Basic, safe, seemingly clean place to stay overnight. Front desk staff just basic also. Couldn’t be bothered to say thank you for staying with us. Detail to cleaning on elevator perimeter floor needed, also on second floor hallway floors. Staff failed to vacuum room when I checked in. Otherwise, just ok.

Took like 2 hours from our check in time to get our room. Check in was at 3 and we didnt get in our room until 5 pm.

The property and room seemed clean except the large cockroach that I had to squish in our room. The room smelled a little musty but I sprayed febreeze and it was fine. The milk that I used in my cereal was expired. I didn't realize until I took a bite and had to spit out-checked the date and, yep, expired. Didn't bother to complain to the front desk because you get what you pay for I guess and the room was cheapish. It's fine for an overnight stay but I'll upgrade next time

Staff was helpful. But the Rooms smelled weird. And the bathtub was dirty. Other than that we had a good stay.

You get what you pay for. The front desk lady was sweet, greeted us with a smile. The elevator and bathrooms felt dated. Bad smell in the hallways. Room ac was perfect, beds were comfy.

The staff was amazing, I was able to check in late in the afternoon and it helped out a ton. Everything was great and I definitely enjoyed my stay.

The staff was amazing they treated us like family they were friendly always greeted us with smiles they listen to me vent about what I was passing through and didn't judge me. We felt safe and comfortable. I was there with my two daughters it was always clean the breakfast was great and free of charge my 5yr old stayed free of charge. I received my deposit back after my stay. They even remembered me two weeks after I left I loved it there. All the staff were amazing. The cleaning staff, cooks, greeters and management. Thank you all for making us feel at home while we waited for a home. Thank you for making us feel safe and comfortable. Thank you. The pillows are very very very soft lol. There's nothing I didn't like everything was amazingly great

My first stay was in Room 111. The room was hot, smelled musty, and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There were flies/gnats around the bed, and there was toothpaste left in the bathroom sink. It felt like the room had not been inspected before I checked in. The front desk moved me to Room 140, which was a significant improvement. That room was much cleaner, and I appreciated the accommodation. Unfortunately, when I returned for another stay, the room I was assigned was unacceptable. It smelled old and like mildew, the A/C barely worked, the toilet had urine on it, the sink was dirty, and tissue had been left in the bathroom. The conditions were so poor that I requested a refund and left. I also stopped eating the complimentary breakfast after seeing the breakfast attendant handling food with bare hands. The bagels also appeared stale. That experience made me uncomfortable with the food service. I hope management improves housekeeping, room inspections, maintenance, and food handling practices so future guests have a better experience.

My room is clean however it smelled a little smoky so perhaps someone who had smoked us in the room prior to me. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was great and the parking I felt safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There’s lots of stuff to do nearby. The hotel price was definitely affordable. Looking forward to being here again.

First night, first room smelled like mildew. Room was changed to a cleaner room. Next morning after being gone for hours we come back to hotel room to find a pile of wet poop in our closet and the room now smelled like mildew. Apparently the staff had come in to “clean up”and change towels but no one knew how it got there. Room was changed to a cleaner room with their apologies. Next night while using the microwave we find a sex toy poking out from behind it. When turned into the staff the manager was sure to let me know that he has never had anything like this happen before in 15 years so obviously we were the cause of all these issues. My husband, myself, our 5 year old and our 6 year old apparently pooped on the floor AND brought a sex toy on our vacation and then chose to re pack our entire room and move to another room AFTER we had been out in the sun for hours. WOW. We did recieve 69 dollars in compensation. 🙄Obviously we won’t be returning. Other than the General Manger who was too busy worrying about his reputation rather than the comfort of his guest and the cleanliness of his hotel, the rest of the staff were wonderful, very helpful and very nice.

We did have to switch our room twice because the first room had a dirty shower floor and the second room had a whole family of gnats and some kind of insect living in there… But the third room was very nice clean spacious so they just need to keep up with the consistency of each room. And another note is that all of the rooms and showers were different. It was really weird and they were all on the same floor. Not sure if that’s important to y’all but it’s important to me.

Overall nice place to stay

I’ve stayed at this location for work and always felt safe, comfortable and cared for. The front desk concierge ( Hispanic, glasses) is excellent, she always has a smile and great attitude and super helpful. I highly recommend this location for your stay.

The front desk Maddie was the absolute best and so friendly and helpful! I cannot express how impressed I was by the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The breakfast was phenomenal! Just overall excellent service! It was the best experience and we will be back. Thank you all so much!

Water marks on ceiling and walls Cracks all over the floors Ran down air conditioner- Blew well but I was terrified to turn it on at first honestly.. More like a motel that thankfully had no pests. Even though it may look like it.. NO POOL, to anyone who was booking looking forward to a pool there isn’t one, it’s a picture shown on the website but in the description of the hotel it’s not listed in the amenities.. one of the reasons I choose it..FYI Got woken up by a fire alarm at the crack of dawn because they were cooking in the kitchen, that is wayyy too much. Imagine being jilted out of your sleep to everyone evacuating and there just like oh we’re just making breakfast 😩 No staff was there directing or saying everything’s okay, no staff was informative or going out of there way as customer service should be especially in hospitality. It’s not bad if you need to stay somewhere on a budget but not for long if you’re looking for a beautiful place with nice friendly staff. You may want to skip this one

The breaking point was my last room, where the toilet was clogged. There was no maintenance on site to fix it, so I had to go buy a plunger myself and deal with it on my own, not something you expect when paying for a hotel stay. One night around 4:30 AM, the fire alarm went off by mistake, and every guest had to stand outside on the street in their pajamas for 30 minutes while staff figured out the issue. On top of that, I left a small bag behind containing a silver ring. When the bag was returned to me, the ring was missing. I can’t say for certain what happened, but it’s hard not to feel like items go missing from guests’ belongings here. Many of the rooms also don’t come with a microwave, which is a basic amenity I’d expect for any stay longer than a night or two. Between the constant room issues, lack of on-site maintenance, safety mishaps, and a missing personal item, I can’t recommend this hotel.

Since I’m a night shifter at a nearby hospital I requested a late check out and the staff was very accommodating, the location was great, staff professional and courteous and the most important part was that I felt SAFE at this facility.

The breakfast was a valiant effort put forth by the Las Colinas team. The hotel was packed with tourists in town for the World Cup and the early birds ate almost everything and left little for us. The packed house was good for the hotel, but the breakfast crowd of tourists under 20 yrs. of age was overwhelming. The room was clean and comfortable, and only 2 minutes away from our meetings at the Microsoft office, so overall a good location. This is not a complaint, but hotels with window unit air conditioning that never shuts off make it difficult for me to sleep. When I first got there, I noticed that the thermostat was set to 62 degrees. I reset it to 76, but the unit never shut off. The temp got more comfortable, but the AC noise was more than I was expecting. This is not necessarily a complaint, it's just an observation for light sleepers.

The bathroom shower had hair from previous guests. The floor of the shower was very cracked and rust on the shower. The continental breakfast had gnats flying around the tables.

It was near work that I must travel to on my own dime from 3+ hours away weekly… they were stacking $300 holds on top of the pre-paid stays, and at one point there were $900 in “holds” total , which was ridiculous. Other hotels in the area hold $50, of no more than $100 for incidentals. It took forever (more than 7-10 days) for the holds to release. I’m staying elsewhere.

Staff was friendly and it was easy to check in and out. Parking was fine. Rooms were clean but dated. Tub was a little weird and dated, plus it would not drain. Fine for a quick overnight stay but wouldn't be my go to. Nice price and good location.

Additionally, they held another $250.00 on my credit card + $25.00 for over a week. This is aweful. When confronted about the fraudulent charge, the staff was not helpful at all and deflected to management who were never available. It is my worst experience in hotels.

The room was a handicap room that they put us in, so there wasn't any counter space in the bathroom, which was a problem, but we made it work. The TV didn't work, so they put us in a different room, but once we got in the room, I kid you not, there were no light bulbs in the lamps, so we went back to the original room, and they had maintenance fix the TV the next morning. I went down to the front desk the next morning and asked for extra towels and was told abruptly NO. We are full tonight, so we don't have any extra to spare. I told her that we didn't have any maid service that day, and she said that we must've had a privacy sign on the door, which I told her we didn't, and she still continued to say that was the only reason we wouldn't have had service. I went upstairs and saw one of the housekeepers, and asked her for towels, and she gave them to us. It's not a bad hotel, especially for the price; they just need to be trained on how to talk with their guests, because some guests might not be as courteous as I was.

Room and bathroom were clean and relatively updated if worn around the edges, would have rated higher except for the giant dying cockroach I found on the carpet. I'm fully in favor of pump soap/shampoo in hotel showers, but these were empty and I ended up washing with conditioner. They ran out of breakfast on one of the days so there was a lull with people waiting, but it was decent food and selection for a budget hotel. I'd probably stay there again, just always manage expectations.

The breakfast was good and some nice surprises on the menu. Biscuits with sausage gravy and sausage Patties. Huge tasty waffles and fresh fruit. A yogurt bar with chopped fruit. Muffins bagels and all the fixings. Milks and juices (bottled) were great. The beds and pillows were very comfy and clean so we slept well. Only set back was the shower was not as clean as I would’ve liked. Hairs all over the walls as if it was mopped. The bottom of the tub was slimy and slippery. We have stayed here before and never noticed this. I would never pick a hotel with a nasty shower so that leads me to believe it was clean on our first visit. I will definitely give this location another try.

Pics on here are nothing really to what it really is when you get there from my experience. I wouldn’t go back. & I do NOT recommend. Needs better maintenance, better customer service, needs to be remodeled. Do better.

Everything was amazing, staff was very polite, breakfast was amazing, the rooms were very clean and comfy during our stay for our daughters cheerleading competition. Will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Dallas

Blood on the floor, was switched to a different room the new rooms AC did not work. I went back to the desk for help and the Manson staff was a total rude jerk she asked questions like I was not competent enough to know how to work the AC unit.

This hotel is clean and you have control of an individual thermostat. They have stand up showers with sliding glass doors. My experience with the staff was exceptional.(especially Maddy)

Maddy was awesome great customer service always helpful and friendly. Never had a bad experience with her or any of the staff for that matter. I’ve stayed here about 20 to 30 days in the last two months for work and I am never disappointed.

I come here often for work and I stayed at other hotels. I have recently started staying here and I will not be staying anywhere else. Maddie and the staff here are super helpful and are always accommodating anytime I come to town no matter the time the housekeepers are friendly and it is very accessible to everything. My company stays here exclusively now.
