The rooms look nothing like the pictures! They had bugs crawling in the bed. The restrooms had no doors. One of the bed didn’t even have a base on it.

Don’t bother coming here it’s dirty there’s roaches and there was a rat in my room.

Roaches everywhere

The microwave didn’t work, there was hair on our food in the fridge, no idea how it got there, no cold water in the tap or shower, it was scalding hot the entire time, the mattresses were terrible, broken and uncomfortable, underneath our ac unit was a ton of trash, including a used needle, there was feces on the bathroom wall, one of the bed sheets had stains that looked like feces, the other bed smelled like dog pee. The floor was filthy, there was a hole under our door that was an inch wide gap, the door wouldn’t lock well and we are pretty sure people were going into our room when we were gone. There were drug addicts everywhere asking for cigarettes and cash, hanging around my vehicle and making my family feel unsafe, there was also no security that I was aware of on site. Staff did not help with any of our concerns and refused to review cameras or anything of the sort. Zero star review, would not recommend, will never stay there again. Also there were roaches and flies everywhere and the drawers were so gross, we couldn’t use any of them.

ive ever stayed at in my life. People hanging out , most of the rooms are vacant!! trash everywhere , the room that was given to me was FAR from clean!!! there was two beds but bed, the covers were ruffled and falling off the mattress. roaches everywhere. There was dead roaches all over the restroom. no tv , the refrigerator didnt work and was filthy. no blankets on the bed , only sheets and they were dirty. there was a towel on the dresser, only God knows what was on that towel . The ac didnt work at all , just something straight off the first 48. omg this was literally the worst experience ever !!!! if i could give them a -0 i would . DO NOT STAY HERE unless you are on drugs because thats the kind of people that are in that hotel. 0/10 WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!

Nothing to like here. The place is a run down mess. This was the worst hotel I have ever encountered in the US. I had booked for 2 nights but canceled the second night because of the following: The room was in bad shape. No working light in the sink area, no waste basket, the room smelled bad of stale cigarette smoke, although I asked for a nonsmoking room. The property was even worse. Dog shit on the walk paths to my room, trash everywhere, had to step over a homeless guy sleeping at the top of the stairwell. There was a young woman somewhere in the hotel screaming for over an hour at 3 am. I called the front desk but nothing happened.

Affordable rate per night and refrigerator and microwave in room. The staff, especially DeRay was very hospitable. The shower door only open on one side and it’s quite inconvenient.

It’s a roof. Don’t be surprised when you arrive at the location, it’s everything $40 will get you. Everything. The room was non functional. No tv, exposed electrical wiring, blood on the curtains, no water, no toilet paper in the bathrooms, the rooms reeked of mold and mildew

If you just need a cheap stay , for a single night this would be great option but most of the rooms are occupied by ppl who live there , and there constantly ppl walking around

The hotel look nothing like the picture that are advertised!!! The hotel looks shut down, the lobby was hard to find! I asked to shown a room before I entered. The room that was shown smelled like 11 buckets of dog piss! The walls look like somebody projectile vomit all over it! The fridge was molded and rusted, the cabinets was dusty and broken! I didn't even get a chance to check the bathroom because the room smelled so horrible I couldn’t stand in there more than 2 minutes! I paid $48.33 through a 3rd party company. They actual hotel advertised the room to be $39 but my receipt say $37.10!! The front desk clerk was a b….! Very rude!!! Gave very dirty, gave rats and roaches!! Gave sex trafficking! Seriously! Before I booked the room I definitely checked pictures and reviews! They had the bad reviews hidden and I believe the good reviews they submitted themselves!! The pictures ARE NOT accurate!!!!

Catfish hotel. Checking in Horrible it took 30 minutes just for them to find a room. once I got to my room housekeeping was just finishing cleaning my room which I made a reservation. The room was a complete mess, tiles on the floor were coming up, bathroom had mildew and flies coming from the wall. The air conditioning unit in the room was broken still pushing out cold air, but was not attached properly. There were no amenities like the bar nor the hotel provided tissue, toothpaste, toothbrush, like others . The guest around the hotel was loudly playing music late and the front desk attendant was very rude. The pictures that are posted. Looks nothing like the hotel. save your money and don’t come here.

The larger refrigerator with freezer was what caught my eye originally and it didn't work the air conditioner pulled and puddled water all the way to the door halfway through the bed flooded the room it did not have a lock besides the one little turn lock that did not latch all the way the front desk person was rude when my wife asked if they had ice machine because refrigerator didn't work and there's blood all over the door dried and dirty sheets nobody did nothing about it they didn't offer another room they didn't offer nothing they just said oh well there's nothing we're going to do about this exact words stay away from this place

A hotel should provide a clean and safe environment for its guests, but this experience was the exact opposite. The lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance made this one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this property to anyone until serious improvements are made.

Do NOT stay at this property. There were people hanging around outside blasting loud music on huge radios, dogs with no collar which felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. The room I was given had no working lights, and when I asked to see another room, I found cockroaches. Completely unacceptable conditions and dangerous —save your time and money and stay somewhere else. Expedia needs to take this place out of their options!

Upon arriving at the hotel it looked abandoned and the driver even asked was they at the right location based on how it looked. And it looked the same on the inside I chose not to stay but I was not able to get a refund either. The pictures that they show on a review does not reflect how it look. Staff was okay but was not helpful in refunding my money so I still left.

This was hands-down, the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. I only gave it one star because I had to give it a star. This is the most dilapidated and rundown establishment I’ve ever seen. I walked in and immediately turned around and left.

The place looks abandoned from the outside. I called to verify 24hr front desk and when I arrived from flight around 1am there was no one there and no one answered the phone. Thankfully someone else that was familiar with the place already came to check in as well and went knocking on the room doors and fount the front desk guy to check us in. The room was semi "remodeled" but not very clean. Also a lot of noise and knocking on doors was hear throughout the night up untill 5am. Didn't feel too safe sleeping here

Rooms wasnt clean, no shower curtain, door look like it have been broken in, no air .. i couldnt even stay there is was trash everywhere the outsiders didnt look good it just was horrible , i have videos of everything . Staff had a attitude i was not properly greeted .

The room was dirty, towels had stains on them. Mold in the bath tub. Sheets were itchy and smelled. Refrigerator had mold at the bottom. I heard rats run across the ceiling.

Trash pickup / disposal every other day would be an improvement, as would replacing the refrigerators and microwaves with better working units. My fridge leaked constantly and most of the microwave control buttons were broken. Also, the rubber edging on the front door should be replaced where the cold air seeps through.

The Room: microwave didn't work/ air conditioner was on heat and only way to cut off was to unplug/ then to top that off---- Bedbugs. They wouldn't give another room because they were full. No money back cause I payed through app. Expedia helped with refund and it only took 30 minutes total. Go Expedia you Rock..

There were stains on the blankets. The floors were dirty. There weren’t any towels, wash rags, or toilet paper. There was only one pillow on each bed. The front desk clerk took for ever to check us in and wouldn’t give us a choice if an upstairs or downstairs room. There were no curtains over the huge front windows in the room so there was no privacy.

Looked for a cheap weekly room. Found it! Parking lot full of trash, room light missing, furniture broken, glass shower doors filthy, curtains torn and falling, oh and the cockroaches! I can say the toilet and fridge were surprisingly clean. But as they say, you get what you pay for. 3 nights for $115. If you can afford better then pass on this one!!

The only reason I booked this place was because the photos on Expedia looked decent, but those are completely fake—probably AI-generated. I had just stayed at the Best Western and Comfort Inn & Suites, but wanted to save a little money before flying home to Michigan. That was a huge mistake. This motel is filthy, sketchy, and unsafe. The outside is full of trash and shady people. The rooms are disgusting—roaches everywhere, dead flies on the walls, exposed wires, no proper locks, and the whole place smells bad. Staff tried to gaslight me about the bugs and were rude when I complained. The Wi-Fi barely worked, which made it even harder to get help or leave faster. I never unpacked, and my son and I left in less than 6 hours, checking out around 12:45 a.m. Bottom line: Don’t be fooled by the photos or the cheap price. Look up real reviews, search for actual photos and videos, because what you see online is not what you get. This place is a health and safety risk. Avoid at all costs.

This place was filthy and infested with roaches. They were dead and live bugs EVERYWHERE, even in the fridge and on the pillows. We even tried a different room, same thing! We only lasted 2.5 hours in the place! And don't expect the owner to refund your money! I called 6x and every single time I was placed on hold only to be disconnected every time! DO NOT BOOK HERE. We checked in, got a room- the room had an open ac unit, electrical exposed, all over the room. There are flies everywhere. There’s roaches on everything. The toilet is clean but there’s flies on the curtain and in the tub. There’s cigarette burns in the blanket and a smell like feces surrounding the premises and as soon as you enter the room, it’s a smell like no other. This motel is inhabitable. It’s like a scene from a movie. It’s a nightmare. Drive down the street to motel 6. Do not stay here.

It gets worse! When I finally make it to my room and open the door, the scent of smoke and mold hits you the face. The room was creepy looking, old, missing drawers from the dresser. There was a woman's hair all over the bed. The bedding was grey with stains, the wall had stucco all over, the fridge was unplugged and infested with roaches, the toilet seat was cracked and stained, the shower was dirty and stained, the microwave was dirty and stained, wires hanging out from the TV and the wall, cob webs in the corner with more bugs. The door sill was covered with tape and bugs. I couldn't even sit or lay down. I was truly disgusted and just in such shock and disbelief. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY SAKE!!! EVERYTHING I COMPLAINED ABOUT I HAVE PICS TO BACK UP. I AM VERY VERY DIAPPOINTEF I EXPEDIA AS WELL FOR ALLOWING THIS TO BE LISTED ESPECIALLY AFTER ALL THE BAD COMPLAINTS

The worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. The shower leaked all over the floor. The mattress was so hard on the bed. The refrigerator was dirty. The walls were filthy. There were burn marks on top of the toilet lid and seat as well. The couch was missing its pillows. Just all around terrible. People being outside the entire time made me so uncomfortable for myself and my son.

We did not actually stay here. We checked in, went to our room. Turned on the lights and roaches scattered everywhere. The outside looks nothing like the pictures, neither do the rooms. It is not freshly remodled. They refused to refund our 2 night stay.

Room was full of cockroaches. Room has weird markings on the walls which makes the place scary. The whole experience from check-in was horrible.

It was the filthiest worst place I've ever seen. Felt like a horror movie. It was so terrible and filthy I left and ended up sleeping in my car in a parking lot. I felt more comfortable in my car in a strange parking lot then I did at this place. The door lock had to be forced. There was a gab between where you could see outside and vise versa. There where some kind of brackets someone had screwed into the door frame to be able to put a bar or something to keep the door secure. The curtain was held on in one corner by a screw and was unable to close. The air conditioner did not have a cover over it and wires where hanging. There was a TV hanging on the wall but no remote. When we tried to turn it on, on the TV, we found that no channels were available. We then discovered that the TV was plugged in the wall but no cable or any wifi. As we tried to move the desk under the TV to get to the plug, the desk fell apart and landed on my foot bc it was held together by tape. After it fell apart and moved away from the wall about 50 roaches scrambled. Wires were hanging from the ceiling and there were many holes in the wall we plugged with toilet paper because I felt it was a peep hole. The walls were dirty. I was afraid to even sit on the bed. Roaches everywhere. No privacy or security. I was in a pinch with a small budget and had low expectations for the area and price, but I never expected it to be that bad. Apparently it is a place for drugs and prostitution and not the average...

First of all they gave me the wrong room and could not give the the correct one. There is a severe roach infestation. They were literally attacking me, never seen anything like it. It was absolutely disgusting. Toilet was FILTHY. Toilet paper looked used and dirty! The doors are broken and will open without a card. Someone literally walked in my room at 4am. They could have robbed or harmed me. It's unacceptable. I left after that. No refunds either. Nobody should have to settle for conditions like this. They are taking advantage of people who need a low budget place. A carb board box would have been better.

Very unsafe and unclean place

This was the worst stay I’ve ever booked. After receiving the key to my room I went to go and when I got to my door before even putting the key in I pushed the door and it opened. The first thing I noticed was how disgusting the room was and how it had a foul oder. There was a tv remote on the dresser with no batteries or back to it, tissue paper (that looked used) on the dresser, stained bed sheets. Going in the bathroom, there was no shower curtain, no toilet paper, the toilet was very nasty on the inside and out, and the floor was also very dirty. The last straw for me being in that room was when I went to open the refrigerator and a roach ran out of it the second it was opened. This property is beyond disgusting and needs some serious work before letting anyone stay there again.

Extremely dirty room. Water stains on the ceiling, cracked tiles on floor, broken shelves in the the fridge, FILTHY mirror. Appears people live here. Men working on lawnmowers on the front walkway, people cooking food in parking lot, random pitbulls in chains, beware of dog sign in one of the windows... I ended up leaving without even staying here. But unfortunately the purchase was non-refundable. Pictures listed online are definitely not the same hotel.
