Nothing I did not stay there. They charge me through booking and neither booking or the hotel would refund my money. They charge me for a full stay there when I did not stay the night. The booking app was having problems (freezing,double booked me for the same room )and the property did not want to match the price that I showed them even after I explained it to them They said I would have to reserve through booking when I left to get it resolved. I decided to just sleep in my car for the night due to the problems with the app and then I saw that they charge me after a hour after i had already left that area and couldn’t get back because I needed gas money.

I prepaid through Expedia and the front desk said I didn’t plus they made me do a $50 CASH ONLY deposit. I did get my deposit back but I had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get my money back. I’m guessing they didn’t understand the contract with Expedia.

Con respecto a Hotel, si vas de pasada y te urge quedarte en algún lugar Okay, pero si te comento que el pasillo y cuartos huelen feo, cigarrillos o marihuana, humedad. Si pude dormir, solamente me desperté un par de veces por el ruido del siguiente cuarto o gente caminando en el pasillo. El lugar fuera bueno que le cambiaran siertas cosas viejas que tiene, cables por fuera eléctricos duchas dañadas, el agua sale súper caliente no se puede regular, refrigerador con óxido, AC pence que caería al suelo, sobrecamas sucia con mancha extraña, lámparas de la habitación no funcionaban y el teléfono menos, creo que es solo por adornar la habitación, solo me quedé una noche, y si aún así decides ir, ve con cash porque te piden depósito de $50, esto solamente lo pagas en cash o el cajero te quitará 3 dólares más. Cuando te vas si el cuarto está okay te regresan tu dinero, lástima que los dueños no mejoren este hotel.

Ive stayed here a few times over the past few years. The first few times were decent, you get what you pay for. This last stay, the room i stayed in was clearly recently remodeled, significantly improving the quality of the room. It’s still a cheap hotel and you still get what you pay for, but it was clean and comfortable. Only saw 1 roach this time I stayed, which was also a big improvement. It’s not a high end hotel, but for the proce the quality was definitely there. I will definitely stay again anytime i need a cheap room.

I wish I had read the reviews before I booked the room. I wasn't expecting a suite per se as I wanted to getaway for the weekend as it was my birthday to just relax. The room was spacious but had an odor, water stains around the base boards, bathroom needed work, but the thing I hated the most was the roaches in the bathroom. When checking out I did tell her about the bugs and she apologized and I told her they should spray before putting anyone else in the room. But for a cheap getaway weekend to get a peace of mind it was an ok experience. I went prepared with food and accessories as I had no vehicle to get around.

Hotel was dirty, rooms were filthy, it smelled so bad, it didnot look anything like the pictures . Sheets and bed smelled.

There are a few restaurants in the area. There was also a sign by the door to make sure it was locked at night and not to open it to anyone. The pool was closed during my stay and apparently it has been closed for a while. It’s a budget friendly location so you get what you pay for.

The staff are not particularly friendly or welcoming but they get the job done efficiently. Lots of noise from the people upstairs well into the night on my first night, sounded like a kid up way too late but that's not the hotel's fault. The room was good, parking was convenient, would stay there again and I travel to Dallas around 6 times a year so a return is likely. I do wish more businesses in Dallas had heard of and implemented recycling though.

Just an average stay. They harped on no smoking in the rooms, but gave us a room with burn marks on the blankets. Took pictures in case they tried to say we smoked in there. Lots of ceiling water damage and holes in walls. Hallways smelled of wet dog and weed.

I booked a king sized bed with mini fridge and microwave. 1st room had two twin beds. I went and explained that I had reserved a king sized bed. I was given another room. This one with a king sized bed. And a busted door lock, no fridge, and no microwave.

While the rooms and bathrooms were acceptable quality, the check-in staff and service were horrible. Terrible service while checking in as if we were inconveniencing the staff by even being there, we were given a 1 bed room although we pajd for a 2 bed room however this was fixed quickly by front desk staff. Also had to go to the front desk staff several times during the 2 days we were there as the room keys kept deactivating

The room had roaches and bedbugs throughout the room. The federator and microwave was broken. The bathroom shower was nasty. The hotel building alone need to be closed down or call the health inspector.

When I checkout out of OYO, I brought my receipt for the deposit. The staff never reminded about getting back my deposit. I had to ask them about it for them to give it back to me

SLEPT FINT The customer service was good. The room was cheap and PERFECTLY CLEAN. The halls were meh in a kinda bad neighborhood.

The place smells like bleach, weed, and cigarettes. It requires a cash deposit on the room. None of the outside doors to the hotel lock and you need the room card reactivated daily. If you need fresh towels, you must wait till housekeeping comes in at 8am to give them to you. The night clerk wont do so. If you loose your cash reciept then you will not get your deposit back. The rooms are freezing cold and theres cigarette burns all over the place, including the elevator walls. The staff is rude. Terrible place to stay.

Did not feel safe. Condition of the hotel is terrible, felt the building should be remodeled. The elevator did not feel safe, as if it could drop any moment.

Out of 20 years of traveling this would literally the worst ever hotel. The carpet was dirty and nasty. The runs at laminate wood flooring that was water damaged and blowing up and peeling. We stayed for two nights and the Wi-Fi was never working it would come up and go down and come up and go down it was useless. The telephones in the room were dead so you could not call for help you had to walk down to the front desk just to be told they're addressing the issue.

It had a weird smell everywhere. It's infested with cockroaches. First room was not sweeped. Both the hallway and the rooms were extremely hot. Missing stuff like soap. Customer service horrible, skinny short young lady very rude and extremely unhelpful. The manager was nice, but asked him if we can get room service to clean sheets of new assigned room (we had asked for one bed and they gave us two). And when we came back to sleep, they never cleaned it. And the lady wanted us to sleep in a dirty used bed. She said "we only clean the sheets once a week" if that's true that's utterly disgusting. Biggest turn off hotel ever. Worst hotel experience ever. Never going back again. Just go somewhere else, not worth the low price.

Shady part of town, dirty outside and inside of room. Reeked of marijuana. A lot of questionable “guest” walking around, loud. SLOW check in.

Since the pool is so tiny and right close to the parking lot, we didn't even consider trying it. Walking is a waste of time when elevators are so inaccurate. Advice: Avoid it if you can

I have used hotels.com in the past for weeks at a time. Getting the buy 10 get 1 free multiple times. I will not use any Expedia Group online booking services ever again. And will no longer book any company employee through the service ever again!!! Too bad this service went so far down hill. Another good company turned to sh**.

My bedding was nasty, and the whole place had a musty odor. It was hard to get to as well coming off the interstate. The staff was somewhat amicable.

Staff was horrible, was told to check out for them to “clean” our room. Came back to just the bag being changed and our stuff moved around, my personal purse was digged through. When I asked about the new bed sheets they said we had t8 leave the room for them to be changed, left for 5 hours and they were never changed. Even after that inconvenience I was charged $5 after my room couldn’t stopped working and they had to issue a new one. Would never come back to this place even if I was paid to.

This hotel is very dirty we had specks of blood on the white blankets on the bed we were coming in from California for a funeral luckily we only had to stay over night it was disgusting

This property was a value booking experience. Sure, it was not a Hilton or Marriot hotel, however it did surve it's purpose for a quick few nights booked last minute. The air condition worked, it did not smell of smoke, sheets were what appeared to be clean. Not much I can complain about for sub 100 dollars.

It was a chill stay. I requested a King bed single, they provided me with a double full room which is not what me and my husband booked but it did its job.

It was less than I had expected. There is no coffee or tea in the reception area and they didn't clean the room every day. Now I know why it didn't cost so much. I also didn't know that there is a local ordinance prohibiting outdoor pools from operating before May.

Not sure if I got bed bugs yet but I will know in a week or two. Place was dirty, stinky of mold like someone died, my room every time I brought in food the Cockroach will storm me out of the mirror, the closets and tv stand. The WIFI that is supposed to be at this hotel since I booked it for wifi doesn’t have any it’s bursts of 2 minutes that give you enough time to log in receive your authentication code and then it disconnects and you start over. Thanks god motel 6 across the street is there and Starbucks where I found myself most of the day doing my payrolls or remote zoom meetings. Thanks god this hotel had a bed and shower other then the staff that didn’t care about my wifi issue I hope you don’t get any one there.

If I could share pictures I would. The property was not up to par of the pictures seen online. After 1st night asked for the room to be cleaned, they only emptied the trash and replaced towels, but never replaced the sheets. Didn't ask for the room to be cleaned after 2nd night and they did the same thing, emptied the trash and replaced the towels, but didn't replace the sheets. Never again will I stay at this hotel.

This property was absolutely disgusting. There were roaches in my room crawling from behind the headboard. No iron or ironing board in the roo m. They required me to leave my driver's license at the front desk in order to use the iron. Still no ironing board. With the exception of Fran, the people at the front desk were rude. This was the absolute worst piece of crap hotel I've ever stayed at. They need to condemn that roach motel

The WI-FI signal has to be stronger because its easy to log on to the Wi-Fi but on each device the signal will be on but its not consist. Thats about it, really comfortable to stay at the Oyo Hotel!

Looks horrible from the outside but the rooms are nice. Comes with a light smell and a $50 cash deposit for room damage. The people who work there don't speak much English so when clarifying things it was a repetition. Other than that it wasn't too bad but there were roaches as well saw one in the bathroom and it was small meaning there was a mom around. Also very then walls I heard everything from the room next door from conversation to thumps and the Knocks on the door from other rooms sound like your own. Only went for it bc it was fast but just be mindful. Not a bad review but a honest one. Is give the place a 5 out of 10.

Cons: 1. Internet is slow and many time not working. Really you need to have a better internet connection otherwise people will be in problems with their work. 2. The housekeeping service is good but they didn’t clean up under my table, where some food trash fell. It wasn’t taken care of even after telling the reception. 3. Rooms are so connected with each other, sometimes sounds came from other rooms. 4. No breakfast, no coffee. 5. Please inspect your elevator, as it stops sometimes, door doesn’t close automatically. Pros: Beds we’re comfortable, mirrors,fridge and oven in the room. Close enough from DFW Airport.

When I informed the desk clerk about the roches crawling on the chair, she did not respond in shock. I stated I would not be staying and wanted a credit to my charge card. She stated that is something I would have to take up with the 3rd party I booked the hotel through, Travelocity.

WORST hotel on earth they don’t deserve a review PERIOD and they are infested by roaches RUN and they sold my $100 deposit stating my black skin on their white sheets was nasty something they can throw in the washing machine and clean they took the entire $100. Which they demanded in CASH so they can avoid taxes. They have a shop behind the front desk they will only serve you if you have CASH!!! IRS I’m here if you need me I have phone records.They threw me out of the hotel because I kept booking through EXPEDIA they wanted CASH to avoid taxes. If I can say DO NOT in a million different languages I would it’s BELOW the worst encounter I’ve ever experienced. The staff is rude point blank period. This is a long stay hotel so if you’re just vacationing don’t even look at this hotel. The guests are questionable everyone is barefoot and questionable looking they want you to pay cash and I paid through Expedia so they refused to honor my reservation anymore because they weren’t making and money long term . And they want to evade taxes they don’t have a soda machine they sell everything requires CASH so evade taxes. I have no idea HOW Expedia does business with them. Even though you’re long stay housekeeping knocks loudly on your door every single day so if you’re looking for rest don’t look for it here. They demand $100 deposits cash and finds a way to keep it when you check out. Roaches infestation do not leave out any food my son found a roach on his burger the next day. I complained my remote didn’t work the guy came 4pm the next day. Their system don’t auto link to Expedia so I double booked after being harassed my reservation didn’t show up when it did they refused to apply the booking to another day . Just run the manager pretend to be nice she’s lucifer in human form. Just avoid this place. It’s only in business because people have no other options before homelessness. But it’s nasty and they won’t move your AC below 75 even though Texas is hot as hell!!! You’ll thank me later I promise you. I sent my son to stay
