it could use a deep clean and a repaint, the seals on the windows in the stairwell and hallway are coming up making it ineffective from keeping moisture out. These are just to name a few. You get what you pay for I guess? The staff were all very kind and they always looked to be doing something. Not a bad stay just some things to think about to really elevate the experience and comfortability of your guests

My toilet did not work for two days…. Pipes in the shower were vibrating and loud. Broken window shades mead it impossible to sleep. I was in the 3rd floor Stay away!

My room 223 had bad smell and the AC buttons were broken. Couldn't tell if it was on the fan mode or AC mode . Had to play with it a few times to get it to AC mode.

Family of three traveling with a seven years old, unfortunately we found sex toys in the nightstand by our bed. Unsure how clean the room actually was. Notified the front desk and all they said was to “email the GM” but we have not heard back or received a refund. Elevators were not working. I should have paid the extra $20 to stay somewhere else.

They charged me to stay there even though I had to book a different hotel due to their airport shuttle not picking up at love's field. It is not stated in hotels.com which airport , they don't or do pick up at. They left me stranded at the airport due to this typo. Tried to get a refund and they are not issuing one, and nobody speaks good English at the hotel.To explain this point.

The rooms had a lot of broken things such as the shades did not open on the window, the door did not open and close well. Both the room door and the bathroom door. The bathroom and bedding didn’t feel as clean as I would have hoped for the price.

I can't do much in the way of reviewing since I didn't actually stay there. My flight from DFW was cancelled due to weather so I made a reservation at this property because it had airport transfers. However, when I tried to call to ask for a transfer, nobody answered the phone number I was provided. I called at least 3 times and no answer. Because I was concerned about getting a room to stay I made another reservation at a Holiday Inn, and someone was able to come get me. When I asked for refund I was denied.

It was good except for the two roaches, "Burt" and "Earnie" who live in the bathroom. I took care of "Burt" for then so it's getting better...

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was wonderful.

Room service left my door open twice. Dirty/hard water stained shower heads; HUGE roach in my stuff found on day 2, overnight guy was nice about getting me a new room (had to switch twice due to cleanliness and door bolt not working in the next room). Found another small roach morning of day 3. When I finally was able to speak with the manager, he was the rudest of all. Could’ve been an okay stay if I never spoke to the manager. :) He was disgustingly rude. 0/10 for his customer service. The only reason I’d book again is due to proximity of where I needed to be. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE LYSOL/CLOROX TO CLEAN YOUR OWN TOILET SEAT FROM VISIBLE DIRT AFTER SWITCHING ROOMS DUE TO CLEANLINESS. 🙃

Omg the bed and pillow was so soft I didn't want to leave the bed. It was very quiet, smelled very good and the breakfast was great.

The room was clean. We were across from the laundry room, so it was noisy when the industrial washers spun. The bagels at breakfast were stale and the cranberry juice was empty two of the three mornings. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and amenable to our request for a quiet room away from elevators and road noise. Breakfast was ok. I like a little more protein for breakfast. The breakfast here was mainly carbs. Gym was small but serviceable, and I used it.

Upon entering the room it was full of knats that wouldn't go away. We were killing them all weekend. We were awakened by loud noises that i found out was coming from the laundry room. This was not a good experience. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

It was in a safe neighborhood. The carpets need to be updated. There should be more hot items for breakfast.

The same breakfast for the four days. My room was cleaned only once during my four-day stay, after I requested it. The ice tray appears not to have been cleaned for many months.

The breakfast was horrible. Whole apples and whole grapefruit were the only fresh fruit. The coffee was the worst I have ever tasted. The scrambled eggs were waterty, and the in-room little coffee maker had mold growing in it.

We got there on a Friday night check in was great, staff was great. The room we received on the other hand was not acceptable. One corner wall the paint looked like it had water damage behind it and and in the morning looked like it got worse. The bathroom door stuck and was hard to close and open. I asked for an extra pillow and since the hotel was sold out there were no extras. Looks like a family wedding was going on. We stepped into the elevator and it started moving without the door closing and we immediately got off. The next morning after seeing some small blood splatter on the bathroom door and wall I went to inform the front desk. Woman in the front was awesome and was able to have another room cleaned for us and got switched rooms. At that point I asked if I could also get some kind of financial reimbursement for all that was wrong. Since they switch us rooms I was told that was us being compensated. The room we switched to was better but the shade to the window was broken and did not go up and down at that point we just dealt with it and made the best of it. I spoke to the front desk on Monday morning when checking out and the woman at the front was very sweet and said she would speak to the manager when I asked again if there could be some kind of financial compensation. I asked if they could call or email if something can be done but I have not heard back by the end of day

Wifi was to hard to figure out

The hotel was nice but the staff was confused. A guy checked us in went to the room key didnt work had to go back he gave me another key. The next day staff wants to argue that I was suppose to be checked out I'm telling them I book for 2 nights showing them the confimation and everything come to find out we were put in the wrong room under someone else name but she tells us they will fix it and we could just stay in the room we were already in. Leave to go get food come back our key not working why because of the same issue

Stayed here twice. First time was great. Second time bathroom was not cleaned up. Moved to another room and the black shade would not close. Moved back to original room after bathroom was cleaned. Front desk was helpful through all this. Price was good, and beds comfortable, but I don’t think I will be back.

A big Cockroach in the room at the night. Cleaning is bad, only take trash and the bed, the sofa have clean or vacuum during my stay ( a week). Curtains are broken after first day stay. Location is good but other than that’s it.

Mattress was completely worn out, had to put pillows under it to try and help. Was bad enough I left a day earlier than I paid for.

The stay was good, what brought down the starts out of five was a few things that were not good, the cleanliness of the bathroom was poor and the smell of the hallways was not pleasant. The bed was nice and the room was clean. The staff were all kind.
