First off I booked a double queen room walked into the room and it only had one queen bed and a sofa. The lamp shades were dirty. It smelled like smoke despite the non-smoking signs all down the hall. The elevator was not working and our room was on the 3rd floor. I would never stay again. Please call and make sure the elevator is working if you do decide to stay and that there are two beds in the double queen room.

The space , how it was clean and the way you can tell when the bathroom was clean Well the bed was uncomfortable, there were only one wash towels but you didn't see anyone with a laundry card you only saw the person at the front desk through the whole time I stayed there.

Good location, lots of places to eat around and close to the airport. Air conditioner was blasting which is nice. The room was honestly kinda nasty. Little bugs flying around, smelt horrible honestly. Seeing all the reviews about previous experiences also disgusted me the whole night I definitely should have done more research.

The rooms are clean but I have had too many bad experiences here and I still haven't been compensated for my troubles. The first room I had to stay in heat didn't work they gave me a heater. Second room same thing. Third room the light went out on one side of the room I only had bathroom light they gave me a extension cord for the fridge and microwave but I still had to stay in that dark room for three days... Still NO COMPENSATION! finally moved me to a good room but what about all that money I wasted on the other rooms. I hate it because I need to be close to my job

Checked in early-10:30 a.m and left at 6:30 p.m . Unpleasant look of the room.
- 2/5
Ask specifically looked for a room that included breakfast and this property conveniently no longer offered breakfast also the vending machine soda machine was not working so we had to buy drinks from the front desk for a over-inflated price
- 5/5
Ok
- 3/5
The property says no smoking allowed but literally the entire floor and our room smelled heavily like cigarettes and weed.
- 1/5
We showed up and were told our reservation was not made even though we booked through expedia 3 days prior. Front desk was dismissive and rude.
- 4/5
It was a nice quite hotel. I liked the fact that the toilet had a wrap around it telling us it was cleaned and hadnt been used. Beds werre comfy but hated the pillows.
- 3/5
The elevator was down the entire 12 day stay which was completely unfortunate because we were on the 3rd floor. Also we killed a few bugs in our room.

Room was remodeled looked nice. Air circulating out room in general has a smell to it. But once arriving you have homeless emptying out trash containers All over the property side. Backside of the property you have random people in the back hanging out. Definitely feels unsafe to leave your car parked. From my experience seems like the property is in a bad part of the neighborhood. Will never book again.

I was really excited for my stay until I checked in. They had our room on the third floor with my dad having an injuried leg. Which was okay until they told us the elevator was out of order so he walk up 4 flights of stairs. Once we got to the rooms we realized the doors didn't really shut all the way unless pushed against hard. There was no weather stripping around the door with a 2 inch gap at the bottom. We could hear everything that happened in the hallway. The floor in the room was duct taped together. Our bathroom door did not close. They advertised free breakfast but upon checking they state they no longer provide it and haven't for about 8 months. Long with no house keeping for a long stay we had to hunt for clean towels after a couple days of being there. There was always a really weird smell in the hallways. We had to buy air fresheners to make our stay more manageable. We ended up leaving before our stay was up to find a better place so we could sleep.
- 3/5
No breakfast as advertised, the walls are very thin so when people open doors sounded like mine was being opened.
- 1/5
smelled like smoke and was very dirty.

Got to hotel at 10pm ish, asked for extra towels, front desk guy acted like it was a problem. I'm room, husband tried to take shower and no hot water, he thought maybe too many other people were using the water so I tried it the morning and still no hot water and found a bug in bathroom. What was going to be a 2 night stay we checked out about 9am the very next morning. Hoping we get a refund for the unused room. The microwave had so much rust. Won't return
- 3/5
The only positive was that the bed was decently comfortable. The elevator was out. It was kind of loud most of the night. No advertised breakfast. I was only there to attend a concert nearby so I wasn’t in the room except to sleep so it didn’t bother me but I didn’t feel welcome or wasn’t greeted warmly at all. I had to use the back stairs to the third floor since the elevator was out. It was cheap and served it’s purpose but wasn’t a pleasant place to stay.
- 5/5
Cleanliness and comfort. Easy check-in! The only thing that was missing was the breakfast.
- 2/5
Elevator not working and my room was on the 3rd fl. I wish they would of said beforehand
- 3/5
The check in process was very smooth and easy! Staff was very professional. The room was different: the door opened out into the hall, the toilet paper holder was nonexistent (tp was on the countertop), of the 3 switches in the bathroom, only one truly worked (the light over the shower wouldn’t turn on so you were showering in the dark), no towel bars- so towels were neatly folded under the open sink/counter. Fridge was cold. Could only find ONE open plug in the sleeping area (unable to plug in 2 phone chargers). Found a long, black hair in the washcloth. Also, this was the first hotel ever in which I had to place my luggage on the floor.
- 5/5
Great service
- 1/5
It would have better at least having drinking water.
- 3/5
Place is great if you plan to just go in and sleep. But a lot of things were just flat out broken. The Elevator, vending machines, some outlets and our AC partially worked in our room. Not terrible but if just one of these things worked it wouldn't have made the hotel seem so sluggish and old.
- 2/5
Our door handle was broken and kept falling off, when we told the desk they said they’d fix it once we left the next morning. There was what I can only assume was poo on the wall of the bathroom, and our plug ins didn’t work.
- 2/5
Well below my expectations based ratings for this hotel. There large staying on the side cushion and someone took the cushion out and flipped it over and around to not show the stain, but doing this shows the zipper in the front. Plus there were people all in the parking lot at all times of night and a couple of people were walking around screaming and arguing with each other
- 4/5
Exit from hotel to beltline is tricky. No food within walking distance. Rates are reasonable.
- 1/5
I traveled here with my two teenage daughters. We did not feel safe in this Hotel. It’s in a bad neighborhood. Loitering in the parking lot made us nervous. The elevator is broken forcing you to go into a shady stairwell. We booked a room with a pull out couch and there was no bedding for it. We were too scared to go back down and ask for some. The faucet in the bathroom was not fastened properly to the cabinet and would wobble around. I am really surprised that Hotels.com would even list this place. I called Hotels.com to try to get a different room. Was on hold for over an hour and then they disconnected the call. The least they could have done was call back. They had my number. This whole stay was a nightmare. We woke up early to get out of here. So disappointed in the hotel and in Hotels.com for not making it right.
- 1/5
I don't know were they got the pictures from they posted on the website but talk about false advertisement they nailed it at this hotel. The first room I got was upstairs that's when they told me that the elevator was out of order. I had a double knee replacement about 6 months ago I came back downstairs & ask for a room downstairs. The room downstairs had no place to hang my clothes no chair or couch to sit on. And of course the sheet issue I went to the front desk ask about sheets the gentleman told me they have no sheets. The whole experience was terrible!!!!!!
- 1/5
Upon checking in my partner and I was greeted with a very unpleasant smell of mold and must. Secondly we noticed the room next to us was very loud and can hear everything through the walls. Ultimately we couldn’t get inside our room due to the key not working and everytime we left the room the rep said we’d have to call him to open the door. Immediately asked for refund as he didn’t want to put us in another room and still no refund after 1 week.
- 2/5
I came in after midnight on a freezing day. Heater not working in first room. Heater stuck on 81 degrees in only other available room. Rooms were clean, but spartan. No chairs. Bathroom faucet not attached into counter top. Had to ask for breakfast to be brought out to dining room. Many issues with this hotel. Orbitz rating seems to be artificially high for hotel conditions.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed my stay every time I stay there
- 5/5
Everything was fine
- 4/5
Please was very clean; however, the breakfast was not as good as I expected.
- 2/5
not what it looks like.
- 3/5
Patchwork all over the walls throughout the hotel, the faucet was falling off, called for more towels but never received them so I went to the front desk to get them, elevator, apparently, hadn’t been working in a while, which is anon-issue for me, however, if I had a disability that would be an issue.
- 2/5
The room smelled like cigarettes the floor tile was peeling up the sink faucets were loose had terrible water pressure in tub and the elevator did not work and we were placed on the 3rd floor…terrible experience!
- 1/5
Staff was extremely rude and arrogant. Very short with people and watches them as if they were prejudice!
- 3/5
room services was kinda slow
- 2/5
Tv remote missing back Batteries keep falling out.
- 5/5
Nice room but they didn’t have ice machine or hot breakfast
- 2/5
Room smelt like smoke in a non smoking room. Roaches in tub.
- 2/5
The checkin process and easy and the front desk clerk was accomodating. That was the only good thing I can say about the hotel. When I arrived at the room it was really hot. I discovered that not only was the AC not on, it wasn't even plugged in. As I reached under the unit to find the cord I saw a bunch of Ritz cracker crumbs on the floor. I found crumbs in a few other places as well. The couch was dirty and horribly stained. Lastly and most importantly, the door to our room didn't close completely. A key wasn't even needed to open it. It could just be pushed open. We notified the front desk and after several futile attempts to close it, the clerk assured us that someone who be in later that day who could fix it. We were never offered a different room. We told her that we didn't feel comfortable leaving our stuff in the room if it didn't lock so we ended up taking all of our stuff each time we left the room. Fortunately we were able to close it enough to be able to lock it from the inside. It was a really bad situation. The bed was fine and relatively comfortable. The parking wasn't great but we made it work. The breakfast was minimal but fine.
- 4/5
No iron, no plate for microwave and no chair in room and my room key didn't work the whole time I was there
- 3/5
There were chips crumbs by the bottom of the bed and the bathroom door was coming off of its hinges/was falling apart, and wouldn't close.
- 4/5
It was convenient. Did not like the fact there was no staff on the weekend to change the sheets or provide clean towels. I had to go downstairs and request clean towels each time.
- 1/5
BUGS, FLEAS, IN THE BED VISIBLE INSECTS AND I GET SICK AND NOT ABLO TO EVEN STAY. NO MANAGEMENT AVAILABLE AND NO ONE RESPONSABLE. I FINISH IN THE HOSPITAL AND HAVE TO RESERV AN OTHER HOTEL ROOM PAYING DOUBLE AND NO REINBURSMENT.
- 1/5
The beds were disgusting and dirty. Noisy neighbors with dogs. Property smelt like urine, and would NOT give my refund back!
- 1/5
The place was not the greatest stay, we checked out after 10 minutes. The worker in the counter was rude.
- 4/5
Our room was too close to the front desk.I was woke up very early by conversation of guests at the front desk. Other than that it was ok.
- 2/5
Spent $2 for water and vending machine didnt work. Had to out and buy my own water. I can hear the entire conversation of the guest next to my room. Recommend ear plugs if person next to you is a loud talker. Even normal converaation can be heard, the door between the rooms are inadequite to block noise.
- 1/5
Elevator sounded like metal on metal grinding. Definitely unsafe. Hallway smelled so horrible like cigarettes. Lots of weird and dirty unsavory characters hanging out. Saw some dude in the stairwell who looked like he might be sleeping there; in the stairwell. No tv remote, had to go down to the front desk 4 times to finally get a working tv remote. Bedding was gross and dirty with lent, hair and stains all over them.
- 1/5
When I showed up to the property, they did not have me as booked. They said they were out of rooms. Then they said that they could give me a room and when I went to it, it did not look like it had been cleaned. The desk staff would not clean it and told me no one was on staff to clean it. And they only comped me 10$ from the original price of the room. It was disgusting.
- 2/5
hotel not in perfect conditions but like I'm said for the price is ok. the only thing really bad was at 5 am some guy was screaming and yelling out of control hitting walls and doors as crazy. first and last time i stay here.
- 2/5
Fue bien mal

I would NOT stay here again! Within 5 minutes of entering our room, a bug crawled on the wall. The peephole was filled with tissue paper, there was hair in the shower, the lamps were stained an odd color, and the hallways were endlessly noisy during our 2 night stay. People were screaming at each other in the hallways and management didn’t seem to care. The listing emphasized that breakfast was included but when we went to eat at 8:00AM, there was only bread and a toaster available. So disappointed and I could not give it lower stars.

Loved this property

From the hour I sat there trying to get my reservation from Expedia to the hotel, there was one gentleman that was complaining about the lack of wifi. The kid behind the counter basically told him I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do. Then there was another guest who came down complaining about her ac unit in her second room not working. Apparently she had been moved bc this happened in her first room. I’m glad my reservation never worked out and I stayed elsewhere.
- 3/5
Front dest associate was a total wreck, he was very jittery. He wasnt very professional. 3rd floor was noisy and loud. House keeping is loud on purpose at 7am.

They never changed the bedsheets and towels. Some people near our room quarreled all night. So we didn’t sleep well.
- 2/5
Unfortunately they had a limited offering for the free breakfast. No fruit or juice. The staff was awesome the room was nice. The WiFi was weak. It was convient for my needs.

It was clean and comfortable but very basic. Their “breakfast” was non-existent. At 7:05am, they were out of juice, milk, and coffee. The desk person made coffee at my request after I told him decaf wasn’t what I wanted.

The breakfast and the coffee was terrible..all stale food..the room was a bit dirty. Depending on the front desk, not all were courteous. For 75 bucks a night..not good

The room was clean and the bed is amazingly comfortable. I love it will return

Although I’m grateful I had a semi-safe place to sleep at night I think I should’ve turned away and taken the loss when my first request of the front desk was for an extra blanket and the man who works nights tells that there’s no blankets as if I’m not staring at the obvious stack of blankets in the same closet he’s is, only for him to further ball up a stained mattress cover and hand it to me as if it’s what i requested, I say thank you and move on. As I’m standing there trying to get past the fact that this man actually gave me a mattress cover, I hear the slight ding of the elevator and go to step on only to find out that that elevator makes more noise then my knees do when I’m getting out of the bed in the morning (scary af). As I make it (not so) safely to the second floor I step off and look up only to see mold and deep water spots beautifully growing in multiple spots in the ceiling as if I was stepping foot in an art exhibit. After I am able to look over all of that I finally enter my room. Not really sure what was worse, The level of humidity in The room coming from the air-conditioning box or the smell that was coming from it, the stained sheets or the lack of lighting in the place. To end this trip my favorite part had to be Angela the manager barging in my room while I’m half dressed To tell me I’m past check out when I signed off for an 1130 late check out, and when I calmly tried to tell her (Angela) She said she didn’t care and to get out. I reported to BBB.

The lady on the front desk is so helpful and friendly. Overall my stay was pleasant. Thank you for taking care of me and thank you for being so nice !

Well I have gotten a room for my daughter and grandchild cuz they had a doctor's appointment downtown Dallas. And when I first try to check in nobody was at the front desk waited for a long time. Then till they finally showed up. When I got checked in they gave me room 219 I went up there and the room was open and the beds were not even made. Then they switch me to another room. But that room was a connecting room and you can hear the person next door. About that time it was already 11 p.m. they wanted to give me a room downstairs so I just took my daughter and my grandchild to my house. I have stood there many times before. Never had this problem I even sent the manager in the email and he never did answer me that's not very professional cuz I asked to get my refund. And still haven't heard anything yet
