The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the property itself was not very clean. This location does allow animals in the hotel and unfortunately, I was originally in a room with feces. After speaking with the front desk I was immediately moved to a different location however, cleanliness is not a priority for this location. I would not recommend to stay at this location.

And it makes a great home away from home. It's fully furnished and you can cook and save some money by cooking yourself. It was pretty quiet. A lot of smells in the hallway from others cooking their food. We had to park in the back and walk through the courtyard. There was smoking and we had to walk through the smoke. Could have used a little more ceiling lighting.

Excellent stay at the Candlewood pour service by Expedia because I’m charged with Expedia as well as Candalwood.

The amenities are good and it is nice to have a kitchen.

The room smelled gross and there was dry blood on the bathroom wall. Definitely will not be going back.

Hotel and property well kept, staff very friendly, location was excellent for my needs.

I had to wait 10 minutes until someone showed up to check us in, otherwise it was a nice stay.

Room 417 is infested with bedbugs and spiders. I had several bites, so bad I woke up at 3am with a severe allergic reaction (swollen tongue, red all over and trouble breathing). Had to use and epi-pen so I did not die and was transported to the emergency room. I had bites on my legs, arms, right hand and a large spider bite behind my left ear. I have never had an issue before and have travelled worldwide. I average 50+ nights a year in hotels for my business travels. Thankfully I was okay but I haven’t received my bill for medical services. I think that was my last stay ever at an IHG property. I would stay clear of this property. On the positive side the onsite staff and management was very friendly and concerned about the situation. Corporate replied with some generic “stay with us again” email when I messaged them about my experience.

The stay was okay. We had a suite and is comfortable. Goods things: the room, its pleasant with a kitchenette and full size fridge that made ice. Cleanness: it could have been better. They is noone serving the room unless your staying more than seven days. There is no complimentary breakfast but because ofcthe style of the room I would stay again so over all its worth your money to stay at this hotel.

They didn’t have clean towels when I asked for more, when I got there I paid for the all days I reserved plus the deposit that is normal in any hotel but before I left they charge me more money. I gave two stars because the place was clean and is new.

Used to stay at this hotel once a month and with the people they are allowing to stay there now will never stay there again. Place is a mess people outside doing drugs. Beer cans and bottles everywhere. Felt so unsafe.

Staff is awesome, very friendly. Door lock to laundry has not been opening with our room keys for 2 months or more and still not fixed, so we have to bug front desk staff to open it for us. Staff is very willing to do it, which is nice.

No staff there to check us in. Multiple families were also waiting when we arrived. We had to leave and find a different hotel and it ended up costing more and further from where we needed to be.

The hotel was good and the service was the same. My only complaint was that when we checked in on our first night the were some sketchy people there that were obviously intoxicated and wreaked like Marijuana, these same people had the police there the following morning it appeared that those same people were being arrested. It constantly smelled like marijuana inside and outside the hotel for the 7 days that we were there as if every person they rented rooms to came there to get high. It left the place stinky and the people staying there made it feel unsafe for my family

First they told us they only clean every 7 days. So we had to get new towels due to being there more than 1 day. As soon as we got to our room our door was opened by maintenance who claimed he was changing a battery. The front desk just said.. nobody would be in the room. Then no knock before entry. Nothing. Will not stay here again.

I was frustrated at check-in our room was reafy at 5:10pm check in was @ 4. We called ahead & they told us room would be ready at 4pm. Check in & they had to check if it was ready was told 10 to 15 more mins. No apology, no offer for a later check out nothing. Secondly we went to pool ask front for the 2 towels was told she was let with none sje only had floor mats. Then when we came in from pool watched same employee hand out towels. Hotel was clean, pool was very clean as well but professionalism of courtsey & communication of room being ready or not was the down side.

The staff was awesome, everything looked nice and clean. My only complaint has to do with the bathroom. The sink was set far back from the counter front and there was no mirror you should check your outfit in or apply makeup with. The bathroom mirror was set very far back so you can't get close to it and it's the only mirror in the room.

The stay would have been better had it not been for the very poor checkin experience! The guy at checkin could only focus at one thing at a time. Waited for 10 minutes in front of the counter and he never once acknowledged my presence! No, I’ll be right with you…nothing. Then when he finally does acknowledge, no Thank You for waiting. No thank you for being a loyalty member…nothing! When checking out I relayed my concerns and learned he was the Ast Gen Mgr. the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. 1st impressions do make a difference!!

Hotel was nice enough however my son left his laptop in the room and when we got home and realized it was not with us, we called the hotel and they said they could not find it in the room...

The type of room I selected on Hotels.com was not available to me. The property did not notify me that I was not going to be given two beds. They just charge your card and let you know after you check in……..WARNING..Read the fine print!

Thoroughly decent hotel. Comfy bed. Strong, hot shower. Loads of parking. Shops and dining nearby. Pillows are low and soft, whereas I prefer a higher, firmer pillow. 10/10 for not charging the "eclipse tax" and jacking up the price like other hotels. I'd happily stay again. Thanks

This hotel needs serious administrative/management help They cancelled our reservation hours before our arrival, after we were already traveling there. Hotel staff had an attitude and kept saying it is a courtesy to let us know that our reservation is canceled because we booked through a third-party. Horrible service. Horrible experience.

I didn’t like that my key didn’t work the first time ,then the second time it did work, someone was already staying in the room. We walked in on them. Could have been a very dangerous situation had they not been understanding guest.

This hotel was spotless! The rooms were huge and beds comfortable. I got there early and they were so helpful getting me a room before check in. It was so quiet there….i will stay there again!

There was a party in the hallway all night. After asking the people to keep it down 3 times at 3 am. I went and spoke to the front desk. Nothing was done. We had to change hotels to get sleep the next night.

The hotel and room were very nice and clean. The staff was friendly at times and indifferent at times. The coffee was terrible and some of the amenities were cheap. Overall. It was a decent stay, but I will probably look for a hotel that serves breakfast next time we come.

The staff downgraded our room before our arrival without telling us or offering a discount. We only learned of this when we got to the room and discovered it was not what we booked. The room type we actually booked was not available. We also chose this property because of the availability of the EV chargers which they could not activate on our first night. Neither of the reasons we booked this hotel were actually available so we were very disappointed.

Two things 1) the pet policy is NOT friendly. They say it's friendly to get you to book and then drop extra fees and restrictions that nearly impossible to abide by. We have an old 5 pound dog. He couldn't cause any property damage if he wanted to. Doesn't matter. 2) No breakfast? If any type? That is unheard of in these days.

Very loud music from housekeeping next door while trying to sleep during the day. Was working at night.

We had a good experience. The one thing we would like to see improved is the VERY slippery shower base. I almost fell!! Please include the rubber floor mats or fix that! Thanks!

Some staff was a little rude ( male ) while others were very polite . Only started with 2 bath towels , so had to ask for extra bc it was a 4 day stay. Also asked for an extra blanket but settled for an extra sheet .

Very nice, clean and quite property

The floor looked dirty and there were rings in the furniture. You could just tell that it hadn’t been cleaned well. The chair in the room was super dirty and had stains on it. The bed was comfortable enough. Slept in a blanket i brought with me though because I didn’t trust that the sheets were clean.
