This place is nice for a quick stay, ac said 61° but still was hot. The breakfast doesnt have alot to it, the best part of that was the coffee. Bed hurt my back from being so stiff and hard.

Had to move rooms because first room smelled like musty & moldy. You can tell bathroom had been flooded at some point because the bottom of the door was all warped & tile chipping. Second room had bad smell too. Those windows have 0 sound proofing. Listened to loud freeway all night and got 0 sleep. Front desk was helpful when we asked to move.

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were very nice and courteous. The only thing was the pool hadn't been cleaned and it still had a water hose in it. So I took the pool skimmer I think is what it's called and removed the debris so my grandbabies could swing. It was about an hr after the pool opened. So I'm not sure why it wasn't clean and ready to go. Other than that our stay was very nice. The staff was super helpful.

Room clean , hotel clean , good facilities, good breakfast . No airport shuttle though . About $10 in an uber . Most places restaurants, down town , sopping mall all about 20-25 minutes away in a car . Stephanie on reception was very good and helpful. Thank you .

The front desk staff was rude. His English was difficult to understand, which made communication frustrating. The property looks like a depressing cheap motel, and I can't understand why it's so expensive. The pricing seems completely arbitrary, and the front desk staff handled pricing in an unprofessional and inconsistent manner. It felt like they were making up prices on the spot rather than following a clear policy. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The older Hispanic gentleman at the desk was patient, respectful, and classy. He definitely worked to make things right. Pest control should be made a greater priority.

We checked in at midnight due to attending a concert in ft Worth. The front desk person was devoid of personality and indifferent towards us. Very transactional and when we got to our room, the bed was unmade and obviously gad not been cleaned so we had to go back downstairs and get a new room and he was down there helping some other lady who had a service animal and he was giving her a hard time. We finally got to our room and everything was OK after that. Decent size room

Emily was very welcoming when we first came. Had some leaking in our room and was moved to another room with no problem. Only thing I hated was that the washer and dryers were out of order. But other than that it was a pretty cool stay.

Quiet and comfortable beds

The staff was very helpful and polite and the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable and the price was incredible.

I had informed the night person that I would be extending and not to be moved to a different room however the morning person gave me a hard time and even made me lay extra for a room I dint want from the beginning the previous night and then housekeeping came to my room stating I needs to leave even though I had extended , requested to speak to the gm but was denied . Overall just awful treatment but had no choice to stay as hotel is nearby airport

The property was clean. But despite our AC running all night the room didn’t get any cooler. The bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever tried to sleep on. Will not stay here again and would not recommend

I ask the front desk for an extra pillow and blanket and was told they didn’t have any.

We will stay here again, we were passing through and needed to pick up from DFW airport early morning and we decided get a hotel instead of getting up extra early to travel to DFW airport. I loved the Cleaniness and no bleach spell, Thank The Lord Jesus!

This hotel looks more outdated than shown in photos. I booked a suite for 1 night with a king size bed. The room was clean but there was a smell that was lingering in the air and didn't go away. It smelled musty/moldy. The TV controller's buttons were hard to press and slow to respond. The staff was nice but I won't be staying here again.

The pool was decent to use, patio chairs were outdated & had lots of wear & tear plus holes. The gym could use an air purifier it had a mildewy smell & no dumbbells. There should also be gym towels & maybe water access in there instead of having to walk out to access water. The carpets really need to be replaced they’re old and look dirty. The room itself was very spacious, liked that it had a fridge & microwave. Room coffee machine was gross but at least was able to access the coffee machine in lobby 24/7. Breakfast was ok, I wouldn’t rave about it. Could be better. I think the machine they installed selling “flowers, chocolates & teddy bears” was pointless and should’ve invested in perhaps new paint and carpets or at least more breakfast options. Bed was comfortable however, was given 3 tiny pillows that were very flat. Front desk did accommodate more pillows that was great. Housekeeping & kitchen workers were very nice. Front desk, I was disappointed that when I called two days before my check in to ask if I could check in early, the gentleman said just call the morning of when you land if we have rooms open & clean sure. Upon arriving only an hour and a half earlier. The woman without hesitation charged me $25 more. I don’t mind paying but this should be told in advance & then she asked me what floor do I want? Clearly there were plenty of rooms sitting empty anyway. So why charge? I paid quite a bit of money & left at 3am, giving them hours of the room back.

Elevator was down while I stayed. Staff was very kind and upfront about the issue.

My go to place in the DFW area to stay near our Dallas office.

The breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking. The room was very spacious and clean and comfortable. The staff was a lacked traveler empathy/hospitality and was a little harsh and seemed argumentative, but it was easy to ignore.

Everything was as expected or better. Great staff, clean room, comfy bed, reasonably priced.

The hotel offered a very complete and enjoyable breakfast, including pancakes, waffles, croissants, toast, jam, honey, peanut butter, juice, and coffee. Everything was fresh and satisfying.

The hotel has an expressway on one side, and DFW airport on the other. Despite the noisy location, the hotel has windows that are so cheap and poorly made that most noises from the surrounding areas can be clearly heard in the rooms. It creates a terrible environment in which to get restful sleep.
