Cozy and easy stay. The front desk staff, day and night, were also very friendly and personable which was a plus.

Everyone was friendly and helpful Rooms need microwave

Rooms are super large and very nice. The hotel was quiet and the front desk clerk got me checked in very quickly

- 5/5
It was an amazing hotel, the staff was great, breakfast was good, and the hotel overall was super clean and organized.
- 4/5
The room was spacious and clean. But, the mini fridge wasn't very cold, we ran out of toiletries, and the shower curtain was dingy. I tried calling down for assistance but I didn't get an answer. I used the pool and it didn't look pool clear. The breakfast was good but because it was a busy event weekend, some items were empty but the staff was quick at refilling the stations. I was excited about a bar on premise but it wasn't quite the bar I expected. Overall, it was an okay hotel. I stayed there because the rest of our party was there.

This hotel is well located with plenty of restaurant options. Easy access to highways going every direction. Large rooms. I will book here on my next multi-day stay in DFW.
- 1.5/5
Location was great for what we needed. Property is run down, sodas were warm, no food or bar even though it shows to have both, the bed was horrible, and the ac was I consistent.
- 4/5
The bar and dining room are on the smaller side but it was still nice, our room was great and the AC worked very well. The staff are friendly and helpful, the location is not even 5 minutes from a mall and there are so many restaurants in the vicinity to choose from.
- 4/5
The staff was excellent, the facility is a bit old but not too bad. Breakfast was good.
- 4/5
The hideabed was pretty uncomfortable. I know it’s not a priority, and it wasn’t a deal breaker. It was our only complaint.
- 3/5
However, my son gets bad allergies from dog hair so we had to make sure to tell them to vacuum the next day while we were out!! Breakfast was good and we didn’t check out the pool! So if you stay just make sure to check out your rooms throughly!!
- 4/5
Have a bar but when is it open
- 5/5
Overall it's a solid venue. Have stayed here many times over the last ten years. All good.
- 0.5/5
Large rooms The front desk never answered their phone. They also charged nearly $800 (fraudulently) to the cad I gave them for incidentals. Do not touch this place!
- 5/5
Great room, the breakfast area was clean and well provisioned. Great value
- 4/5
Very nice, well kept property. The pool water was cloudy. Staff was helpful and friendly.
- 3/5
The rooms were great and the lobby was nice, the breakfast was nice too but, when it came to the bar inside it had very little to be desired. Not much to choose from and they kept very little of the alcohol in the bottles. There was no one serving any of the coffees describe in its reviews. The pool was green. No one would swim in the pool the five days we were there. The manager was very nice but they couldn’t control the pool water. It was 106 degrees outside. I’m sure that didn’t help so we went to the water park down the road to have some water activity there.

- 3/5
Room was clean and much bigger than expected but no microwave in the room. No biggie on to the next the pool. Our main reason for staying was to get some pool time in. Epic fail. It was merky and black around the walls. When I called the front 30 mins after being checked in to cancel they said nope. So we were kind of stuck. The beds weren’t terrible but they weren’t great either. Breakfast however was amazing! Staff fully prepped fresh made wafffles, real scrambled eggs and sausage. Apple and orange juice, milk variety with different cereals. That was this place saving grace. Would I stay again… maybe but let’s be honest probably not due to the pool being disgusting. Was told they shocked it and there’s been a lot of people in it today. Hard to believe that.

It was nice, value was on point and location was in a good area with nearby access to major highways, restaurants and other places The A/C in my room wasn't working properly. I ser the room temperature to be on 66 degrees , it was indicating but actually it was in high 75+ degrees. Swimming pool was not open at the time of visit .

Good space Despite of my request the room was not cleaned
- 4.5/5
Breakfast was very good. Thank you for serving food and not continental breakfast. Mich appreciated. There was a odor on the 5 floor in the hallway. I saw that there were plug-in air freshener, but it did not cover the odor. Other than that. The front desk staff was excellent friendly and professional. A+ Breakfast was A+. Thank you for everything. Hyatt will be m place to stay when I come to Dallas. God bless!
- 4/5
Notice that cleaning floors and counters should have regular cleaning schedules!!! All these things are easily improved. I hope this is within their ability to address.
- 5/5
We were in town for a big karate tournament. Clean. Very convenient.
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 4.5/5
The staff was friendly! The location was very convenient for my situation and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. I LOVED the bedding and comforters. I did not try the breakfast but seemed nice. It was not noisy and I felt safe travelling alone The elevator was super slow and there was only ice on floors 3 & 5 which was not ideal but in the grand scheme of things this would not keep me from staying here again. In fact I usually travel to see my daughter every summer I would highly likely book here again
- 2/5
The pool was cloudy and dirty we didn’t even get to use it and there was no shade. I think on our second day one elevator stopped working. Overall the rooms looked like they were really bad at one point and patched up. Room service only cleared the trash bins while we were there and didn’t make any beds or clean the sinks. Some of the lights in our room didn’t work. There was people all over the lobby during breakfast because there’s not enough space for people to sit. This placed ruined our vacation and I wish I could've changed our stay before we got there but I was not expecting something so expensive to be so bad.
- 4/5
Was a little older, but the staff was very kind. We couldn’t use the pool while there, so which was a downside. Otherwise a nice stay
- 5/5
Weird to not have a microwave in the room. 🤔
- 5/5
Finally got bacon for breakfast. Helpful staff.
- 2/5
Still there mattresses were less than desirable. Lights didn’t work by the bed. Just not what we were expecting from a Hyatt. Probably won’t use them again when we travel.
- 3/5
Eh it’s alright. Kind of depressing in the room. It be looking like the backrooms and feeling old. Nothing crazy to talk about. I think they should charge less tbh
- 1/5
Every bit of my brief experience at the Hyatt at the Euless to location was terrible. The manager was dismissive towards this 65 year-old white male. She canceled my reservation at the desk, when I voiced my concerns. which was a huge inconvenience after driving 3 1/2 hours. the swimming pool was dark green and should have been closed. after we had called and they said yes the pool is open and ready for you. I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel.
- 3/5
Dated and not well maintained.
- 5/5
Really nice
- 4/5
It’s a nice hotel. Comfortable and spacious. Could use a little updating.. time has passed and it’s kinda needing a little love, but otherwise it’s amazing hotel. Quiet even though it’s right near the highway. The staff is really nice. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful.
- 3/5
Undergarments from previous guest under sofa cushion. Holes in carpet and sofa. Pool was murky.
- 4/5
The staff was amazing. The hotel was cozy. Some funky stains and outdated appliances.
- 2/5
Old property and needs some maintenance. Killed a big roach in the hallway. For the price, this place should be wayyyy nicer.
- 3/5
Okay hotel not bad
- 3/5
So so
- 5/5
Everyone was friendly and greeted us. Our room was not ready, so they were nice and upgraded due to the inconvenience. Thank you for being so helpful and nice!!!!
- 4/5
A little dated and no microwave in the rooms but clean.
- 5/5
Nice place ! Kept clean and great staff
- 2/5
This hotel needs a complete makeover, is dirty everywhere.
- 3/5
There was no “ Hospitality” from the entrance and on a daily basis. There were many families with the FIFA games in Dallas but the breakfast area and tables were sticky, spills, and dirty floors. The desk response was “Oh we just wait til the breakfast is over then we clean…” unacceptable in any dining place. There was no plan to anticipate the need to keep the area sanitary. Very apathetic attitude.
- 1/5
Totally a mess ! System is down , can’t get a key for the room. The staff has Zero patience!
- 3/5
The staff at the counter were all very friendly and helpful. That was the positive aspect of our stay. This facility needs a facelift. We had to have all of our keycards redone 4 times. They never cleaned our room during a 3 night stay. We had to go get our own coffee and toilet paper. The breakfast decent but they ran out of food all 3 days. The air conditioner ran constantly (on was able to turn ‘on’-no auto setting) and the room was a bit damp. The hide a bed was very uncomfortable. We were in a handicapped room and the king bed was very low to the floor and was super soft and was lumpy. My son went to the public bathroom downstairs and the toilet was full of BM-don’t know if the toilet was malfunctioning or what. So, because of the beds and air conditioner, we didn’t sleep well. We paid a higher rate due to the World Cup in town, so this made it even more disappointing. Like I said, the desk staff were great. The hotel just needs a fair amount of TLC
- 5/5
The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
The AC unit in our room didn't not cool down (had 2 rooms the other one was much cooler) but other then that our stay was good pool could use a cleaning.
- 5/5
Staff were really nice. Room was nice and clean will definitely be back again
- 3/5
It was ok
- 4/5
Breakfast was amazing!! TVs were inconsistent, some had Netflix and other streaming, some didn’t.
- 4/5
Can improve
- 3/5
room was dirty, carpet stains, comforter had blood stains on it, furniture uncomfortable, breakfast subpar. Their key card system was down so no key cards staff had to let you in your room everytime you went out.
- 3/5
Everything was great BUT the card reader machine creator thingamabob was broken, so we were unable to be issued a room key. A front desk member had to accompany us from the front desk every time we left the premises for three days. One time we had to wait 17 minutes. One hundred percent not the staff’s fault, but still a bit inconvenient! Nice people, clean rooms…I’d recommend it for your Metroplex stay as long as that key machine gets fixed LOL!!!
- 1/5
Don't stay here. There are way better options right across the street.
- 2/5
The room was clean the first day upon arrival but shampoo bottles were empty and phone was not working. The next day the room was not touched they never went in to clean no fresh towels, cans weren’t emptied or beds done. Asked to speak to someone but no one was available. The same thing upon check out no one was available. They did have a good breakfast but not cleaning the rooms and speaking to a staff member I saw in the hallway I was told it’s been happening lately.
- 5/5
Check in was smooth and quick. Agent was friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. The carpet in the hall and in one area of our room was stained. I was surprised that was no lotion or a makeup remover pad in the room. Breakfast was fine.
- 5/5
Nice play to stay with great amenities:-)
- 3/5
Our overall stay was great, the room was well maintained and clean, and the breakfast had a good selection. The only issue we had was the hotel "overbooking" which they only had a King room when we requested a Double bed room through our hotels.com booking. We had a party of 6 which is the reason we needed the extra bed. We were able to make it work and the lady that checked us in did apologize, but it was an inconvenience.
- 4/5
Don’t stay on first floor. Older rooms. Staff was friendly. Drinks in lounge cooler were warm. No 24 hour maintenance. I checked in after they left and hotel room didn’t work. I needed to call front desk for Door Dash.
- 2/5
The experience was really bad. Starting with the nasty pool where you can’t see even what’s in the water because it’s all dark and green. Then the room we got - dirty and outdated with phone not working and AC not working. Thankfully they gave us a different room with working AC after I had to go downstairs to complain. Then breakfast- it was nasty. Not tasty, limited choices and empty trays and pots. Not enough tables to sit at. Worst experience ever. We do not recommend staying there. They need to make some major changes.
- 2/5
The ratings are a little exaggerated. It’s pretty basic, okay.
- 1/5
The room was clean. But the AC was broken. The hotel was overbooked so we didn’t get the room that we wanted. We had to sleep in two separate beds that were smaller than us not pleased.
- 4/5
Sonya at the front desk was a treasure. Smiling, cheerful and extremely helpful. Hyatt can't do better.
- 4/5
Room was clean but showing some signs of age. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Only one hanger in closet.
- 5/5
Very nice staff
- 5/5
Professional service
- 1/5
The lobby & all the common areas were so hot not sure if the ac was broken but it was very hot in the elevator and all the other common areas. The security latch on our door was broken and dangling from the screw. There was a bottle of lotion left from the previous guests as well as a used q-tip in the bathroom & the next morning the toilet stopped working. I also paid $9 for two bottles of water at the reception desk which seems outrageously high for a coupe of waters. Overall wouldn’t stay here again.
- 2/5
I had to ask for them to change my sheets. That's all they did. No vacuum. No cleaning the vanity. Never once cleaned the toilet. The light over the vanity didn't work so there was no lights to brush your teeth etc. They said the maintenance person was running behind. For Eight nights. The GM came and knocked on my door and asked if I was staying here...this after being there two day. She seemed Not to like that I had "booked through a third party" Then they overcharged my credit card. This was a HYATT hotel. I have written the Corporate office. I was helping prepare for my friend's funeral and was too busy to move all my things. They offered another room but it had fans going on a water spill on the carpet!
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Room was as expected and good.
- 5/5
Good location, places to eat nearby. Staff could do with a bit more training about what is on locally in the Dallas / Fort Worth areas as didn't seem to know what was going on - there was a World Cup on!!
- 5/5
The breakfast was great. I was impressed and appreciated the use of reusable dishes and flatware. Care for our environment shows consideration and responsibility.
- 2/5
We only stayed one night. But it was nothing like the advertisement in the looks and cleanliness. The room was ok (302) but when you ran water in the sink it took forever for it to go down. The so called bar is none existing really. Was just a couple of bottle of everything but the right thing. The best part of the situation was the help and kindness we received from Makayla. She was very nice and very helpful which helped considering the situation. One last thing, there was some sort of water leak on the first floor. So to get to the pool you had to track through a section of wet carpet. Probably won't stay there again!!!

No compensation was ever given,

I was waiting on front desk staff for 10 minutes, she said she had to check on other rooms. Maybe have more staff
- 5/5
Excellent clean hotel
- 4/5
Front desk staff was very friendly upon check-in and during check-out, room was in exceptional condition and even though we were right next to the pool the noise level wasn't a problem. Overall very happy with the whole experience
- 5/5
Always nice and clean. Breakfast could be better.
- 5/5
Breakfast food was good but frequently ran out of items especially on the weekend.
- 5/5
Place was great. Only issue was the A/C wasn’t very strong
- 3/5
No air in room and breakfast wasn’t to good but overall good place to stay,
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Easy access. Lots of parking. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
Check in was efficient, but she wasn’t very friendly. Room was clean but the carpet was stained and the AC was really loud, waking us up multiple times throughout the night. Breakfast was average. The young lady cleaning the breakfast room was very friendly and the young lady that checked us out was very nice.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was AMAZING! Very nice and helpful with all our needs.
- 2/5
Bar closed no liquor license

While I’ve stayed at this particular hotel before without any trouble, this last time was awful. And let me specify, the hotel was great as usual. The lady who took my info at front desk upon arriving was great. The system at that time was having problems and I got charged $30 x2 for incidentals plus $188 I don’t know why. This is aside of already paying the whole $265 through hotels.com the charge was directly from Hyatt. The supervisor there assured me everything was good and that amount would get reimbursed ($30x2 and $188) to give it a few days bc it was Memorial Day weekend. I left on Sunday and got reimbursed $30 later that day and figured since the other amount was more it might take a few more days. Nope, on Friday the amount was already showing not pending but deducted from my account. Went back to the hotel and explained to the GM what was going on. She gave me a paper and at the time told me to go to the bank that they would give me the money back. I did not look at the paper and when I got to the bank and explained the whole situation, I realized that she had given me a paper with the amount itemized for the stay. She had converted the amount owed into an amount spent for staying there! This had already gotten paid from hotels.com! I don’t know what’s going on there but the hotel needs to open an extensive investigation on management starting with the GM. They are robbing ppl. So I paid twice for staying there, one through hotels.com and another one by Hyatt.
- 3/5
Room was clean. Stains on carpet. Low pressure shower.
- 5/5
This hotel was in the perfect location for me as it was in between dallas/arlington/Fort Worth and easy access to the highway. The property was in good shape, the room was clean and spacious, the lobby was clean and inviting. Parking was free and the lot was clean and well lit. The free Breakfast was good, but a little sparse compared to other Hyatt’s I’ve stayed at…. The best part of my stay here was the staff, always friendly, always greeted me and provided great hospitality and service. I will definitely stay here again the next time in in the Dallas/ft worth area
- 4/5
The stay was nice and pleasant, staff was kind pleasing and helpful
- 4/5
Check in was wonderful, we arrived about 3pm on 05/15. The young lady working the morning desk on 5/16 was very unpleasant. She did not seem like she enjoyed her job. The first morning there the breakfast was very undercooked. Things were being served still practically frozen. When I explained this to the young lady at the service desk her response was a simple “ok”. She did not check the items or have the items removed until more guest started complaining. We also called down and requested more wash cloths and she stated “I’ll put you on the list,” we never received them. Had to look for the cleaning service to get some. The gentleman working the night desk on 05/16 was very kind. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay and my girls were bummed, but he went out of his way to make them some fresh chocolate chip cookies to make up for it. My girls appreciated it and in return made him some paintings as a thank you. Overall we did enjoy our weekend.
- 3/5
not luxurious so don’t expect too much. but worth it and inviting. homey and comfortable.

Flight had changed two days before the trip and the hotel was very accomodating! The experience was great! staff was friendly and coffee was strong! just what i needed. i will definitely be staying here again!
- 2/5
The buffet area was unkempt, messy, and no one visibly removing used plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware, etc. We stayed 3 nights, and only 2 days was our bed made. Very very disappointed with the stay. Would NOT recommend booking a room here for the money.
- 3/5
The bed was not comfortable at all; it seemed old and hard.

I thought with this hotel being a Hyatt this would be a great place to stay but I was wrong. Our room had a bad AC and was super noisey. My toddler is afraid of loud noises so that was a problem. It woke us up all night every single time it would turn on. It was terrible. The next morning i asked the staff if we could switch rooms for our 2nd night but of course they were completely full. The breakfast was terrible, like really. The food was cold and barely any options. Also we were traveling with kids and planned on going to the pool but nope, it was closed. I wished we would have known that before booking so we could have stayed somewhere else. We will never stay here again.
