They are renovating this property so the rooms doesn’t look anything like the pictures. Overall, our stay was good.

Second stay here within the month. Stayed a week and had NO issues whatsoever. This hotel was recently updated and they did a very thorough remodeling. All amenities in the rooms and bathroom were updated from the floor to ceiling. Best deal near airport and walking distance to anything you may need. Quiet all 7 nights including the weekend. Staff was GREAT!

I booked on booking.com. When me and my 4 children arrived the hotel lot was completely full. The hotel windows were blacked out and grown men Annette walking in with no clothes on. My daughter see this. You allow kink fest to happen with no warning to the public.

The staff is always so wonderful at this location very personable very open and welcoming.

Booked a couple rooms for a baby shower. Can I just say the front desk agent welcomed my guests so well that they bragged about her all night! Izzy I think was her name. I never got to meet you personally but thank you for your hospitality. They loved everything! We will continue to use your property in the future.

Room had an AWKWARD frame HANDLE that stuck out from the ‘foot’ or the bed. I literally almost dislocated my kneecap hitting it on the handle! Terrible place to put this and I KNOW I can’t be the only injured person from this! Look at my knee!

The room was very clean, however getting to it - the hallway floors were terrible - they smelled old and stale - maybe they are in the process of updating them. Front desk staff nice, but can’t go beyond their set job. When I booked, in the comments section, I especially requested a room near the elevator, and that I need to add my AARP membership for the discount, because I couldn’t add it when I booked. Staff told me they hasn’t even seen the request, couldn’t add AARP, and didn’t have a room near the elevator !! Had I know all of this - I WOULDN’T HAVE BOOKED THERE. And we’re not going back !!

Hallway had an unpleasant odor. Carpet needs to be changed. Floor in room had chips in the planks that could cut your feet. Had to put my suitcase over a very damaged part.

The location claim to have a hot spa and none was at location and the gym was full of extra hotel amenities. Staff was good and breakfast was excellent but the floor smelled like it was mopped with dirty water.

The place had a weird smell as soon as you entered. Then, in my room, the smell was stronger. It made me literally sick to my stomach. I couldn't stay. I left.

I had a wonderful stay at this La Quinta. The room was incredibly clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit.

Nice room and hotel. We actually stayed here one time before. The only thing that was really bad was the sewage odor by the elevator and an odor on the 2nd floor.

The staff was extremely professional and nice. Each member went out of their way to help me . I was traveling with my small grandchild, it meant the world to me how helpful, especially the reception that checked us in.

The check in was a horrible hours long experience due to miscommunications between hotel staff. The fitness center is unusable as it’s stocked with air conditioning parts. Hospitality cleaned one bed only and left actual trash on one bed. It’s rare I ever complain but this was a terrible experience that has removed me from ever booking at another LaQuinta.

10 pm, I finally arrived to check in. Walked into the hotel and there was dried spilled coffee on the floor. Get into elevator and there is water on the floor assuming from the pool. Hallways smelled weird. Got into room and it seemed clean until I go into the bathroom and there was a brownish substance on the light switch. Immediately NO

As soon as you walked into the hotel it had a bad odor, like a mildew smell. When checking the guy behind the counter wasn’t very friendly, gave us our key to the room. When we got on the floor where our room was, it was hot and muggy like the air wasn’t working on the floor. When we got into the room, we turned on the a/c and left to go get dinner. When we got back the room never got cold. So we went back downstairs to let him know about what was wrong with the room and again the gentleman behind the counter had an attitude. Got to the second room the a/c worked but the toilet was leaking water and the shower floor was very nasty and black mold on the shower walls in the grout, the floors was sticky. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The room was very cringe the ac unit was leaking water the whole time it was on , the shower floor looked very dirty but the housekeeper said that’s just how it looked. Hair was on the floor so the bathroom didn’t seem clean , the shower was also leaking just very cringey I will not stay there again

The gym had air conditioning units in it…over 5O on the floor.

We ran out of body wash and shampoo (the bathrooms are equipped with large pumps of each) and never got them refilled, even after letting the front desk know.

Rooms were nice. Bathrooms were large but the tubs were hazardous. There was no traction and I fell in the shower and injured myself. The only thing they did was give extra towels to place in the shower.

Breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. The beds and pillows were hard and flat. The construction was loud and the smell of the paint was horrible. I regret staying there and NEVER will again. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Two nitpicks: 1) The continental breakfast wasn't offered in full during one of my mornings at the hotel. They placed a sign that read something to the effect of the food not being available. 2) Noticed a fair amount of chipping of the sheetrock around the elevator. Nothing major, mostly cosmetic but certainly noticable.

Gym was being used for storing furniture, a/c units, etc. Half of the gym equipment was inoperative.

We ordered a pizza for delivery, and the front desk failed to notify us when it arrived. It sat downstairs for about two hours while we repeatedly called, and we were told DoorDash had already delivered it. No one made an effort to contact our room, even though they had no issue knocking on our door for a noise complaint. The room itself was not comfortable. The shower never got hot—only cold water—which made it hard to even feel clean. Overall, the environment felt unclean and unpleasant, to the point where we felt like we needed to shower again after leaving. There were also concerning observations, like a child sleeping on the floor behind the front desk, which added to the discomfort of the experience. Overall, this stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, communication, or comfort. I would not recommend this property.

Breakfast was good. The ac provided adequate cooling. Room was very clean and fresh smelling. Bed was comfy.

The room was extremely ill kept and the ac ran so loud it was impossible to sleep. I left in the middle of the night to sleep in my car. Horrible experience.

I’m a platinum member with Wyndam. But Jeremy Henderson failed to put my check out for 12noon. The next day after 11am the front desk female was calling me to ask about my check out. I told her that I was a platinum member & my check out should be 12noon. She checked & told me I was fine. At 11:25am I went downstairs to get the luggage cart and made it to the 3rd floor room where I was staying in. My keycard was disabled. I was upset went back downstairs to the front desk & told her that my keycard was disabled. She turned it back on & I went back to 3rd floor to get my luggage. I went back downstairs to check out & I left. If your planning to go there DONT!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Just could hear every door slam and every conversation in the hall.

Nothing great about the room. A few minor issues with no body wash and no hair dryer. Not updated but clean enough. The front staff was very friendly and nice.

Bathroom ...shower had a lot of mold, so we chose not to use that amenity and the towels were dingy and old. Room was nicely renovated; however, the curtains could be upgraded. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly.

Everything was not as advertised left property after 2 hours.

The smell on the room was unpleasant and the floor has not been swept had to stay with shoes on and to finish up we found this on the restroom adult toy/ Vibrator , We have 3 kids under 3 so luckily we found it first what kid of cleaning do these people do.

The hotel is a little worn but clean. I think they are in the middle of slowly updating it. The breakfast was good. The room was very comfortable, and the ac worked great. Iverall, it was a nice room for a great price. I would book here again if i needed to.

The room smelled musty. The trim around the doors had mold or rust all over ,and the water from the sink and in the toilet was dirty brown, even after flushing several times. We immediately reported the condition to the front desk , and he offered to move us to another room, but we know the water problem had to be throughout the system,and so we left the hotel and moved to another one that was clean and had clean water. I expect a refund.

The room was a nice size but the carpet has a huge red stain, there was rust in the restroom around the door and there was a weird smell in the hall around the elevator. The elevator sounded as if it was about to break down with every ride.
