- Variety of amenities (pool, bar, restaurant, transportation)
- Comfortable rooms
- Cleanliness issues
- Unprofessional staff and poor communication
- 4/5
Convenient location and cheap DFW parking. The front desk is always understaffed though.
- 3/5
Check-in and check our staff seem to be overworked. Not friendly at all.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing breakfast the room everything I just wish the pool was warmer
- 1/5
TVs didn’t work they didn’t do anything about it so I was sitting in silence all night
- 3/5
It’s a dated hotel but room was comfortable
- 4/5
Everything was great except the a/c did not cool the room down below 70 degrees, even at night, so it was warm while trying to sleep. Little bitty sugar ants kept showing up in the bathroom.
- 3/5
My room was just above the check in desk and around 4:30 I assume they were getting the restaurant ready for breakfast and all I heard was the clanging of dishes and loud banter between the employees. Those rooms are so close to the reception area the employees should have some consideration for the guests, because not everyone is up that early in the morning.
- 5/5
The place was clean and breakfast was amazing
- 5/5
Enjoyed stay. Will visit again
- 5/5
Perfect spot, the room was spacious, the hallway on the 4th floor was a little smelly but over all I loved the stay
- 3.5/5
Very nice and clean rooms Says breakfast is included on the app it’s not is $18 a person.. and the beds and pillows was not right for me
- 5/5
Everything. Nothing.
- 0.5/5
The proximity to the airport was great, only a 5 minute ride from the rental car pickup to the hotel. The food in the restaurant was decent, but service was very slow. The wait staff was doing the best they could to accommodate the number of customers. Short staffing seemed to be a big problem. We stayed at the Atrium for 3 nights. The second day our room was never made up so I had to call down for clean towels and coffee refill. Housekeeping never came so my husband had to go down to the lobby to ask for towels a second time. The next day our room was still not cleaned, again no towels. My husband went again to the lobby to speak with the manager. He was told you have to request your room to be cleaned, it's not automatic. So why didn't you tell us that when we checked in? I can deal with the bed not made, but I want clean towels to shower. Also the staff at the registration desk were very rude.

Location Dated
- 5/5
Was only there for a couple hours but the rooms are spacious, hotel bar food was great and it’s super close to DFW.
- 3/5
Indoor pool freezing cold.
- 4/5
Nice room, comfortable bed, nice bar. We weren’t there very long but it was a nice stay.
- 5/5
My family enjoyed our stay. I will definitely come back and recommend. thank you.
- 4/5
Nice

Close to airport
- 5/5
Everything
- 3.5/5
The airport shuttle service was unreliable. I ordered a shuttle through their app, but it never picked us up and was marked as completed. When I submitted another request, the app did not show the driver’s location and only indicated that the driver was getting ready, so there was no way to know how close the shuttle was. It finally arrived over an hour later, after 1:00 a.m. Although I had booked the hotel in advance, many guests affected by airline cancellations made the shuttle service overloaded.
- 5/5
Nothing
- 3/5
The room was nice & clean! However, the elevator door tried to close on me, and my husband literally had to pry it open. It would not open, and he was literally holding it open with his arms to keep it from closing. Also, when we returned to the airport, the first shuttle driver was rude and tried to squeeze my family of four into two seats in the van, and there was no room for our luggage.. I had to call and get a new shuttle for us.
- 5/5
Very elegant and attractive for the price.
- 5/5
Quiet, beautiful, serene. You can get lost in here . Like forget the busy world and your over extended schedule . Relaxing was so easy . Actually nothing . It was all good .
- 5/5
Breakfast was excellent, everything was fresh, the staff was very willingness to accommodate any of your needs
- 5/5
The best and most professional staff ever at any hotel before. Very accommodating and helpful. NA
- 3/5
The location to the airport. Staff at gift shop was unfriendly and annoyed that I was needing an item.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, very clean
- 5/5
The restaurant
- 2.5/5
The hotel seemed very mid , wouldn’t rate it above 3 star
- 3/5
The beds were comfortable and it was clean What I didn’t like was that in the double bed rooms they didn’t have sinks in the restrooms my family had to use the sink in the room ? . Also if we were this much money you’d expect for the heated pool to be functional sadly it wasn’t it was soo freezing we couldn’t even get in that’s how freezing it was and when we asked multiple times for them to turn on the heater for the pool to heat up they kept goving us the run around that they told management and nothing was done finally on our last day we asked again in the morning hoping the water would be warm enough they finally told us they had to order a part for it to work and the maintenance guy wasn’t working that day ?like really you’d expect at least the heated pool to be functioning!!!
- 4.5/5
We parked our vehicle there while we were out of town for a month. Can’t beat it!! It is a little outdated but was clean.
- 3/5
It was broken items in the room as well as baby roaches. The pool needed to be shocked and looked very murky.
- 4/5
Quiet Key card did not work, had to go back to registration to get it fixed. Told if you put it next to your phone it will erase code. Was not told first time when registering.
- 2.5/5
- Convenient location near DFW Airport. - Good value for travelers needing an airport-area hotel (lots of airline pilots and flight attendants stayed there) - Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the freshly made Texas-shaped waffles. - Secure parking area with gated access. - The hotel appears to be an older property that has been renovated, so some areas feel dated and somewhat dark. - The bathroom was noticeably smaller than the bedroom. - The room felt a bit humid during our stay. - The air-conditioning system was quite noisy at night, producing a constant loud airflow sound that may bother light sleepers. - Guests need to obtain the parking gate code from the front desk before entering the parking lot, which was slightly inconvenient.
- 3.5/5
It was just close enough to job Loud echo of lobby
- 5/5
Very clean hotel with large rooms. Two restaurants on premises. A shuttle that runs 24 hours a day.
- 5/5
I didint receive my 100 dealers deposit
- 4/5
We had a great experience. All of the staff was very nice and everything was clean and well maintained. The dinner/bar was very good and the server was excellent, wish I could remember her name. The breakfast was also great! We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
We had a flight cancelled and had to find a hotel for the night. This is very close to the airport and has shuttle service. It is a very nice hotel
- 5/5
Rooms were spacious nice and clean friendly staff car rental on site and shuttle service
- 4/5
We always like having the bar on site and the ladies that work there are so nice
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay but the building is definitely outdated and more areas need an upgrade. I would also suggest that the toilets be raised or updated to higher toilets as grown ppl are not children and need higher toilets to sit on for ore comfort. Also make sure the staff are not laying on the beds as one of the beds in the trim sleds of someone’s perfume/cologne and it was right after we got into the room after check in at 3pm
- 5/5
Nice fresh clean room. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Awesome airport shuttle. Bar and restaurant is great.
- 4/5
Good location to stay. Everyone was nice
- 5/5
Great place to stay near the airport i will definitely stay here again
- 4/5
Shuttle service was efficient
- 5/5
Their food are healthy and delicious
- 3/5
The rooms are sufficient but are starting to show some wear and needed repairs. This room had the plaster coming off the wall and the AC took all night to cool the room from 75 to 70. Our previous stay there the room carpet flooded from a leaking pipe in their auxillary room next door.
- 5/5
N/a…. Bar was great! Over the top! Will recommend
- 4/5
Nice place to be
- 4/5
Hotel is a little older, but still in good condition. It kind of reminds me of an older embassy suites with the elevator in the middle and inward facing balconies on both sides. Rooms are clean and beds are average as far as comfort goes. Its a little difficult getting in and out because the road you turn into it on is one-way. Looks to be a pretty safe area, there's a gate you have to put a code in to open and enter parking area's after dark. The gym has enough equipment to get a good workout in and the indoor pool is nice but not heated. They serve a pretty good variety for breakfast but i can't remember if it was free or not. The internet is free and works good, and unlike alot of hotels you can connect a gaming system to the internet to stream tv(Netflix, Hulu, ect.). The TV's are good size too, I'd say if i had to guess they are between 40-50 inches. Overall it's a pretty good hotel, in my opinion its a little over priced( I think it was about $140 per night), it should be about $100 per night in my opinion based on stays elsewhere. But week days may be cheaper, i stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. I would definitely stay here again.
- 2/5
Just a airline staff hotel; the only benefit is the shuttle
- 2/5
Price was $10 higher than quoted on Expedia and the front desk gave someone else my room in middle on night and I got a “visitor” at 1:30am
- 5/5
The room is very large and newly refurbished.
- 1/5
It only cost $108, so I got what I paid for.
- 5/5
Ive booked the Atrium many times whenever i have a flight and need to have a safe place for my car while im away. They offer gated parking at a reasonable rate. Great shuttle services and clean hotel with bar and food.
- 5/5
The room was really nice
- 2/5
We booked here as a layover before an early morning flight. Checking in took forever as they were disorganized. The shuttle service is sketchy bc it is first come first serve every half hour. It served its purpose and was budget friendly but wouldn’t recommend for anything other than a layover
- 5/5
Comfortable
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
clean room, staff, amenities
- 5/5
The staff at this hotel were exceptionally kind and helpful. The hotel was clean and pleasant. I will definitely book this hotel in the future.
- 1/5
Took them an hour to pick me from the airport Key card would malfunction every day. No liner in the bath tub, the water kept leaking onto the floor. No dryer in the bathroom,

- 5/5

- 5/5
The room was very nice!
- 3/5
Staff.
- 1/5
Guests standing at the back door smoking weed, place was very sketchy. Now we are fighting them to get our $100 deposit back after leaving the room in better shape than we found it. They keep giving us the run around. We wont be back or recommend to anyone we know
- 4/5
Rooms are big and spacious, rooms are cleaned well and provided enough towels for our stay. My only concern was the surroundings around the hotel, seemed kinda sketchy.
- 5/5
I love them
- 5/5
I absolutely love staying at the Atrium! I've spent 5 out of the past 7 weeks there on a work detail. The indoor pool, and pizza bar and restaurant are pretty badass!
- 1/5
It’s a dump. The room stunk. The door barely closed properly. The shuttle never showed up at the airport after an hour wait. I had to take an Uber. The only bright spot was Brinda at the bar restaurant with her great service.
- 4/5
Located close to a number of amenities.
- 5/5
Staff was great at the bar.
- 5/5
good, very
- 4/5
We didn’t swim so I can’t speak to that, and it’s indoors but the atrium is pretty chilly. Staff is absolutely fantastic, especially Victor at the breakfast buffet! He was very attentive and friendly, and was just all around a wonderful person! Breakfast cost is a little steep ($16 without voucher), but the convenience is nice and the food was decent. We didn’t eat at the pizza bar or the dinner cafe, but I’m told those are good too. We did take advantage of playing billiards, shuffleboard, and cornhole though! One bone of contention: they advertise car rentals onsite, but they don’t tell you it’s for AA/Envoy staff only, so that was a bummer. Parking is gated but there are ample spots. Location isn’t terrible but it is in a one way frontage road, so if you miss the exit on 183, it’s a long loop back and with all the construction, it’s easy to miss. But, nice and close to the airport with a shuttle that runs every 30 mins. Our shuttle driver was absolutely excellent!
- 5/5
Great facility all around, no complaints!
- 2/5
The hotel was in a great location and convenient. Overall the staff was very rude. pizza was good, bar area was nice Hotel need major upgrades our air conditioner was broke. Room struggled to cool off. Pool was nice. No soap in restrooms. They dont change out the comforters. We stayed two days not once did they change comforters in the other rooms while cleaning.
- 1/5
Reservation was cancelled and no email notification so, would not recommend here.
- 5/5
Great hotel with great suites.
- 5/5
Thank You for Everything
- 4/5
The rooms were amazing. It was clean for the most part, although I found hair on the bed. The staff was very friendly. The parking was weird. The hotel itself was just okay.
- 3/5
Horribly slow service at both bar and restaurant. I got up and left after waiting for over 30 min and not even acknowledged. Overall room was clean, but lots of hair on the shower and no toiletry soaps at checkin. Had to wait until next day to get help
- 1/5
Well check in was good then we went to our room and it was a double queen bed room so we went back downstairs and got the King room that we had reserved so when we got in the room I noticed it wasn't cool so I turned down the A/C down to 71 then we left the room and had dinner and had a few drinks then I went back to the room and noticed it was still warm so I went to the front desk and they said they'll have maintenance come look at it we'll maintenance never did show up so it was warm and uncomfortable in the room all night and the bed was hard as a rock and the room was dirty and outdated and no wonder I didn't see anyone in the pool because it was so cold so NO I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I'll stay elsewhere next time I'm in Dallas this hotel needs better management
- 5/5
Nice bar and two difference restaurants. We enjoyed our 2-day stay.
- 3/5
Carpet in room old and worn.
- 2/5
It was pretty rickety
- 4/5
Hotel was under some improvements but overall I love the way the Atrium is set up. Not a fan of the gated parking but it serves it's purpose.
- 5/5
Best staff and building is very clean
- 5/5
I always choose the Atrium when flying out of DFW. Its close to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. I learned yesterday that Hotel transportation will also take you shopping! The Atrium has a bar and grill and a pizza place inside the hotel! Very convenient! Hotel staff is always polite and friendly!
- 4/5
Sits at junction of two freeways. Noisy and inconvenient. Also, breakfast beginsat 6am and dinner service begins at 4pm. No lunch.
- 5/5
Was an all around very nice stay, room was wonderful, property was very secure, has gated parking, staff was friendly and helpful with checking in
- 5/5
Felt safe, nobody bothered you at all!
- 4/5
My 3rd or 4th time to stay here when traveling out of the country in order to leave my vehicle with them and utilize their airport transportation. Place is always nice and clean, big rooms with everything you could possibly need! Couple issues at check-in with the young lady nearly refusing to give me the parking price that was advertised via Expedia. Eventually I was able to find it again and she relented but didn't seem happy about it. I've always had good stays here and I'm sure I will again in the future!
- 2/5
The mini fridge did not keep our few drinks cold. The microwave smelled. But worst of all, the maid barged into our room HOURS before checkout without knocking. Complete disregard for our privacy.
- 4/5
The food and cocktails made at the bar were great!
- 5/5
Recommend
