Friendly staff, great breakfast!

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly especially Chelsea. She made check in quick and easy.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. It was very clean. The room smelled a bit musty.

If I were to offer a comment, it would be that the entire knob presents some difficulty in operation due to its stiffness, making it challenging to rotate and adjust to the desired setting. It requires a considerable amount of force to manipulate.

This was my first visit and I was really impressed. Will surly visit again

Skylar and Chelsea were so nice and friendly and helpful! Breakfast wasn’t too appealing. Would be nice if they had a waffle maker.

We were very pleased with our visit at this hotel. The staff was amazing and courteous. The hotel is beautiful and so clean. Their breakfast was very good. They had a little of everything. We will be staying here again when we return to Houston.

Large room. Staff was excellent. Would have liked to see better overall maintenance of hot tub and carpets in hallways, broken tiles, TVs etc.

— Left room at 10:45 Saturday morning. Cleaning staff were servicing room next door. Can back to room and was disappointed that room was not serviced. THEN RECD KNOCK ON DOOR @4:30 asking if we want room serviced?!! Unacceptable service at this hotel! Plus I’m out a very expensive pair of pants!! And had to purchase a something for next day events!! Please respond

Everything was excellent! The Suite was great, clean and very spacious. Staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast was delicious!

Room was in good condition, however in our handicapped bathroom, the shower did not drain properly allowing water to spill over onto the floor. Also there was no night maintenance personnel to help deal with this situation. We were given towels to soak up the water ourselves.

Checking was great the staff was very friendly. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The conditioner in the bathroom shower was just water. I feel like it was diluted multiple times over. I did have fresh and clean towels every day, the housekeeping was great, my room always had a fresh smell when I got back to it after their cleaning. The breakfast could have used some help, we went at 8:30 for breakfast 2 of the 3 days and the food was cold, hard and old. The toaster wasn’t working and 1 of the 3 days the pancake maker was broken. Overall the stay was good, breakfast could have been better.

Nice Staff The Breakfast was not the best of the taste, but okay. Many choices, Oat means was watery, Machine dispensed orange juice was watery too. Excellent freshly ground and brewed coffee. No pets AC was very loud, a negative, but it was in good condition.

Overall the stay was very nice and comfortable. Room smelled good upon walking in and the bed was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that sent me off the edge was hair in the tub and all on the wall. Bathroom definitely could have been cleaned up better. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Breakfast nook was well laid out. As I expressed to the desk manager was that they need to replace smelly carpet and air conditioning system that made the room have a mold smell.

Stayed here for one night . The property is clean and kept well, only negative is we got a room (on the third floor) on the side of the Main Street and you could hear trucks all night . Other than the annoying noise which I’m aware they cannot control , our stay was great .

Overall it was a good stay. Only reason why I give it 4 stars is because the first night, the room next to us was making noise until 2am

I just don't like why we have to give a big deposit. I think my bank hasnt given the deposit back, but otherwise, they been good.

Wonderful day. However, if you caveats in regard to the morning breakfast. Jelly and honey we’re not in individual packets, but in “ ketchup plastic containers” that did not dispense easily and we’re sticky. Also, thermal container with half-and-half with in the refrigerator on the opposite side of where the coffee station was located. This morning, the half-and-half curdled had to be poured into my cup of hot coffee.

Every time AC cools down the machine wakes me up at night. Carpet still has musky smell. But they do have great pillows. Breakfast staffs and housekeepings staffs are always attentive.

Older property and upkeep good.

AC unit inside the room is noisy. You can hear it every time it starts to cool. I don't see any CCTV camera for the back parking behind the property. Breakfast need to change up a bit. Feels like everyday is almost the same.

This was our first stay with this hotel. It was a great stay! It’s very clean and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We even left a couple of dresses hanging in the closet, realized it several hours later, but they were super sweet to hold them until someone could pick them up.

Great stay friendly and welcoming staff

All the equipment in the workout room was broken. But the room was nice… and the breakfast was good.

However, room 214 was dark and dingy - the sitting area very cave like. The outlook non existent. (Photos to support) The decor very dated - carpets starting to fray - the bed linen clean but a bit sad. And due poor sound proofing we suffered with a herd on Elephants in the room above. Yee Ha!

Convenient option

This hotel was wonderful. The staff seem to nevwr stop moving. Just cleaned all day long. Even saw them scrubbing the ceiling of the elevator. Everything was great. The staff were also very friendly.

Hotel is just okay. The area had a lot of construction happening during my stay but most of basic stores and fast food restaurants are near by. The hotel met most of our needs except when the drunken people staying next door came in and woke everyone up at 3am with loud talking and bumping around on a week night. We were traveling with a child and this really ruined an otherwise good stay. No quiet hours enforced at this Hotel despite it being posted. Something to consider if traveling with children.

My stay was great. The room was nice and big. Definitely enough space for a family. The water temperature was wonderful. It didnt take long for the sink or shower to get hot. The breakfast was good and hot as well. A great selection of foods for everyone. The fitness room was nice too. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.

Hotel was nice and was good for the regional track meet. Lots of road construction that caused alot of noise and traffic.

We stay here when we come to visit in Houston. Nice hotel.

The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the water pressure in our room. It would shut off to a dribble in the middle of a shower or washing your face at the sink. I didn’t tell the hotel because we were only there for a couple of days so we just put up with it. The hotel was nice and looked newly renovated. The breakfast was ok. Typical for a hotel. The staff was very nice.
