Very close to the airport, the beds we’re very comfortable and what I liked the most is that we were able to make an early check in. The A/C is kinda old and make too much noise. And the shuttle driver who took us to the airport was not very nice, he seemed upset.

Flight cancelled late in the day and they refunded fully. Would book again without ever having been there.

I booked the king standard room and they put me in a handicap room on the first floor behind the air conditioning units and a employee garbage can also my room backed up to the laundry room. The $95 I paid was the same price I would pay for any room in this area. The parking was expensive if you're flying out more so than any other hotel parking in the area The room location

Room was nice and clean. Hotel is somewhat outdated but very comfortable and had everything we needed. Felt safe and was quiet as well. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Location close to DFW Airport The rooms smelled horrible. Had to ask to be switched. First room smelled of mold so bad my nose burned. Second room had a musky smell. Went to get a drink at the bar was served over priced margarita that was not good! Ordered a few appetizer and food was awful!

The room smelled a bit musty and smoky- as if someone had in a prior visit. I was supposed to get the shuttle at 5:35 and went out front at 5:36 and it was gone. Be punctual!

Provided comfy bed, cold air conditioning, and warm shower after an evening full of airport delays and subsequent flight cancelation. Complimentary airport shuttle service was appreciated.

Great place to stop and refresh!

The room was very clean, the linens fresh and the staff we interacted with were helpful. The room looked recently refreshed however they failed to replace the carpet with LVP like so many other hotels have done. The carpet had that “clammy” feel to it that no one enjoys. I was hit with the overwhelming smell of weed as I entered the hallway off the lobby towards my room and then was awakened by it at 2:30am. Not necessarily anything the hotel staff can do anything about but was a frustration.

Friendly staff, Rooms were clean and comfortable beds. Restaurant on site was great, good food and drinks. Airport shuttle is a bonus.

Pretty cheap place to stay. Nothing special. It was clean and cool. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and all of the electrical outlets were very worn out. Didn't eat breakfast because it was extra. Would stay again.

Just stayed one night. Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant and bar on site was amazing. Pool and hot tub was perfect. Perfect temperature. Coffee, water and tea available all the time in lobby. Small snack shop also on site. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it!!!

The room was perfect for what we needed. We stayed 1 night before flying out.

It came across as an economical option when I booked it on a last minute requirement. The front desk help was amazingly understanding and helped me out. The room was very nice and te bed and shower were very new and upgraded. Having the restaurant/bar on site was very cozy and handy not having a car. I would recommend this hotel over the others on the same 4 blocks that cost 30% more

Parking is easy. Right across the street free or pay $25 for garage. Make sure you have GPS. and your phone set for travel. Places are hard to find..

We booked this hotel because everything else was booked. It wasn't terrible, but it was in pretty run down condition with very sparse rooms. It was impossible to get ahold of someone on the phone to reserve the 'free shuttle" -- genuinely took over 30 mins just to REQUEST it. Then, the 'free shuttle' they promise never came-- it is one teeny van that pretends to service 10+ hotels, so if they fill up with people at one gate, they just never pick up anyone at yours. Save your time and sanity and just book a lyft to another hotel further out from DFW. (The front desk attendant was very nice and lovely, but so slammed because it was so busy and the corporation had her working by herself at peak times.)

It was ok, for a nights' stay. The pool is inside, did not get in or the hot tub. Wish, they had a out door pool. Restaurant was way too expensive on premises. They need to clean up on their craftmanship. Paint and such, just slopped on.

It was amazing for the price. The treadmill wasn’t working and the pool deck floors were definitely needing some cleaning as well as the shower, but everything else was great. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel was consistent. For the price it was nicer than some places that cost twice as much. Just needed a little attention to detail in those few areas.

I love this hotel and the staff. A bit rough around some edges, but so affordable and the pool and attached restaurant were ideal:)

Airport shuttle was prompt and very easy to find. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Didn’t use the restaurant or the pool. Only thing I would say is the bathroom was very clean but maybe needs an update.

Hot tub and pool was nice. You getting what you pay for. Just bummer it’s no free breakfast you have to pay. Staff was nice and kept everything clean.

We had an extremely short stay, however the staff was friendly. The hotel was very clean it smelled amazing when you walked in and throughout the hotel. Which is very important to me. The room was clean. My only complaint is that it was very warm in my room even with turning the air down upon arrival. The air works, you can definitely feel the cold air standing in front of the unit. I’m not sure why it was hot throughout the room but we had trouble sleeping due to this. I would stay there again.

It was a good place the only issue I had was the water was so hot taking a shower and the cold water didn't work and we found someone's sock under the blankets so it made me wonder if the sheets were changed.

Carpets in rooms are sticky. Provide slippers or fix the issue.

They overcharged me for one of my rooms at check-in. I pointed that out and he said that he fixed it so that the correct charge would show once it went through my account. That the overcharged amount was just while it was pending. Once it settled in my account, it was still the overcharged amount so I went down to the desk and they said they would give me a credit in 7 to 10 business days. Other than that the rooms were nice, clean and we enjoyed our stay. I’ll let you know if I receive the credit.

The front desk receptionist was phenomenal, she was very responsive informative with her information. Unfortunately, that is where the goodness ran out! Room and hotel are not in the best, the room is definitely outdated, shower pressure was weak and a bug was found crawling in the bathroom. Definitely will not be staying again but they do shuttle to airport and you can pay a cheaper parking there compared to airport. Plus the front desk lady was awesome

No water pressure at all, hot water never got hot.

This is the widest shower I have seen in any hotel. There was no hot water and the shower head was clogged and doesn’t operate properly.

the water pressure in the shower was almost non existent, it literally came to a stop and then a couple minutes later started working again, this happened in our room and my in-laws room.

This hotel was a lifesaver when my flights were canceled and I was stranded overnight. My room was clean and comfortable, very fairly priced, and convenient with a shuttle to/from the airport.

The staff and pool were very nice and beds were comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was also a great amenity. The bathroom was a bit rundown and we did find a dead bug on the floor by the bed. Overall it was good for what we needed it for. I wouldn't plan to stay for more than an overnight, personally.

Looks better in pics. Electrical wall outlets loose and would not hold plugs. Electrical outlet for heating/ cooling unit was also loose and looked like it had shorted out. We had to wiggle it for a while to get power through the cord to be able to cool the room. Shower was the worst. Barely enough pressure to wash and it kept stopping and starting. Water only lukewarm.

I was not allowed to stay even though I paid I didn’t bring my ID and so therefore I was not able to even go in and get a room so I’m not happy

The shower was broken

The problem I had in room 133 is the out lets was not working. The one by the sink and it I tried to plug my phone into the lamp outlet (both) it did not work.

Every area was so clean, staff was super helpful and friendly. Also, free shuttle back and forth from airport was a life saver! My stay was perfect!

Quiet hotel

Awesome hotel with bar and restaurant on site, pool and hot tub, convenient location, free toiletries for guests, friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Dallas!

We, and a few hundred others, were stranded due to bad weather and canceled flights. Clarion stepped up to the challenge. The manager said he would go buy diapers for one family with young children, even though they were suddenly slammed with a sold out hotel. That's above and beyond.

It was good for one night. Definitely not the cleanest but also not the dirtiest I’ve seen. The shower water temp was challenging to get comfortable but we managed. The front desk staff was friendly and the indoor pool was great. I didn’t realize how many hotels dont have indoor pools anymore. The location was close to Grapevine Mall which is where we spent the weekend. Also, the location seemed very safe since it was only other hotels and warehouses around it so didnt have to worry about foot traffic or sketchy parking lots. We didn’t go to restaurant/bar so no comment on that.

The hot water in our room wasn’t working. The shower wasn’t good. Wasn’t till the second night they moved us to another room

Everything was great

We just stayed overnight. Got to the room after 8pm and left before 9am. Staff was very nice and helpful. They have on-site laundry and answered all our questions about it. The hotel was clean and spacious.

Rooms were clean. Pillows were a little bit hard. The pool and the hot tub were really nice. They were having some issues, having an ice machine clean so we had to go up to the third floor to get ice, not a big deal. But my hugest thing was there was no fan in the bathroom and the water in the shower did not get hot. I was like cold while I took a shower. But everybody was friendly the shuttle too and from the airport was really convenient. Had a good selection of beverages and food in the cooler.

Couldn’t sleep at all. AC sounded like a jet engine, when we turned that off, the fridge was loud when it kicked on and every hour the toilet would flush automatically? Don’t know what that’s about? There was a sewer smell to the room and the room is dated and needs an upgrade. Staff was good, shuttle got us to dfw on time. Only good thing was that we only stayed 6 hrs.
