The man who worked the night I checked in, was completely amazing and helpful my whole stay

Traveled for BTS concert. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the view at night from the room. Staffs were very friendly!

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The pool had the perfect amount of shade & sun. Rooms were very clean and relaxing

Room was very nice and clean. The hotel is smaller, which made it feel comfortable and quiet. The location was great—close to restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would stay here again.

The room vibrates when the facility is running laundry if you’re staying same side and above the laundry facilities.

The bed was really comfortable and it was quiet. We slept great. Wish they had a hot tub.

Room was very clean and cute. Property was nice and well taken care of.

Rooms didn't have a microwave, whenever it was supposed to. Also, there was only body soap. No hand soap available in bar or liquid hand soap available. The mattresses were not secured to a reliable frame and kept slipping through the cheap metal frame.

We enjoy the Bar Lounge and Pool table. The pool is tiny and was dirty. Great price for the location. Can't wait to see when they complete the remodel in Oct.

Yall know yall wrong for putting a 42” tv in these rooms. At minimum, you could install a 50”. The tv lighting was super dim, could only watch at night. Outside of those things, the room was cozy and close to a few food spots.

I recently stayed at Aloft Irving, Texas and was deeply disappointed by the housekeeping service. Upon check-in, I requested room service and fresh towels for the following day a simple, standard request. When neither was fulfilled, I called the front desk the next day and personally spoke with a staff member, asking again for clean towels at minimum. That request was also ignored.

The fun decor was great…overall vibe good The pool was firstly from ground floor…very dirty from above. Prices for breakfast a bit steep. Obviously under construction…but come on with pool…central focus.

Helpful and kind staff, room was spacious, clean and amenities were good. The area offered breakfast , lunch and dinner options- breakfast options were walkable. The shuttle was also great option for getting around .

I have to switch phones in the middle of the night because the toilet did not flush. Then they put me in another room where the telephone did not work nor the coffee maker. No accommodations we're giving for the inconvenience

Very similar to other Aloft hotels. Has that kind of trendy feel. Good location. A/C blows really cold! No complaints, also no real excitement. Would stay here again when in the area.

This visit was my 3rd Aloft visit at this location in Las Colinas. The staff and hotel accommodations were very favorable as has been the case twice b4 and reasonably priced for a holiday wknd. However, I would recommend the hotel address lighting concerns in the rear parking area for night time safety purposes. Two of the parking lights were flickering out and a 3rd light was flickering via one of the outside entrance doors. Otherwise, my hotel guest and I had a favorable experience.

Although I didn’t partake of the Bar or Breakfast services offered (other plans in Las Colinas), I've stayed here before. Front desk staff was professional and courteous at checkin and checkout. Appreciated my stay. Many restaurant options nearby as well. Highly recommend.

This place is 3 to 3.5 place to stay

This was a nice, clean hotel. The staff was friendly and the location is great proximity to Toyota Music Factory.

Only downside is that there is no free breakfast. There is room service and a great (but pricey) snack bar available.

The AC unit was so loud

The heating/ cooling unit was extremely loud and would wake me up in the middle of the night

We enjoy our stay. Very clean. Just wish they had a breakfast bar.

The staff was so friendly, the whole place was clean and decorated so neat. The beds were comfortable, the lounge seats down in the lobby were comfortable too. It is walking distance to several food places and a couple nail salons and it was a very quiet hotel. I will stay here again!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The only down side was that there is not much bathroom privacy. The toilet shower area is very small and the only privacy there is to change shower etc and you can hear each other using the restroom. Just a sliding door with no vent fan. Otherwise it was great! Beds are comfortable and there were lots of tv channels.

The hotel and property were nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the property is located near several different restaurants and shops. Plus, parking is free! I have zero complaints and would definitely stay here again.

The environment was very inviting. The front staff personnel was absolutely amazing by being friendly and accommodating!! We used uber for transportation without any issues. I would definitely recommend staying at the Aloft!!

GREAT LOCATION!! Aloft hotels are always reliable!! Only thing was it would have been nice to have ice machine working!

Location - Cleanliness - Staff were so great! The only thing I would say was that the parking lot was poorly lit.

Bed was a bit soft, however it was a clean property and staff was nice.

The shower was weird. Bo tub, no glass, kust a curtain so the water just goes everywhere

Close to the event we were in town for. Clean and easy in and out.

Love the size of the rooms, the helpful staff, and there's a Starbucks a few hundred feet away. Definitely staying here again when we come to Irving.

Stayed one night for football game. Everything was fine until the ac went out that late that night. Had to sleep in hot room in August the whole night. Called front desk but said they had to send someone to room that morning to access the situation but it was time to checkout by then. Contacted front desk twice to speak to manager about situation and still haven’t received feedback.
