The hotel was absolutely terrible. The parking lot was full of workers drinking and smoking, including right outside the guest rooms. The room itself was extremely unpleasant—it smelled strongly of sweat, smoke, and humidity, and there were even pests inside. The front desk staff was also awful and completely unhelpful. When I asked for a refund, the employee told me, “Yes, yes, leave. I’ll talk to the person in charge of the money.” Of course, that never happened, and the hotel kept my money. This was honestly the nastiest hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Zero stars if I could.

Nice simple room that served its purpose. You can tell it’s an older property that has cosmetic touchups. No microwave or coffee pot in room-did have a microwave, a/c, and great hot water pressure in shower (the shower curtain is for show did nothing to keep water in so the floor was all wet). Checking in and out was fast and easy and staff was really nice about putting us on the ground floor since there’s no elevator and my mother would not have been able to go up the stairs. Parking is around the outside of the buildings so you’ll have to do some walking unless you get a spot right in front of your room.

Room was clean and staff was ok. Didn't see or use the pool so i can't rate that but parking was ok, did get full at night and was hard to find a parking spot close to our room.

The previous reviews I read did not match my experience at all. Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel room was infested with roaches, which was completely unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay. I expected the room to be clean, sanitary, and free of pests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel. I hope management takes this issue seriously and addresses the pest problem and overall cleanliness.

i love going to this motel especially when i go see my gf!! it is very affordable and comfortable especially for just a week! the pool was open when i was there and the water was warm. i would very much recommend this place, very nice staff and comfortable to stay at. will be going again on my next trip !

Room was fine for the price. Didn't expect anything better. Had to leave after 3 days out of 7 due to family emergency. Asked for refund of unused days to the clerk. No response yet. Better TV, Better Chair for sitting.

So if you’re needing a decent place to not spend a ton but also be able to sleep, you can stay here! But if you reading this and having ANY reservations do NOT stay here!!!

Room Was Clean, They Worked With Us On Parkin Our Truck And Trl Til Monday When We There Was Space. We Would Come Back 10/10

Receptionist Shawn was very helpful and gave me the best room for what I asked for. The room was adequate, clean, the bathroom had makeover which was exceptional. The only minor issue is parking. Contractors with all their vehicles can be cumbersome.

I've stayed here many times for business. EVERY TIME THE MICROWAVE IS BROKEN. My last visit the electronic door 119 wouldn't let me in 5 times I had to go to the office and have Shaun or that girl let me in. Who both together possibly have an IQ of 50. I go to checkout Shaun told me he wouldn't let me stay there again because of their negligence. They make you pay a deposit when most amenities are broken. Good Riddance.

We arrived around midnight. The front desk lady was very helpful and the rooms were clean. The pool was clean looking and super blue however we did not use the pool due to timing.

Our toilet was stopped up & there was a surprise $50 deposit when I checked in.

It served the purpose of a place to stay right down the road from where we had our event. good price, had a pool. Bathrooms need a handrail or something in them but other wise good.. One of the rooms smelled of mold, Our beds seemed a bit hard set up on like a cot frame. being right off the highway it was peaceful. even though i said what i said will stay here again next time in the area..

Evertime I book a room here there's Always a problem with amenities. Always. Broken microwave or better yet the electronic lock on the door is broke where I have to wait an hour to get into the room. I would Not recommend!

I stayed here for business the past 2 months, mainly due to location. I swear every time the microwave was broken. This last time I try to get in the door the electronic lock was broke. Pablo came to fix it, I happened 2ce more before I was moved to a different room in which the microwave was broke. When I checked out I was told not to book a room here again. Because they are incompetent? Ok fine. Watch out for bedbugs

Rooms were nice and clean

The staff was great and my kids enjoyed the pool. But be prepared to pay a deposit at check in and there is no microwave in rooms. Other than that it was a great stay all in all

The building on the outside may not look the best but it’s very clean, the staff were nice, my 2nd time staying here and prices aren’t bad at all.

The room was clean, pool at a comfortable temperature. And the grounds are clean. The best part was the my vehicle was safe during my stay. I will definitely book again this weekend & beyond.

It’s a good room

Stayed two nights. Good price (you get what you pay for). Good location, easy access to highway. Lots of attractions and restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds are good. Pool is bigger than most and clean. Only complaint is no one cleaned room/restocked towels and shampoo.

Clean low budget room. Be sure to check your bank account for your deposit refund within 3 days. I had to call them as it was almost 10 days after checkout and I still didn't get my $50 refund. Once I called it appeared the next day.

It was quite , All the front desk employees were very polite and friendly First thing is no continental breakfast The most of all was My room was not as good as the other rooms I’ve had at this location We thought that we have upgraded but we down graded .when we got that upgrade for a private bathroom. So needless to say, I’m not happy with that last one we had room # 160 All our other rooms had been very good

It was okay for the price could have been better but it’s the money worth. I did asked for an iron but the one I got was broken and there was no more on property. That’s my take away.

The room was ok, but the bathroom floor mat had a strong weed odor. Also, please bring your own block charger, as they don't have a USB port to charge your phones or devices.

We stay there every 2 weeks for our time together. I keep asking for down stairs and they give it to me because I’m handicap and can’t go up stairs

Went downstairs and asked about the cancellation policy due to all the issues and she asked if we would check out another room. This time downstairs and it's looked similar to the one on your website but definitely worn down. But at least the room seemed semi clean and honestly we were exhausted and had to be at work in an hour so we took it. Power went out for a couple hours the night before check outand they had no generator and my husband had insulin in the fridge. They refused to compensate at all, stating it's not their fault. We also had to pack to check out the following morning in the dark because the power went out again.

The rooms look nothing like the photos, this is the first time hotels.com gave a semi decent high rating for a place that I wouldn’t even give a 1 star to. The rooms are dingy, outdated and covered in stains. The customer service lady was extremely nice and accommodating but I would never willingly go back.
