Everything about my stay was nice

Hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was good. Only drawback was ice maker did not work and shower head was clogged and didn’t put out much water pressure. Advised front desk about ice maker, they said they would send someone to look at it, but no one ever came.

Breakfast didnt have bacon, but otherwise looked good. Roomy, nice accomodations. The place was nice but had stains in the carpet, rips in the couch cushions. Making it seem a little ghetto. The ac in the closet made a loud noise all night. Parking lot was super small. Paid too much for these issues

It was a pretty good stay. Conveniently located and lots of stores around. Pool was good for my grandkids. No towels in the pool area. Tried to hunt some down at the desk but no one was attending, ended up raiding their gym for the last couple of towels. Door at the pet walking area was broken, but we found a way to jimmy it open while we walked our dog. TV wasn’t working in first room we were assigned, and instead of fixing it, we had to pack up everything and move rooms.

It was a pretty good stay. Conveniently located and lots of stores around. Pool was good for my grandkids. No towels in the pool area. I loved the one bedroom layout. The night auditor was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean and the first floor was super quiet. The morning shift wasn't as pleasant, seemed like they were being micromanaged and had them on edge. I was denied a late check out. Parking could be better. ¹

My hotel room was clean and nice. The bed need firmer pillows. I didnt sleep much I was extremely unhappy there was no alcohol for happy hour but was told there had been a "switch over" in owners. There was NO alcohol on the property "whatsoever "

Check-in was very easy to do. The person who checked me in was very pleasant and courteous. Rooms were clean and my stay was great.

Breakfast was perfect, we enjoyed the hot breakfast as well as standard continental fare.

We were in Humble fir an event so this was a quick stay but it was a good one! The property is clean and the staff is very friendly. My biggest shout out goes to the complimentary breakfast area. It was well-stocked, fresh...and spotless! They also changed hot offerings daily as well as fruit. I am not normally a fan of these, but this one was really well done.

Great Property, easy access to ballpark!

Over all nice and clean. Only negative the AC unit in the room is very very loud. The room is either too warm or extremely cold. Also the in room ice maker doesn’t make much ice.

Traveling with my mom, and we are not from the area. I picked the two bedroom suite over other places to stay because it was the only “10”. The area was close to the airport and not “sketchy”. Appreciate the other positive reviews which led me here!

Stay here over the Fourth of July weekend. Customer service was great hotel was clean and breakfast was very good. Rooms were very, very clean and comfortable water pressure in the shower could have been better but overall, we would definitely come back.

Overall, check in process was smooth. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Hardly any water pressure and barely any hot water. The rooms was very house - due to nearby traffic, loud music, and the ac handler being in a closet in the bedroom (very loud). The door barely closed - making it seem not secure at all.

I lost my phone in Uber. The staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. This is a really nice and affordable option.

Had to switch rooms because the room we were first given, the carpet was soaking wet. But the transition was easy and the staff was very polite and responded quickly. Other than that, the start was pleasant. But the rooms, if it's not one thing it's another. The TV was so dark in the new room and we couldn't change the settings.

The staff greeted us with a warm welcome, provided cookies and everything was decorated in beautiful Autumn decor and very clean. The room was very clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great price. Clean. Friendly people. Nice rooms. BUT, very loud. No slow shut doors so every time someone entered or left their room you could hear the slamming of the doors. And the outside noise was much more than expected.

We came here with our dog and cat during hurricane beryl in which we lost power for a week. Everyone here made us feel at home, we would definitely stay here again during non hurricane times!

It was a nice property. We did have a lot of slamming doors throughout the night which would wake us up. It was annoying that others in the hotel did not care to keep things quiet during the night. People smoke right in front of the entrance all day every day and someone decided to pull the fire alarm on the second night for no reason. Non of these were the fault of the hotel but rude people.

One of my favorite hotel when I travel to Houston

I wasn't in the room until night because i have friend that live nearby. When i came to shower and sleep, i found the bathroom old, dingy, and the shower door broken. The room itself was okay size but bathrom was cramped and poorly designed. The door almost didnt close for bumping into the toilet. However, the toiletseat was a dingy yellow and so was the tub. I couldn't sit on it. I checked out at 7am to make a bruch so i didn't complain since i didnt make it in until 11pm. It was a short stay but not one I'd stay in twice.

This is my 3rd stay at this property and just love it! Staff is always friendly and helpful, clean, comfortable, amazing location to shopping, restaurants and highways. Great breakfast is a bonus!

It was very clean & the homeliness of the room is very comfortable. I love the fact that there’s a washerteria on the property that’s free to guests. That’s very convenient for me because a travel for work so I don’t have to worry about finding one & getting quarters to pay for it. The complimentary breakfast is is good as well. The only downside was the closest fast food restaurant was a Whataburger that turned out not to be so good. Overall I had a very positive experience.

I was EXTREMELY impressed with the night time security around the property. It really made me feel safe. I would DEFINITELY stay at the property again.

Stay was convenient as my event location was changed at the last minute. But I payed for it room was sub par . Linens were dingy and shower rod was broken and almost falling. I had no tv the first night of stay. Staff finally fixed issue at 4pm on the second day. Would not be returning.

Guest Services was poor

The room we had, had a problem they gave us an upgrade for the night, the manager lied about what i said, about the room and problem. Kept trying to move us, but night manager let us stay, the final night we had to move. Not a great stayloke the last time

Very nice Hotel, personnel very friendly.

Overall our stay was good, but when we walked up to the entrance of the hotel a guest was sitting outside with her big dog and the dog jumped at us, growled, and barked. I love dogs, but not when they are in attack mode. We told the person at the desk but she said there was nothing she could do. Every time we went back to our car the dog was vicious.

Booked one night for a date night getaway and we were extremely happy with this stay. The Suites are extremely clean, neat, tidy, the staff is amazing and the location is but a short drive to downtown Houston. I will be booking another stay shortly!

Friendly staff. Complimentary happy hour some nights. Breakfast was great one day and lacking another, but overall it was fine. Nice spacious rooms. Good to get a room overlooking the pond. Walkable to restaurants.

This hotel is OK, but the food for breakfast is poor. They don’t re-stock the food, instead they stay in the back talking when patrons are foraging for food. Minimal food choices. This is the same as the evening dinner.

Very easy to get too and leave on the way to the airport. Will definitely stay next time I am going to Houston

The only thing you s that if you didn’t have the master light switch on, which makes the big over head light come in then the bathroom not the vanity light didn’t come on

Very clean hotel. The lady at the desk was so sweet. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy and the rooms were spacious and had everything we could possibly need including dishes, coffee pot, coffee, cream, sugar, fridge and freezer full size. Couch was huge and had cable on the tv. Pool area looked beautiful and even had a fire going outside. Last but not least breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of options. They even had a soda machine in the breakfast area along with juice and coffee. We would definitely come stay here again.

Second time staying here - it’s lovely! Reception offered me an adorable peppermint-Christmas pen when I complimented it, which I think exemplifies the great service there. Also, conveniently located across the street from Walmart in case you forgot anything or need gas.
