Hilton Garden Inn Dallas at Hurst Conference Center

I was checking in for the BTS concert. This hotel was extremely ill prepared for the event. They were "fully booked" but a lot of rooms were not cleaned and ready by 4 pm. I along with many other people had to wait an hour for a room to be ready. The 5th floor was also extremely hot. It felt like they had the heater on instead of air conditioning. Other than that, parking was easy, and the room was nice.

Amazing staff..especially Kai & Felix. I would rate 4.5 stars. Minor improvements would including light blocking curtains. My room only had a shade. Since my room is facing East, the sunlight in the room would wake me up.

The room and the stay was great not an issue with the stay I didn't like the fact that my check in was at 4 and I got there at 4 and was told I had to wait a little bit longer I was ok with waiting but when an hour passed they told me that the room wasn't available yet when there was a group of people that got there after me and where getting rooms way before me. When I asked again an hour later they said I had to wait longer and I asked how long they said I can give you an estimate of 30min then I asked so what if my room isn't ready in 30min they said well you have to keep waiting (which I think was just rude for them to say it like that).

Such a terrible experience nothing was ready no rooms nothing, they told me they’re cleaning crew was tired and that’s why the rooms weren’t ready. They made me late to my concert did not get a chance to shower and get ready properly and to top it off we slept in a very hot room because the rooms AC was not working. Never again!!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was exactly what we needed after such an exciting and emotional night. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for helping make such a special weekend even more memorable! 💜

My family went out for dinner on July 18, 2026, and I opted to stay and eat in. Unfortunately, the dining hall was closed. I asked the clerk, Ms. Day, if there was anywhere close by that I could go and eat. She asked me if I had a vehicle. I said my family went out with the car, and I am here alone. She said it was a short walk to Abuelo's but that it was late for me to walk. I decided to walk and asked her where it is. She gave me instructions, and I thought I had it. It sounded easy enough. She decided to leave her post and walk me outside. I told her she shouldn't leave her desk. She said that my safety was more important. The company would understand. I walked and a block away she watched me make the wrong turn and yelled out as loud as she could "NO!" I heard her from the distance and knew I was wrong and quickly turned to my left and got to my distination. Her concerned overwhelmed me o the point of emotional tears and gratitude. Her concern for me exceeded the norm. I got my food and got back to the hotel and still a little bit of light out. I was eternally grateful and impressed with her concern for me that I immediately wrote a note to the hotel commending her and gave it to her. She was so humble and didn't think twice about it. It was like natural for her to go the extra mile for anyone. She deserves an honor from the hotel manager or corporate. Please commend her and feel free to print this story. She deserves it! Very clean and comfortable hotel. The only downside was I flew in late and couldn’t eat at the hotel restaurant due to it closing at 9. I was disappointed by that. All else was fine.

Clean and quiet and close to peppa pig theme park The TV was blue couldn’t really watch but they changed our room it was nice of the staff to do that. But it seems like I am being charge for the room we transferred too.

The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive! The staff was super accommodating and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, tbh.

מלון מצוין, נקי, מאורגן היטב, הצוות אדיב. התאכסנתי שם ללילה לפני טיסה עם רכב שכור, בגלל המיקום הנוח בקרבת שדה התעופה. החניתי את הרכב בקומה של החדר (יש חניון קומתי במקביל למלון) והספקתי לעשות כביסה בערב. המסעדה מגישה אוכל טוב (ארוחת ערב) במחיר שווה לכל נפש. נראה לי שארוחת הבוקר תדבר פחות לישראלים. ממש נהניתי מהחדר, הוא היה מרווח, נקי ונוח. אחד המלונות הטובים שהתאכסנתי בהם בארה"ב. אין משהו עקרוני, מלון נהדר.

I love the covered parking, the staff were helpful and welcoming. The facility was well-maintained and immaculate. The pool and Hot Tub were beautiful and perfect temperature. There were towels stocked at the pool. All in all it was a wonderful day and I would definitely go back again.

Clean room, staff very accommodating. Unfortunately one would think that breakfast would be included due to over-night stay price, but it is not. This is disappointing because other hotels in the same caliber do offer breakfast. The hotel should reconsider and offer free decent breakfast. The hotel has ample parking.

Parking was fine. Unhappy about amenities. No ice machine. No vending machine. Breakfast was not good and you had to pay! Not very pleased but it was easy to book for our last minute trip.

Room was clean and the first couple of girls at the first desk were great. The day we checked out they were really rude and unhelpful. That honestly was my big complaint. They didn’t have any towels the day we checked out and thought that was odd too.

Just ok, parking was good and close.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was disappointing that the restaurant was not open most of the time (one of the reasons we picked this hotel). For breakfast, even though the signage said it was open it was just a buffet, no better than La Quinta where it is free. Instead we were charged $14.95 for an inferior meal. We felt ripped off.

Room was excellent!!

Very dirty floors. The 5th floor hallway had not been vacuumed prior to or during our stay. Our room also had trash underneath both beds including a half opened medicine bottle with pills still in it. The breakfast was not worth the cost, highly recommend you plan on breakfast elsewhere. The evening bar/diner staff was very kind and helpful. The pool was nice but the hot tub was not working and there was no notice of such. I suppose I might be being picky but the trash and pill bottle under my childs bed set the tone. The parking garage is a nice accommodation. When we checked in I asked if we could have a corner room and without hesitation the staff member said she wasn't even going to look because they were so booked. I'm pretty sure that wasn't true because the parking garage was almost empty. Disappointed in the price we paid for how dirty the hotel was.

Breakfast buffet on weekends so we didn’t do that. But the room and pool and hot tub were nice. Parking garbage road is tight if you go up.

It's a clean/safe place to sleep - but aside from that, service is terrible. The staff members have huge chips on their shoulders toward guests that stay after events in the adjoined conference center. Worst Hilton experience to date. (It has to be a management/leadership problem - based on negative encounters with every level of staff from check-in to the bartender to housekeeping.)

Booked within an hour of an event without any problems. Thankful for speedy and available accommodations. Loved that the conference center is linked to the hotel. Was a perfect stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very comfortable and quiet.

When we checked in the lady at the front desk didn't seem too happy to help us. She did not greet us or smile. She didn't provide any information. My husband had to ask her what time they serve breakfast. The room was clean but the bed was a little hard. Breakfast was terrible.i was totally shocked when the girl came up to me and asked for my room number I told her we have breakfast included and she asked if we were given a voucher I told her no and she checked our room and say we do have breakfast. That was really embarrassing and then there was not much of a selection for breakfast and we have to pay for that piece of crap. I could have gone elsewhere for better breakfast. I will not be coming back.

We could hear everything. Our room was near the elevators and the the noise from the guests getting on and off was loud and even the conversations walking down the hallway. Also we could hear the people above us moving around. If you are a light sleeper this might not be a good choice.

I was there for two days. The breakfast was marginal. They kept running out of food went down to the pool area. All the towels were dirty both days trash was overflowing out of the trashcan. Facility is nice, but not well kept

I will say that the young girl who checked me in at midnight was very nice and helpful.

The power was out when I arrived, which delayed check-in. Still, overall, the hotel was convenient concerning the proximity to the convention center, parking was simple, and the experience was good.

The location is very central to both Dallas and Ft. Worth. The hotel is clean and has both

Upper level parking garage was not marked. It was not easy to approach access. They charged my credit card $20 and has not shown up as a credit. I did not use anything extra.

Love this hotel, pool is open 24hours, was sad jets in hot tub were not working, but usually not the case.

I stayed in room 431. And there was an annoying noise ALL night long, it sounded like a knocking noise coming from the bathroom wall. I told them at the front desk and she said there was nothing she could do. And will let maintenance know. It was very difficult to sleep. The noise was continous all day and night...

This was an amazing place to stay. One of a few places I have stayed at, that I would highly recommend. The staff was all friendly, joyful, and they went out of their way to please you. Beautiful, clean, everything works, well laid out rooms. Breakfast was yummy, and lots of choices, and could be custom ordered. Had good conversations with other guests, and some of the repeat ones agreed about what made it special to them. Nothing cheap about this place, it was fun. I will be back when visiting my son, and his family.

Stayed a year ago for anniversary getaway. Decided to stay again for this anniversary getaway. Great hotel and staff. Love the parking garage with easy access to room. Only complaint: Rooms are not very “sound proof” as advertised on Hotels.com
