The staff would not understand that the ac wasn't working in the room wouldn't come check it out I just wanted another room not my money back but couldn't understand what I was telling her bad service all the way around

I appreciate the staff letting me have a room on the first floor because I am handicapped.

The guest next door screaming and yelling. Fighting with her partner screaming about being covered in blood. This went on for 2 days straight and the staff did nothing to stop it. We didn't get any sleep due to the fact that this went on for 48hrs non stop. The fight was still in progress in the parking lot as we left.

The property was spotlessly clean, the air-conditioning was nice and cold, the bed was very comfortable, and it was very convenient to park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great value for the money. There’s not really a lobby and no breakfast options, but the rooms have spacious fridges and microwaves. For this price, it’s totally reasonable for them not to have a breakfast.

The best place to stay in humble Texas for the prices they have and how great the property is and managed the staff treats me like I'm family and are always the most helpful that they can be.

The very brief interaction with staff was ok. It's not that i had a bad experience or anything specific like that. I just had higher expectations of the place itself. The room was not particularly clean and I woke up to a small cockroach on the nightstand by bed. It seemed to me it was more of the type of motel people go to do drugs. Cigarette burns everywhere. No covering on the fan in the bathroom. For the cost to stay there, I would have thought it would have been a little nicer and cleaner.

Only problem I had was the water temperature other then that it was perfect every time I stay I love it there for so may reasons

No breakfast, a little too old timey but kind people Noisy neighbors but it is what it is

The room was clean and they refreshed it every day of my stay. Staff was very friendly. While its not in a pretty area, the room was very quiet. Definitely a very good value for the price

They lied twice. I asked for a non-smoking room he sent me straight to a smoking room. The toilet did not work. The door barely opened because it was broken and there was a hole in the bathroom door. I called down and I had to ask for another room because that room smelled like weed and cigarettes. There was an ashtray right in my face when I opened up the door even though I specified non-smoking he verbally told me it would be non-smoking and the room was a smoking room. He said he would change the keys to a different room. He tried to hand me another key. I told him it better be a non-smoking room because I’m allergic to cigarettes and other smoke and we would have problems if it was another smoking room he switched the key out again Before actually giving me a non-smoking room so he tried to lie to me twice it was in a horrible area and I’m super disappointed about it. I will never book there again. I do not like to be lied to and he tried to do it twice. I barely stayed in the room 12 to 15 hours. It wasn’t even a full 24 hours and I paid the full price only to be disappointed and having to move my things twice.

Rooms always very clean, it's quiet mostly except for the occasional noisy neighbors and very kind Husband/Wife duo running the motel!

Staff was friendly, bed was decently comfortable No breakfast! Take breakfast off your listing. Not even coffee. I chose this place over a better, similarly priced motel because they said they had breakfast. Room smelled disgusting. Of all my travels I've only experienced this maybe once. Room is super depressing even worse than many other motels similarly priced

Problem-free checking in and checking out. No deposit fee! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room service was offered. Room was mostly clean except for one of the lampshades being noticeably stained and not cleaned very well. Would book here again.

The property in the room were fine. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. My problem was they did not want to accept my certified service dog. Finally after providing all of my documents and being required to pay $100 deposit we were finally giving a room. Unbelievable

Easy to get to while traveling thru.. they were doing some “ Remodeling “ so no Breakfast, or even coffee and snacks. So a little disappointed in that. Otherwise. Nice stay

Took almost an hour to get checked in, things the room were not working properly.

Road construction all around. After dark a noisy crowd and sketchy group. Noise throughout the night from the people coming and going.

It was only about 12 inches off the floor. Which if you were a 5 year old, could you set on it. There is road work in front of tge hotel. With that been said, the room was was very nice we will stay there again.

The towels were dirty. Have photo of the them. The walls and door was dirty.. the walk way in the second floor was nasty with debris

Firt time here and ut was great. The manager was very nice and she had a beautiful smile. She went out her way to find a lighter for me to lite my candles for a special occasion. Room was verry neat and cleaned and u would recommend my family and friends to stay there.

We really like the unit we stayed in. It was very well stocked with everything you would need, and very clean. Mattress was a bit too firm but otherwise 5 star!

I was surprised at the cleanliness of the room. Typically a 2 star hotel is less than average expectation. This location did a god job though!

Very deceiving… looks nothing like images on website. Bird feces everywhere, electrical issues. Not a good stay.

Got stuck in Houston with the bad weather and missed connection. Price was right and not far from the airport. Staff was friendly and ths non smoking room with a king was nice.

The bathroom needed some work done, drain cover was missing and fan cover was off and laying behind the toilet. The deadbolt didn't work, and none of the plugs worked if the main light was turned off, so none of our devices charged. Construction made it VERY difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.

It was a good value for the money. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Also, the front desk people were very nice and friendly.

Mattress cover had deep pink stain that showed thru the thin sheets. Made me uneasy and questioned the cleanliness. Carpet and small room for wheelchair accessible.

The property was in a good location but the property itself needs more sanitation more cleaning and more updates,the toilet was broken the first room they gave us was never cleaned they stated made never came in to her shift to clean so i think for a 8.6 star rating hotel the place was in poor condition

Sheets were stained, room was dirty, door wouldn’t close all the way. Pushed desk up against the door and stayed awake all night. Flight cancellations didn’t give me a lot of options and I didn’t know the area before booking. This motel had a very good rating on Expedia.

I have booked here a few times prior to this stay. This time, the toilet seat was dirty. The heat was on 90 upon entry. The bathroom door had splatters all over it & the mirror was dirty. Was not satisfied at all.

The bed covers had burn holes all over them,The furniture was worn out and the room reaked of old smoke that seem like its been there for years.We didn't even stay there and counted that as a loss of money.

Fair price for the room, but there wasn't a closet or wardrobe to hang clothes. It felt like a room that rents by the hour.

The entrance to the place was a nightmare to get into due to the construction. also we booked the place because we wanted a place with a simple breakfast so we could get out and on our way and they weren’t doing breakfast anymore due to health dept.

Surprisingly nice rooms, comfortable beds , really nice showers. Clean, it’s not perfect but clean. Don’t judge by outside and surrounding area.

Beware of name. It’s missing Holiday Inn on the front of the name. This was a shoddy, old and run down hotel located almost on top of a very busy street. After checking the room (whose door opened directly onto the parking lot), I got back into my car and started searching for another place to spend the night.

The electrical outlets in the room didn’t work. Bed was too hard

It was the average place but when i got ready to leave the owner/manager came out and started screaming at me for having my dog in his room. 1st of all it wasnt my dog. 2nd regardless you dont come screaming at your customers for any reason. We watched the game and had a few cold snacks and didnt want to drive so i reserved a hotel . Our sister left and came back with her dog. I will never go back.

They’re not serving breakfast at this time, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the were available in a pinch when our flight was canceled.

The room I had was not clean, all the sheets and covers where dirty and the towels and wash clothes!!! Even though it was a smoking room the bed sheets and blankets had stains and cigarette burns in them! When I asked for clean towels and washcloths, I was still giving linens that still looked dirty!!!

Standard motel, nothing fancy. Towels had stains, pillows seemed old and small. It felt room was under repair. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Small couch in room had noticeable stains. Outlets in sink are not working, therefore hairdryer was out of order. It had a faint smell of smoke.

The management team was very pleasant at checkin. They have a low contact check in process, at least for evening check-in. The room was nice and comfortable. The linens and bathroom was clean and stocked with soap and towels. There are several food options nearby, and the hotel is close to the airport. I would stay here again if ever back in the area. This was a great stay considering the lower price.

Toilet didn’t work. Place was just trashy. Electricity went off at 5:30 in the morning and still didn’t have electric when we left at 11am... there were people knocking loudly on the door next to us continuously all night.

The only thing negative I can say is, even though there were 3 lamps in the room, there didn't seem to be ample lighting throughout. The light in the bathroom sink area was fancy, but not that bright. In fairness, I'm 66 and probably need more light than younger folks. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay immensely, was comfortable, and had plenty of room, which mean more to me than the lack of lighting.

Went there due to hurricane Laura. Stains in sheets. Old beat up couch. Smoke detector in room above kept beeping, keeping us awake. Notified desk but no response. People yelling outside. Someone kept driving up and down the driveway in the middle of the night with blaring music. A pimp or drug dealer I'm sure. Driving right by the office as well. Someone above us kept waking heavily across the floor for at least 30 minutes. Pillows are hard. Shampoo watered down. Makes you wonder if it was used before.Terrible experience.

The sheets had stains and smelled like they haven’t been washed. Management switched my room and the other room still wasn’t clean. Don’t stay here unless you want a dirty motel.
