SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Humble

Our stay was great. Reservation was for 3 nights we had an emergency and had to leave 1 night early and we worked it out with no issue. Everything super clean, staff was great, the room was super clean, breakfast was really good too. No complaints at all will definitely visit again!

The hotel location was perfect for what we were looking for ( airport) and the price was incredible. Once at the property, we felt super safe. The staff was great and the breakfast was ok. I wish there would have been peanut butter, but it was still great. We had an issue with our room card not letting us into the fitness area, but the staff were quick to help us. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was clean. The bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast was decent. It was close to where we needed to be for a conference we were attending. It did serve the purpose. There were some guests that stayed there that the smell of marijuana was awful when entering or exiting the front door of the hotel.

Close to the track meet and the GM Sail was amazing in helping us find someone to put my grandson Pole Vault poles Nothing it was great

This place was a great stay overall. Breakfast could have had a few more options but it was ok for being at a hotel. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean, no odors of any kind. I would recommend to anyone and I’d definitely stay here again.

On the positive side, the location was convenient and easily accessible. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided good customer service.

Unfortunately, our experience after checkout left us disappointed. When we arrived, there were already two holes in the wall. Since they didn’t affect our stay, we didn’t report them at the time. After we checked out, however, the hotel contacted us and stated that we would be charged a damage fee unless we could provide photos showing the damage was pre-existing. This put us in a difficult position because we had no way to prove the condition of the room when we arrived. We would encourage future guests to take photos or a quick video of their room upon check-in to document its condition. While our stay itself was fine, the checkout experience left us feeling frustrated and has made us hesitant to stay here again.

Good hotel, convenient for an event travel

All you could hear was the freeway and traffic. The elevator was partially broken. We were stuck in it and took several minutes to get the button for the first floor to work. Staff did not care that it was broken. Stated. "Yeah, should be fixed soon"

Great services just don’t book facing the highway book on the opposite side of the hotel for noise cancellation

Property was clean, but had a weird smell, especially when the air conditioner ran and the bed was hard as a rock. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. I checked out a night early.

There was some issue with the remote but they were solved, and some things were hanging by a thread in the room, but over all you get what you pay for

The room smelled musty yet strongly of cleaner. The beds were saggy and lumpy. This is the most bare-bones Best Western I’ve ever stayed at. It was stark and plain and not very welcoming. The breakfast wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. The worker was late. The eggs were cold, the sausage disgusting, and there wasn’t coffee before we had to leave. The elevator buttons only worked going up. I ended up taking the stairs down. The step up into the hotel was formidable. There wasn’t a place to roll your luggage up.

Staff were not welcoming and constantly distracted with other activities during check-in. Check out was worse as I stood at the front desk for over 10 minutes waiting for a staff member which was nowhere to be found. At 7am the front desk should be available to assist patrons. No apology, just a miserable staff member, probably upset because I woke her from her nap.

The room was clean. The bed slept ok, thin bedding but I usually bring my own anyways. Hubby said the breakfast was horrible. He usually isn't as picky/strict as I am so I know it wasn't up to par. I didn't eat it as I was gone during that time. Overall the stay was fine and we would probably stay again but just avoid their breakfast.

The front desk worker was very rude, but luckily our stay was only for one night. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good.

Parking was secure

Parking is nice breakfast is okay but beware they have roaches I was in the bathroom and was running across the bathroom floor usually pretty clean but probably won’t be back for a while after this. Price a bit steep for roaches

There was also no coffee machine or tea available, either in the room or in the lobby. We arrived in the evening and were leaving early in the morning before breakfast time, so having access to something simple like coffee would have been helpful. I noticed some snacks in a small fridge in the lobby and asked the front desk if we could take a couple since our flight was early. However, I was told the fridge was locked. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and flexibility made the experience frustrating.

Breakfast was good property was safe

The hotel is clean. Our issue was the security, our truck got stolen. The truck was parked in from of a camera and in front of the office building. I think if the area is not safe, they should contract a security guard. As customers we expect to relax and not encounter this kind of situations.

The receptionist English was poor. He acted as though I was bothering him to check in. The room was clean enough but the shower did not work.

This hotel is next to a busy street. IF you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay, this isn't it. It was noisy. Front desk staff were neither helpful nor friendly.

I travel a lot for work and stay at a lot of hotels. This one was pretty decent overall. Much more so than others in the area but it’s overpriced. It seems to have a bad reputation as far as being in a bad or “dangerous” area. After asking around, it’s because a clerk at the convenience store next door was murdered during a robbery but I never saw any type of criminal element in the area during my stay. The staff were great, the hotel was decent and clean and the breakfast was good. They just need to work on lowering their rate for us working folks.

Was good for a night's stay before our flight home. Room was uncomfortably humid despite the AC. The floor was dirty and still had someone's fake eyelashes on the floor. Bed was comfy though so it worked

Only interaction with friendly humans was at the breakfast buffet. Worse part was relatives found a very cozy Marriott suites nearby at the same darn price point!

The bedroom, bathroom, and all public areas were very clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. There was some street noise but it did not interrupt my sleep. This is not a luxury hotel with fancy decorations and room service, but the staff was very kind and willing to help and the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The price was right and I will stay here again for an early flight out of the airport.

Sam and the whole staff were amazing! Very quiet. Hot water, CLEAN room and clean towels and wash cloths. Will stay there again. Definitely recommend. It's like an upscale holiday inn. They also have a complimentary breakfast during your stay. Awesome stay.

Great stay. Clean, quiet, plenty room, everything worked well, friendly staff. Even had a good iron. I stayed here because of all the great review's and I quickly realized they were all warranted. My new go to hotel when I’m in the area which is often.

The rooms was clean, staff were ok especially the breakfast host. She was very friendly and polite. The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel buffet. The main setback was not receiving room service for the days we were there. We had to ask for clean towels and even had to set the trash bins outside our room door just to have them emptied. I had to “sweep” the floor myself because I just couldn’t take it. I did ask to have the room cleaned but it never happened. Otherwise it was a decent stay.

I will admit the hotel itself was very clean, as well as the room I stayed in, but I was really confused about the closet. It simply didn't make any sense how to hang your clothes. In fact, the rack was hanging at the bottom of the doorway, which made no sense to me.

Our room was half done which made absolutely no sense. They did the bathroom but nothing with the beds?? We called the front desk and offered to move us into a different room. This was 8pm and we’re weren’t about to pack I and move. I asked about discount as we were not provided with all the services we paid for but they said no. There wasn’t even an apology.

Very clean and well-kept hotel. Very nice breakfast including hot items of scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage. Also had do-it-yourself waffles with other breakfast rolls, yoghurt, fruits, coffee or tea and fresh juices.

The first thing I noticed was the well-lit parking lot. When I walked in, the hotel smelled clean. My room was comfortable. The shower was the right temperature and water pressure for me. The breakfast was great too. The room was reasonably priced, and everything was great. I would definitely stay here again

Room was clean and super cold upon arrival which was amazing since everywhere was hot outside. Hotel seemed pretty and updated, and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and attentive and we had no issues with any of the amenities. Hotel room was as described. Free breakfast, although I did not eat at the hotel.

They wanted to charge me a late check out fee to leave by 12pm. Seems a bit much considering the hotel is barely occupied The mattress I have to say, was really good! And that is one of the most important things to me. However, it’s unfortunate that the bedding (blanket) was so thin, that I felt cold half of the night. I eventually retrieved a blanket from my luggage that I used on the plane, just to get some more warmth. When I tried adjusting the room AC to accommodate the cold room, even one degree made the room hot. So I either had to keep it cold, or keep it hot. Other than that, the room was fine. I do wish they had coffee in the room.

Hotel was a great stay, room service was top tier cleaned the room very well, smelled good, bathroom and room supplies were stocked. Front desk were always welcoming whenever we were walking by. Outside property was very clean, no trash, no panhandlers lingering around

I had a wonderful experience from the check in process to the check out process. My room was clean, comfortable bed, huge handicapped bathroom and shower. I felt so secure with their walk in shower, shower seat and grab bars. Hot/cold Breakfast was delicious! The only thing that needs improvement are their pillows, they're too soft. Overall i was 100 percent satisfied with my stay & would highly stay here again.

Bed was so-so. Hotel was noisy, people talking or yelling loudly in the hallways. There was also a very loud and random popping sound that would wake me up. Could not figure out where it was coming from. For the money, I guess it was good. Would stay again since it was inexpensive.

Book 2 rooms. Both set of Room Guests enjoyed a pleasant stay. Breakfast was a Huge Help. Very good with variety each day: Juice, coffee, tea, eggs, muffins, sausage, turkey sausage, bacon, buiscuits n' gravy, waffle maker, yogurt, oatmeal, Fresh Whole Fruit: oranges, apples, bananas and more. Room was clean, bed was comfy, area was safe. Free parking with wifi.
