Desk clerks were very helpful when scheduling a shuttle to the airport.

The staff member that works the midnight shift or early morning shift is rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. I’ve had to deal with him on three different occasions, and every time he was a pompous ass. The wake up call system does not work. I use it as a backup just in case my cell phone doesn’t go off and when I bring this to the night clerk’s attention, he tells me that I’m wrong. It’s working perfectly. It doesn’t work the last three times I stayed there.

Restaurant was closed because they had no chef

I arrived late but I have stayed before, it is an older hotel but I think it is good value for the money. The staff are always friendly and the shuttle drivers are great as well. I always stay here on a layover. And will continue too.

Good location, free airport shuttle is a must. I definitely enjoyed staying here for layover flights.

Hotel is too old. They got 100$ for deposit. The same Wyndham got 50$ in Orlando with the cleanest room, kindest stuff

Shuttle only picks and delivers to terminal C so if you’re an international traveler it’s about a 1 miles hike with luggage, not fun. Restaurant is good with good service.

Was a great affordable hotel for a layover in Houston. The hotel restaurant had reasonably priced healthy meals for dinner. I left before breakfast was served so cannot comment about their breakfast. Also has a well equipped gym and a nice pool. I would highly recommend this hotel for stays in Houston.

No frills hotel convenient to the airport.

Everything went smoothly for my one night stay, and parking for my flight(3days) went well.

The smell wasn’t good. The tv didn’t work as smoothly as it should the WiFi code was wrong and the cherry on top was few ants on the towels at the bathroom.

I didn't stay this trip, The price was excellent. I have stayed there often when overnight at IAH (I did stay at a nicer hotel actually inside the airport. No slight to the Ramada, but I arrived into IAH late night and decided to stay there.)

It’s a property with what seems like a lot of potential. The reception area was clean and well organized but the furniture seemed a little dated. The breakfast area is sufficient and provides a sufficient variety of options. The one day I chose to have breakfast, the area opened late and the attendant appeared to be either angry or bothered (bad attitude). The pool is nice and inviting. The room was sufficient and the a/c worked well.

Loved the convenience to the airport is all. This place is nothing special and if I had to stay here more than one night I would not be happy. Room was borderline clean but the front staff person was very nice and cordial. Adjoining rooms are not good if the people in the next room are late night party people. Argh! I tried to be quiet when I left at 4:30 the next morning but cannot say that I really was.

We only stayed a weekend but it was great. The pool was nice and pretty quiet. I would stay again!

This is an absolute dump. The lobby, hallways and rooms all have their own individual disgusting odors. The whole place is dark and dingy. It’s the kind of place that would still feel gross after new paint and carpet. The owners obviously stopped caring thirty years ago. Stay somewhere else.

I definitely did not like the manager attitude or the front desk man during the day they both are rude, lie, and don’t care how they treat their customers. I asked for towel’s and didn’t receive them. They only gave me one set of towels for two days.

The restaurant is excellent for dinner and breakfast.

The main complaint we had staying here is they have an outside building unattached from the hotel where they tried to put us in a room. It was very dark with only just a few dim lights. We had to ask to be moved to a different area as there were just 3 women and we all felt unsafe. The inside of the hotel could use some updating but the staff was very friendly.

Some of the mechanical functions were older and not maintained, loud/noisy, etc. The front end staff were friendly and helpful but they were a bit slow helping as their technology wasn't functional. The breakfast buffet wasn't included in the price, but it was very inexpensive, so that was a bonus.

Great hotel for the price. Staff was kind and helpful. I left my bag on the shuttle and the staff went out of their way to contact the driver and retrieve my bag for me at 12:30 AM. I highly recommend this hotel!

Teach your staff how to treat your guess I will never stay there again

Went the wrong way to our room as we go to the elevator there is a door opened that says out of order. This door goes to parking lot so anyone can just come in which also made it hot in that area and a little sketchy. Got to the room it was clean, bed was comfy. Furniture was not all cohesive, curtains were dated and looked like there was stuff on it. A/C didn’t get as cool as I would’ve liked. Even though it was for a one night stay to get my kid to the airport I would not go back.

Everything the floors in our room were wet like when you mop and they start to dry but never dry the bathroom shower handle kept coming off tv didn’t work etc etc…

It’s wasn’t good. It felt like I was being bitten throughout the night. Either mites or bedbugs.

The staff was rude

However, the furniture, in front foyer mainly, is showing signs of wear. A fresh update in plush furniture would make the room more welcoming and comfortable. The restaurant is available for breakfast buffet and dinner ( menus) for a cost. The meal items are reasonable and satisfying. The pool is a large rectangular design with I think an 8 or 9 foot jump ( not dive ) in end. Parking is just adequate as it shares space with Tesla charging stations on site. Still, the overall charm of the design and layout of this gem of a hotel with close proximity to Bush Airport and daily shuttle included is a fair deal /rate for most travelers.

I liked how close the hotel was to the airport and the free shuttle was nice, but that was about it for the positives of this hotel. The room smelled like straight mold and wet towels, the shower was spewing water everywhere when turned on, and the room was full of mold.

However, we were disappointed with the airport shuttle. We were promised a shuttle from the airport, but they failed to provide it. When we inquired, the answer was simply that they had "too many calls." Additionally, there was a noticeable smell of old furniture in the room, and the carpet in the lobby had an unpleasant odor. It is a decent place for a quick stop if you have your own transportation, but don't fully rely on their shuttle service.

The hotel smelled like wet carpet,and the ac vents we full of dust which aggravated my breathing so much until I couldn't stand it any more so we left early@ 7am,we only checked in @1150 pm. I was up all-night. I was surprised that a hotel with such notaries was that horrible. Sorry, 2 thumbs down, never again will I use this hotel!!

Check-in was smooth and fast. My room was everything I expected and more. Shuttle service to and from the airport is great. There was nothing wrong with my stay at all.

Great choice for travelers

I walked in my room to find an employee in my room most likely he was with maintenance. His response was he didn’t know anyone was staying in the room. I walked to the front desk she also confirmed that the system didnt have anyone staying in the room which I explain I checked in the day before. It was quickly rectified and I went back to the room which he finished up ! The cover on the A/C fell off as I went to turn down the temperature on it ! The patio doors had dirt and other debris around the tracks the fridge took two days to cool down.

The only saving grace was your breakfast. There were bugs in the room. I got stuck in Houston due to a flight disruption and the AC was off and it took several hours to cool off the room. Then the AC leaked all over the floor.

This a great hotel to stay if you want to be close to the airport. Staff was nice and the amenities were great.

I particularly enjoyed the LARGE pool. A tip: if you want a quieter and bigger room, ask for a 500 series room in the section behind the pool. They are bigger than the ones up front and don't have the road noise.

Great place great location near the airport no issues

Our room was pretty warm and was hard to cool off. Even with the ac unit on full blast on the lowest setting, it was still hot. You had to be standing, or laying right next to the ac unit to feel cool.

Hands down, the 24hr shuttle to the Ramada was very nice to have. It was a long wait and the driver was nice. Once I got to the Ramada it was pretty nice and clean; I checked in after 11pm so I just wanted my room and a bed. The room was clean the bed was welcoming and the nice hot shower was relaxing. Only spent one night because I had to catch an early flight out the next day but the sleep I got was amazing. Will definitely be going back because the pool looked so good and refreshing.

Shuttle to airport showed up and hour late to take me to the airport which was 5 mins away

Shuttle service back to the airport was not available due to space at the time I needed. I suggest you post the slots online so we can reserve the transport along with the room bookings. The A/C was not working properly.

It is tired and the place is dated. There is a restaurant but I'd suggest you eat elsewhere if you can. The food was fine, but the service was non existent. The guy sat on his backside at a table playing with his phone. And only moved when a bell rang to indicate food was ready. When he came to clear the table he just said to go to tge front to pay. Didn't ask if I'd like a dessert or anything else to drink. You can't add the restaurant charge to your room, you need to pay separately. Funnily enough it was the same guy on reception this morning, tge phone was still stuck to his hand then. What this place does have is Lui (i think that was his name badge), who checked me in really professionally and friendly!

The room was off the pool so maybe because of that some rouches move in, killed like 2 o 3. One sofa was full of mold, maybe lag of good cleaning and the high humidity level.

Easy check in and check out , the airport shuttle was extremely helpful. It was nice they had a small store to purchase a few snacks and drinks. This was a last minute thing due to flights being cancelled and rescheduled. This spot hit the mark on price and comfort! For something simple I highly suggest staying here!

I stayed at the Ramada Hotel for two days, everything was clean, they have breakfast but it's not free, they also have a shuttle bus to take you to the airport, so I recommend it.

In general is clean, it needs some updates, personnel was great, close to the airport and free shuttle. Uber doesn’t deliver food but Dash does it. Breakfast and dinner are bailable for purchase.

Than shuttle came overcrowded, the vehicle was old, we (my child 6 y/o and me) got on shuttle like in more than 1h. it was nightmare. And breakfast was not included, but listed as it it on Expedia website. Hotel was overpriced. Never again.

The restaurant closed early. We arrived late and couldn't get a late dinner.

Been here twice and I have no complaints. Will be back for sure.
