Very convenient. Clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Noisy AC was my only complaint.

I gave a good rating instead of excellent and would stay again if needed simply because of its cleanliness and safety factors, but I would insist on no double deposit charges.

No free continental breakfast. While I appreciate the small restaurant, it is not practical for families that are trying to maintain a budget.

I like that it’s close I stayed here because I saw they had an airport shuttle . The main reason I stayed here was so that I could leave my car and catch the shuttle to and from the airport . They DO NOT allow you to keep your car here. The night before when asking the front seat, they never mentioned this when I asked what time the shuttle leaves. They knew I had driven my car there . Last minute, I had to find a parking spot but they were all sold out. It was actually a mess and very inconvenient.

watch out if you are taking airport shuttle to the hotel, there are 3 Holiday express (different shuttle bus) and one of them is pretty far from the airport and we got on the wrong bus (even we asked the driver if it was the correct bus). wasted us ovr 30 minutes going back ....

Beds 2/10 Noise from other room above us was a huge issue disturbed us into the late of night .

This is probably the first room that advertises as accessible, that actually is accessible. There are lots of grab bars in the bathroom. The room is huge. The only thing that would help would be beds that aren’t so high. There was a musty smell in the halls. I really think that needs to be addressed because the front entrance is very clean and nice and then you get to the hallway and you wonder whether your room is also going to be good. Fortunately, the rooms didn’t have that odor, but the hallways did.

We love to stay here before we fly out of IAH. Love the bar!

A family member said same thing never mention to anyone in our group at check in (12 of us from out of state). Someone in our group overheard that you discount if you pre pay at front desk. So I asked about it to get the discount. We had basically same free breakfast at previously hotel. Just not worth $17.99.

Good location. Fairly clean. My room was double charged for the stay. No explanation why it happened before I have to find out from my bank account. Asked for a charge back and told money will be credited two to three days after check out. Still waiting for the it to be shown in my account. To be specific I stayed in room 337 for those three nights.

The airport shuttle bus pickup was quick and easy to get contacted and processed but somehow we did not received the full details from Expedia where the meeting point was located. Hotel was clean and quite, breakfast was adequate and better than the normal continental breakfast.

Hotel was fine. Parking was sketchy.

The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice. I only spent 1 night because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely use this hotel again.

The property was clean, they came through in a clutch... but my jewelry was stolen and nothing was done. They asked the cleaners if they had seen it and of course they said no. Nothing was done by leadership, well a shoulder shrug and sorry about your luck.

There could be more variety in the snack shop. At least one vegan option on the restaurant menu would be nice. Staff were pleasant and room was clean.

When I arrived everyone was super nice, but when I got to my room. It was not throughly clean to me..it was a piece of razor from a shaver on the floor and the room did not smell super clean. I think the floors should have been cleaned with a fresh smell. I bring room fresher when I stay out of town so I was able to stay in the room... they were accommodating but I think they should have went over board to accommodate me, like switch me to a different room. I won’t stay there again.

Perfect spot for travel to airport

Disappointing on 2nd day with no bacon. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Airport shuttle was helpful. Bar staff were on the ball and an excellent evening meal had

For the first 3 nights, there was no hot water available in the shower. I had to take cold water showers, which was very uncomfortable. Upon making multiple requests, it was fixed on the last night of my stay. The hotel was fully booked so they could not even transfer me to another room too. Will never book at this hotel ever again.

No platinum perks that we were to get. Rude counter clerk. No amenities really except expensive buffet breakfast we paid for. As good as low end hotels. No gift basket either. Shuttle driver was great. Not a fan. Highly over rated not family friendly.

Bad crowd outside at night, wife got sick eating at the restaurant and rooms are not clean. Night staff was rude, booked one room with 2 queens but got a room with 1 king. They would not cancel my reservation and they did not have a roller bed. Had to sleep on the floor. Not a good hotel.

Only complaint would be restaurant wasn’t open during the day for lunch

They don't show on hotel.com site they charge a $150 deposit till time of check in, which is more than room rate, We ask when we would be credited back on our credit card, and would be in severals days, no real answer, we had house keeping check are room at check out, just to be on safe side, I learned from being a long time traveler, red flag warning when the security deposit is more than the room rate

The snacks and drinks for sale at check in were expired. However the front desk manager did let us pick out something else. Dinner was excellent. The hot tub was Luke warm.

I have stayed here twice and while th staff is great and the rooms are clean. The hot tub is not warm, each time we can it's just the same temp as the pool... cold!

Then i get to my room and there are FILTHY street with what looks like mold on them. GROSS. The last few hotels i booked through expedia have been terrible, despite high Ratings.i am starting to think they are faking reviews Also they know if you book through Expedia you are STUCK AND AT THEIR MERCY.

The food in the restaurant was horrible. Warmed over burger, cold side dishes. No effort whatsoever with making the food edible. Wasn’t expecting gourmet, but this was worse than fast food. Next morning we expected to have the ‘made to order’ breakfast but learned that not only wasn’t it made to order anymore, but the price had need increased by 25%! Instead, we went to the airport early and felt lucky to eat airport food. On the upside the staff was very friendly and polite.

I made the reservation from the airport within a short time arriving at hotel. Upon arrival/checkin, I was told 2 reservations were made. I explained the mistake but was told hotels.com has to call to request refund. Hotels.com reports they contacted the hotel and the refund was denied.
